I have lived here for 5 years now. I have found it to be safe & peaceful. The apartments are pretty good size, and I rarely if ever see any bugs. Maintenance is usually pretty good about getting things done in a timely manner. I love the office staff, maintenance and the bug guys. Everyone is pleasant and friendly. I love the office manager here. She keeps things safe and drama free, and shes always been good to me. When I moved here it wasnt meant to be a permanent move, but this has become the place I call home!

I have always found Arbor Oaks Apartments an Affordable place to live. I did always feel safe living there. I really enjoy the nice floor plan they have too on their 2/3 Bedroom apartments. I did live there for 5 1/2 years my first time. The Management staff is Amazing Great Nice People who care about their Tenants. Maintenance Staff always took care of issues when arose Promptly. The Apartments are always nice looking especially the landscaping that speaks volumes.

Good apartments, just need to fix it where you cant hear your neighbors music, tv, or any noise, because you can hear their conversations through the floors, and walls. And fix the roach problems too. But nice apartments.

Great place to live maintenance guy always on top of whatever we needed help with and Sheila and Debra are great as well they helped us any time we needed it as well ....good people man !!
