I really enjoy staying here. Any time I have had an issue it has been fixed as quickly as possible. I love the flexibility with being able to design the space as I choose as long as I’m able to make it look the same after. It is quiet and my neighbors are also kind. Great location as well!

Loved living at this apartment. If we were not going to different schools, we would be renewing here.The apartments are clean, decently updated, and have a very accommodating staff. The maintenance men: Dennis and Roger were so great while living here. Every work order, or request we needed they were there within 24 hours. One time, while putting in a request for my sink, Roger noticed my dryer squeaking and completely replaced it.They also were very accommodating with issues and resolving problems. We especially had a great time with Teddy who was our leasing agent and main contact while communicating.The only negative this place has is a shady towing company who preys on vehicles to make a quick buck. They are extremely annoying and very difficult to deal with so make sure to register your vehicles to avoid being towed. That being said, Arbors helped with this towing company when we did have a problem and we were so grateful.Very great place to live and good apartment.

Just wanted to share, we just moved my daughter into her apartment today, and I wanted to say the staff did great, signing all of these new residents in! It was hot out, and they braved the heat to get us processed as quick as possible. Everyone was friendly! The apartment is great and we are excited for the upcoming year! So far everything is great!

It’s safe and quiet, the UNT bus comes frequently. Never late to class :). The place comes with a dryer and washer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Got the apartment fast and in great shape. I love all the perks of living here.

I love this place! the application and approval process was smooth. We are already moved in and we love the place already! Staff is very, very nice! I absolutely love it here and I absolutely love the staff here! The place looks nice and I love the community and neighborhood we live in. It is very peaceful and beautiful. If you are a student in college or a university, I highly recommend you live here! They also have a GIANT dog park! If you have dogs, theyll love it, too!

I have gotten personal help from both of them for some issues that have arisen and they have been so helpful in my transfer process. They both genuinely care about the tenants here and always find solutions for any problems I have had.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and hospitable! The property was also clean and well-maintained. There’s a resort-style swimming pool, Community Center, and Fitness Center, just to name a few. The huge dog park/greenbelt was spacious and serene. The location is perfect and is close to colleges, stores, and restaurants. There’s also a bus stop by the property. The rent is competitive and affordable and appliances are available. Thank you for the awesome experience, Arbors of Denton Staff!

After 3 years here, Arbors is a 7/10, but for Heather Ill leave 4 stars-The TL;DR - Mixed bag of good and not so good apartments (constant maintenance requests), mixed bag of management (but shout out to Heather), good maintenance, and a safe community walking distance to UNT.The long version:Heather really helped me and my family out by recognizing the mistake that was made with my lease agreement, so for that I am truly grateful. If you ever have any questions, ask for Heather. Shell be the most straight with you.My story - I lived in two different units which I leased by myself for me and my family through out my 3 years here. The 2 bedroom unit had a lot less problems than the 3 bedroom, and I would have preferred to stay in that unit looking back. Just off the bed space and quality of unit alone - my 2 bedroom gets a 9/10 and my 3 bedroom gets a 6.5/10There have been many managerial changes in the past 3 years, which made the sense of community Arbor tries to create fleeting. In 6 months you probably wont recognize most of the faces in the front office because there is a high employee churn rate. This can be frustrating because when theres a problem, new faces are just doing their best to answer a question they dont really understand.It really sets the tone of a community when you see how management handles situations. I have mixed reviews with how things have been handled over the years through 5 major events1. Had my car towed when parked in its authorized spot2. Had my father in laws car towed 10 minutes after he parked and properly registered it within the app3. Apartment flooding4. Overcharged on monthly base rent5. AC unit breaking.The first 3 events I felt werent handled with as much care, consideration, or empathy as they should have been. I felt in each of those first three situations the complex could have handled things more tactfully and empathetically.If youre wrong, youre wrong, admit it and move forward. Try to do your best to take care of your residents rather than exploit the rules of the complex for money.They have deals with tow lots, so get ready to pay if you park incorrectly and get towed.With the last two situations (4&5) , I saw a lot of compassion and professionalism when handling these situation -shout out to heather and the maintenance team. I received an apology from upper management and an acknowledgement that I would receive a credit on my account for the overcharged $140 each month, and maintenance was quick to intall 2 seperate window AC units to keep my family cool in the Texas heat. These are the real OGsThey have community driven activities, but it comes across phoney, because the end goal of a lot of these events is to promote renewals or to get people to leave Instagram comments, likes, posts, in some raffle event. I love marketing, but I feel like this approach is a little cold and ingenuine.I will miss my neighbors and getting to walk to Quick Trip and UNT from Arbors everyday.

Teddy (Kevin) worked nonstop to help me get my spot in a 2x2! He got back to me asap with any help I needed and went to above & beyond to assure me a spot. I haven’t moved in yet but without Teddy’s help I wouldn’t even have a spot at Arbors of Denton! I recommend Teddy as a leasing agent to anyone who is looking to move in. He is very patient even when things were so hectic 😭2 year update:moving out soon and i have to say that i loved my time at Arbors. any issues i had over the last 2 years always got handled fairly quickly. management and maintenance have always been great to me and i love the free coffee amenity, i don’t see that talked about enough 😭. arbors was my first student living & it was a joyride compared to the stories i hear at other complexes.

Great dog park, its absolutely huge and my dog loves it, we try to go once a week. My dog loves all the smells and being able to run around after being inside all day. I genuinely like arbors of Denton, I think it is a nice place to live with spacious apartments.

The acting manager is super nice! She gave us the tour, helped us feel like family, and went above and beyond! I hope this company treats her like the superstar she is! The facilities looked immaculate when we visited, everything was clean and organized. They even give a great welcome package with tshirts and make you feel like you are home. Thanks for everything!

I’ve had a pretty good experience with this apartment the past year. The bus comes throughout the day which is very convenient, and the apartment also isn’t too far from campus so one could also walk to campus if they wanted to. They have free coffee and hot chocolate and amenities which is awesome. My only major issue has been that I have had roaches sometimes, although not as much as from what I’ve seen from other people’s reviews. Also I feel safe here, even when I walk at night I feel safe. Although I will say that it would make me feel more safe if there were those street light things or whatever they’re called around the apartment for when it’s dark, because there aren’t really any right now so when the sun goes down it’s just dark which can feel unsafe to people. But regardless of those two things, I’ve had a good experience here I would say. I would give 4 stars instead of 5 just because of the two issues I mentioned, but I will give 5 because when I moved in, Teddy, one of the people at the leasing office, was extremely helpful when I was first looking for a place here a year ago. Also they hold cool events as well.

I just moved into the apartments earlier this month. Move in was very organized which made things very easy. So far everything has been great. The room, bathrooms, and closets are spacious and nice. Also, having access to undercover parking is great. I also love that the place is secure with a working gate. It makes me feel safer compared to other student housing I’ve been in. My roommate and I also get along great! I’m excited for this year. Tim has been great and very helpful.

Haley, McKenzie and Lo have been nothing but great help. Anytime Ive had issues with my apartment they have been super sweet, genuine and considerate during all my interactions with them. And they were always quick to help and fix any issues my roommates and I have faced and offer quick solutions! You are in good hands if it is one of these three.

Moved into the Arbors of Denton at the end of July and I’m already so happy here! Our entire experience from touring the propriety up to move in was made incredibly easy with Lorraine’s help. She ensured that all our apartment needs have been met and has gone above and beyond for us. The property itself is kept clean, it’s a quiet environment, the dog park is huge, the apartment was handed over in good condition. Love it here so far!

So far, I love this place! Everything is well kept, my apartment was spotless when I moved in, and work orders are completed immediately. The office staff is very friendly as well. The bus picks you up very often right in front of the office. Very quiet neighbors as well. The rooms are very spacious and so is the balcony, which has a big outdoor closet for storage. So far, I have nothing to complain about. Ill update my review by the time I have to resign my lease! :)

Lived here for just over a year and had very few, if any issues. Maintenance was seldom needed, but responsive when notified. Everyone working in the office was kind and courteous. Parking was simple and easy. Trash was maintained and emptied regularly. Grounds were kept clean and tidy. Appliances all worked without issue. Deposit refunds as expected. I lived in a 1x1 unit and would highly recommend to anyone looking to be near UNT while still looking for a more mature community of people who arent loud and rambunctious. The only noise complaint I ever had was for people living in the complex behind the Arbors.

She was communicative when I moved down to Texas from Iowa and helped me find a home that was safe for me and my three babies. She then became and amazing neighbor and friend, and our dogs loved each other and often met up at the awesome dog park. Thanks for the wholesome memories I’ll cherish forever Loraine. I have been living in Arbors of Denton for about a year now. I love the apartments location as it is very close to campus and accessible for everything else, but also because of there amazing and fun staff. As all of the people working in the office are amazing, there is one specific individual named Gloria Tria who is a leasing agent there she is the most sweet, caring and down to earth person I have ever met. She has very good custom service skills and is a very hard worker, any assistance you need regarding your apartment she’s always the first to pick up and help out. I am very happy to live at Arbors of Denton and get treated by amazing people like Gloria.

I tend to over analyze and sometimes probably ask too many questions however Loraine never made me feel like I was wasting her time. Ive lived here with my boyfriend for the past 2 years. Its a very quiet complex, we lived at the back near the dog park. If we didnt need a bigger place for a little cheaper, we would have renewed our lease.The maintenance staff has been quick to fix any issues we have had and they were very nice and professional. The office workers were also quick to help us with whatever we might need, and professional. We never ran into any issues during our stay with loud neighbors.The only issue we had was with ants for 2 days due to it raining a lot, they found a way in through the window. The maintenance and the bug guys came out sprayed and replaced the caulk and seals around the window!! And No more ants. We havent seen any (roaches/spiders) at all in our whole stay in our apt! The bug guys do a great job with coming thru to spray.Overall, it was a great experience and I wish we werent moving in 10 days. We loved our little one bedroom apartment here at the Arbors!!

Ive lived at The Arbors for two years, going on three now, and they are the best experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. They have gardeners come out every week to work on the property. They always have staff driving around the property cleaning and working on various tasks; and their maintenance is fast and efficient. They also have fun activities and giveaways for their residents each month! Beautiful property, spacious apartments, and a great staff. Would recommend this place again and again.

There are lots of events which are really fun to go to. The price is pretty great compared to other apartments around and the closeness to UNT campus is nice. They apartments have also been re-painted recently and the appliances updated so they are fresh. And the 2 bedroom is pretty spacious inside!

I love living here! The staff is so friendly and helpful and it is so quiet compared to most student living. The apartments are so comfortable and I have only had one problem with something breaking and maintenance was there within the hour to fix it. I knew after only a couple months of my first lease that I wanted to renew. Definitely recommend!!!

My Roommate and I love living here. We renewed our lease for the next year after only three months in the apartment. The water is always hot and the Wifi rarely has problems. They let you paint the walls and really make the apartment your own. Rent is really reasonable and the apartment comes unfurnished.The apartment is extremely clean and maintenance is really great. I have always had someone contact me within two days of my request. The Staff is great and the events are really fun. The Arbors is constantly giving away free stuff and it is really easy to be involved. I know everybody on staff and they always say hello and work with you. If you have a problem or question you can call the office and they always have an answer.We have two pets in our apartment. we moved in with one and added another onto our lease. It was a very painless process. Pet rent is very low. the dog park is a huge fenced in field at the back of the property and there are dog poop stations all of the complex that provide bags and trash cans to clean up after your pet. there are fines if you dont clean up but you should always clean up.The pool is always clean and well kept. The staff airs out and replaces the water tower in the work out room daily.I really like how the gate doesnt have a code but a security card. It makes living here feel a lot safer. There is no visitor parking but there are two streets around the apartment and the office parking lot available. All the gates by the sidewalks also have codes to get in.I love that the apartment comes with its own storage unit on the patio. It makes storing Christmas decorations, paint and moving containers so much easier. There are many trash bins around the complex and a recycling bin in the back. trash is picked up every week and rarely overflows.Arbors is a great place to live and I recommend it to everyone in Denton.

I lived here for three years and loved it. The apartments are quiet and I got a full view of the puppy park. The main office always threw special events like showing Jaws at the pool with floaties and cookouts with give aways- they even handed breakfast during finals. Seems quiet and tucked away, peaceful. They organized the move in procedures very well. Washer and dryer in the apt is very convenient. Extra storage outside the front porch comes in handy too. Spacious. I wished they assigned two spots for parking. There are enough parking spots on the property, just not all are covered.

I’ve absolutely loved living at the arbors. They have every single amenity and residents are able to use some even during this time. The office staff is so helpful for absolutely everything. There’s even scholarship opportunities. The complex is not even a 10 minute walk to campus and has a bus that stops at the office. My favorite thing is the multiple resident events that they have every single month. Will definitely recommend to all my friends!!!

I recently moved out of the Arbors upon graduation after having lived here since 2018. My experience here was exceptional, and served as a wonderful first apartment! The community is lovely and I always felt safe as a single woman throughout the complex. Maintenance was excellent, attentive, and went out of their way to help me when things came up outside of their duties (including helping me change a flat tire on a hot summer day. Maintenance man Jesus rocks!!) Resident events were awesome pre-covid, and I’m sure will resume as usual when things settle back down. Apartments are a little outdated in some ways (lighting, ceiling texture, baseboards) but have brand new appliances, HUGE patios, and private bathrooms. If you’re looking for student housing, you can’t go wrong with the Arbors for the price, convenience, and quality. They even offer scholarships that residents can apply for to get discounted rent! I loved my time here and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I absolutely loved living here. The complex was always quiet and they handled my maintenance requests in the quickest manner. Every time I go in the office, the team there was always polite, even the new staff seem to be very helpful. During all my late night study sessions, getting home at 2 or 3am, the place was still quiet! The rent is reasonably priced and it’s located close enough to UNT to walk to class. If you’re looking for a great apartment for a decent price, I’d choose arbors Denton.

This is my 2nd year living here and couldn’t be happier. The apartments just got a remodel and they are even better! I live in a 2x2 and the rooms are definitely bigger than other friends at different apartments. Maintenance request are done promptly and always call you for a follow-up. The rent is also reasonable, some of the most affordable in Denton. The location is everything! About a 10min walk to campus and also connected to the bus route. Great amenities and events to keep the residents engaged. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an unfurnished student apartment!

A perfect place to stay near the university. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with affordable rent. We even have the pool So we can party, bbq and more. Great apartments!!!! The complex is calm and everyone keeps to their own. The management is amazing, the whole staff is attentive and quick to solve the problem. A Denton County Sheriff lives on site which makes the experience safer. It is far enough away from UNT to live calmly but close enough to walk to it.

I lived at the Arbors of Denton from 2012-2013 and couldnt possibly have loved it more!! Loved it so much that I was inclined to leave a review almost 5 years later. Even though I lived on the 3rd floor I still had the best experience. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, gym was updated and parking for myself was never an issue. My apartment hardly ever needed work orders, and when it did they were fixed almost immediately. Never one bug issue. Neighbors were not loud despite this complex being all college kids. I could take a nap anytime of the day or night and never be disrupted by noise.I always felt safe and never had a problem with vandalism. ONLY ISSUE is the lack of guest parking! People hated visiting me because they had to park on the STREET, OUTSIDE of the apartment complex, and I had to meet them by a gate to let them in. But that didnt bother me personally. VERY close to UNT and TWU. If youre a college student, this is a GREAT, AFFORDABLE, QUIET complex to live in.

Update! I have lived here for two years and I am sad to move out due to transferring schools. I LOVED living at the Arbors. The property is always well taken care of. It’s quiet and in a great location. The shuttle to UNT comes every day and drops you off right at the Union. It’s also only 5 min from TWU! Work orders are completed almost IMMEDIATELY and Jesus and Rene are the most friendly and helpful maintenance guys. Everyone at the office is also super friendly. The other day I had a few friends over to enjoy the pool and some of the office staff came out and gave us drinks, snacks, and popsicles. They are so sweet! I absolutely love having a washer and dryer in the apartment, and my room is spacious, along with my walk-in closet. It was pretty much spotless when I moved in. If you want to know how much I pay in rent, it averages from $630-670 a month without any pets. My roommate pays $10 extra a month for her dog. If you ask me, that’s a GREAT deal compared to other apartments in Denton, especially in a 2X2 unit! Another thing I want to mention is how lenient this complex is with towing. If you have a friend stay over and park at the office and they don’t leave until the office is open, their car will still be there. If it happens a few more times, they will leave a note on your car saying the next time they see that vehicle parked at the office, they will tow, which is understandable! I think that’s really nice of them, honestly. So don’t take advantage! Now for some cons. The water is occasionally shut off for repairs, the back gate is frequently broken, and the carports to the right of the main entrance along the fence are covered in mud due to its placement. I live in building 2, and it’s sometimes hard to find parking which gets annoying, so I’ll have to park at the office or at visitors. Aaaaand that’s about it! This place is pretty great. Arbors, I’ll miss ya!

Get ready for a long winded review with all you need to know about Arbors of Denton.Ive lived at Arbors for, going on, 3 years. Ive had a great experience. They arent your typical college apartments with rowdy people partying all night, and they dont come furnished with really ugly furniture like most college places. I love that they feel like adult apartments and you can decorate them and make them feel like home. The price is very affordable considering how close to campus (UNTs Campus) you are. The bus stop is convenient to take when the semester is in. I love that these apartments come with all your amenities including washer, dryer, fridge, and microwave so you dont have to buy those items. Maintenance has been quick and efficient if we have ever had an issue.I will agree with others reviewers that parking isnt the best, but its manageable. My roommate and I decided whoever gets home the latest always gets the covered spot, because parking is only hard to find once it gets late and everyone is home, but there is a medium-sized side lot inside the gates that is always half empty. If the good parking is taken I park there.I dont mind walking a little further to get into my apartment if I have to park there. Plus during holidays and during the summer when people are out of town, parking is great and open.Also, I dont know why people are complaining in other reviews that they have to scan a gate card to get into the complex and then complaining that their apartment was broken into,..thats why we have gates, to try and make the apartments safer. Its not that hard to scan your card. Just keep it in your car or your wallet so you always have it with you to get in when you leave. And anyone who is reading this, my roommate and I have never had any burglary issues here. When I lived in a rental house I got my car window busted out the first day I lived there. So, these apartments feel 100% safer based on my prior rental home experience. And lets be real, its a college town, crime rate is going to be higher any place you are, so take preventive action.Thats not really the apartment complexes fault. Tell the police and just alert the office if you got broken into. Hello renters insurance too: its cheap through Wells Fargo. The complex also has an officer you can call if you have an emergency like that or feel unsafe.I cant speak on the apartments roommate placement, because I live with my best friend, but I can give you some advice: If you think that you arent going to be comfortable living with a stranger, then the apartments allow you to seek your own. You dont have to get matched. Make a listing, meet with people who respond to your listing that you think you might like at a restaurant or get coffee with them, and do a roommate interview. You know you and what kind of person you mesh with way more than the office can based off of a short questionnaire for roommate placement that ask if you are clean or not, like to party or not, your major, and what kind of music you like....Dont blame the apartments, thats all they have to go off of, and if you signed up for roommate matching you take what you get. Thats how the dorms work, rental homes, all of it. Welcome to college! If you dont like the system, find your own roommate or live alone.Now after that common sense lesson I would like to continue and add that if you like to workout there is a small gym. If the weather is bad, too hot, too cold, I go there to get my workout in. Its quiet and convenient. There is a code to get in so its also safe. As far as the dog park goes I have only been once when dog sitting for a few hours for a friend. I didnt think it was bad at all. Its a big open field for the dogs to run around.And lastly, absolutely no one at the office has ever been rude to me or my roommate. They are always friendly and very helpful, and the amount we pay each year for rent really hasnt changed much. I only pay about $20 more a month than I did the first year I moved in.

The staff and maintenance team members are fantastic and do a great job of knowing the residents. They no longer tow without someone calling first, so the visitor parking has gotten much better since I began living here. They now have a visitor parking section inside the gated lot. Dedicated recycling is on property also, which is hard to find at any other student living options near UNT. The pool has been great recently too!This place has been lovely the entire time Ive lived here. Its very tough to find a nicer place thats closer to campus with the same accomodations, and impossible to find anything thatd be a better value.

I lived at the Arbors of Denton for 5 years and in each type of unit they offer. The staff is always friendly and professional. All regular maintenance requests were filled quickly and if they could not the office would provide an estimated time of when they could get to it. The complex is very quiet compared to other complexs I have visited in my 9 years in Denton. The worst part about the complex is the parking, it can be a pain at times but I was always able to find a parking spot inside of the gates.

Ive stayed at arbors for 2 years now and will be moving out this summer due to graduating and job. Im actually sad to leave. The staff such as Madison, Chase, Megan, Loraine, and others have been super duper nice :D they are always quick to get my requests done, the maintenance guys are quick to respond and get the job done . I honestly never had a bad time ^^. The apartments, especially the 3 bedrooms are spacious. Kitchen is nice and felt homie for me, love the indoor washer and driers. Right by the bus line to UNT. The living room is a great size and I hoenstly have trouble feeling the space XD. I really enjoyed my time here while going through my last 2 years at UNT. Gonna miss you guys at arbors! (Also yes I would love to be at more pool parties ;3 *inside joke). Again yall I recommend the apartments and wish I can stay longer.

Arbors of Denton is definitely hidden treasure in Denton! This property has reliable office staff and maintenance. The apartments themselves are very spacious and have every appliance included. You cant beat the location. Super close to UNT and TWU, but also Denton Square! From the basketball court, you can see the beautiful view on the square. A major plus is the resident events they host. They really do value their current and future residents down to the details of an awesome tour before leasing, and taking care of your needs when you move in! If I could give 10 stars - I would.
