I have been living at the Arcata Townhomes since Sept 23, my move in experience was amazing and I was approved very fast, and while living here Zuly and Mrs. Tiffany has been so great with any issues I have had, come very fast to fix things, has worked with me when Ive had personal issues going on. So appreciative of everything they have done for me...my Apt has been great...love all the renovations....they are so friendly and welcoming.

Any bad experience I had, was before you came in. The apt was my husband first, then mine after he moved away. I had good and not so good memories. I love all the changes you are doing, but I needed new beginning after my husband died. I told some of my coworkers to look unto the this apt, some are considering it. Thanks for everything

I just wanted to say the property manager Tiffany and the assistant Zuly has been very helpful from the start, I do sincerely want to thank the whole staff member for all the hard work they have been doing, to keep the property safe, and also completely work orders in timely manner ♥️

We love Bella Springs! Tiffany and Pelicia are the best! Very hard working women, theyre always finding a solution to problems (not that theyre major) but theyre always helping me and my husband when we need something. They really care about the people living here. We are going to renew our lease for our 3rd year here. I love this place, the floor plans are spacious and not expensive. Thank you wonderful ladies for helping us out so much!

The office manager Tiffany Martinez is wonderful! She cares about her staff and community. Ive seen her work long dedicated hours to complete new applications, bank deposits and porter pool duties. In my eyes shes a SUPER STAR employee. Good Job!

Well let me start by saying I was looking for an apartment for weeks and it just seemed like everyone i was talking with was just cliche and uninterested in helping me! Jennifer and Pelicia were very welcoming and made the place feel homie and warm the second I entered their office! They Went out of their way showing me and informing me of all they offer. I just moved in and so far I couldn’t have asked for a better place and people to live around! Thank you ladies for your dedication and giving the outstanding experience!- one happy resident ☺️

Pelicia and Tiffany are the best. Some dont realize the work they have on their plate at times. Its only them and 4 others on site versus probably about 100-200 people, they need to assist. They always give a 10 outta 10 effort to make sure everyone is comfortable and everyone is attended to as best as they can. P.S. Whens there next raise:)

I’ve been at Bella Springs Since January 2019 and I must say I am very pleased with the professionalism and personal compassion they have had for me and not only me but other residents.Pelecia and Tiffany go out there way for our family community they do something for every holiday and just recently back to school every child had a back to school backpack and supplies. They have both been a lending ear and shoulders to cry on for everyone myself included. If you want to live in a place where you belong and matter Bella Spring Townhomes will be the place.

I absolutely love my apt...the management always keep me up to date on everything that is going on with the property. Maintenance has urgency on every call even if it’s minor. I haven’t had any problems at all. I can see my family living here for years!!!

We just recently got our keys, thank you Ms. Pelicia for all your help and diligence in getting us processed and in the door as quickly as possible on our short time frame, all while juggling everything else on the property. Its in a nice quiet area, close to grocery stores and shopping centers. We love our new home already and can not wait to finally move in! Thank you again Ms. Pelicia for being the best!

I Love their atmosphere it was great and the manager is awesome she stuck to her word and got me and my babies in before the estimated time. We Lost a lot in the hurricane and now we have a home again and great people in office I thank God for there help and now we have a Nice Beautiful home and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Leave here going on 5 years and since our new management took over everything is awesome office and outside staff are the best cant complain about anything the girls are always welcoming and nice get stuff done quickly!! Most defiantly recommend Bella spring when I get asked where I live.
