We lived here for over 3 years and absolutely loved it! The apartments are updated with nice finishes, and the community spaces were always clean. Overall the property is well maintained and the maintenance team is incredible!!!! Any issues we had were taken care of in less than 24 hours, which is by far and away better than any other apartment complex I have lived in.The leasing staff are very friendly, Adrienne & Kylie especially are the best. Overall loved our time here and would recommend to anyone.

I moved here from another AMLI property in April of 2024. I was nervous at first, but I have absolutely loved it here! It’s in a GREAT location with great food options - some even walking distance. The property is also very pet-friendly, and I feel safe even walking my dog around the neighborhood even late at night. The property is very well maintained and I love the finishes! Maintenance responds quickly and are super nice. After staying at two different AMLI properties in the Dallas area, I truly have nothing but good things to say about this property management team. No place is perfect and without the occasional hiccup, but in all honesty they do a great job of trying to fix any issues that arise. The only thing I would change about this property is adding an actual pool, but aside from that it’s been a great stay.

I’ve lived here for 6 months now and I’m super happy. I never hear noise from neighbors, and that was a big issue at my old apartment. One of my favorite things about my unit is the color of the flooring! I get so many compliments!The maintenance team is AMAZING. They are the nicest people and they are so quick to fulfill requests. Denny helped me with my most recent problem regarding my washing machine and he made sure I got a new one the SAME DAY.I find the parking garage to be extremely safe and secure. I know places of friends that have break ins all the time, but I have no stress about my car parked here in our garage. It’s underground and practically impossible to break into.

I have lived at AMLI Quadrangle for over 3 years now. Adrienne was the one who signed us and gave us a tour back in 2021. She has been here since and is one of the best leasing agents/office staff I have worked with. She is always in the best mood and bends over backwards to make sure all the residents are happy and taken care of. She knows everyone by name and will make sure your experience here is great! I highly recommend Amli and overall we haven’t had any issues. Maintenance is always so fast and the property is well taken care of.

I just moved into this apartment, and my move-in experience was wonderful! I was able to have a pre-move in orientation a few days prior to my move-in date, which helped me get oriented to the area and know what to expect on move-in day. On my move-in day, everyone in the leasing office was so friendly and helpful! They were available in case I needed anything, and were very excited to have me as a new resident!

I just moved in to AMLI and my experience so far has been amazing! The management team is super friendly and helpful with any questions that I have. The maintenance team here is also fantastic. Denny responded to my work orders right away and did great work helping me with repairs in my apartment.

Amli Quadrangle is great, especially their maintenance team! They respond to work orders extremely quickly and go above and beyond to make sure that everything is fixed and working better than when they found it. Denny and Cristian helped us multiple times with our fridge until we were satisfied!

Darwin Romero is the man! He provides excellent service and even helped me to resolve a leasing issue early in the morning when I was moving between units in May. Darwin & his maintenance team provide quick service and are always professional.Everything about the AMLI Quandrangle complex is solid from high quality units, good common areas, and great location in uptown.With that said there are currently two construction sites next to the complex. My unit is right next to the construction and noise has not been an issue, but if you are sensitive to this it is something to consider.Also, this is owned by AMLI which is a massive real-estate company and they will not hesitate to algorithmically raise your rent at the end of your term.This is unfortunately the status-quo when renting an apartment in the city and not specific to AMLI. If AMLI truly wants to stand out as the best possible place for renters, their corporate office should consider rewarding loyalty by keeping rent constant or even providing discounts.

Great community with friendly residents, sleek finishes and nice amenities. Adrienne and Brooke are amazing with the leasing team and will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your apartment. When we had an issue with Latch, Brooke and Adrienne stayed late and got our access up and running on the same day.The garage is very well lit and feels very safe. Construction noise hasnt been too loud and we are fairly close to the construction site as well.All this paired with a perfect location makes for a very satisfied renter!

The AMLI team is fantastic! Kylie, Adrienne, and Brooke are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to assist you in any way possible. The maintenance team is also second to none! You will enjoy living in this safe neighborhood right in the heart of uptown!

I’ve been living here for almost 6 months, and I am happy overall. The apartment is nice and the appliances are new.The leasing office staff are great. I usually go to Adrienne or Malena when I need something and they are always friendly and helpful.Maintenance has been quick. My requests are normally addressed on the same day or within one day max.The apartment building is always clean and close to everything I need. The only thing this building is missing is a pool.My apartment is not on the street side so I am not bothered by noise at all except when my upstairs neighbor is active but that’s normal. I’d imagine people with street view would have a different experience.I wouldn’t think about moving out of here unless things dramatically changed

Went in for a tour today and can hands down say Kylie is the best leasing agent we’ve dealt with yet. She knew answers to our questions, was very friendly and welcoming, etc. The property is nice & clean. The best tour we’ve had thus far!

I visited this Community last week and loved the atmosphere and the staff. Kylie and Adrien were so friendly and welcoming. The community is located by several coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was clean and the area is safe and a place I am going to love to live in.

You want to live here.I never wrote a review because my English is not the best and it is difficult for me, but they earned my effort.My husband and I moved in almost a year ago, and now the lease is almost up and we made the difficult decision to move out because we needed another room. It has been very difficult to find another apartment after living here.All the negative reviews about the renovations are done and now you can enjoy the common areas that are beautiful.Our unit was completely renovated with high quality finishes.This is the best staff we have ever had. We always felt welcome and everyone was always there to help, repairs were quick and a lot of effort went into building a community.There have been some issues in the building like any place but most of the time they send an email explaining the situation so you know they are working on it.The location is very good, you have pharmacies nearby, Whole foods, many restaurants and you can walk to the Katy Trail.Thanks for everything.

I love living at AMLI Quadrangle. The neighborhood is beautiful and there are so many great restaurants, bars, and other amenities within walking distance. Its definitely been a little challenging lately due to all the upgrades/renovations, but the management is doing a great job of keeping us informed and doing their best to keep disruption to a minimum. Of course, some things are just out of their control when there are so many contractors on the property. However, it will all be worth it, when it is all finished, as our home/property will be the best in Uptown! Then last, but definitely not least, there are no words to describe how truly wonderful the maintenance crew is, they are the BEST in the business, no question!

My wife & I lived at Amli Quadrangle for 2 years. Our time there was nothing short of fantastic. The management/ maintenance teams are both thoughtful and nice and make sure that the complex is always in pristine condition. Seriously, you won’t find a single piece of trash in the hallways or common spaces! Amli Quadrangle had a unique location for us, within walking distance to everything we needed. I highly recommend.

We have stayed different AMLI apartment complex in different cities in last 5-6 years. I could easily say that company take care of their apartment very well. Apartment management staff is very good, professional and responsive. Maintenance response any service request pretty quick. Rental rate is good based on Location and amenities.

I would very much recommend the AMLI Quadrangle to those looking for a great & newly updated apartment in an amazing location. Alicia, and the rest of the AMLI staff, are always kind and extremely attentive to resident needs. The apartments are newly updated, modern, and high quality. The pool and dog park/outdoor space are beautiful! I have lived here over a month now and have nothing but great things to say!!

New resident here, the two biggest pluses of this complex for me are the location and the interior features. I love my floor plan, the flooring, and my bigger patio! I also like the walkability of the neighborhood.A worry of mine has always been keeping my car protected when there is severe weather and this complex has a gated garage for residents.What makes it five stars for me has been the staff, all of the staff have been friendly and professional.

From the lowest man on the Amli team to the General Manager, the Amli staff are some of the most gracious, friendly, and welcoming group of people I have had the pleasure of encountering. The management team are always willing and able to address any issues that may arise. And the rest of the staff follow suit. I would recommend this apartment complex as one of the most exciting and fun places to live in Uptown Dallas.

The area around the AMLI QUADRANGLE definitely has a surprisingly charming neighborhood feel, especially considering how Downtown Dallas is just a few minutes away. The AMLI Quadrangle is directly bordered primarily by the shopping and restaurant (single story) shopping complex called the QUADRANGLE. There are also short mini blocks all around with a patchwork collection of older attractive houses and small restaurants or offices and night clubs.The AMLI QUADRANGLE offers basically one and two bedroom apartments from 633 square feet to about 1450 square feet. There are no studios or three bedrooms. It is designed for singles and couples primarily.The apartments have some average interiors only. Kitchens feature newer appliances with bamboo floors. Living rooms have good amounts of space.Here are some of attractive features of the apartments at the AMLI QUADRANGLE:• Roommate Friendly – The 2 bedrooms here seem to be well suited for roommates (with the living room separating the 2 bedrooms and each bedroom having their own bathroom)• Recently built Appliances –All appliances are included, such as stove, microwave, etc.• Washer/Dryer included: A full size washer/dryer is included at no cost.• Patio/Balconies included: Most of the units have balconies to enjoy the view.• Granite Countertops in kitchen: The kitchen does include granite countertops.There is nothing missing with the interiors overall. But, there is not much that stands out either. There are few design elements that excite or make you smile. In fact, the AMLI QUADRANGLE has some design omissions. Let me tell you about the main ones:• Primarily Carpet – Most apartments have carpet throughout, except for the bamboo in the kitchen. Select apartments have an upgrade to a hardwood floor at a cost.• No walk in showers – The apartments have standard type of shower/bath units (where you must buy shower rings and a shower curtain, etc.). None of the units have the newer walk in showers that are more convenient.• Small Fridge – the fridge is on the smaller side compared to other Uptown apartments.• Quality of Features – the quality of the features is definitely average, not low, but not outstanding.The apartments themselves have good space and have the basic amenities you need in an apartment.
