    AMLI West Plano is a great place to live. Nice neighborhood and surrounding areas with convenient shopping and freeway access. The staff is also wonderful, Jocelyn in particular is exceptional as she guided and assisted me through every step of the application process, touring, move-in, and ensuring that my experience has been top-notch at every step, which it has. As someone moving in from another state, I greatly appreciate the accommodations her and the entire staff have made throughout my stay.

    AMLI West Plano is perfectly located in West Plano. My experience at this property has been first class. The property is clean and well kept. The AMLI team from management to support staff are amazing.     I love living at AMLI West Plano! The atmosphere is great! The convenience of restaurants, stores, and other retailers is excellent. Residents seem to be kind and friendly, as well as the staff in the office and maintenance staff. I feel like I’m at home in a safe place. I would recommend a AMLI West Plano to anybody.

    I have lived in AMLI West Plano for almost two years and could not be happier. The staff (office/maintenance, etc) are amazing. Its always nice when Im in the office and Cody knows mine and my dogs name! Maintenance keeps the property looking great always and my interactions with everyone is always pleasant.

    Absolutely lovely finishes, spacious and well laid out, nice views, wonderful staff, and overall a very comfortable place to live!Update: I ended up having to move to Austin in 2024. But the entire time I was there, I was blown away by the service and consideration the staff showed me. As a disabled person who was living alone, they did everything possible to help me when I needed it, often times moving me to tears with their kindness. In terms of the building, it’s obvious that a lot of care and attention is shown to keep it looking nice, functioning, and comfortable for residents. The building is safe and secure, and there was never a point in the time I lived there that I felt unsafe. It felt sort of like Fort Knox - getting food delivered to my door presented sort of a problem but I managed to find workarounds. Maintenance is timely, though you might have a little bit of a problem convincing them something just needs to be replaced. There was an issue with my fridge where the freezer would just stop freezing things, causing me to lose several loads of groceries. It took 5 calls over the course of about 6 weeks to get them to admit it wasn’t fixable (but boy did they try!) and just replace the entire fridge. Other than that, anything I had a problem with was dealt with quickly and completely.In all honesty, even though I have a large house now in a nice suburban neighborhood, I miss my apartment at AMLI West Plano SO MUCH, and if given the opportunity to live in the area again, I would immediately move back into that building, gladly, no hesitation. It’s worth the rent price, for sure.Thank you all for an amazing 3 years!

    Jocelyn and Paulina are great! Both of them are friendly and approachable. This is a great complex, well-maintained, with excellent facilities including a parking garage to get you out of the heat or snow!Some minor downsides include the rare malfunctioning fire alarm and the lack of a loyalty discount for those residents who seek to renew for multiple years. Everything seems to be priced by the algorithm and the onsite staff are not empowered to move the numbers for the longer term residents.Still, on the whole, a nice place in a great location!

    I cant say enough good things about AMLI! Ive been here several years now, and recently moved into a bigger unit. Paulina, Cody and Jocelyn have always been so helpful and answered any and all questions that came up. The community is very nice and the location is hard to beat. Great place to live!

    This is by far the first and only community in my 17 years of living in DFW that has exceeded all my expectations from application to the move in process to moving in has been exceptional. And throughout every step Jocelyn, Cody and Jasmine have been there. They are the epitome of professionals, friendliness and knowledgeable within there roles.

    The leasing staff at AMLI West Plano are excellent. They are very responsive and polite. Robert, Cody, Paulina are great. Mauricio, who originally showed me the property, is excellent. Cody is always responsive to my questions and prompt at getting maintenance out if I needed it T. The AMLI staff I have encountered are all very good representatives of the organization and they make you feel at home. Im finding it a very nice place to live. Its very clean and well maintained property and the other residents very nice.

    AMLI West Plano has been a pleasure to live in. The community is clean/well maintained, the landscaping is always taken care of (pretty flowers, very green, clean dog areas), the apartments are nicely updated and maintenance takes care of everything quickly. The team has been overwhelming nice and responsive for anything that comes up! The community events are nice and the amenities are great - the updated pool has been really nice this summer. Cody in the leasing office has been one of kind with his service and friendliness!

    Location: Very Vibrant location; Pleasant to take a walk around the community.Parking: Shared parking lot with very controlled access.Package Management: Luxor with varying sizes, special shared room for bigger packages, and I receive my organic / food deliveries into refrigerator into Luxor room.Building & Maintenance: Modern Unit, Appliance, periodic maintenance, requests addressed immediately.Utilities: No unreasonable fees. Fair business practices.I find the other residents to be very respectful, and I believe it has to do with Amlis background check process.Above all what I love most about this community is -> The staffs at Amli who keep the community very vibrant, almost once in every 15 days, either a morning / evening goodies / coffee grab and gos. I would personally give a shout out to entire team, But Id like to mention friendly staff, Cody Scott- I have come across different helpful people all across, but Cody goes to an extra mile that he remembers my name even though I stop by office only once or twice a year.He respects the concern and addresses them in a seamless fashion.I rarely write reviews, but the ones I do usually I believe would be helpful / greatly enjoyed - this review I hope would be both helpful to you, and if you become a member would enjoy.

    It is a nice and quiet apartment building (at least on the 4th floor). Plenty of small shops nearby that you can walk to, so location is great. Amenities are spot on for my needs. Gym is a little small but the equipment is well maintained. The new package locker room is amazing. The company investing into the building to keep it maintained and up to date is a refresher. Im excited to be here for awhile.

    Going on my fourth year with AMLI West Plano and I absolutely love it here. The staff is amazing and so friendly! Paulina is so wonderful to work with. It’s so nice to have the person who originally signed me up still here that I can always count on. Any needs or questions I have she’s been so helpful. Not only is the building and units so nice it’s the perfect area! Next to so many stores and the restaurants walking distance are a huge plus! Not to mention Plano ISD right down the road for my daughter! Definitely recommend!

    Just wanted to leave a few words about my short experience here. I came in May to look at a place and moved in just a short time ago. From the moment I arrived in May until today, when I had an unforeseen situation with my lease, Robert and Cody have been nothing less than professional, personable and accommodating. It’s not often these days you find such fabulous customer service. Also, the place is very clean, safe, up to date, and beyond centrally located. Love my apartment and love the gym.     My experience has been amazing from the beginning Jocelyn gave an amazing tour and made me feel like it was my home from the start. When I meet Robert Warner he welcomed me with open arms, he was so kind and very understanding about everything. Cody also always have me call back immediately when I need help with something, This community has done over and beyond to make it the move easy for me. They make work very easy and understanding , specially when people are moving from a different state. Thank you so much for all your help!!

    Amli West Plano is 5 star service. The complex is immaculate and well maintained, the staff are responsive and helpful and the location cant be beat. There are always ample parking options available even during peak times. The resident events are a fun way to meet and engage with your neighbors.

    Management staff has been nothing but amazing. More specifically Danielle and Jamie have gone way above and beyond with moving in and making me feel comfortable in my new apartment:) Ive already submitted a couple of work requests and they have been completed within an extremely reasonable time frame, one was within minutes. The community itself had been quiet and everyone I have met has been friendly and the perfect neighbor. Wish there was the option for 6 stars!

    AMLI West Plano is a great place to live if you work in Plano/Addison/North Dallas. The units are very nice and well laid out, service requests get taken care of very quickly (which is nice), and there are lots of Dog parks, which is a huge plus. Also, the staff is very friendly, and they seem to be on top of their game when it comes to fixing things around the complex that break down due to wear and tear. My only recommendation would be to adjust the doors in and out of the apartment complex so that they arent so loud. Other than that, this is a perfect place to live :D

    AMLI West Plano is an awesome place to live! The staff is fantastic and works with you to solve any issues you have. I have been living here for almost two year and have loved it so far. The pool is really nice and I lounge there quite frequently, which has been beneficial for this Texas heat weve been having. It is also really centrally-located to all the nearby Shops at Legacy and EatZis (one of my favorite go-to places). I would totally recommend stopping by for a tour if you are on the fence. It might change your mind for the better!

    Year Update: Couldnt have asked for a better complex to live in for the past year. Aside from having everything nearby (restaurants and Eatzis walking distance, two supermarkets, and quick access to the tollway), staff has always been courteous and maintenance responds quickly to any issue that is reported. The team here also quickly responded to COVID back in early March when this all started. If I come back to Dallas next year, I would move back in here in a heartbeat. Elizabeth continues to be amazing at making sure tenants have a great experience. If you do end up choosing AMLI West Plano, I doubt youll regret it. Cheers! - MSo far so good! Great building, amenities, and location! Office staff is quick to respond - working with Elizabeth has been great.

    Office staff is responsive and friendly. They put on wonderful community events like pool parties and painting with a twist type stuff. The ability to hear some noise around the apartment exists since it is an apartment but it is much less noisy that any other place I have lived. Security here is stellar, the area and tenants are nice and safe. Also the pricing is fair. Cheaper than the older place across the street and this AMLI is practically new. Any maintenance requests I have placed have always been handled quickly. If I had to guess why the average rating is not 4.8 for this place I would guess that some of the folks that live here are a bit on the high maintenance side. 😝 We are just a little spoiled is all. 😊 How could we complain about a little dog poop a fellow tenant forgot to pick up when we practically live in a modern day castle and have convenient access to all the food and entertainment and safety we could ask for. If we were born a few hundred years in the past we would probably be dying of starvation or the Black Plague or fighting in the trenches of WWI. So yes we should enjoy the nice clean pool and painted walls and air conditioning. 🤗

    Have been visiting a lot of apartments in the area and keep noticing the lack of customer service and indifference of the front office. Well not here!I came to visit and the leasing consultant was SO sweet. My boyfriend and I came on our off day so we were both dressed down and she treated us no differently. She was extremely attentive and took her time showing us every single amenity. The hallways were very clean and I felt like I was in an upscale hotel vs your average apartment.We even saw the property manager is passing who smiled and said hello. Loved how welcomed they made us feel. We havent made any decisions yet, but this place is definitely on the top of our list. Location is a HUGE plus as it is walking distance to several restaurants, Cinemark, and a big deli/bakery store.

    We lived here for just under 3 years and never had any problems. Staff (front office + maintenance) were always prompt and took really good care of us. Utility costs were always super low because of how energy efficient the building is. Walking distance to the grocery store, a few food spots, and the movie theater is a plus. Parking garage and gated entries made everything feel safe and secure, but can be a bit cumbersome if you live on a higher floor and have people over often.

The office staff (Elizabeth and Staci) are very helpful and patient with answering my many questions and the maintenance staff is nice and gets things done quickly.     Love AMLI West Plano! Perfect location off of the Dallas North Tollway, between PGBT and 121. Very nice apartment complex with beautiful amenities. All apartments are equip with hardwood flooring and gorgeous granite countertops 😍 this is the absolute cleanest and most well maintained apartment I have ever lived in. Super friendly office staff, and fast acting maintenance team! They also host super fun happy hours at neighboring restaurants! I wish there was a higher star rating that I could give 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    I’ve been here for about a month—great location and staff. Clean space and I recommend this apartment. Cody made my Move out of state so easy! The only downside is the music across the street. It gets pound Thursday - Saturday.

    After 25 yrs of home ownership, I never thought I would love living in an apartment. But I love AMLI West Plano living! It is so incredibly clean, nice neighbors, great shops and restaurants like Eatzis within walking distant. The appliances are all included and brand new and the workout room is positioned conveniently next to the mail and package room as a reminder to live a healthy lifestyle. Most of all though, the people that work in the front office are resident-focused problem solvers who make living here great! Paulina has been of great help lately as I evaluated options for renewing my lease. Like all the office team at AMLI, Paulina provided the right information at the right time.

    Living at Amli West Plano has been nothing but an overall great experience. From the detail of apartments layout, to the accessibility to the local stores and eateries, and the FANTASTIC management team, there is no apartment within 50 miles comparable to AMLI West Plano. You pay for the location and the quality of the apartments, but it is worth itNotice to potential renters, ground floor apartments by the shops get lots of foot traffic and noise, and anything on the north exterior has constant road noise from about 530am on in the morning, very likely to wake up if you are a light sleeper

    Probably the best apartment we ever lived in (we lived in 10+ places) and the only reason we have moved is that we bought a house.Great locationEpic layout, spaciousGreat pool, very cleanMaintenance is an amazing same dayThe office staff is A+ MALENA and DANIELLE great job THXAMLI actually cleans the hallways and keep everything maintained!And we can say that the gym is small etc, and yes there was some crime, but hey you are living in an urban community located next to Tollway, next to restaurants, so dont park your car with custom rims outside in the dark alley. And maybe try to get unit on the 2nd floor.The point is this place does a great job on keeping the crime at a minimum, they even have security guard here....but its our job as residents to take preventative action.Overall A+ place, would come back anytime!

    Nicely ran and maintained. Good location. Nice gym and other amenities. Friendly staff. Somewhat of a new build. Worth it for the price.

    Very nice apartments and outdoor pool area, I visit friends here semi-frequently and there seems to be good enough parking for now. I am not sure about one the place is fully opened but regardless its a prime location especially with all the commercial construction going on up the tollroad.

    We would not live anywhere else! People, service, and style! Love the area, and actually rented two apartments! There is always something happening with a great level of privacy and security.

    Great place, the front office will work with you and help navigate issues and resolve conflicts between tenants. Ive been here almost a year and am glad Im here!

    I love it here at Amli West Plano! I feel very safe and secure. I haven’t felt this safe since 2017. I am finally able to get sleep. I moved here from Frisco and was unsafe in a brand new community there. Here at Amli, maintenance is on top of everything just as much as everyone in the leasing office. Jocelyn is amazing! She’s kind and always willing to assist with a smile. I don’t have any complaints about anything. Prior to moving here, I heard nothing but good things about Amli - and they did not disappoint.
