This place is amazing! Its super clean, and every staff member is helpful and friendly. It has all the amenities you need, from a pool to a gym. The designs are very homey, and the community is incredible! A huge shoutout to the Assistant Manager, Mark, for being so accommodating and thoughtful!

We recently moved in but so far so good , we had a problem with the AC the 1st day but they fixed it that same day even after hours! They were quick to get it fixed and the place is so big and spacious more than what we expected. We plan to stay here a few years because of how big and roomy it is. Recommend making here your New Home as well!

Living here has been an Excellent Experience, quiet place to live and really safe, pool area is awesome and the pool is open all year round, Mark has help us with some of the requirements we have had during our time here, always willing to help and profesional, giving us the treat that we deserve as residents. I love my apartment!! It is perfect in every way for me!! I am not planning on leaving anytime soon😎 Desiree has been so helpful with anything I have needed and she is so friendly every time I meet her anywhere!! She treats me with respect and she makes me feel like she gives me her personal attention, when I am sure she shows everyone else on the property the same! Maintenance has been fantastic too!!

Working with Desiree is what sealed the deal for us. Her customer service is amazing, after she showed us around we were still unsure of a complex to choose, she emailed us the next day to let us know she was eager to work with us and assured us she was available to answer any questions we had. With this being our first apartment we were so nervous, but Desiree made this process so easy for us and we are so happy to have chosen the Anatole.

This has been the most wonderful experience that we have ever had. We moved in a year ago and were living in a two bedroom downstairs unit. Our experience with upstairs neighbors after 6 months was not comfortable for us and we requested a transfer to somewhere within the community that was quiet. They allowed us to move into a duplex in the middle of our lease. They were very accommodating and wanted us to stay so they made us comfortable in a quiet duplex and it has been wonderful. Our lease is up at the end of July and we are leaving to move into a new home. Ashley, Callie and Desiree are the best and are very cordial and accommodating. The maintenance is 5 star as well. If something needs attention they are on it as soon as possible, most times immediately. It has been the greatest experience. We will miss it

My husband, 2 kids, and i have been living at the Anatole for almost a year now and we couldnt be more happy. Callie, assistant manager, was the one who showed us our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment back in April 2021 and has been amazing at addressing and attending to anything we need or have a question about. Desiree is also great at getting all your needs met. Over all such a friendly group of ladies that work up at the front.Maintenance is quick and efficient.The area is neighbor friendly and I feel safe with my two boys walking the complex for fresh air, going to down to the gym, or hanging out at the pool.I really appreciate the mixers the front has, whether its enjoying cookies, snacks, or cocktail hour, its a great way to mingle with your fellow neighbors and staff. Not to mention it feels like the staff is giving back to its residents in a small thankful way.

Absolutely 5 stars clear across the board. After driving by and being very impressed with their clean and well maintained grounds, we decided to stop by the Anatole last week looking for information on pricing and availability. Desiree immediately assisted me and answered all of my questions and offered a tour the same day. I have called back with more questions and she and Callie have been very helpful and happy to help out. The process was very quick and easy. Im happy to say, we will be joining the Anatole community in the near future thanks to Desiree! I especially liked that she didnt make me feel like a bother for calling and asking questions. I highly recommend the Anatole on Briarwood and Desiree Govan!

We lived at Anatole for 1 and a half years. We moved in before Olympus Properties took over, and let’s just say it was a complete mess. We were so excited to hear that they were being bought out by a new company and that things were going to change! Let me tell you, they kept that promise! The staff became so well informed, courteous, kind, and accommodating. (Anthony Rodriguez at the front desk is AMAZING!!!) They even sent us a little text if our packages were delivered to the office. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and the grounds are gorgeous and very well kept. They just did an entire exterior renovation and new landscaping. Extremely impressed. The only reason we moved out was because we have kids and bought a house with a yard for them to play in.

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and do not have any complaints. The office staff is seriously the best. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. Every maintenance request we have put in has been dealt with immediately. The office staff even hosts cookouts at the pool for everyone as well as activities in the front office. They definitely go above and beyond any place I have ever lived.

I have Recently moved to the area and am currently living in one of their 3 bedroom duplexes. It is very nice and roomy. The kitchen and bathroom counters are all granite. The storage is great. Flooring is a nice wood laminate. This is gated and has great amenities such as garages, pool and work out areas that are neat and clean. The location is convenient to loop 250 and located in a nice neighborhood with convenience to shopping.

Hands down the best apartment complex in Midland. Here you are not just a resident; you are family. The staff makes you feel like family all the way around. We moved in around September of 2018 and have been extremely pleased with the new management. All amenities are better than expected and a little bonus is the breakfast and get-togethers the management arranged for everyone. If more than 5 starts was available this place would get more for sure.

Ive been here since July. I love my apartment!! I dont feel like the staff has been rude to me at all considering that I would always call and ask questions when I first moved in. The first day I moved in there was a connection issue with my washer and dryer. I called the office and Tristen was a sweetheart and send someone my way right away. I know Ive only been here a few months but I really like it. The only complain I say I would have is the parking. There is not enough parking sometimes. Other than that, the apartments are spacious and nice. I do recommend.

We have enjoyed living here. I dont have any complaints. They respond to service requests very fast, friendly staff, attractive property. We really enjoyed the gym and pool. We were the first tenants to ever move in to Anatole on Briarwood when the leasing office building was the only one fully complete. We have never had a request or issue that was not addressed that day or the next. This has been our home not apartment since we have lived in Midland,TX. The office staff or maintenance staff have never been rude to us in fact they have gone out of there way to make us feel welcome. We always feel at home and my Grandmother knows all the staff by name and she feels safe that helps me feel more at ease when going to work. In fact when we do have grandkids over they always want to walk thru the office on the way to the mailbox to visit the staff.

Edit***I do want to let everyone know that the office had contacted me regarding my concerns, we talked about my frustrations and I have definitely been seeing improvements. I believe the transition in management was tough on everyone involved, they seem to be getting things settled down! Though I have to joke about the horrible paint color scheme that was chosen, i really have no other complaints! Great community, nice little apartments!The front desk folks are pleasant, and the apartments are decently nice, but I dont recommend since Olympus management took over. Terrible moral, and constantly difficult to work with. Subpar management, penalizes tenants for facility and contractor flaws. Been a tenant for over a year, definitely wouldnt have just re-signed my lease had i known about Olympus and how they function.

The location of the apartments is perfect a walmart just .5 miles and a cvs just around the corner.
