We truly love Amli on Aldrich - the location is fantastic, and the apartments are well-maintained with a responsive maintenance team. We love it so much that even after deciding to move, we knew we didn’t want to leave, so we switched apartments within the community. Joseph has been incredibly helpful throughout both our initial move-in as well as during this transition, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Ive lived here for two years now and I love it! There have been a few frustrations (namely the issues with garage security), but for me, the pros outweigh the cons.Its a great area -- so walkable and so many fun activities and local restaurants within a mile radius. It almost feels like living on a college campus with how conveniently located everything is. Plus I have easy access to both downtown and North Austin from here.The layout of my apartment is really nice and there are certain touches that I especially appreciate (built-in shelves in my closet, deep kitchen sink, soft-close cabinets, window shades instead of blinds). The maintenance team takes care of any and all maintenance requests super fast. Im facing the construction thats happening across the street, and I havent found it to be that disruptive (and I work from home). Im sure the construction that will eventually take place on my balcony will be a different story though, so I understand where people are coming from with that.Lastly, the leasing team are all so friendly and helpful! Danni and Joseph are always quick to respond and thoroughly answer any questions I have. Even when I go directly into the office for something instead of emailing, theyre eager to help right away. They also regularly host resident appreciation events; Ive gotten a lot of free food in the time Ive been here! Its definitely a nice bonus to living here and makes me feel like Im apart of a community.

I have lived at AMLI on Aldrich for the last 6 years and have never had a better experience or felt more at home anywhere else in Austin!Jenna and Joseph, as well as the entire leasing team have put in so much care and effort into their residents and I’m always so happy to see their friendly faces and say hi. I feel like I can always go to them with any question or concern and their communication is incredibly reliable.I feel so grateful and lucky to be able to live here, especially with such a truly amazing team (office and maintenance), not to mention how modern and high quality this building is, and hope to stay with them for a long time to come!

This is a great place to live! So close to many things, you have many parks, people is nice! But the most important thing to highlight is the communication from Lease office! They are always sending emails with updates of everything that is happening in the complex and they are always on top of everything! The maintenance team is also very fast! I highly recommend living here!The apartments are in excellent quality, brand new and the building is always clean! We love our experience here so far!

Building is well constructed with lots of great amenities. Apartments are thoughtfully designed. Noise level is low, despite construction across the street. Cleaning and maintenance are timely and thorough. Parcel pickup is inconvenient, but that is due to the inattentiveness of delivery services, not the building management. The only negative is that the televisions in the public areas are generally out of service.

I have loved my time living at Amli on Aldrich. It is such a nice property with great amenities and is in close proximity to H‑E‑B, the park, and the farmers market on Sunday. The leasing agents here are amazing and work incredibly hard to ensure the residents are happy. I’m so grateful for Joseph in making my transition to another unit in the building seamless. I have to give another shoutout to the maintenance team who takes care of any maintenance request within minutes! Cannot recommend this place enough!

The staff at the AMLI were always so friendly and helpful and problems were resolved quickly.We were sad to leave and it was only because work took us out of state that we did. Breathtaking! I am always in awe of this property from its beautiful apartments, layout, amenities, and location. Placed perfectly in Mueller, Amli on Aldrich is close to just about everything one would possibly need (Grocery store, shopping, restaurants/bar, local park, movie theater, etc). The leasing office team and maintenance team do an amazing job! They are attentive and ready to help! I have enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. When I think of high quality I think of Amli on Aldrich.

My boyfriend and I have been here for a little over a year now and we absolutely love it!Of course there’s the perks such as being near volleyball courts and having a farmer’s market at our fingertips, but what really makes this place stand out in comparison to other buildings around here is the Amli on Aldrich’s management team. Joseph in leasing is my absolute favorite! He helped make our move-in process a breeze and has been consistently knowledgeable and vibrant ever since. I think as a resident, it would be hard not to know him since he is constantly on the move. But honestly, no matter who is in the office, whenever I need assistance, they always seem happy and ready to help.

Management is exceptional. Joseph and Jullee are the best! Only complaint would be for the TVs in amenity spaces to be easier to use (it’s very hard to get them to work).

Stayed here for a temp work assignment for a few months. Didnt love the construction but it happens and its not forever. I liked the layout of the apartment I was in and the gym was great. The office team was always friendly, especially Joseph. Maintenance was quick to respond but overall I didnt have a lot of issues.

Living at AMLI on Aldrich has been such a great experience! Not only the building is located in the best spot at the neighbourhood (close to the Farmers Market, restaurants, the Mueller Lake Park, supermarkets, etc.), the place itself has a lot to offer. (My wife loves the swimming pool area! And I am a big fan of the Makers room and the grill nearby our apartment. Both of us are trying to go to the gym more often... they have a pretty decent gym around here!)And what to say about all the AMLIs team?! They are amazing! Since the first day we visited the place we were amazed by the way we were treated. Our leasing officer was Joseph, such a great professional and human being. For sure he was one of the responsables for our final decision to rent a place here. During this last year living at AMLI on Aldrich, we have been talking to the leasing officers now and then, and they all have been amazing towards us!! We have no words to describe how good it is to live in a place where indeed we feel like family.Last but not least, I must mention all the maintenance crew! They make our lives easy. They are super fast when dealing with our requests, and they always do it in a good mood! The building is very clean, the walls are nicely painted, the outdoor paths are free of dead leaves, all because of their effort to make our experience of living here the best possible!There is so much to way about this place, but what I would recommend to averybody is to come here and see it for yourselves. If you are looking for a place to live in Austin, this is the place. Dont waste your time visiting other places. Thats what we have done: we came, looked and closed the deal on the same day.To the AMLI management team, all I have to say is: great work! It is clear to me that you have put some energy to get to this point. To have this quality of product and service, you must have worked very hard over the years. After many tours at various other rental properties in Austin, I kept coming back to AMLI on Aldrich. It is by the far the cleanest property I saw and had the best costumer service. Joseph and Jullee were beyond helpful and let me take my time in touring all the apartments I wanted to see. They were knowledgable and not pushy. While I ultimately ended up moving to a house, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for apartment living.

We’ve been here about a month and love living here! The property managers and front office staff are very kind and responsive. We worked with Joseph and we just can’t say enough good things about him. We had one small problem when we first moved in and the maintenance staff took care of it immediately. We love parking in a covered garage. We’ve had good experiences with package deliveries. The amenities are very nice, our apartment is great and the location can’t be beat! We recently retired and moved back to Austin. We didn’t buy because we wanted to enjoy a maintenance free lifestyle. We highly recommend this community.

My husband and I lived here for 2 years and we agreed it was the best apartment either of us have lived in. Our 1 bedroom was spacious and had 2 closets in the bedroom and double sinks in the bathroom, so it’s great for couples. The whole building is very well kept—I saw the staff cleaning and doing maintenance projects constantly. They’re also very friendly. The pool is beautiful, clean, and always had available seating. It was usually pretty peaceful there—occasionally loud on weekends, but way more tame than my friends’ apartments which have a bunch of students.The construction was very annoying and an eye sore, so check how your unit will be impacted based on the current and future phases of the project. Fortunately we received a credit each month our balcony was closed, and it impacted us during the winter when we wouldn’t have used it much anyway. The noise while they drilled on our balcony was frustrating since I worked from home 100%, but there’s the business center and another new workspace by the makers room. The rooftop lounge was great when it was open—unfortunately it was closed the whole second year of our lease.The neighborhood is unbeatable. Right across the street from H-E-B, UPS, Starbucks, dentist, dermatologist, physical therapist, nail salon, and more. Being able to grab food from the farmer’s market (every Sunday) and not have to eat it outside in the heat and crowds was amazing. We often walked to the Alamo movie theater and had picnics in the park by the water. The bus which my husband took to UT daily picked up and dropped off a block away. Overall I highly recommend.

Truly love living here. I moved site unseen (I was out of state) and I couldn’t have picked a better location or complex. They were very accommodating and answered my millions of questions. I have never felt unsafe here and the staff is fabulous. The pool is amazing in the summer and never too busy on the weekends. 10/10 and Joesph was amazing to work with!! Even with us being hundreds of miles away while trying to sign a lease.

Ive lived at AMLI on Aldrich for 1.5 years. Its been rather great. The building is pretty new, so maintenance issues are uncommon. Whenever they do come up, the maintenance team responds very quickly. During the 2021 winter storm, I was very satisfied with the constant level of communication the management team provided as to the status of water and electricity repairs. The amenities are well kept, and Ive had only a few minor issues with the Luxer package room. Whenever Ive needed to interact with management, its been a very smooth process. Overall, Im very satisfied with living here.

My experience at AMLI Aldrich has been easy and pleasant. My unit is exactly what I was looking for and staff has always been friendly and responsive throughout my tenancy. Special shoutout to Joseph in the leasing office who has made this experience stress-free from the moment I toured, through living here, all the way up to transitioning to a new apartment.The only downside is, as others have mentioned, the neighboring construction. If you work in-office, this isnt too much of an issue. If you WFH and are noise sensitive, you may want to look into a unit in an area of the building that is farther or faces away from the construction.

He answered a lot of my questions before I needed to ask them and his follow up was impeccable. He clearly summarized all the information I needed in a follow up email. Also he was very helpful and knowledgeable not only about the Aldrich Amli but about the other Mueller Amli properties and the general area Amil properties. I would ask for him if you are interested in conventional or smart housing at any Amli properties around Mueller. Plus he seems to be a really nice person!

I lived in AMLI on Aldrich for 1yr and 3months.Pros-Nice office staff.-Great location! You’re close to HEB, nice walkable neighborhoods and several parks.-Decent apartment size with large closets. Lots of natural light.-Maintenance responds to issues in a timely manner.-The overall cleanliness of the complex is wonderful.-Though I could hear my neighbors, the walls didnt seem super thin (I lived on the top floor, so lower levels might disagree).-Updates/emails from the Management. They were always very transparent with the residence about issues and/or future maintenance.Cons-Multiple instances of theft and break-ins. Bike room was broken into and bikes were stolen, parcel room was broken into and packages were stolen, residents personal storage spaces were broken into, car garage was snuck into and residents tires were stolen, and a residents car was even stolen once. Im not sure if this happened at other apartments that I lived in and then they just didnt warn the residents, but this was/is an ongoing issue with AMLI. After multiple garage break-ins they hired more security to watch who is going in and out of the garage. But I never saw them do anything except stand across the street when I was there. Not sure why they wont just install security cameras in the garage and hallways.-Lots of construction. Though I enjoyed the area and listed it as a Pro, it should be noted that you will hear construction and be walking through construction sites (including construction on the AMLI itself). In retrospect I probably should have been more careful not to breath in all the dust particles.- On that same note, AMLI gave us notice that they would be doing construction to the building and that wed need to pull all our stuff from balcony (and the storage room on the balcony) into our apartment while they did several weeks worth of construction. Living in disarray plus the sound of construction right outside my apartment door was not going to work for me, especially at a time where the majority of people are working from home. I’m not sure how the residents are handling this now, I’d find it near impossible to work from home in those conditions, not to mention if you have kids or noise sensitive pets. No discount was offered to make up for the inconvenience.-The doors to the buildings are magnetic and slam shut. If you happen to move into a unit near a stairwell or garage, you will hear constant slams from people going in and out.-Very limited access to the amenities from March 2020 – March 2021. Which I understand why since we are living through Covid-19, however if theres restricted access to gym, pool, grills, etc. then our rent should reflect that.-Security deposits. We are currently trying to speak with someone about why they kept $500 of our pet deposit to replace the carpet (they claimed pet damage). To paint a better picture, we only had carpet in the 2 bedrooms; and in both rooms we had beds, rugs and large furniture (so the majority of the carpet was covered). Also, we never witnessed our dog have an accident, scratch, or ever really just laid on the carpet in the bedrooms, she liked to lay on the laminate because its cooler.In conclusion, I enjoyed living at AMLI however due to the lack of security, inconvenient construction, and no ability to enjoy the amenities that you pay for, moving out was the best option.UPDATERobert from AMLI Management got in touch with us after I left this review; He was very friendly and professional. After going through the carpet history and cleaning reports from the previous tenants, it was concluded that the damage may have been pre-existing. They agreed to not charge us for the carpet replacement. Overall, we’re very pleased we were given the opportunity to share our thoughts and concerns. Ive updated the rating to 4 stars thanks to the friendly interaction.

I love living here! I moved here in September of 2019, so I like to think my review holds weight, so to speak, especially since I’ve lived here through a once-in-a-century pandemic, and, more recently, a weather catastrophe perhaps the like of which Texans have never seen. All that to say that the amazing AMLI team has so clearly earned my five-star review and my glowing words! (And my deep gratitude!)There are so many things I love about AMLI on Aldrich …. location is simply fantastic (so many cool places I can walk to); unit is beautiful and modern and airy and bright; common spaces are clean and well-cared for; amenities are awesome (best pool and gym I’ve had in any apartment complex, for instance); maintenance staff are made up of super-heroes — really — keeping this huge place running so beautifully and responding so quickly to issues (I don’t know how they do it!). It’s nice and quiet here, my husband and I both feel so comfortable and relaxed living here, and we intend to stay until we buy a place of our own (though with the way the Austin housing market is looking, who knows if buying will be an option ever …. and if we can’t buy, we’re very happy to stay here indefinitely).As you can tell by the fact that I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and am just now leaving a review, I am a very lazy reviewer (and/or a procrastinator). So what really lit a fire under me to leave a review now is how taken care of I felt during the scary winter weather catastrophe we recently endured.I got really worried when the water went out, and what kept me sane and calm? The recurring, thorough updates from the management to the residents (there were multiple updates many days). Even when they didn’t have news to report (because the city didn’t know when things would be restored), they let us know what they knew, and the tenor and regularity of those high-quality and thoughtfully written updates kept me grounded and lowered my blood pressure immensely. I felt less alone and less frightened, and the notes were a bit of normalcy that I began to count on and look forward to. The honest, open, level-headed way they kept residents informed was a key part of me getting through that crazy week with my wits intact. I was really scared at certain points, and that regular, thoughtful communication was like a life preserver for me. Seriously. No hyperbole.In the very best of times, the job of apartment management is a really really hard one (dealing with so many members of the public has to be immensely stressful to start with, but even more so when it’s about where people live… for some reason, I think some people want things to be perfect when they’re at home, but I can’t for the life of me identify one aspect of life that’s perfect… I don’t believe “perfection” exists). But during a once-in-a-century pandemic and then, as if that wasn’t enough, a natural catastrophe like the state has never seen.... well, I can only imagine that the staff’s job is beyond-words difficult. I am in awe of how well they do their jobs (employing skill and knowledge and commitment and follow-through), and also how warmly and responsively and pleasantly, even as I imagine some impossible-to-please people expecting perfection siphon off so much energy.So, like I said, there is so much I already loved about the physical space and the location to start with (and I love it more every day, it seems!). But what really makes my socks roll up and down, and what will get me to stay here long long long term is the rockstar team that manages this complex. Big kudos and big thanks to you all!!

The modern finish of the apartment interiors has held up well and the updates to the garage doors and exterior entries have improved security. A great place to live. The staff is attentive, courteous. The rent is excessive for the square footage but thats the price of living in Austin but they do have SMART HOUSING affordability rates if you qualify. The gym is spacious and has an ample amount of machines and weights. The pool area is like a resort. The Zen courtyard is relaxing. There is many more amenities to talk about because there is alot here.

Waited half a year to experience enough before leaving a review. The staff is super friendly and make sure any issues are solved and follow up. They also offered solutions and space for us people who WFH due to the construction going on so its not like they only notified and thats it. The maintenance team is also superb and friendly.

AMLI on Aldrich is the best apartment that I have ever lived in! The location is perfect - we regularly walk to HEB and to the Farmers Market. I also love the apartment itself - the finishes (especially in the bathroom) feel very high end.

I have been at AMLI on Aldrich for 3 months. I have haf a very good experience living here. The place feels safe and neighbors are quiet. I enjoy the amenities that we have here. Adam and Aaron have all been very kind and gracious in helping me out. The best apartment I have experienced so far.

AMLI on Aldrich is our favorite apartment community we have ever lived in. Beautiful apartments, great location and excellent management and leasing team.This place goes above and beyond with little details (e.g. soft close cabinets and drawers, quartzite counters, stainless steel appliances, high-quality solar shades, high ceilings, large undermount kitchen sink) that make living here more enjoyable.This place is also LEED Platinum certified and is conscious of building materials and the environment. For example, they use low VOC (less toxic) paints and flooring to improve the air quality and living environment for tenants.Location in Mueller is super convenient. Roughly 10 minute drive to downtown Austin and 5 minute walk to HEB, Torchy’s Tacos, Starbucks and Mueller Farmers’ Market. We love taking daily walks around Mueller and have found the neighborhood to be very safe and quiet with lots of families.Lastly, the management team and maintenance team are excellent. Robert, Courtney and the rest of the management / leasing office are very responsive, caring and helpful with requests and go out of their way to make sure tenants are happy. Maintenance team does a great job keeping common areas clean and manicured (e.g. pool area looks like a resort) and are very responsive to maintenance requests.Great experience and highly recommend this property.

My experience at Amli has been stellar. From initial move-in assistance to prompt maintenance response, the staff is kind and helpful. Amenities are numerous (pool, workout room, pet spa, packaging center… to name a few) and the company is constantly upgrading. Amli made my out-of-state move easy; I see myself living here for several years

I love this place and the people that work here. The management is so friendly and Joseph in the front office is by FAR the most helpful leasing staff I’ve had the chance to work with. Living at an Amli is a right of passage and destiny for privileged 20/30 somethings moving to Austin. The convenience of walking to HEB is a 10/10.
