    These apartments are the best apartments Iā€™ve ever lived in. Iā€™m from Mississippi and when I moved here they made me feel so welcoming. The management team is so nice and will work with you as long as you communicate with them. I really feel at home living here and Iā€™m so grateful for being selected to stay here. Yes I am going to renew my lease. I wish all homes was like this one!!

    Love the quiet, safe atmosphere here at Anthem. Always get immediate attention from the office when I make a maintenance request. The staff in the office is always very professional, and nice to talk to when I have a question. They really make me feel at home.

    Iā€™m pleased to live in a complex that has remained their standards of quality living. Iā€™ve lived here for 3 years now and I have lived here also in 2009 and this is the only complex in Mesquite that I will give my money too. Iā€™m a Realtorā€¦ and Iā€™m very particular I know what I want and The Anthem have produced every-time. I have the feeling of being in my own home! If I need anything they do their very best to take care of any issue I may have had. And that feels good.Thank you Anthem Mesquite!!!Im a Pleased ResidentšŸ˜Š

    I am unsure of why there are so many negative reviews. I have renewed my lease 3 times here and have never had any problem with any of the staff or my apartment. I had an experience where I had to have my locks changed in the middle of the night and they had a maintenance guy out immediately who was legitimately concerned for me. The maintenance guys I see in the morning always wave at me. I love my neighbors and the office staff has never been in anyway anything but helpful. I think several of the people who are leaving negative reviews are forgetting that the office staff are people as well who have bad days, lets all remember that one rude experience doesnt speak for the entirety of the property. I think my apartment is beautiful, I love our grounds, I love our pools, I love walking my dogs around the complex, and I have never had a single issue with parking. Granted I havent moved out yet, but from my experience you never plan on getting your deposit back. I have lived in several apartments and I dont plan on moving from here until I move into a house. I will also add that I am in the office about once a week picking up packages so I see the office staff frequently and while they do change, I have found that all apartment staff changes frequently it isnt abnormal. If youre deterred from moving here based on the reviews I would reconsider and remind yourself that most people only review to complain and most happy people dont review. So check them out anyway.

    Giving 5 star for the staff and the recent efforts made to improve the community and resident communication. The manager Erica has really changed my perspective with my upcoming renewal. Iā€™d rather live somewhere with a staff that cares than one where I feel like a number or dollar sign.

    This apartment complex has exceptional front office staff!! My experience with the Ladies is that they are very professional and very caring ā¤! They are very policy oriented, yet they will bend over backwards to help you without breaking any policies. You really cant ask for more than that.Some of the apartments are newly renovated and the others are to be renovated soon.     We have been residence at the Barons for a little over 4 years. Never had any issues and the staff was always responsive if we had anything that needed to be taken care of. We had most of our interactions with Sobrina Ewell (leasing manager) at the property. She is an amazing part of the team and is someone The Barons should never let leave. Sobrina took the time to know me and my family and always asked about my wife and kid by name, which is a personal touch that is not seen much anymore. Thank you for 4 great years of service and for letting me and my family live in a great complex.

    I have been looking for a nice affordable apartment since May of this year. I have paid well over $1000 in application fees and was honestly said that this was the last apartment that I was going to apply for. Ms. Rachel was the best! She answered my emails within minutes and my tour of the property was so professional! She knows a lot and assured me that I would be ok. I was approved in less than a day once I finished my application for the the really nice renovated apartment. I canā€™t wait to move in a hope my stay will be as kind as Ms. Rachel!

    The staff was excellent all my questions were answered. Most friendly office staff at an apartment complex Iā€™ve ever felt with. Property is clean and quite. Kids were in the area playing outside which is always a good sign. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

    I stopped here last minute after looking at a lot of other places, except the customer service here by Valarrin as soon as i stepped in convinced me. She has such a bubbly attitude she is amazing at what she does. I have to say other places i visited got the worse customer service ever. She took the time to tour the facility with me and the upgraded units theyre amazingly nice. I am so happy i stopped by to this location. I am currently waiting on my application response. Also a huge plus my questions and emails are responded to immediately which i could not say that regarding other places. I am so looking forward to moving here the whole staff in this office made me feel very comfortable. Thank You Valarrin.

    I relocated from another state. And Anthem Mesquite made me feel at home. I want to give a big thanks to the staff for being prompt with getting everything I needed done quickly. I worked with Courtney and she was amazing. She went above and beyond for all my needs and concerns. She was very nice and friendly to my kids. And kept me top priority when it came to making sure my moving process was stress free. Thank you so much Courtney for the amazing customer service experience and making me feel at home.     My children and I have lived at The Barons for almost 3 yrs and I absolutely love it. Iā€™ve had minor maintenance issues and I will say that the maintenance guys fixed all of my request promptly. I donā€™t visit the office much. However, I will say that the times Iā€™ve been in there the staff has been extremely pleasant and welcoming.

    Donā€™t believe all bad reviews guys. Before I moved here I was scared cause all the bad reviews. But I regret not one bit moving in, me and my boyfriend have been living here 2 years and we love it. Every time we need something it gets done and maintenance are always alert. Pools are great. Neighbors in my building mind their business and arenā€™t loud. In general the complex is very quiet and peaceful.

    These apartments are nice and seem very quiet. The office staff that I encountered was very nice and friendly and professional especially Rachel and Courtney. Rachel answered all my questions without hesitation and didnt rush through the process.

    I went to view this complex last week, and had the best experience! I worked with Valarrin who showed me a nicely updated apartment for a great price! Upon leaving, my vehicle wouldnā€™t start. Valarrin and the leasing manager Sabrina helped me boost my car back into running. Sabrina was about to call AAA and have them come help me out. This to me was above and beyond service! I will be looking into applying here.

    Iā€™ve lived at the Barons 5 years now, and cannot believe what I am seeing here on google. Initially I figured these people must have the wrong place, however these remarks reference a place Iā€™ve called home for half a decade. I moved here to Mesquite from a very affluent area in Chicago. To anyone that thinks Mesquite is a ā€œGuarded and Gatedā€ million dollar home community, simply put itā€™s not. It is the MOST affordable suburb to Dallas. That being said, I chose to move to The Barons Apartments because of its close proximity to downtown, literally was the NICEST option in Mesquite, and it affordability as I am saving to purchase a home.Now speaking to my experience of The Barons, Iā€™ve enjoyed my stay. Iā€™ve had dealings with prior management, and the current management and have no issue with either. Adrian the former manager with very communicative and the one issue Iā€™ve had since new management took over earlier this year, was completely handled within a couple daysā€™ time frame. The office staff has been pleasant, my apartment is great for the price, and the property is large, lush, and pretty nice looking.I did receive notice from management regarding the people that had the wallet stolen at gun point and that is truly horrible. Fortunately the culprits were caught (I confirmed myself with Mesquite PD) and I havenā€™t gotten any more letters for criminal activity since. Not sure how I would place blame on The Barons for that, seeing that people Iā€™ve seen people allow cars to follow them into the gate every time I come home from work. Point being, the Iron black gates surrounding the Barons donā€™t equate to ā€œThe Pearly Gatesā€ so anyone that thinks so is just ignorant.All in all I think the Barons is a good option for someone who would consider Mesquite home and if you are looking for the nicest option is the area, you might just end up being my neighborā€¦

    I have lived at this property 5+ years and it has been a great experience. Definitely one of the nicest, cleanest and quietest place Ive lived in. Great for families as well. The office staff is always super friendly and are always able to take care of all my needs right away. The manager is super nice and professional. Would recommend this property to anyone! 10/10

    Looking to move and saw The Barons. The reviews are little worry-some, but looking at other complexes reviews in area they are not horrible. Went to visit the complex and it is nothing like the negative reviews. I felt like home from when I walked in. I was looking for a large kitchen since i enjoy cooking. the staff and the kitchen is what made me get an apartment. looking forward to move in.

    For the most part living here hasnā€™t been an overall bad experience. I have had issues with pest and neighbors but those are common things. Sabrina in the office is a great employee! Only one I like speaking with. She gets things done!

    Got a one bedroom lease in 2015 and I have to stay the apartment was fine and when problems occurred they were fast to fix it . Like the apartment above me flooded and my ceiling was dripping with water . They fixed it very quick . The down side I have now is that my lease is up soon and rent will go up by almost 300$ ????? Thats a lot over the course of just a year . But would still recommend the place .And in the year I have been here at moat there was a fight In the parking lot but thats it .

    Hello ladies and gents,I would like to say my stay at The Barons was a pleasure. The Barons Apts. were my second apts to lease and after living here for 2 years I wished I would have found them sooner. My reason for leaving is to be closer to my job, the commute was a bit much. The staff at the Barons are friendly and like family, they are understanding of your needs and try to help as much as possible. What I love most about the staff here at the Barons is their balance; they know how to be professional and have fun with you. When you walk into the leasing office you will get a big warm welcome with a smile or maybe even a hug. I will definitely miss living here. THANK YOU BARONS!!!! XOXOXOXOXO

    It has been a month since I moved in and I cant be more impressed at the quality of staff and living environment. Ive had some minor plumbing leaks but any service request gets worked on next day and the staff has been more than helpful. Great place to live.
