    Current Resident Over 1 Year. I really enjoy this complex, The reason for the 4/5 vs 5/5 is because I have a lot of trouble getting in touch with the office. I have been here though 3 management changes, Current one is doing its best to clean up the place, putting in new rules to help with the looks. Workers are generally nice, havent had any issues with them personally. Its quiet during the night, and the views are very nice. Ive lived in several complexes in the area and this is the first one ive ever left a review for. The only one I would compare it to is Hebron 121, but smaller.

    My initial experience didnt start out too well. I applied in October for a December move in. The locator app I used said I had a FP/Garage. One week before I moved I found out the apt had neither. After talking to Ashley and explaing my respritory issues, Ashely and Elizabeth moved mountains and put me a larger, downstairs with a garage unit. When I say Ashley went above and beyond, I mean it. She is the cutest most helpful consultant Ive had the pleasure to work with, because I know I bugged her to death. Elizabeth followed suit. Thanks ladies for all youve done for me to make my life easier. Truly you guys are one of a kind. ❤❤❤❤

    Miranda is SO helpful and quick to respond in the whole process of helping my fiancée and I with our apartment search. She got us in our unit and made the whole process so easy while also being so nice and helpful to everyone that walked in on a busy Saturday while she was working alone. She is awesome and very helpful! Prompt to answer the phone when I called with a question Monday. I’ve enjoyed working with Miranda.

    I really enjoyed my time here at Tides at Lewisville. This was my first apartment moving to Texas and it was everything I could’ve asked for. The front office staff was exceptional, especially Erin. If you want to rent an apartment here I definitely recommend you go through Erin. She was very kind and always patient with me. The grounds were always kept clean and maintained. Also the maintenance team responded quickly with any minor repairs I needed. Overall I had an amazing experience!

    Fantastic place to live we love the area and schools in the area. Allison in the office was so helpful and professional when helping us find the best apartment for us any time we have had a maintenance request she is always on it to make sure all of our needs are met. The maintenance team is also very efficient and fast to get what ever issue is fixed. The property is clean and quite. I would recommend Tides at Lewisville to anyone looking for a SAFE, CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF and OVERALL GREAT COMPLEX TO LIVE

    I have lived here for 3 years and although Management has changed a couple of times, the new Manager tries really hard accommodate the tenants. My building has remained very quiet and clean and the Office Team is very nice and helpful.

    I lived at this location for two years. The new property manager is amazing. Her name is Yolanda and she is very passionate about this community and ensuring that the residents are taken care of.I ran into an issue with being overcharged upon moving out. Yolanda went above and beyond for corporate to refund my money as quickly as possible.Thank you for everything!!

    My experience so far has been phenomenal! Monique Rice the Assistant Manager helped me find exactly what I was looking for at the right price. A one bedroom apartment thats 650ft. She is extremely helpful for anyone wanting to move in and I highly recommend requesting her if you plan on moving. Shes very friendly and will help the best she can. If any issues occur shell work with you on finding a solution. The entire staff is friendly but my experience with Monique has made me feel like I made the right choice in choosing Round Grove and Im glad I didnt go anywhere else!

    Absolutely love the location, the accessibility to so many stores, and restaurants. The apartments are beautiful, and affordable. I believe her name was Heather the one that showed us the apartments was very pleasant and detailed about everything the apartments had to offer their tenants and how we would feel right at home. Cant wait to move once our current lease is up.

    I love this apartment. Everything is great about this. It has two pools and I love it when it’s so hot. I can just deep in there No rude neighbors. I didn’t have to call one time. My lease was great and I probably might be moving back in. Thank you tides at Louisville for giving me a home.

    I moved in today and so far so good, I have to give a huge thanks to the Manager Monica, she’s been so helpful through my whole process. I moved from out of town and she made things as less complicated as can be, I did everything online and through emails. It might take couple of days for her to get back to you, but she will get around to it. I had a million questions her or Sager answer all them without seeming like I’m bothering them. My apartment is beautiful everything updated. Thanks Monica for your help and I look forward to this new journey with the team.

    I moved in May 2016, with a 13 month lease. I will soon renew the lease for 13 more months. I have had very few problems with this apartment, and, the ones I had were quickly addressed. My apartment faces the pool, so, I was a little concerned about the potential for noise, but, decided it was worth it to be close to the pool. On the Fourth of July there was a party that was loud enough to cause me to reconsider my choices...well...it was the laser light show that was coming into my apartment that caused me to cringe. I was sick that night, or I might have gone down there and joined them - it seemed like they were having fun! That was the only time in almost a year that it was too loud, and, the fact that I was sick probably contributed to my discomfort.So, 99% of the time, its a very quiet and peaceful place, I often sleep with my windows open and wake to the sounds of birds chirping. (theyre chirping outside as I type this.)I see the complaints on this site and I have truly not encountered the things that the others are saying. Trust me, I would say something if it was bad here, and I would not be signing another 13 month lease. Michelle and Callie are always very helpful! There is another lady that I really like, but, its been so long since Ive gone in there that I cant remember her name - theyre all friendly.

    My time at Round Grove has been pleasant. I have to say I really appreciate Monique for all of her help and quick responses. Anytime I emailed or called she replied back within 24hrs. I liked my apartment layout, I had enough space for what I needed. I didn’t like how difficult it was to access the gate for my guests and the pool could use an upgrade. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

    I visited this community last weekend and was thoroughly impressed. The community is in a great location-right across the street from Walmart! The leasing person was very professional and warm. I was very impressed with her presentation and knowledge of the area as the management company is new. She was very excited about the new upgrades which in turn made me very excited. If you are looking for a new home, I strongly urge you to give Round Grove a try and I am sure that you will be as impressed as I am!

    Have lived here for only two weeks but so far the place is nice. They seem to handle problems promptly. It is VERY quiet here and the wooded atmosphere is amazing. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Cabinets are a bit outdated but for the price and square footage... Its okay. Trash pick up is 3 times a week. They should least have a dumpster or two for when thats not enough. Not enough dog poop stations. Friendly neighbors who understand it is an apartment which is nice. Not to big a fan in regards to the creek thing they have going on that moves water from the entire complex out due to trash coming through. Sprinklers, at least in the back of the complex, are broken so they just shoot water all over the place. Not a lot of parking... Thats definitely a con. But a little walking wont kill. All in all its been a great experience so far! Ill update again as time goes.

    I have lived here for 2 years and it’s been a good experience all around. The new management company has made a lot of new improvements already. The paint job looks really good, and the gates finally close! I don’t typically leave reviews but I like seeing the effort put in to complex.

    I heard about this property from a friend who knew I was looking and I was impressed with what I saw when I visited the community. The team was very excited about all the new items in the near future renovation. The appartment itself was beautiful but the granite and wood flooring took it up a level. I love the landscaping and two pools. Its perfect for my lifestyle as the property will allow big dogs and there are nice parks across the street. The location is also a high point with a large shopping center across the street and close to I35 shopping. Just waiting for my house to sell!

    I spoke with Makayla on the phone about finding a new apartment the other day and she was so polite and helpful. She went over all of the details of the community and what different options I had for a new apartment. Most of the communities that I have contacted seemed more interested in getting me off the phone. You guys did a great job in trying to find exactly what I am looking for.

    Since the Robinson Group has taken over management of the property things were bad, but they seem to be trending up. The first manager the Robinson Group brought in was not very helpful or communicative. Once the new management group came in, we had we had many issues in our apartment. The new manager, Yolanda, was able to help solve the majority of these issues and ultimately got us a credit on our account for the inconvenience and problems.

    I have been a resident here for over a year. Ive experienced some inconveniences, bad communication and parking issues. To which, wed hope the office staff would resolve.When I had an issue, I made it known, peacefully.Greystar acknowledged it and fixed it!Im staying and Im happy. I love the unit, I had a problem with the staff at the time.I want to recognize MaKayla, Ashlyn and Vicky for making me feel welcome again. I had A/C issues, I stuck it out for a bit, understanding we have lots of units. Today Im nice and comfortable thanks to their efforts!

    Ive lived here for almost 2 years and have had no problems. Recently they have hired Trash Butler that picks up everyones trash at their door and takes it to the dumpster. Being a single mom on the 3rd floor, I love that they added this feature! Not a reason to stay but a nice feature.

    I have live at eound grove for 4 years going on 5. Since being here one maintenance personal has always went way beyond the call of duty. Sam is very knowledgeable on any and all issues that come up.I would strongly recommend him for the top position and a hefty pay raise. He is always courteous and respectful and has always taken care of maintenance requests in a better than timely manner.
