    The new apartments at AMLI North Park are fantastic, offering all the amenities I could ask for. However, what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Joseph, in particular, was a standout. His unwavering support and patience throughout the leasing and move-in process were invaluable. His dedication, along with the friendliness of the entire team, made me feel right at home in North Park!

    My nephew was moving from Spokane, Washington to Austin Texas, so I was helping him look for a place to live. I walked in the AMLI office and talked to Liz. She was very informative and took me to see two places that would be suitable for him to live. We went back to her office to discuss the next steps in this process, and Liz was so patient and kind. I believe I was there around 3 hours while on the phone with my nephew so he could get the paper work completed long distance and his deposit submitted as well. Liz offered me something to drink and cookies while I waited. Everyone in the leasing office was so nice accommodating. Would definitely recommend AMLI North Park. The apartments are beautiful too along with all of the amenities.

    My move-in experience at AMLI North Park has been incredibly smooth, thanks to the amazing staff shoutout to Jullee. Everyone has been so nice and helpful throughout the process. A special shoutout to Jack for addressing all my concerns and ensuring everything was resolved quickly. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the amenities are top-notch, making it an even better place to call home. I highly recommend this community!

    Ever since I moved to an AMLI complex, Joseph has been superb every single time. He helped me tour, apply and move our lease over to this new North Park complex. Sometimes these decisions can be a little stressful, but Joseph makes it a very easy and smooth process. I’m glad I was able to work with him again for these new apartments!

    Joseph, a Senior Leasing Professional at AMLI North Park, is a very likable and professional representative. A clear communicator, he conducted my tour of the North Park facility and has also responded quickly to my follow-up questions. Though still under construction, North Park is already clearly an awesome addition to AMLIs communities in the Mueller neighborhood.

    Leasing and living at AMLI North Park so far has been an overall pleasant experience. Joseph was super helpful and attentive throughout the entire process and was always quick to respond to any questions I had, allowing me to tour different floor plans and the property at various stages during construction before I signed and was never pushy.The apartments themselves seem great so far. The rooms have hard flooring throughout, blackout shades, and you can tell with the fixtures and finishes they tried to opt for some better quality options. This has easily been the most storage Ive ever had in an apartment, so if youre like me and like your closet and cabinet space for organization, its definitely a plus. I like that the building is all enclosed and it feels very secure and quiet. The amenities like the working offices and maker room are nice, and the gym is well equipped.The apartments have a contract with Gigstreem to provide fiber internet for a very affordable price, and while I was concerned at first of the quality of service, the WiFi has been pretty stable so far. I will say I was told the Ethernet ports throughout the rooms could be used prior to leasing, however found out after moving in from the provider that this is not possible which is a bummer for anyone who works from home and relies on a more stable connection or wants to actually utilize gigabit speeds.The maintenance manager Jack came by to help with a fridge issue just an hour or so after an order was put in and he was very helpful and kind. Parking hasnt been much of an issue with residents still moving in, and as someone with an EV the garage is thoroughly equipped with chargers (J1772 free/shared space on each floor of the garage, reserved provides an outlet for your own plug).The real benefit of this area is its convenience to a lot of nearby restaurants, retail, and other services and its continuously growing, so you have most of what you need in walking distance on days where you may not want to fight traffic which is nice. You also still have the benefit of being in close distance to other spots like downtown, the Domain, the Arboretum, and the airport, so nothing is ever too bad of a drive or Uber away.There are a few things Id like to call out to maintain transparency. At the end of the day, its still an apartment in a busy part of town, so if you are looking at an outward facing unit, just be aware of what youre signing up for given construction and active businesses all around you; youll sometimes hear pedestrians, delivery trucks, etc. so its important to manage your expectations. I do hear my upstairs neighbors from time to time, not to the extent I hear their conversations, but if theyre thumping around or setting something on the floor. If youre looking for complete silence, this probably isnt the area for you. The apartment uses an app called Latch to open doors, similar to Salto or fobs at other complexes. Ive found it to be hit or miss, sometimes it opens instantly, sometimes it errors out. As someone with an iPhone and an Android, I can definitely say the app experience is noticeably better on iPhone, so something to keep in mind if you have the latter.Overall, my experience at AMLI North Park so far has been great, and Id recommend it to anyone looking to move to Mueller.

    AMLI North Park is absolutely amazing not just for the apartments, but for the incredible staff. Liz, Joseph, Jenna, and the maintence employees go above and beyond to ensure that that they are customered focus on both residents and future residents. They are all super kind and patient. The property is beautiful and the amentities are amazing! You can’t go wrong living here. It’s such a happy place to call home.

    The leasing staff have been on top of everything from touring to signing the lease to service requests. They are awesome and very helpful. This area is pretty quiet but there is still ongoing construction. Great location for Mueller.
