    The moment I toured The Anthem, I knew it would be a great place to call home. The community is so clean and beautiful. Elijah was very courteous and professional while assisting me. Unlike most apartments in DFW, the leasing office here actually answers the phone. I rate them a 100/100.

    I came in to view an apartment and I was assisted by Elijah. I’m new to the area and there’s so many apartments to choose from. Elijah went above and beyond in touring me throughout the community. He picked up on everything I was looking for and even recommended a restaurant in the area for me to visit while I was making my decision. I can’t wait to get moved in.

    I lived at anthem from summer 2021 to spring 2024 and enjoyed my time here at these apartments. I believe Anthem is the best located Cityline apartments, across the street from the large dog park, Cityline park, Cityline shops/dining, and the dart rail station.The apartment units are modern with nice hand scraped laminate floors, tall ceilings, nice appliances, and great closets.Property management is excellent, AJ, Elijah, and Mike are very kind, responsive, and helpful. The maintenance team is quick and friendly, always says hello. The complex is very clean as well, the dog run gets hoses down regularly, the interior concrete halls are mopped regularly, the mail room and pool is always clean.This property has also had many upgrades; new lighting in the garage & corridors, painted building & parking garage, new patio lights, and replaced pool furniture 2x since I lived here.Anthem also has great tenant events, they support local businesses and often have free breakfast, coffee, lunch, etc;.The only “issue” Ive had is the occasional cricket or roach, however each one I see is on the verge of death or already dead.If you see one alive you can put in a request and they will have the exterminator to your door same day. Richardson has a lot of roaches 🤷🏾‍♀️ they’re doing the best they can in my opinion.Overall I loved my time here and would recommend it to anyone!

    Elijah is a Godsend.! From the time I walked through the doors for a tour he’s been so kind and helpful. He streamlined the entire process and here I am over a year later, still as happy as the day I moved in !! I highly recommend this community and be sure to ask for Elijah when you come (he’s the best).!!!!

    While I like living here, the facilities are nice and the people are great, it would have been helpful to know either before moving in or have it clearly stated in the lease that tenants are responsible for paying for the light bulbs that are in the lighting that comes with the apartment. I understand when you move out, but while youre living here? I have never lived anywhere that did that. Not enough to make me move when my lease is up, but a good lesson on what to ask, so if youre considering moving here, make sure you ask about this.

    If you are looking for friendly atmosphere, honest and quick responses, clean modern apartments with a vibrant neighborhood all near a beautiful and authentic trail to take a moment to admire nature, Anthem Cityline provides all of them. I also love the smiles on my neighbors face.The management team is great and try to do anything they can for an easy move-in. They provided us keys to the apartment during the holidays though I had difficulties to connect electricity and in the presence of some difficulties with the rental paperwork as well. I want to specially thank Amanda and Amos for all their help and consideration.You have to find your own washer and dryer in bigger units and that is the only thing you may need to consider if you are moving. You may not see that very challenging if you have the time to do your homework.

    Wow, I cannot contain my excitement! I need to give a massive shoutout to the incredible Management Team at Anthem! I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Elijah from their office, and he is absolutely fantastic! He goes above and beyond to provide assistance and support whenever needed. I highly recommend checking out Anthem Cityline if youre looking for a place in the Richardson area. Trust me, its a 5-star living experience that you wont regret!

    Out of all the communities we toured in Cityline- Anthem Cityline is the ONLY community where you can speak with an actual leasing agent onsite over the phone and not get a call center! After living here for almost a year I noticed that there is nothing ever wrong with my Apt, and if I do need something the Maintenance team is so respectful and timely with responses ! The garage has ample parking spaces, and we have a courtesy officer on premise so the community is quite (which is good because I work from home)!

    After touring so many communities, it was clear that Anthem Cityline is the place to be! AJ is always so welcoming and when I first inquired about the property, I was impressed that his knowledge was thorough from the get go. He provided answers to all my questions without me even having to ask them. Safety was a main priority for me and I’m thankful for all the measures in place here at Anthem Cityline. Also quick shoutout to Azher! He’s the BEST! Maintenance need are always efficiently handled.

    Awesome place to live! We have lived at the apartment for a year and an half and have been very pleased over all. Apartment is within walking distance to everything you need (metro, Whole Foods, a variety of restaurants, and other services). Apartment has hosted a numerous community events. Management and maintenance team respond very quickly and are extremely personable! I typically submit a maintenance request in the morning, and one the maintenance team members will visit our apartment within a couple of hours.

    Love living here! The pool is well kept. The maintenance workers are timely and great IF I have an issue. Every time I stop by the office AJ is courteous and talkative, real cool guy.

    The front office is very nice and Mike one of the resident managers is extremely helpful and had outstanding the customer service. The apartments are very spacious and modern, plenty of parking in the garage, the pool and courtyard is beautiful. Do yourself a favor and move in.

    Great community, we love our apartment and have been living here for over a year now. The community is clean and the staff is very attentive and respectful. Love the location as well!Only a few concerns:1. The garage should having security cameras that actually record the footage incase of a serious event - that would help the community feel even safer.2. The community should consider adding electric car chargers - All the neighboring communities have at least 1 or 2 and this would go a long way with many of the residents who drive EVs, as well as with the moniker of a luxury apartment community.Outside of this feedback, love the community and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

    Moving is stressful but touring with Elijah was a breath of fresh air. He was very informative and so easy to talk to, he highlighted all of the beautiful amenities and made me feel a sense of community. AND This property is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!

    I’ve been meaning to write a review since the minute I’ve signed lease. So, here we go. Mike, was the absolute SWEETEST, when he gave me a tour. I’m pretty much all over the place, so I had to reach him a couple of times for a couple of questions, and he would always answer no matter how small my question was. —Today I went in to grab my keys, and Mike greeted me by my name, which I was impressed, due to the fact that I’ve only seen him once prior today. Elijah assisted me today, and in the couple of minutes we spent, he was so helpful and patient. I’m a hairstylist near by, and I mentioned it to him, and I thought it was so sweet how he told me they could put my business cards in their welcome folders. LOVE the support, Made my day. If this is how management is, I Can’t wait for my experience here!

    If you’re searching for a place to stay then look no further! Our stay here at Anthem has been wonderful due to the amazing staff. The pool is always maintained and the entire building is always kept clean. Recently they repainted the entire building and the place couldn’t look better. If you’re looking for a new home this place is definitely worth checking out. When you come check it out definitely look out for Azhar, he is always running around making sure everything is in order. Our experience wouldn’t have been this amazing if it wasn’t for his friendly comments and constant care.

    I moved in last week and I LOVE it. The staff is so helpful and very responsive including maintenance. The garbage is picked up everyday. My neighbors are friendly (so far). Mike and Elijah are the best. I hope they STAY HERE, Ill go wherever they go! Hopefully, it stays like this *fingers crossed*. Ill update if anything changes.

    I’ve been here a little less than a year and have loved it so far. There are a lot of apartment buildings in this area off of Renner and 75 to choose from. I chose Anthem because they had the best rent price for what I was getting. The location is great with a Whole Foods across the street and lots of really good restaurants downstairs and in walking distance. The maintenance staff has been very fast and very nice every time I’ve had to work with them. The pool area is beautiful and well kept. The security for the building has felt safe since I’ve moved in too, which is a big plus. I’m hoping to stay here for a very long time!

    Have been living at property for a couple of months. Great place to live. Good location close to a Whole Foods Market and plenty of Restaurants and fast food. But one of the things I’ve been most shocked about living here is maintenance. As soon as I send in a request. The maintenance man Azher has come almost immediately and fix any problem I’ve had. Super fast, helpful, and attentive .

    I moved to Anthem Cityline in February, not knowing the area or anything about Cityline. It was the last complex in this area I visited, after 2 full day’s of apartment shopping, and I truly saved the best experience for last! Rachael asked me what was important to me in selecting an apartment. She took me to visit an apartment that met 9 of 10 items I was seeking, and I fell in love with the unit I rented. She made the choice so easy! As normal, there are always maintenance issues that arise, but those have always been handled quickly and completely. The entire staff here is great! The apartment security is responsive and addresses anything that comes up. I feel very secure here as a single resident. All in all, it has been a great experience and I look forward to renewing my lease option to live here longer. Cityline is a great area with restaurants, etc. that fits everything I’m looking for. I highly recommend Anthem Cityline to anyone seeking a great complex!

    My boyfriend and I had appointments to view apartments in the Cityline area but at one place, the leasing agent was several minutes late and rushed us through the appointment and the other never showed after we waited for about 20 minutes. We had seen Anthem on our way in and thought we would stop in after we were done to get some info. By the time we got there, we were a little disappointed by our previous experiences and had low expectations.From the time we entered, Elijah Brown (Assistant Manager) was very professional and helpful. He explained to us that he had a tour scheduled so he wouldnt have the time to give us one but gave us information anyways and took down our names. As we were getting up to leave, my boyfriend told Elijah that he had been the best person wed talked to that day. After that, Elijah asked if we wanted to see the model unit since he had a few minutes anyways. He was able to give us a quick but informative tour without making us feel rushed and finished just in time before his next appt. He then sent us a quote within 15 minutes of us leaving and has been very helpful and quick to respond since. We ended up signing a lease and are so excited to live at Anthem for the next year, based on this experience. Thank you Elijah!

    Ive just moved in to Anthem in the past month. Im incredibly pleased with the whole experience; Something that stood out to me from the start was that Mike, who gave me the tour, remembered my name and greeted me by it when I showed up, even though we had only talked via email up to that point. It made me feel very welcome. I had an easy move-in and my apartment is perfect for me. Amenities like valet trash, Amazon hub locker, pool, etc. are added bonuses. Ive only just started living here but so far, so good!

    The moving process is never easy.. and having to shop for apartments is even worse. Which is why I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Amanda and Lindsey. Thank you both for answering our endless questions, taking us on multiple tours, and everything in between. The selling point for us with Anthem was the customer service. But the apartments itself are... out of this world especially for the price! We are so in love with our new unit with the most massive patio overlooking the beautiful lit up trees and restaurants below. I CANNOT wait for summer to come around so we can enjoy the amazing pool they have too. If the reviews below haven’t persuaded you to check out Anthem, I guarantee you are missing out! Don’t forget to ask for Amanda!!!P.S. If you do get a bigger unit, you must provide your own washer and dryer. Not a big deal but definitely something you should know to prepare for your move!

    Anthem Cityline by far is the best Apartment in the DFW. We get the luxury experience inside the property and within our surrounding community. I work from home and get the peace and quiet that I need! When ever I call the office they are ALWAYS there to help. I feel blessed to reside here and to live amongst such upscale neighbors!

    I moved here in July, and I love living here, and its really clean. They take really good care of the hallways. You never see anything out of place in the hallways. Management is friendly and helpful. There are activities for residents to enjoy, and most of all I feel safe living here!     I’ve lived here for a 3 and a half years and absolutely love it. The units and amenities are gorgeous! I upgraded and transferred to a bigger unit within the building a few months back and the management team made my transfer process completely effortless and smooth. I’ve lived in a lot of apartment complexes and this is hands down the best! Rachael was so helpful every step of the way and made sure I was taken care of. I also love the location of these apartments and the best part of all is the parking garage. I love that I can park on the floor I live on, I’m always able to find a spot to park, and my car is always protected. The pool area is gorgeous and it feels like I’m living at a fancy resort. Can’t recommend this place enough!

    Lived here for 4 years. It is a great place to live, and a bonus if you work for State Farm. Rachael, Katelyn, and Amos are awesome property managers, and are prompt to make sure residents have everything they need.Management :5 starsMaintenance: 5 stars - never had a problem having anything fixedAmenities: 4.5 stars - awesome pool and gym. The dog park is just average.Studio apartment is really a 1 bedroom apartment with a cutout between the bedroom and the living room. Great for a single person.If you’re looking for apartments at Cityline, Anthem is the nicest. I have friends who live in other apartments at Cityline (Axis, Standard, and Riley). While those other properties are okay, you can tell they are cheaply made compared to Anthem. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced apartment in Plano/Richardson.

    I have read over the most recent comments and I wanted to reply. I jave never had a problem getting in and out of the garage gates and I have lived here for 2 years. There has been some issues but it seems to be getting resolved. My apartment was also affected by the fire and it was the insurance companies that were dragging their feet. Management got me into another apartment as soon as it was available. My insurance company paid for me to be in a hotel. They gave me weekly reports until the situation was resolved. The security issues is mostly because of the residents not making sure the doors are closing, or purposely leaving them open for others. I think they finally got the management situation figured out and it shows in the atmosphere. Its pretty hard to replace Travis personally, but the newest staff as a whole is making this place feel like a home again. I am a 44 single female and I feel completely safe. They are upping community functions and keeping all residents involved. Great work in management for the positive change that is making this place into a very enjoyable place to live again.

    Let me tell you Amanda is Awesome Top 10. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.     Been living here for almost three years and - well, they do up the rent often, but its a relative small increase and that seems to be capitalism at work, rather than the people that own this place.Moneymen aside, all the staff that works here is super friendly and welcoming - specially our handyman and front desk! Theyve fixed things I only mentioned in passing, they keep track of stuff I never even heard of, and its all just kept running without a worry on my end~The location is - perfect - you will find no better place to live in Dallas. Its got easy walking access to the Dart (even if Im the only one that uses it around here, it seems?), and its just far enough from downtown that you dont get the traffic if you do use a car. Its got restaurants, doctors, an inn, parks, hair saloons and that sort of stuff (a lot of them), and dentists (also a lot of them), as well as a CVS and a grocery store - all in walking distance~Oh. And... A Starbucks.I guess.The square outside is gorgeous, weve art all over the neighbourhood is you like wandering around... I can rattle on and on - just come live with us!     My A/C unit was suddenly not working properly. It has been replaced and now my apartment is much cooler.I spoke with Vic as the work was being done.He was very professional and courteous. He advised me of what caused the problem and steps that were taken to fix the issue. All while assuring me that my home experience will be much more comfortable going forward.I appreciate the prompt response of my service request.     I lived here for two years and I really liked it. Great location and my apartment was quiet. I picked the top floor with no one above me and I was facing the cityline square, so no street traffic. I only called maintenance twice (for fire alarm batteries and a new refrigerator water filter). Both times they were prompt and courteous. Yes the garage door breaks from time to time but that is also because people drive into it! The parking lot can be a little scary because of fast drivers. They could use some mirrors, but all in all it was a great place. Rents went up in the end but that seems to be true everywhere. Not sure on move out charges yet but I will update if necessary....fingers crosses no horror stories. They ask you to take a video which I did. I would definitely recommend this place.

    My Husband and I are so happy we chose Anthem at CityLine to become our home. We love the location, and all of the restaurants around. Its still close to work and an easy commute to our kids places. Anytime we have a work order to get done they have it completed within 24-48 hours. I have never had a complaint. The office is always easy to talk to and always has an answer to our questions. Yes, the management has changed but that is just the normal. Who doesnt love watching the place they live grow and mature? Apartment living is much easier than house living in our opinion. People always want to point out the bad in something, so I wanted to take the time and point out the good, and the hard work ive personally seen. CHOOSE ANTHEM AS YOUR NEXT HOME!

    Nice place to live with a convenient location and a variety of places to eat, drink, shop, or find services within a few minutes. Access to major highways is super easy. The units are well-appointed and comfortable. Maintenance is always efficient and handles requests for service in a timely manner. Office staff has always been professional and willing to assist. I love Richardson’s bike-friendly streets.

    I made. Few work orders and I work from home so I’m always home, the next day I would receive an email that says the work order has been complete but no one would’ve came, my closet door was jammed a while back and they came and said it can’t be fixed but today the supervisor came and he fixed everything for me! The door was fixed in less than a minute, changed all my light bulbs and was amazing! He had an amazing customer service, super friendly and would definitely recommend him! He has been nothing but nice, helpful and spectacular in everything! Super helpful 👍🏼

    Ive been a resident at Anthem City-Line for the past 4 years. I’m originally from Gloucestershire England and have been utterly impressed by the positive social-culture and resourcefulness of the front office staff.I thoroughly appreciate the thoughtfulness of the staff to meet the needs of the resident and address any concerns brought to their attention.I specifically admire the work ethics of the Building Cleaning person Ray. It appears, he’s always cleaning the passageways, parking garage and the indoor dog-park. Ray is undoubtedly a key contributor and a difference maker to the complex.Additionally, I’m particularly impressed by the front office manager, Amanda. She accentuates the best of Carter-Haston and makes you feel like family. I suspect living at Anthem City-Line would be completely different without her at the front desk. Amanda is without question, a value-added contributor to Anthem City-Line and Carter-Haston.The office manager Lindsey is fully committed to making sure the residents are the center of attention. She is relentless in her pursuit to ensure all the needs and concerns of the residents are adequately addressed. She is undoubtedly a shinning star.The maintenance personnel Vic, is superbly suited for the job. In mid September 2021, I called for a minor maintenance issue, however, the moment Vic walked into my apartment he immediately notified me that my AC filters were in need of replacement and that he can fell the air in my apartment and it felt damped and in need of urgent attention. He was remarkably helpful and knowledgeable. Vic is beyond question, a value-added contributor to welfare of the residents of Anthem. He exceeded my expectations and went beyond the call of duty to make sure everything inside my apartment was operating at optimal level.Finally, I have work with Amos and JR for the last 4 years! These two gentlemen are stalwarts in meeting the needs of the residents of Anthem. They make you feel like you’re the center of attention whenever you have a question or a matter that require their attention.I’m utterly please to be a resident of Anthem City-Line for the past 4 years and proudly recommend this residential complex to anyone contemplating becoming a residentWarm regards,Wilson

    This is a really good community to live at. I moved in a couple weeks ago and the staff could not be better. Amanda and the manager Amos were very knowledgeable and friendly.     Anthem Cityline has been the best home! Katelyn G initially showed me apartments and made me feel so confident about moving in. And since then, has been so personable and helpful! You can tell she really cares about her tenants. You can’t beat this location!

    The Anthem Cityline residential building is firmly rooted within The Cityline District, sandwiched between Richardson and East Plano, it’s a quiet yet an ever-evolving neighborhood surrounded by nature trails, corporate offices, dog-park, playgrounds, elegant restaurants with a range of culinary delights and an atmosphere of creative renaissance.Coming home to Anthem is coming home to my personal oasis with little luxuries at every turn; from Anthem’s forward-thinking floor-plans and interior spacious designer finishes to clean and well lit corridors, is the tip of the iceberg.Based on my 5 years experience at Anthem, I can proudly attest to adeptness and competence of the complex’s management staff. The property manage AJ and the front desk reception manager Michael are noticeably professional, polite and extremely considerate to the residence and visitors. I have exceptional regards for the building maintenance personnel, particularly Asher and Ray. They are extremely responsive and attentive to inquiries presented by residence, which undoubtedly, adds additional flavor to the overall ambiance of Anthem Cityline.Moving from Gloucestershire, England, to Texas, I personally find everything I was expecting at Anthem Cityline, as well as, those uncommon delights that continue to surprise me. I can escape the concrete jungle of Dallas Metropolix to Anthem’s ground floor pool lounge with two resort-style cabanas and magnificent waterfalls that serenade you twenty-four hours a day in a peaceful meditative trance. I absolutely enjoy the Anthem’s Residence Lounge; with its massive ceiling, spacious environment and modern infrastructure that continuously inspire your inner artistry and give you all the room to innovate and unwind, or just watch a movie and reconnect with follow residence in our community while enjoying free coffee, snacks and beverages.Anthem is a place where residence can immerse them self in the creative flair of Cityline Multipurpose District, where food, music and art collide to create a lively safe and friendly community. You’ll never tire of the ever-changing landscape of restaurants, retail, and weekend recreation events that make up this burgeoning hotspot.     Best place I’ve ever lived!Front office is helpful, the location is great, the amenities are all you need and more.The best part is the man, the myth, the legend, Mr. JR who does all of the maintenance for when anything breaks. He always gets to your request very timely and will fix whatever’s wrong within like 10 minutes!! I’ve had other maintenance people take hours or days. You want to live here because you need JR!

    Raymond and Vik Sodhi from maintenance.Those two names should be enough to explain why I’m leaving a five star review.They are always so nice and very quick and efficient in what they do. Top tier workers and a great asset to this apartment complex.Everything onward is a bonus.The apartments are affordable and well kept.There is a ton of nice events hosted by the staff and by city line. Its a great place to live if you love the feeling of going out around town with the added bonus of not actually having to drive anywhere.I definitely recommend checking this place out.

    The leasing team at Anthem CityLine are “top-shelf” (Amos Campos in particular)! Not only is the property itself superb (units, amenities and location), Amos and Amanda are professional, knowledgeable and honest. For me, the prerequisite to applying for a rental unit is to have a managing staff I can trust and are committed to excellent service. To anyone considering Anthem CityLine, I can say with confidence that you will experience outstanding service from this team and enjoy a well maintained property! I’m happy to call Anthem my new home!

    For those who give a low rating: shame on you. I am living here now 9 months and we fully intend to re sign in September. the grounds are well kept. My apartment is wonderful (2/2- facing pool with huge balcony) the recent change in management has REALLY made a difference in that the assist manager is easy to talk to and very responsive. If there is any negative to say its really minor things but still items that do blemish our home: 1. The gates for dog area. Need repair- often do not latch. 2. Finish replacing the hall/ceiling lights(already begun) the uniformity will boost appearance. 3. Maybe need to look into replacing the garage gates as often broken needing frequent repair. This does decrease our level of safety. It would be nice if they moved faster- I worry about strangers piggybacking in.. Our property isnt BRAND NEW so we are going to have imperfections. Owners just need to be willing to make improvements like new large parcel boxes (when are they going to be installed) on a positive THANK YOU MANAGEMENT for having our voice regarding the dog poop problem!!!!! For residents that are NASTY with their trash and doggie poo- SHAME ON YOU. This is a high end property and if you cant respect that then move to the ghetto. How RUDE to let your horse-of-a-dog drop 5 huge droppings in the hall and LEAVE it there ALL day . I believe the staff cleaned ut up at my request. We love our home. Inside and out- the convenience the fun. Thank you Anthem Cityline.

    I will say one of the top reasons for giving them 5 stars is because Travis the property manager has provided excellent customer service before moving in and as I have lived here. Location is great for those who work in the area and want access to public transport and good food. Natalie and the finance manager Victoria in the office were also great and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place due to the customer service and fast response to any repairs or concerns.

    Everyone has been so helpful in the staff. The community is rather quiet despite being in a busy area. Highly recommend.Update: Wanted to update after living here for nearly 3 years. I have rented roughly 8-9 places in the last ten years or so and this maintenance staff is by far the best i have ever had. If I could give another 5 star rating to this place I would.

    I always love visiting CityLine. Ive had interactions with the entire management staff and I love each one of them. Rachael has to be my favorite, with her attention to detail and how nice she is. The amenities are great, and they are handling COVID-19 amazingly well considering everything. Very glad I have family that live here so I can get a taste of their amazing community.

    5 stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Anthem Cityline. I originally was interested in re-leasing at Windsor, but after visiting Anthem it was home at first sight !! Amanda B., Lyndsey L., and the entire Anthem staff made me feel like family and have gone above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs.The location couldn’t be better in Richardson, Tx. Amazing views, tons of restaurants walking distance, and quick access to any part of DFW.Anthem has done a stellar job in every category and I am proud to call this home.     I have lived at Anthem CityLine for the past 2 years (going on three) and I’ve enjoyed every bit of it. Amos and Amanda are absolutely amazing!
