    Its been over 6 months now, and I really love living here.The apartment, the views, the location, the parking, have all been awesome, better than expected.The only thing negative is that they only have 12 month leases.Yes, there are some hiccups here and there, but everything gets resolved in a timely fashion.Longer review coming soon...maybe.

    Miriam was my leasing agent and was incredibly helpful and responsive, would rate 5/5. The place is beautiful and has stunning views. Im only knocking a point because of the security app Latch, as it takes forever to get through any door and because the gym equipment is old.

    Miriam at AMLI on 2nd is amazing to work with! I’m an apartment locator and real estate agent here in Austin and have worked with Miriam many times when I bring my clients to AMLI on 2nd. She’s always so friendly and knowledgeable and always makes my clients feel welcome and at home. She’s always extremely helpful and super responsive and communicative when further information about the property is needed to help my clients with their needs.     I recently moved into AMLI on 2nd, and I couldnt be happier with my decision! The staff here are exceptional. From the moment I inquired about availability, their professionalism and friendliness shone through. They were always ready to answer my questions and provide assistance.One of the standout features of this apartment building is the quick response times for service requests. Whether it was a minor maintenance issue or a question about amenities, the team addressed my concerns promptly and efficiently. Its evident that they genuinely care about the residents and strive to create a comfortable living experience.The community atmosphere is welcoming, and the amenities are top-notch.     Excellent building, unit, leasing office, maintenance, and concierge experience. Big shoutout to Miriam in the leasing office who is on top of EVERYTHING (and always with a smile). Miriam truly cares :). Also big shoutout to Caleb in the concierge group who always goes above and beyond, and always so friendly.     When we came to view the property, Warren took great care of us and continued to keep in touch to answer our questions. After that, Miriam picked up where he left off, and has been a great help with move-in. Both of them are excellent and I could not have dreamed up better people to assist us with this experience. Not to mention Prince, the concierge, is kind and GREAT at his job. He is here to direct anyone we might need to come up to our unit, and is happy to answer any questions we might have about the building. On the logistical side, the service elevator and loading dock make things simple for the actual moving. The resident and guest parking situation is easy and well managed. The building and amities are well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone!

    Could not be happier with AMLI on 2nd.The upgrades have been phenomenal, the staff is so friendly and they really care about your experience.The Leasing team is super helpful, professional, and friendly.Mike, the concierge supervisor, is also great, watches out for packages and makes sure you have everything you need when you arrive home.Scarlett has been an amazing addition to the concierge team, and is always so sweet, friendly and helpful!I have no intention to move anytime soon, I know this outstanding experience will be hard to match.Highly recommended!!

    I am moving into The AMLI on 2nd building in two weeks and I couldnt be more excited and pleased with the experience. My experience with both of the Ladies who manage the property and the conceirge has been nothing but wonderful and pleasant. They are all extremely helpful, honest, kind and truly caring, not just trying to sell apartments or collect a paycheck. They are personable and you can tell that they truly care. When viewing units, they were up front and honest about everything. The common areas including the hallways, the gym, the pools, the dog run and the trash rooms were SPOTLESS and CLEAN. I cannot wait to move in and I couldnt be happier with the property, its views of Downtown, its amenities and staff. YAY!

    With my complicated move and renewing of lease i know it was a bit of a hassle and challenge but everyone handled it great. The whole team is great but Chase Ramlow specifically really did a great job keeping things smooth and going above and beyond.

    Ive lived at AMLI on 2nd for 4 years and really enjoyed my experience. The units have great floor plans, and the floor to ceiling windows and large balconies are unmatched compared to other buildings in Austin.The leasing staff including Cameron and Chase have been great to work with. Theyre constantly putting on resident events and continuing to improve the building and amenities.The front desk concierge is also a nice benefit (shoutout Mike!) who can help with deliveries and overall apartment living.I highly recommend AMLI on 2nd for people looking to live downtown in Austin.

    I’ve lived here for ~3 years and while the building has issues sometimes the people here truly work their hardest to make everything alright. The amount of resident events they host either here or at the sister property a block over makes every month special. From the concierge (shout out Scarlett) to the leasing staff, they’ve made living here a pleasure and I hope to continue to do so into the future.

    Amli is amazing. I love the staff there. Katie who is just awesome to speak with each time has great domain knowledge of the building and made my move painless. The building a great, the concrete ensures you’re unable to hear anyone above and below you. When it comes to parking, there’s ample, and the price is fair for a downtown apartment especially coming from San Francisco.My only grip is the inability to open windows but it’s not a huge deal.

    I moved from Cali with very little notice and was nervous to not have a lot of time to find a place. Chase helped me with everything I needed and even recommended a good taco place to try. I guess I’m a Texan now.

    Great location and nice amenities. Very dog friendly building. Scarlett at the concierge desk is always friendly and helpful. Shes also a pup favorite. Leasing office is always responsive and pleasant to work with as well.

    My girlfriend I lived at the AMLI on 2nd for one year. We moved because I moved closer to my job. First, the location is incredible. You can walk everywhere downtown, and you have easy access to the highway so you can get out of the city fast if you need to. The apartment is great. They have an amazing pool, gym, and other amenities. The best thing that this place has is there staff. Everyone was so accommodating there. James, who is the property manager, does an excellent job from first giving you a tour of the place to every time you need to speak with him all throughout your time there. He really makes the apartment building a home. Any time we had an issue with our apartment things would get done fast. In the middle of summer we had an issue with our air conditioner on a Sunday. It was 80+ degrees and climbing in our apartment. Even though maintenance didnt have to come and fix it because it was Sunday, they did anyway. If you are looking for a place to live downtown, dont overlook the AMLI on 2nd. James and his staff really make it incredible to live there.

    Just lived there for a year and moving out last week. I am very satisfied with the management team so I moved into another apartment by AMLI at Mueller. The staffs are very friendly, and the maintenance team always responds quickly to the requests. I took one star out because personally the neighborhood is a little bit noisy for me although it is quite convenient and close to everything.

    Our introduction to the AMil on 2nd was under duress: we were moving during the first two week COVID lockdown, when nothing was open and nothing was known. We has signed a leased four months earlier at a different property, but with days to go and movers booked, we were informed our unit was no longer available.A desperate call for a place to live lead us to Katie and Amli. In spite of the massive unknowns at the time regarding disease spread and what our world was going to look like, she had options and answers. She gave us a virtual tour of the unit by walking an iPad through the building, and help us with a FaceTime Q&A. We would learn that this extraordinary care and customer service was, in fact, ordinary for Katie and her team.Our initial impression on moving was the the refreshed apartments were clean and simple with great light. The common areas were fairly dated (the phrase parking garage chic was used more than once) but the team has been working to upgrade the pool, gym, landscaping, way finding signage and ultimately the common hallways. Each new piece we have seen is really nice - tasteful and simple.The downsides of all of this improvement been been limited access to these amenities; understandable, but a bummer no less. The building has also had short term rental arrangements with some units, and that is something that is rarely positive (those tenants seem to be either under informed of building processes or genetically incapable of understanding how recycling and a trash chute works in a high rise building). My hope is that this footprint continues to lessen or is no longer renewed.Lastly, the location is amazing. The Second Street District is home to almost every single one of our favorite restaurants - La Condessa, Numbero 28, Fixe, Taverna, ATX Cocina - and the first two are literally on the first floor of this building. Add in the Roosevelt Room, Violet Crown theatre, Moody theatre and the bars at the W hotel and we were generally able to be entertained without walking more than two blocks in any direction.Thank you Katie. Thank you Amli. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

    Melanie is an absolute rockstar! She made the process easy and painless as I helped a friend find a place to live. Not only was she accommodating, but she was incredibly patient. AMLI on 2nd has an excellent staff that reflects what a wonderful place it is to live.

Sound generally doesnt travel between apartments, but bass is carried terrifyingly well. Free food and drinks are regular occurrences. Elevators arent the fastest or most reliable, but generally not too frustrating. Lots of friendly dogs and dog-friendly events.The Guild operates short-term rentals (similar to a hotel) out of many units in the building, which means there are a lot of guests / travelers / unfamiliar people (depending on your view).     As a corporate housing provider, we have multiple Residology Furnished Apartments at AMLI on 2nd... our guests couldnt be happier! Jeff and Ana in the leasing office are a pleasure to work with, the leasing process itself is a breeze, and the community amenities are second to none. The aesthetic is modern, but not tooooo modern, and the location is perfect!

    Aaron Lujan has been an outstanding team member at the Amli on 2nd street! He is always very courteous, professional, friendly, warm, and helpful! He demonstrates a very high level of customer service! He was such a help when my husband and I were moving from a different unit helpful as well as very patient and I appreciate him so much! He always has a friendly smile and always in a positive mood!
