I dont live here, nor have I ever; but I had a really great experience with Amanda while shopping around for a new home today. She is extraordinarily helpful, professional, and truly pleasant to speak with. Every question I had was answered and I ended that phone call happier than I was when I started. Im genuinely pleased with Amanda, and look forward to speaking to her again soon to set up an application! -

Great place to live really nice people really clean place with alot of space as well, we love our landlord T she is amazing and always answers any questions or concerns we have and takes great care of us would definitely recommend this place to anyone whos looking for an affordable clean safe space for their family or themselves😌 -

All office staff have been amazingly helpful! I have talked to Bobbie, Tiffany and Amanda and each one of them have went above and beyond to answer my questions! They are all very professional and I appreciate them more than they know! -

I cannot rate Amanda highly enough. As far as office staff goes she has by far been the best I’ve dealt with, her willingness to solve issues in a timely manner and fantastic communication skills has made my leasing period very easy. -

Stayed here in 2006-2007 back when they were called spring hill apartments. I dont think they were that old when I moved in. I remember they were very beautiful and quite. My year stayed with no problems or complaints. Went back in visited in 2014 they were still beautiful inside. But moved for better job to Houston so didnt need to rent here..... Would definitely recommend them! ❤ -

I Barbara Green have lived at Arbor Pines 19 years and I would like to say throughout my residency here I have seen quite a few mangers and maintenance men come and go but Bobbie Tipton does her job and she is a firm manager she doesnt tolerate residents to not obey the rules she is one of the best managers that Arbor Pines has had and Miss Amanda she gets things done she doesnt procrastinate she is super easy to talk to and understands she doesnthave favorites nor dose Ms Tipton they make a great team Also the maintenence man is extremely respectful dose his job and is Always polite. I would like to get new carpet and new linoleum for I have been here 20 years and am not going no where this is home and I highly respect my mangers and appreciate them for everything they have done for me Thank you Ms Bobbie for being the mangers youre Arbor Pines wouldnt be the same without you or Miss Amanda I truly love you both.
