    I am a resident here at Arden, for the past almost 4 years! I really rate this place five stars! From maintenance crew to our concierge staff! And the people in the office, the management crew is absolutely amazing. Everybody here is so friendly. I couldn’t ask for a better place. Location is amazing. You could walk to a lot of places.. And to get on the highway is very convenient. It is a very high end (Luxury) apartment. The way that it is built I have never one time have ever heard anyone above me or below me and let me tell you I would have company and they get pretty loud. I even asked my neighbors if you ever hear me please come let me know and they say they never hear me. So it’s very well built.I did not see myself moving out anytime soon at all. This is the best place I have lived in DFW.!Hope you Make Arden your New Home :) You will not be disappointed! :)Have a blessed day, stay safe and healthy!!

    The best apartment to be at if you want to enjoy all of uptown Dallas! You are right off the trolly so it’s easy to get around if you don’t want to drive. The building itself is very modern with top end amenities (hot tub, cold plunge, wet sauna and dry sauna). The leasing office employees are very helpful especially Kristen! She has helped my finance and I out with any issues we’ve had during the three years we have lived here. Sadly we have to move out cause we need a yard, but will miss the views and location so much.

    Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing concierge service weve gotten these past few months! Seriously, the whole team has been absolutely fantastic. Theyve gone above and beyond, always making things so easy and smooth.Tyty deserves a special shout-out . Theyve created such a positive atmosphere, and it really shows in how well everything runs.The team is always one step ahead, anticipating what we need before we even ask! Their quick responses and helpful attitude have been invaluable. We really appreciate the personal touch and consistently top-notch service. You guys are the best!

    I’ve lived at the Ardan almost a year now! Inshallah gave me my original tour of the property and she has been consistently helpful and welcoming! All of the leasing office and concierge desk have been so nice to me and my fur baby! Highly recommend!

    The Good and the Bad:Good:- The location is excellent.- The spa, pool, and view are fantastic.Update:- I originally had left a pretty severe negative review for the Ardan and the management staff complaining about maintenance issues.I’ve seen management make a real effort to address all of those issues in a prompt manner and try to enhance the resident experience. I give them credit for that. This is a wonderful building to live in a great location.

    My experience at Ardan Apartments has been an absolute delight. From the moment I toured, I was welcomed by a friendly and comforting community. The staff, especially the leasing agents, are super friendly and helpful. They’ve made my experience here nothing short of great. Quite honestly, their incredible team has made it so memorable!The apartments themselves are beautiful. I love to cook, and these kitchens offer the best selections verse other communities I’ve toured.The amenities are so incredible and the new concierge crew has been really helpful. The community is civilized and my neighbors are awesome.Overall, Ardan Apartments is more than just a place to live - it’s a place to call home. Is it perfect, no. Are there maintenance issues here and there, yes. Do they have a really great management and maintenance team to get on fixing those issues, they most certainly do! I certainly would take all of these 1-star reviews with a grain of salt. This community definitely is worth more than a single star! Please – become my neighbor, you won’t regret it!

    Ive noticed that most of the 1 star reviews are from people that dont even live here...The spa, sauna, gym, lounge, apartment fixtures, and most importantly management are Grade A!Tyler is an amazing leasing agent and she really took care of us!Gary is the best concierge out there. He even worked Christmas morning for us. (hes a saint)Jason is not only an amazing maintenance operator, but he is also just an awesome down to earth guy!I know the management here personally and they are all amazing individuals.So beware of the one time visitor reviews and really contextualize the review before taking them seriously.Thanks Team Ardan!

    It takes a lot for me to sit and write a review but the team here at Ardan 100% deserve the recognition!! The experience I had with the leasing team was wonderful. Especially the manager Nathan! There were a few tweaks to make on an application and he made it seamless for us and him and his team answered questions so fast! The location, the on-site spa, and the quality of the apartments are amazing. GO CHECK OUT ARDAN!!

    The building is state of the art, too many elevators makes it easier to commute, The location is iconic and above all I meet this guy dont know if hes a security or receptionist he was not only nice or professional but I must add I did admire his haircut too......

    I just recently signed my second lease here and have loved it. The units are beautiful, the location is central and the amenities (sauna, steam room, spa) are top of the line. Staff is all wonderful! Tyler in the leasing office has been here and a great help since I moved in almost 2 years ago. She is always willing to help resolve any issue you may have. All front desk Concierge’s are available and of great help as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for luxury living!

    Ive lived at the Ardan for two years and it has been a great experience. Within walking distance to all you need, the apartments are spacious and beautiful and everyone that works here is goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need: from fixing appliances, to replacing lost keys fast, to sending up guests when they arrive. Would highly recommend.

    We loved living at Ardan apartment community. This apartment complex is nicely constructed with chic and modern style interiors. Their gym and spa amenities are so awesome like no complains. Most importantly the staff, our experience with leasing manager Enrique has been so great, he is so professional and he helped us throughout our leasing and exit process. He was very knowledgeable about the terms and conditions and explained it to us very clearly and patiently. I will totally recommend Ardan apartments and so glad we could experience living here.

    I’m not usually one to post reviews online, but I feel after 3 months of calling the Ardan my home I would like to share my thoughts. Being new to Dallas, I toured over 20 different apartments and finally chose the Ardan. This has been the ASOLUTE best decision I could have made!!! The management team and staff could not have made my transition to Dallas more easy and seamless. I have never met a more professional, hospitable and genuine apartment staff than here at the Ardan. From the concierge to the management team, the customer serve is exceptional. The concierges greet me every day by name and have even helped me unload my car and carry my groceries to my room on multiple occasions. As for the management team, I am truly blown away with how much they have gone above and beyond to make sure that everything is up to par and I am always feeling at home. The building itself is always kept spotless and the amenities are some of the nicest I’ve ever seen at an apartment. For anyone looking to move to the area, I would highly recommend checking out the Ardan!

    I’ve been at the Ardan a little under 3 months. The staff has been amazing to work with. Tyler and Luis have been really helpful, not only prior to moving in but even now as I am settled in. ALL of the concierge team has been absolutely great. The spa is a game changer! All smiles here!

    The Ardan feels like home… The neighbors are sophisticated and friendly, the staff is very personable and responsive, and the amenities are in tune with a true resort property. The vibe is easy-going, and the location is arguably the safest and most walkable in the whole city. Also that one concierge w/ the bleach blonde hair… 🥵 (think his name is Dan)

    My experience with Ardan West Village was nothing short of phenomenal. Kimberly was amazing and extremely helpful. After searching for 2 months and exploring over 10 communities, the choice to move here was obvious. The whole team set the bar exceedingly high. The amenities blew me away. I’m Looking forward to making this my new home in 2021.

    Best place I have ever lived. The luxury is nice, as are the amenities, parking, and pet accommodations. But the best part by far is the team in the office and at the concierge desk. I never have to worry about my packages, maintenance, or anything else, and the team is always able and happy to answer my questions or get me anything I need. Theyre the best! My other favorite parts are the complimentary espresso machine and having a view of the sunset.

    I came by to tour this place and absolutely fell in love with it. The amenities are amazing. The staff is super friendly and the manager was so helpful. She showed me around the property and answered all of my questions. Loved the pool and spa area. The views are amazing and breathtaking and the best part there’s tons of restaurants around.

    What an easy relocation this has been!From the moment we stepped foot into the lobby of Ardan, we were greeted with a big smiles from Luis and Tyler and was comforted by their knowledge and understanding of our situation and their product. They were there to help with the move by answering questions and numerous emails throughout the process, with no complaints..They really make a fabulous team and I so appreciate all they did, and continue to do!Thank you Luis and Tyler!

    I love living here. The management is very nice and accommodating, especially with the uncertainties behind COVID. The concierges are awesome (shout out to E). The place is always clean and theres this sense of comfort that I cant explain that you cant find anywhere else. The appliances are high quality and the building is very safe. Its definitely on the pricier side, but its so worth the investment.

    I called and spoke with Luis to obtain information about the Ardan. He was very knowledgeable and had a phenomenal customer service. The Ardan is a prestigious location, and definitely a place to look into if you’re currently looking for an apartment. Having an amazing leasing consultant like Luis, is definitely a place where anyone desires to live. I highly recommend The Ardan a place you can call your new home!

    The definition of luxury. Ive lived in seven cities and 20+ homes in my life, but have never experienced anything like Ardan. Any residential community should compare itself to Ardan because they have set the bar high. High marks should go to the architect, engineer and builder for delivering a truly remarkable living experience. Every detail was considered. My only regret is leaving after only a year to take on a new role in a different city.Sign / extend the lease as soon as possible. Dont hesitate.

    Can’t wait to start the process and become new tenants @ Ardan!I went for a tour with my girlfriend and we were really impressed with this place.Starting with the Concierge and ending with Enrique!!! He was sooo sharp and answered questions we didn’t even know we had.He genuinely cares about people! Every single person we passed by during the tour, he would say hi to them.We won’t be moving until May next year but this is our pick for sure!!!

    Been living here for three months during this pandemic and could not have picked a better place to be stuck! The amenities are endless and the location is awesome. The front desk in the lobby is incredible and provides better service than you will find anywhere else in Dallas. In specific, Courtney. She is very sweet and quick to jump on any issue a resident or future resident might have.

    I toured Ardan today, and I was SOLD!First I’d like to thank Tyler for taking the time out to show me the building today.I have toured over 10 luxurious apartments downtown/uptown until I got a text from Uptown Dallas Apartment this morning scheduling a tour for me with Tyler.I viewed two units. First one had an AMAZING pool and Dallas view. The closet was just a bit too small for me. The second apartment however was gold!It was huge with high end finishing. The view is slightly less desirable. But it wasn’t bad. The patio is huge enough to have breakfast for 4 and look across Dallas.I love the Spa in the building. Not a lot of luxurious apartments have this.But what truly sold me was Tyler. She is so amazing, patient, and kindly answered all my questions.She even gave me a good deal!The second unit which is the one I want is slightly above my budget. But I think I would be signing. Just because of how nice Tyler was :)

    Just moved to this building from Canada... I toured 11 places total weeks ago when here for a short trip to pick my place for a move with my employer. Ardan West Village stood out to me like crazy - the look and feel of everything to do with the building made it the place I had to be! The amenities are so good it’s comical - I cannot wait for friends and family to come down here to see this. Not to mention the surrounding area is ripe with shopping and restaurants while feeling quaint, cute and walkable. Plus I’m literally a 5 minute drive from my workplace in Uptown! I’ll admit the thought crossed my mind that all this great treatment I had received (when touring with Tyler) was just to get me here and that it may dissipate BUT since moving in, the experience hasn’t disappointed one bit!! Staff have all been fantastic to me!! Enrique, Tyler and Emma in the leasing office we’re all helpful helping me deal with some hiccups I had with my resident portal in the lead up and upon arriving the concierge and engineering staff have both helped me out with my dumb questions about little things that are just flat out different for me based on being a homeowner in Canada for the last decade plus.. It’s only been a little bit but I am feeling settled in and very much like this place is home to me - I could not be happier - thanks everyone!!

The first day I spoke with her over the phone, she seemed soooo enthusiastic about helping my fiancé and I find the perfect place. Even better when we met her in person. She wanted this for us, as much as we want it for ourselves! She worked really hard to gather our paperwork, although very lengthy process, but totally worth it!     Tyler is such an amazing agent that I’d be ecstatic to live in a dumpster so long as she was my agent. Not only did she take me on a long tour yesterday, but today she woke up early to meet me before opening during the day it snowed to show me two more apartments last minute. I felt like Elsa from Frozen. She also followed up immediately with all of the information I could ask for and more. Would it be okay if I cancelled my lease early just so she could be my agent again? Seriously though, thank you Tyler.

    It’s a gorgeous building with tons of great amenities. There is always parking available, and the location is great since there are so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I’ve lived here since August and I have no complaints whatsoever!
