    I love this AMLI apartment location. Itā€™s has plenty of space and right on Lake Carolyn Lake with stunning views of the city. The amenities are second to none. Everything was clean and organized. They have Amazon Lockers, ATM and Laundry service all on site. The 2B 2B was more than we expected plus it had great views of the lake. The price was more than reasonable and there was plenty of parking. The only drawback is that itā€™s a little older but you canā€™t go wrong living here.

    This is a beautiful property in a very nice area. Dustin was very helpful in showing me the complex and then getting me leased out. Prompt and professional. If you want to live in this area, I cant recommend Shoreline enough.

    I had the pleasure of working with Dustin at Shoreline and he was an absolute pleasure to speak with. The previous regime as not up to par and I was going to move out. After speaking with him about Shorelines culture and how they are going to change things up, I was excited about the future and decided to resign a one year lease. I highly recommend seeing speaking with Dustin as the apartments are amazing and the new ownership along with Dustin is even better...

    We recently relocated to the Dallas area and found the perfect luxury apartments at AMLI Las Colinas. Claudia and the rest of the friendly, hard working staff made this transition so smooth.Our views of Lake Carolyn, restaurants within walking distance, and friendly vibe make this an ideal home away from home. Yes they are pet friendly too!! Here are a few recent photos of this area.

    We have lived at AMLI Las Colinas the past year, and it has been the best apartment experience we have ever had. We would stay for years if we werent relocating for work. If you have a chance to rent unit 1107.. DO IT!PROS: Our unit faces OConnor Blvd, and being on the first floor we have a walk-out back door and great porch. Its so great being able to pop outside during our work-from-home days, and the sidewalk leads right down to the lake path. Highly recommend a 1st floor unit here (since I see that the elevators are frequently broken). Less than a 5 minute walk to restaurants, coffee shop, DART station, or a 15 minute drive downtown. The apartments are decently updated, good appliances and we have never had any appliance issues. Beautiful large bathroom with 2 sinks in our 1,000sq ft unit. The maintenance staff is the BEST, all of our service requests were addressing promptly and fixed with 1-2 days. One time, we had a crack in our shower and they resurfaced the entire shower floor, they were so accommodating to our schedules to get it done. Weve never had a problem with any bugs being on the first floor. The pools are beautiful and peaceful. The gym is much better than most! And package pickup is easy and safe despite it being in one large shared room, we have never had a problem with losing packages! Over the last year, it seems that the area has grown exponentially and the type of clientele/tenants are improving.CONS: You have to pay extra for parking if you want a reserved spot, which we did fine without, but sometimes it was annoying to have to go to the 4th or 5th floor of the garage to park. Otherwise- security of the place is great. The valet trash is a nice touch, although I wish they would make it optional for those who dont want to pay the extra monthly. Its pretty much a roll of the dice if you will have good neighbors or not (like any apartment), but here you WILL hear them. We hear our neighbors up down and all around. Good luck if you have heavy-footed upstairs neighbors! Most unfortunately- If we were to stay, they are raising the rent ~$300/month. I know that prices are rising everywhere, but that is a hefty increase for current tenants. Thats the only part that makes leaving easier!Overall we have loved our experience at AMLI Las Colinas and wish we could stay longer!

    Iā€™ve lived at AMLI for about 14 months and just moved out.The pools: very clean and every time I have gone theyā€™ve been empty. They have BBQs and theyā€™re basically brand new - My boyfriend felt bad for using them thatā€™s how nicely kept they are lolThe garage: AMLI does a yearly power wash of the garage, which I think is pretty awesome. If the garage is dirty itā€™s honestly because of the tenants. No joke the day after the power wash someone on the 4th floor must have exploded a can of something because thereā€™s a huge stain all over the ceiling which was not there before.The negative for me was having to drive up to the 4th floor every single day. That was about 5 minutes just in that lol but as you know every lake/downtown apartment will have garages versus flat lots. I lived on the 4th so I never had an issue with parking spots (which is free). But I know the 1-3 floors are always filled, so if you live there you may want to consider buying a designated spot (I think itā€™s $50 a month?)The maintenance: VERY fast to respond to maintenance calls. The few calls i had, they came within 24 hours.There is a guy whoā€™s always on the property (not sure his name). But I swear every time i see him heā€™s cleaning something (the stairwell, the trash area, the garage..). There is a large area for trash on the first floor and if that area is dirty itā€™s genuinely because the tenants. The days the guy works on cleaning, are days the trash is swept up (which shouldnā€™t be his job IMO). AMLI does offer trash service where they pick up trash in front of your door everydayā€¦ so itā€™s always funny to me how much trash accumulates on the first floorThe elevators: honestly yes they break downā€¦ is it often? No. Is it resolved as timely as they can? Yes. There are multiple elevators in this complex so itā€™s not a huge deal if one goes down. Not only that but there are multiple stairwells, so I donā€™t get why people are so upset about it. If youā€™re completely anti-stairs or have major accessibility concerns then Iā€™d go with a first floor apartment.The room: I had a beautiful view of the lake. Iā€™m not a fan of electric stoves so that was a negative for me. Iā€™m also not a huge fan of the open concept layout - meaning my 1.5 bedroom did not have bedroom doors, only bathroom doors. Ceiling is really pretty and high-downside is that the large Apt/high ceilings cost more for AC/heat. The summer time, my 1000 sq Apt (which i know is on the bigger side) electric bill was $300+ lol and I kept my apartment at 75 degrees! Loved the W/D space! Also loved the separate bath/soaking tub!!Packages: designated package closet that all the packages go to. I do have mixed reviews on this. I love the security of it and when things are organized itā€™s easy to find packages. The problem is that the package closet 50% of the time is disorganized and packages are not in the areas they should be. Now when packages are delivered Saturday night or Sunday, thatā€™s not really AMLIā€™s fault as the front is closed then and technically itā€™s the mailmenā€™s responsibility to sort packages. Itā€™s also the tenants job to pick their packages up asap, Iā€™ve seen boxes sit there for weeks! However I do think the front could help out with making sure packages are picked up on a timely manner and that the area stays organized.Community: great spot for anyone loving a walkable and quiet community!The negative: Las colinas does have a lot of events: triathlons and marathons which can be annoying because they block off the entrance to AMLI and you can not physically drive to the apartment complex and thereā€™s really nothing worse than not being able to go homeā€¦ I think AMLI could do a better job at emailing tenants these big events and how to avoid the traffic coming home. Or just suggested times to not leave home.Move out: they did offer a cleaning fee for around $100 which I did end up payingUPDATE: after paying this fee I was still charged $500 to ā€œreplace the oven since it was dirtyā€ which makes absolutely no sense. I recommend taking thorough photos before and after moving out!!!!!

    Dustin Schultz has been replying to all my emails and following all my inquiries, I think this is something amazing cause most of the apartment complex they dont even reply emails or phone calls.Shoreline on Lake Carolyn is one of the best apartment complex in Lake Carolyn and in Las Colinas Irving.

    From walking in the door and being greeted by staff, I felt very welcomed. Claudia was extremely nice and gave me a full tour with no details left out. She really made me feel like I was already a resident. We even started talking about things outside of me looking at the apartment.     Can I just say from day one this apartment experience has been amazing? The ladies in the office are so sweet and helpful. Maintenance is always quick when I send in tickets and theyre really really nice. I was so worried about moving into an apartment again because it was not the greatest thing the last time I was in one. The front office and maintenance team just add to why its so great because I LOVE my apartment. I LOVE living here. I appreciate you all so much.

    The maintenance staff is amazing here!!! Love them so much!! The building is always being cleaned and maintained well and we appreciate how kind they are!!The only thing that has been a struggle is that there is slim to none guest parking spots, and many times residents park there which is frustrating when hosting people. There can also be a lot of random charges at times on our bill month to month for no apparent reason, especially in months when not using our A/C or water b/c gone on trips. Overall though we have been happy with our experience thus far!!

    Like many of you, I, too, was on the hunt for a place to live with the many options and locations there are in the city. Theres just so many options and obviously, reading just the reviews of a place isnt nearly as effective as touring the place itself and getting a feel for what its like firsthand.With that being said, I looked into Irving and I came across this specific place and I really liked the area a lot, with a really nice view of Lake Carolyn. Its close to Downtown Dallas because of the many highways there are around you. Grocery stores, shopping areas, and many more are just within a 5-15 minute span.Claudia was super helpful in helping me find the exact unit I was wanting and the move in experience so far has been really nice. Rebekah has been a huge help in the moving experience and answered all the questions I had. I moved in recently, so Ill be sure to provide an update a month or two down the line. But so far, first impressions and moving experience has been great. Definitely check this place out if youre on the hunt for an apartment.

    2024: I loved living at Las Colinas so much that I moved back to the area! There are many new complexes along the lake now, but Amli Las Colinas is still the best one! The lake views are beautiful, pricing is affordable and the leasing team is really outstanding! I especially appreciate Claudia who has been there forever. I stopped by today and she still remembered me and greeted me with so much kindness! Thanks Claudia for being a consistent, friendly reminder of what I loved most about living there-the amazing people!2022: Loved living there until this latest management change. It used to be the best bang for your buck on that lake: fair pricing, convenient location(very close to the DFW airport), sweet neighbors, beautiful views of lake Carolyn but the influx of the new residents to the community, greatly depreciated the vibe and culture of this place. Claudia and Mauricio are awesome leasing agents but manager, Nicole was very uncaring and rude and she greatly marred my living experience there.If you do decide to lease there, make sure you get a reserved parking space. The lot fills up quickly. If you are noise sensitive, please consider renting a unit of the top floor.Update 5/21/2021: Joshua provides excellent customer service. I really feel that he genuinely care about my living experience because he is very attentive with addressing each of my concerns when they arise. His communication is very kind, patient and professional and I feel like a valued resident because of the care the whole team has shown me. Maintenance team is always On It! Joseph is the bomb dot com! And the new manager, Marielle is a gem! Love u guys! Thanks for taking such good care of me over the past few years!Update 12/26/2020: excellent customer service by the maintenance team. Joseph, the maintenance manager reached out to me today and was so kind and sincere in his willingness to help me resolve my issues. He responded quickly and gave me a working plan to address my concerns. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism. The whole team here is really amazing!3/27/2020:I was pretty bummed about the apartment noise I was experiencing while living on the 2nd floor but I am so thankful for the empathetic response I received from the management team and how they helped me through this situation. Thank you, Meia for being so kind to me. And thank you to Britnie for always following up with me to make sure that I am well taken care of. I am very impressed by the level of care and professionalism I have experienced here. All of the leasing agents are very friendly and I am blown away by how they go above and beyond to resolve any issues the tenants may have. Even though, many business are shut down right now because of COVID-19, the Amli office team has been very prompt in responding to my messages and requests to ensure that I am happy living here. I am so glad that I renewed my lease for another term. I cant think of a better place to live in the Las Colinas area!

    I lived here about a year ago and had a great experience. They do live up to being called a luxury apartment complex. Location and amenities are great. The apartments themselves are great too. I lived in the non-updated version of the smallest apartment they offer and it was still amazing (fairly new cabinets, granite counters, nice appliances, hardwood floors, plenty of storage). Leasing staff and maintenance were always really nice, personable, and PROMPT. If I ever had a question or maintenance issue they were on top of it immediately. Its on a relatively busy street (the train is running up and down the street all the time) BUT it is a surprisingly quiet place. There is free garage parking so you never get caught in the rain trying to get inside and dont have to worry about hail damage on your car. My electric bills were also very reasonable while living here. I would absolutely recommend living here!

    My wife and I toured Amli towards the end of last year. We will be moving to Texas towards the end of March. So far the management staff has been terrific at giving us information whether it was on site or via email, and we like the unique floorplans there. Hopefully we will be living there soon.

    Maintenance is SPECTACULAR!!! Management response to my e-mails, voicemails and phone calls in a timely manner. Luxer is the best service for package notification. The cleaning crew keeps our building carpet smelling fresh and clean. The groundskeeper keeps the building area neatly cleaned and orderly. We are grateful for the service staff at Amli.

    Staff really took care of me when I visited the property for the first time. Brittney went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect apartment for my needs. We walked several units and I decided to submit my application after the tour because the property had all the amenities I was looking for and customer service was outstanding. Moved in last weekend and so far, so good. Love my unit! Residents are really friendly. Parking can get a little tight in the evenings, but Iā€™ve always found parking and use the elevator to get to my floor, so it hasnā€™t been a bad experience. Complex is very well maintained and there is a huge pet community here which is awesome because my dog child has made many friends. I definitely recommend complex.

The maintenance staff are top notch and the management / leasing team are fabulous. We will miss AMLI Las Colinas.Original Post:Just moving in and already have the best start with no issues. As with any new place the make ready missed two minor items, but maintenance took care of it super fast.Office staff was very nice during the approval and subsequent back and forth on unit, parking, etc. They even let me tour again for measuring prior to move in. Staff has also been great post move in as well. Not the normal signing of a lease and then you are a number.The unit is amazing and the view is to die for. Took a day or two to get used to looking out over the water. To say the place is quiet is an understatement, you may hear an occasional door in the hall area or see a neighbor every now and then, and that is it.Will update over time , but as of now this is the nicest place Ive had the ability to call home and mean it.

    Mauricio was so nice and helpful, he was the only one working in the office when we came in and he was helping us and and least 3-4 others at the same time and treated us all with the same level of enthusiasm and professionalism. He made sure to greet everyone when they came in and make sure everyone was taken care of and didnā€™t feel ignored, managing a seemingly stressful day with a smile and a great attitude. I was thoroughly impressed with the property, the apartment we toured, and the service we received in the leasing office.

    I am so thankful I stumbled upon these apartments! The apartments are a great value and absolutely beautiful. The staff is awesome and accommodating and truly cares about their residents. Maintenance is print and polite. Anthony is definitely the best and most patient leasing agent Ive ever worked with. Not every thing is perfect (parking, ahem!) but the pros out weigh the cons.

    UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS FEEDBACK- I am now halfway through my lease and renewing will be the easiest decision Iā€™ve made so far. I am beyond thankful of the exemplary service that Mauricio provides EVERY time I have an inquiry or request. The reason why I am writing this review is due to an unconscious customer experience that he provides; To him, these might be small details, but to me, who works on a hybrid work schedule spending most of my time in these apartments, the following details have bettered my days: Outside of the times that he has assisted me, I have noticed that he always has a welcoming smile and a welcoming vibe every time I pass through the lobby. He makes sure to say a quick ā€œhelloā€, or a quick wave when I pass by, even at his busiest times, which end up turning the lobby into a very friendly environment (to the point that I want to grab my laptop and go work in one of the sofas). He always ensures that the lobby, the offices, the coffee station and the gym remain spotless! I am a neat freak, so I feel at home even when I leave my appartment.I have expressed this to my friends and co-workers, which are now looking forward for their lease to end, and concluded that I might as well leave an official review here, which hopefully serves to whomever is reading this as an invitation to come check AMLI as well. If you do, I strongly recommend to come speak to Mauricio- Thank you for everything that you do!

    When I first moved in I had a lot of issues with the leasing office and the apartment in general. About six months ago we had a switch in our team at the leasing office and it was been amazing ever since. Want to really give props to the whole team for being down to earth, super helpful and all around nice when dealing with the residents. Theyā€™ve planned a lot of new events, services and fun stuff over the last six months. New carpet is being installed, att fiber being added, new paint in the building and even the pool is actually clean all the time now. Six months ago I would not recommend here even as much as I love the apartments now I can definitely recommend it all around.

    I came to get apartment information on a Sunday, not only was the community open but Mauricos customer service and professionalism was impeccable.     Excellent apartment that is close by a lake with running trail, restaurants, and groceries. We love the openness of the apartment layouts. Leasing office is great and friendly. Cool amenities like a movie theater and shuffleboard and dry cleaning service. I also appreciated their part in recycling.

    I decided to move here because Marielle made me and my family feel so comfortable upon our visit here in a way that let me know, this is the place, along with finding the perfect apt. Joshua is also wonderful. He welcomed us on move-in day, showed us to our apt and answered every question and got us set up. GREAT service from him all the way around. Each time I called (even now), any person I talked to was helpful, courteous and professional. Hayden, one of the maintenance guys, is doing well in taking care of a few things for us, as well. We appreciate his work!With any kind of business, no matter how great the product youre being sold, SERVICE is everything; and thats what keeps you coming back. Well, EVERYTHING has been great here - from the initial visit, to the service and personal interactions - and we couldnt be happier. I anticipate us being here for awhile. Its great to be home!

    I would like to give a shout out and huge thank you to Mauricio Dominguez. Mauricio has done so much to improve this complex in the short time he has been here. At Christmas time he decorated the entire office and open areas. It was beautiful! Additionally, anytime I have asked him to assist with anything, he responds immediately and never makes me feel like I am putting him out by asking. That has actually happened with a separate leasing consultant within this community. I would also like to say that he is just an amazing human being and deserves to be rewarded for his great customer service, kind heart, and Service to his community.

    My honest opinion is that the apartments are just great, you can always have noise issues, it all depends of the neighbor upstairs, I had them and I decided to move to the top floor, service is great and quick, they get things fixed the same day you open the request or the day after.About parking, I was towed away and payed $300, yes, bad but the rules are written and visible for everybody, I didnt pay attention like some of the people providing those bad reviews. I dont blame AMLI for that, we have to live by rules and respect them. The building is clean and the area is just great. I recommend to choose the top floor certainly and park in the allowed areas. AMLI Personnel is very friendly, Brittnie will help you out and get things done super quickly.The area is as well clean, nice friendly people walking around with their dogs, restaurants and bars close, nice walking/running area in general.

    My wife and I looked high and low for the ideal apartment. This was the one we fell in love with. An apartment with great finish outs, quick access to the Lake Carolyn trails and a very friendly staff. Weve just renewed for a third year we like this place so much.In particular, Derek, one of the leasing agents has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional and diligent, if weve ever had a maintenance issue or a special request hes been on top of it for us. Ive lived in a handful of apartments over the last 10 years and, and no management staff has been as good as this one.

    Weā€™ve lived here at Amli At Las Colinas for 2 years and Absolutely Love it!!! The entire office management and maintenance team are amazing! They all are, therefore, I didnā€™t want to name names, because I didnā€™t want to leave anyone out. Everyone is friendly!Thank you for making sure the community and environment is safe and clean. Thank you for making sure any issues we have are attended to in a very timely manner ā€“ and thatā€™s important to us.     I had a washer Issue and made a ticket late Sunday night. It was promptly fixed the next day thanks to Joseph Hagood. He was the epitome of professionalism. I even had a few items that I forgot to include in a ticket and he immediately took care of them.The maintenance staff does a good job of answering the tickets placed. Greg, Adrian, and David all answered my tickets within hours of them being placed. The problems were fixed quickly and effectively. I am happy with the continued good results.

    My first introduction to an Amli property was two years ago when I moved from California.I moved I to the La Villita property and absolutely loved the property and the people that worked in the front office.My heart broke when they sold the property to PURE because they had the WORST staff! I couldnā€™t wait for my lease to come to an end so I could get out of there.I found out that some of the Amli staff moved to the Las Colinas location, so I made a phone call and moved thenmoment my lease was up.People donā€™t typically leave their apartments based on the location or amenities, they leave due to a poor staff.Marielle, Meia, Nick, Matt, Peter, Hayden, Adrian and Katrina are amazing. They put on fantastic community events and offer amazing amenities as well.They really treat you like family and will do whatever they can in their power to make things right for you.Looking forward to renewing my lease and getting that accent wall painted.Thank you Amli!

    Great place to live. The apartments are classy, well maintained, and reasonably priced. The staff are helpful and manage the place well. The only issues are the lack of parking and frequent elevator breakdowns. The buildings are right on the lake, which is wonderful to walk along day or night. There is a DART line that goes to the airport 5 minutes away walking. Super convenient location to live in the DFW area.

    I spent 3 months commuting back and forth from Houston. I looked at several towns and complexes during that time but no place or staff made me feel like Amli Las Colinas and Roshni. Once I toured I knew I would lease.Im a few months in and I love it.

    I moved in 2 months ago to be closer to my new office. The area is nice, close to the DART so getting to evesnt around Dallas is super easy. The amount of square footage for the price is great. And the floor plan is great...not your typical apt layout.I read thru the ratings and yes, parking isnt ideal but if youve lived in any complex in DFW, its not much better anywhere else. My biggest complaint, if I had to put one, is the heat. The AC cant keep up with the floor to ceiling windows. But the pool/lake view help make up for it.
