    Simple older apartments with the best community and staff I have ever experienced! I have lived here for 7years and have no intention of moving because this is my home. Wonderful friendly neighbors who look out for each other. Patricia, Katie, Iga, and Jason are absolutely amazing to work with and the heart of this community.

    I have lived at Apple Creek for over 5 years and I plan on staying as long as they will have me. The staff is wonderful and will go above and beyond to help tenants. Patricia, the manager, has always been there for me with whatever I need. Jason and the maintenance staff take care of any issues that come up immediately. The community is safe, clean, and quiet thanks to the staff. If you are looking for a great apartment at a good price I recommend Apple Creek.

    I have lived at Apple Creek going on 4 years and have had little issue other than increasing rent (which who hasn’t increased rent). The staff is friendly and maintenance requests are always dealt with in a timely manner!

    I have had a great experience living here for the past 5 years. Definitely made so much more enjoyable by the magnificent staff we have the pleasure of renting from. So lucky we have the team we have to watch over us.

    I love it here! The manager Patricia, and the other staff are all super helpful and beyond kind. I haven’t ever stayed somewhere with a staff that cares this much.

    Apple Creek is one of the best apartments in Temple, Tx. Property manager Patricia and the maintenance is doing an excellent job. I would recommend Apple Creek if they are looking for a safe and homely environment.This is undoubtedly one the best place to live in with family and friends.

    Manager Ms. Patricia is a very caring person and she treats her tenants with respect. I appreciate her generosity and I’m going to miss her. My apartment was well taken care of, maintenance was always resolving issues in a timely manner. The grounds are always kept clean, it is a quiet area. If I didn’t move back home I would of definitely stayed!

    I’ve lived at Apple Creek for two years. I’ve never lived at an apartment as great as Apple Creek. Management and Maintenance are the best. Grounds are always perfect, and work orders are done in a timely manner. Patricia, the manager, takes care of the property as if it’s her very own home, and loves to make all of us feel as if we are family. I can’t imagine finding a happier home to live in. Thank you Patricia, Teresa, Iga, Jason, and Robbie for making Apple Creek the best place to live in Temple!

    Weve lived here for over 15 years and love it!! The staff is friendly and maintenance is quick. Pest control comes once per month so weve never had an issue with insects or rodents. The grounds are well maintained. Follow the rules and youll have no problems. I think the negative reviews are from people who didnt follow the rules and their lease wasnt renewed. We wouldnt have been here 15 years if it wasnt a nice place to live.

    I lived here for a year with my two kids and always felt safe. It’s a quiet and clean community. Girls in the office are so sweet and helpful! I only had to put in 2 work orders and they would be done by the time I got back from work. We enjoyed living here

    I love living at Applecreek Apartments but what I love even more is the manager; Patricia Carver! Ive been here for 16 years & she is the best manager ever & Ive lived at other apt. complexes. Were not just residents, she cares about us. There was this time an ambulance was called to an apt. here & I was standing outside & saw her run out of the office to make sure that person was alright.And during that major freeze that we had in February, we were without electricity & it was cold!She went door to door with hot coffee & also set up a place where ppl could go to stay & fed them. Shes always having events throughout the year such as BBQs, food trucks, holiday events, free pizza nights, treats & balloons on our front door for our birthdays. Were family.I also love living in this area. Were located in a place where were close to everything that we need. Its so convenient. Its quiet & peaceful here at night & the property is beautiful & well maintained. Pest control; Ive never seen roaches here. Overall, I am a satisfied resident & happy here. 💕uswere more than just

    We have lived here at Apple Creek for 33 years. The Manager Patricia is always friendly and helpful. The Maintenance Crew Jason,Rob and Iga always address any issues immediately.     I’ve lived at Apple Creek for a little over 10 years. The community is very quiet and respectful. Management has always been respectful to me, the same with applies to maintenance. I never had any problems with the apartments I lived in, staff, or residents.

    I have been living here almost a month and I love it! I have no complaints. The week I moved in I reported a problem with the A/C unit and the washer. Maintenance arrived very promptly and resolved the problems. I have not lived in an apartment for years and was a little worried about apartment life such as noise from close neighbors but I have no complaints. It is very quiet and peaceful here. I would recommend Apple Creek apartments to anyone and everyone!

    I have lived at Apple Creek Apartments for six & 1/2 years. I have found the manager Patricia, to be exemplary & her assistant to always care about the needs of the tenants. Patricia is always accessible & willing to listen to you, if the situation calls for maintenance they are wonderful, polite & caring & will take care of the request promptly. There work is comparable to some one you would hire professionally. The grounds & landscaping are beautiful. Where I live is like living in a park. I find these apts & buildings to be well lit & feel safe walking from the parking to my apt.There are tenants here that are helpful & kind. One day bringing in groceries & a heavy bag of ice which I dropped, the young man upstairs heard it & came down to help me pick it up & he even helped carry it all in.I have never had a problem with bugs or mice as these apts are treated on a regular basis. The rent is affordable to me. It is a comfortable, clean place to live it is very important to the mngt that is kept that way.

    I’ve lived at Apple Creek Apartments for a year already. You can rely on maintenance and property staff to assist in any concerns and are family friendly creating a wonderful environment to live in and the property is close to many amenities within the area.

    I have lived here for over 4 years now and I love it. Residents have lived here since the property has opend over 30 years ago. Maintenance is timley and respectful. This is a no nonsense property. I can walk my dog at night and not worry.
