    I recently moved into AMLI Lakeline and so far love living here. The units are super spacious and the design is well thought-out. The kitchen is beautiful with tons of cabinets and drawers for storage. The apartment complex in general is pretty quiet and I rarely hear any neighbors. The maintenance crews also do a great job keeping the shared areas clean. The staff at the leasing office are also great. Paul and Juan are super personable and answered all my questions while touring the property and on move in day.

    AMLI Lakeline has been the most beautiful, and welcoming apartment we’ve been to. The staff is overall AMAZING!! We felt very welcomed by them and the people here. The amenities and outside area are so relaxing and beautiful, I just love having people over to show them around this beautiful awesome place!! Besides that, they have a kids craft area for the little ones and the pool is overall kid proof in deepness. The club area has so many relaxing places/ pool table for when guests come over, I’m so happy here and the best thing is it’s close to the mall and other places! 10/10 recommend!

    I have been a resident for three years now. I signed my lease shortly before the property transitioned from Elizabeth at Presidio to Amli at Lakeline. A change in property ownership can be an adjustment, but I appreciate the updates made so far and constantly receive compliments from visiting guests. The area is relatively quiet considering constant construction and development in the area. Our property grounds are well-kept. The landscaping is beautiful, and all the amenities are great. Our dog park is newly renovated, clean, and maintained. The leasing team quickly responds to emails and implements feedback, like installing Amazon package lockers and doing away with the Fetch delivery service, which was an inconvenience and extra fee. Theres a lot of excitement around the property going keyless, resulting in easier entry access for visitors and deliveries. We have plenty of guest parking, which can be a deal breaker. I can personally account for suggesting more flexibility around the event starting time to ensure everyone can participate, which was well received and implemented. There is always room for improvement like the access door never locking and slamming shut, loud neighbors, and double parking. I enjoy my time here and do not look forward to moving, although I probably will move closer to downtown due to my commute to work. Overall, Amli at Lakeline is a beautiful hidden gem in Northwest Austin, the good outweighs the bad, and I highly recommend living here.     I absolutely love living at my apartment complex! The finishes are top-notch and the amenities are fantastic. The pool is absolutely badass and the gym is amazing - I love being able to work out without having to leave the property.But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Juan and Paul are always friendly, helpful, and quick to address any issues that may arise. Their professionalism and positive attitudes make living here a truly enjoyable experience.I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live with excellent amenities and a wonderful staff.

    AMLI Lakeline is the best and most accommodating apartments weve lived in!We randomly came to visit from out of state and loved the apartment so much, we decided to move across the States that same month.The leasing office staff, Paul and Juan were all so friendly from day 1 and always smiling. Paul was available to reach in person and by phone which was a big plus for us! AMLI Lakeline team seems to genuinely care for their residents.This 2-bed apartment is spacious, and we love the interior designs! Huge walk-in closets and bathrooms, absolutely love the kitchen and built in work area, and winding down on the patio at night with a glass of wine!Apartment and community is very clean and feels safe. Everyone in the apartment is kind and friendly. Nice to take a family stroll after dinner!Because of our small one, we are sensitive to noise, but no complaints at all! Very quiet and peaceful.AMLI Lakeline Team holds several events every month and our family enjoyed the ones that we were able to attend!Didnt know how much we would enjoy the amenities- DIY space, pool, BBQ, lounge, and the open grass area to sit and relax!Maintenance and pest control (minor tiny ant issue only in the beginning) were handled the next day or within the week. Very responsive and quick. Trash chutes were fun, but nice to have the pick-up service for when feeling lazy.We are trying to convince some of our family and friends to move here and join us!Glad we found AMLI Lakeline! Thank you Paul and the AMLI team for the tour and helping us feel welcomed to the community!

    I recently called the emergency line to submit an emergency work order request after hours and my call was answered quickly. Eric, one of the maintenance guys arrived promptly and fixed the plumbing issue fast. Paul and Juan from the leasing office are also great. 😁 Overall, great teamwork and excellent customer service.

    I moved around a lot throughout my schooling and career. This was my favorite apartment complex to live in thus far. Premium appliances and finishes. Clean gym to use. Some downsides are intermittently smelly carpets and elevators and the package room being robbed from time to time (seems like they hired a private security who patrols at night now). Will update after the move-out process to reflect on how that goes.Update 11/30/2024: Move-out process was seamless. No surprise charges. Just deposited our refund check. Happy with the process. Would definitely rent from an AMLI again if we needed to, and would recommend to family and friends.

    I really value my time here! After 2 years, the property is maintained to the same or better level than my first tour. Jessica, the manager, is always quick to reply - which must be contagious as the entire team is quite eager to be solution oriented and friendly. Wes, the Service Manager, makes his pride seen in each detail it takes to make it feel like home. Please wave and smile back at Dios, the porter! Cant miss him. Hes the one with the permanent smile and Cuban accent.They host fun resident events, and truly invest in the community. 5 Stars, absolutely!

    Ive been living at AMLI Lakeline for 8 months now, and it’s hands down the best apartment community Ive ever lived in. The facilities are excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the sense of community is truly unique.A huge shoutout to the maintenance team—Eric, Anthony, and Jose. They are always so quick to fix anything that comes up, and they do it with such a friendly and professional attitude. Knowing that any maintenance issue will be resolved promptly really adds to the peace of mind here.The leasing staff, Juan and Finn, are fantastic as well. They consistently organize great events that make living here so enjoyable. From social gatherings to informative meetings, theres always something happening that brings the community together.Overall, AMLI Lakeline has exceeded all my expectations. Its a wonderful place to call home, thanks to the incredible team and their dedication. Highly recommend!

    I just recently moved here but I am absolutely loving it! My wife and I recently moved here from College Station and I never thought I’d end up in Austin but living here has made it amazing. Move in was super easy and quick, the amenities are amazing, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Right when we moved in there was some things I noticed that needed fixing and I put in a work order and it was done the next day!! Whenever it comes time we are definitely renewing and staying at this beautiful complex.

    We moved from a nearby apartment complex and we used to take walks around the area and just check out our soon to be unit with excitement. When we moved in we loved the ability of using the elevator for our moving needs. Management has been nothing short of amazing. We appreciate the effort that goes in to ensuring that a brand new complex feels just like home. Our move in was perfect, we walked in to a goodie bag and our apartment freshly cleaned and sanitized. We love the amenities to come and can not wait to dip in that gorgeous pool!

    I recently moved in, and the pleasure of working with Finn during my application and move-in process. My move was an interstate, spanning 200 miles, so needless to say, I was juggling numerous tasks simultaneously. Finn exhibited remarkable patience and responsiveness throughout the process. He even assisted in delivering my large shipping trunks from the package room to my apartment.The day before my move-in date, I was notified my trunk pick-up service wasnt door-to-door. This news left me wonder how to transport four trunks, each weighing up to 110lbs, into my unit. In my opinion, Finn truly exceeded expectations with his delivery assistance.Additionally, I briefly worked with Juan, who also left a positive impression. The entire front office team has consistently been welcoming and responsive to my inquiries and concerns.

    A beautiful property in a great part of the city! The environment in and around the apartment is gorgeously maintained and is green and lush year around. The maintenance staff are quick when a maintenance request is placed. Overall, a wonderful apartment to stay in! 10/10 recommend

    Our experience with AMLI has been amazing so far! Move in was easy and seamless. There are always staff members cleaning and maintaining the property. We haven’t used all of the amenities but are very much looking forward to utilizing the craft room and lounging by the pool this summer. The ease of walking to the metro station and the big social dog park/restaurant is great. Finn, in the leasing office, he was so helpful and nice throughout our whole signing process and welcoming us to the fAMLI. We are very much looking forward to hopefully being here for at least a couple of years!

    We’ve been here six months now and love our fAMLI! The property is gorgeous, clean, safe and quiet. No weird smells or spills anywhere, any slight inconvenience that may occur the team is immediately on it. The management team, the office staff, especially Juan Escalante, and the maintenance team truly care about the upkeep, flow and community. Each month there are multiple creative events to participate in. The vibes are perfect!

    AMLI Lakeline has to be one of the quietest and nicest properties Ive ever lived in. Everyone is friendly, theres a lot of fun and cute events that the property hosts, and its close to the Austin Metro Rail that leads to Downtown! Finn, the front desk worker is such a delight and is always so helpful whenever I have an issue or question, he seamlessly makes it look effortless. Love that guy!

    We have absolutely ADORED our stay so far. The staff at the office is so unbelievably kind, the maintenance crew is incredibly responsive and professional, and everything is always so tidy and clean. AMLI takes a look at my standards (which have always been too high for other communities) and says “don’t worry we can do that and more”. My boyfriend, dog, and I love our unit, it’s the perfect size for us and would not have known it if Finn hadn’t shown us the unit when we arrived. There hasn’t been a single time where we’ve thought to ourselves “damn we’re missing out”. Can’t say enough about AMLI.

    This is a very luxury apartment with very amazing staff. Tina and Jordan are my favorite people at the apartment complex. They are always going out of there way to make sure everyone is taken care of and taking time to get to know me and my dog. They always made living fun and I would highly recommend this apartment complex. If you decide to come stay here definitely try and meet with Jordan!

    I toured this property last November, I regret not choosing AMLI. The property is well maintained (as can be for large property) and has ample EV charging for EV drivers such as myself. The only reason for my not pursuing the property was due to the construction. I returned in February 2023 to see if it had finished as they were promised and it was still ongoing well into end of 2023. It’s a promising property nonetheless and formidable staff.

    I am writing a 5 star review for of course my amazing experience of moving here but the main reason is because of Finn. He made everything so easy and accomodated every need I had from the second I walked into the office to tour the apartments. He is by far the most friendly, most helpful leasing agent I have come across. And I have been renting here in Cedar Park/Austin for a long time. Since the day I moved in Finn has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions and helped me with all the things...whether it was a phone call, email, or stopping by the office...he never made me feel like a bother! I am so appreciative to have someone like Finn to go to when I need something. The apartments are so nice and beautiful on the inside! I love how quiet and peaceful it is in the building. I feel so safe here and that is really important. I am so happy I found this place.

    Im writing a 5-star review for the leasing agent, Ruby. She treated me and my locator, Emma from TJ Lewis Real Estate, extremely well. Ruby really knew what my vision was for the space my mind and spirit needs to live in. She showed me a few options but just had a gut instinct on what I would really love and she was right! I got a nice one bedroom overlooking some water with a balcony thats screened in, so no bugs. Yay me! I love the little gym they have. I didnt think they would have everything I needed but they do. I also love the recreational space near the pool and on the other side. Thinking of putting up a hammock and reading for a few hours. Their pool table has been put to good use with some friends I have had over, including the business/ conference area. Its a really neat space and most of the neighbors I have that Ive met are extremely nice. This is my second week in. Im hoping nothing within my year lease changes my perception of this review. As long as management can handle hard conversations with a splash of empathy and care when needed, well all be in good hands. I appreciate everything as of now. Thank you Ruby and management for hiring such a stud!

    Although I didnt end up leasing at The Elizabeth, I will say the property, finishes, and amenities were top notch. I toured several 2 bed / 2 bath units and can say they were amazing. The bedrooms were quite comfortably sized and the kitchen looked like it came out of a modern model home. Also, the master bedroom stand up shower was amazing. Security and privacy in the building also seemed to be a great priority.Payton and the team went above and beyond as I was only able to tour very close to the office closing time. Id highly recommend The Elizabeth if youre looking for a luxury apartment in North Austin, as I know they will be on the top of my list should my new community not pan out for me.

    Great building, great staff. Layout is nice and the fit and finish is far beyond most apartments. No bugs or annoyances, easy parking never have to search for parking. Management is easy and solves anything very quickly. Pool and Gym are great. It’s very clean at all times outside and inside. Best apartment I’ve lived in by far!

    We loved working with Stephanie! Shes absolutely amazing and really listened to all of our needs. She was really sweet to our dogs as well. Its so rare now a days that you find someone whos not just trying to sell sell sell but actually cares and makes sure that the community is the best option for you. Shes just one of the most competent people I have had the privilege of working with and she was right, we love AMLI and can really see this being a long term place for us.

    We had Ruby take my wife and I on a tour! She did an amazing job showing us what may be our new home soon. My wife never felt rushed throughout the tour nor did I feel like a bother to her.     I have been living here for about 3 months now and I love living here. Stephanie, the senior leasing professional has been super helpful in answering all my questions and making sure that my stay here has been the best. I actually referred 3 people who are currently living here now due to how much I love the location, apartment rooms, and staff.Ive always read about how FETCH has been an issue but Ive never really had issues. Only thing I do not like is that I absolutely get no cell service... however, Stephanie has reassured me that they are looking into this issue. I have no doubt that the leasing team will get to it. They have been hearing us and working on everything they can. Things just take time.

    My lease is ending soon at my current apartment complex here in Cedar Park. The management at my current place hasnt been the best, seems bothered when I reach out to them for assistance. I recently visited Amli at Lakeline and got to sit down with Jordan. He was actually very real and sincere about the care that Amli provides. He honestly made me feel some relief. Plus the property looks amazing. Personally, I know that people typically love to leave bad feedback, but I make it a point to speak on a good experience.     AMLI Lakeline is a great place to live. Jordan Stith was my leasing agent and he made my move here, and I am glad I had the chance to work with him. Amli has systems in place to facilitate your move with ease such as partnerships with updater, spruce, and Hop perks. The location is awesome and the facilities are well maintained. There is food, grocery, shopping, dog parks, and public transportation within 3 minutes of this location. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful.Since moving in the facilities have had some upgrades for residents to include accommodations for our furry friends. It is very quiet (despite area construction), and the neighbors are very friendly as well. Inside the apartments are very quiet especially if you work from home. There are several beautiful spaces to work outdoors if you prefer as well.The staff is quick to address any residential concerns within a timely manner should any issue arise. I have been living here for 3 months and can say I am happy I chose to move here.

    I recently moved into AMLI Lakeline and so far it has been an excellent experience. I moved to Austin from Boston, and it was challenging finding an apartment complex that had a very elegant look, in a good area, close to multiple stores, and with easy access to the highway. AMLI Lakeline has all of these aspects. As Austin continues to be a hotspot for newcomers, there is a lot of construction happening close to the apartment however, there isnt that much disruption and I particularly live very close to where most of the construction is happening. I love my apartment, the leasing staff is AWESOME, especially Jordan! The maintenance staff have been friendly and helpful. I am comfortable here and glad to call the AMLI Lakeline apartments home.

    AMAZING STAFF!!! I cannot say enough how wonderful Ruby and Stephanie were. My fiancé and I had a last minute time crunch to get to the apartment and Ruby was sweet enough to stay AFTER close on a FRIDAY night to help us get moved into our apartment. Stephanie even came by after her workout to help as well. These ladies are the best—by far the most compassionate and understanding apartment staff I’ve ever had. 5 stars isn’t enough for them! And the apartment itself is absolutely breathtaking and in perfect condition upon move-in!

Autumn created a memorable experience and I have not even moved in yet.Reasons why I am choosing this property:*ResponsiveI inquired online after hours and by 9:04 AM the next morning, Autumn reached out via opt-in text.*Attention to DetailAutumn heard my needs from size, cost, location and found every option possible to meet them.*Tech savvyAutumn had amazing videos to show me-- of my unit! She also did the video tours with me online to add narrative. The videos were very informative and captured every nook for me so I knew my furniture would fit.*GarageTotally worth it to have my own garage leading up to my apartment and the costs were nominal. We moved from a large house and were concerned about the space, but there has been ample space and we are enjoying the finishes in our new apartment. The team has been fantastic as well. The customer service has been incredible and professional from the office team, but specifically Payton who helped us in nearly every step of our move to create a seamless cross country transition. We have received immediate responses via text, calls, and emails from her. She’s truly gone above and beyond to make us feel at home quickly. We definitely made the right choice renting at the Elizabeth.

    Just moved in a couple weeks ago. Wonderful experience from the management team. Specifically, Autumn is the face of The Elizabeth and has done a remarkable job in helping getting situated.She took the time to virtually show the apartment. Answer any questions that I hadand keep constant communication to be as helpful as possible.This place feels like you’re living in a luxury hotel rather than an apartment. The appliances and finishes are top notch with plenty of apartment space and walk in showers.There are Sonos sound systems hooked up in the ceiling of the living room and makes for a great presentation when friends are over.All employees of third party companies that work with The Elizabeth, such as package delivery & internet/cable have been courteous and respectful of tenants time.I give my highest recommendation to this apartment complex and can’t wait to see what other surprises they have in store.

    We absolutely love the Elizabeth and could not be happier with our decision to move here! The apartment design, layout, and upgrades are by far the best Ive seen in this city. The building and each floor are secured via access fob which offers peace of mind. The office staff and maintenance team are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and have been so helpful before and after our move. The amenities are what you would expect from a luxury apartment and the location is perfect for us - theres a really nice HEB two mins away, and plenty of places to shop or dine out. The Lakeline metro station is also within a very short walk from our front door. And lastly, the people who have already moved in are so friendly and welcoming and were already building a true community here with the weekly happy hour and brunch!Edit: Its now been 2 years since we moved in - and while A LOT has changed in the world, we still love living here. The staff at AMLI is terrific and have been extremely helpful since they took off, particularly the maintenance staff (Weston, Paul, Kristian and team are so great) - Paul has gone above and beyond time and time again to ensure our maintenance requests are addressed timely. He is extremely friendly, great with animals, and knowledgeable, and can fix virtually anything. This place is not perfect (no apartment community is), and the staff (like all other businesses) have challenges due to COVID but theyve been terrific to work with, and the apartments are still second to none in my opinion in ATX. The noise from across the street is not ideal but they are almost done and itll be another great community, just like this one!

    Ive been to so may places in search for a new place to call home. The beauty of this place was breathe taking! The entry way was gorgeous, the actual unit well honestly no words can describe the beauty. I was greeted by a graceful face, I believe her name was Ruby Ann.     Although we ended up not leasing here - our experience with the leasing team has been amazing! Payton in particular was an absolute delight to work with! We are leasing from out of state and so Payton was patient and empathetic throughout our process of finding an apartment.     I’m new to Austin and just moved to The Elizabeth. It’s a beautiful property but on top of that the main reason I chose to live here is because of the amazing leasing team. Autumn in leasing worked with me from the hard hat tour to my move in day. She updated me on construction and answered any questions I ever had quickly by phone or email. Even after moving in I know when I ask for something it gets done. Also a shout out to Chandler for being so nice and helpful. The property is rather big and when I couldn’t find something he offered to come by my place and walk me over to it so I wouldn’t get lost. Super sweet!

    Great location, well maintained, above average amenities and clean common areas. Lease rates are high, specially on the single bedroom units. With so much competing properties in the area consider reducing rates or offering specials with free months on longer lease of 6+ months. Returning tenant appreciation will also help keep tenants longer, as I see many moving out.

    Went and toured The Elizabeth Apartments today and I am beyond impressed.The apartments are brand new, which is great because you get to be the first resident in your unit. The amenities are out of this world: Lounge area and bar for residents; happy-hour Saturdays; state of the art gym and equipment; gorgeous pool; indoor mail area, which helps prevent having to go outside to check your mail; fob controlled entries for getting into the building, which is great on safety. Especially, myself since I have a younger daughter.The apartment itself is GORGEOUS! You can tell the builder really went out of their way to incorporate upgraded lights, carpet in the bedroom; deep sinks. The standup shower that comes in some of their units make you feel like youre in a spa. In fact, I joked around during my tour that it felt like I was in a hotel more than an actual apartment. The cabinetry in the kitchen was even two-tone, which made it even more homey. The amenities go on and on.A constant comparison of mine was between the apartments in LA to The Elizabeth and how much this community would be price wise if it were anywhere else. You get so much for your money. Truly. Even the additional prices you pay monthly for extra services are pennies compared to the value it adds and the time it saves you.But more than the apartment, the highlight was the Assistant Community Manager, Chandler who made the entire experience even better. He was completely professional yet down to earth and accommodating. He is definitely the kind of help that comes in handy when youre getting acquainted to a new community. He made the tour even better with lots of laughs, details about the apartment and helpful info even about the builders.Cannot say it enough: The Elizabeth is a one of a kind property with a one of a kind team.

    Fetch just SUCKS. That’s it.*original review 5 stars* Have been here since before Amli took over and love love the location, amenities and everything in between! Love that they have DNA for dogs now I can definitely tell the difference, everyone in the office is very nice and helpful, maintenance is very responsive. I haven’t had any problems with my unit it’s a great size love the Sonos speakers overall nice set up.I will say that they use FETCH and while it’s convenient when you’re out of town or not home it can get pretty annoying when you actually need a package quickly it’s not the fastest and fetch customer service is terrible.The construction is not ideal and everything but there’s nothing they can really do about itAnthony & Lacie have been very helpful when I run into a problem, clarifying or need help with anything, the whole team in general is great!

    I have lived there for 2 years after coming from Atlanta.from where I work, I had defined criteria to find a place.I found AMLILakeline (or the Elizabeth as it was then called), very appealing. For me (single guy, no pets?), it have everything I needed: nice clean property, prompt maintenance, understandable manager if you are ever late with the rent, above it, everything that I care about, cvs, Walmart, shopping center, easy access to 183, churches, most importantly though for me it is a very safe place. Relative to how /Austin is going n ow, which reminds me of Silicon Valley in the 90s, it is a great value. I like the garbage valet, I find fetch super useful. The only negative right now are the gates which have been broken for a while, and with no camera inside the parking, I could be easy for crooks to come in and break into your vehicle. the lobby also have a great bar.. I wish they would start professional mingle nights with wine and food, like going to a lounge but with the advantage of taking the elevator back to your apartment.the place is quiet, at least in my part of the building and I dont get bothered too much by the construction because I live on the other side, though I could understand the frustration. for me, it takes me usually a long time to find a place I like and I tend not to move if I do not have to, which right now is not on my mind....unless the rent doubles..

When I was in the office I witnessed some pretty rude people and was really impressed with how calm and kind Jordan was. That was my first impression of him. And tonight when me and fiancé were in the office needing help with our lease renewal, Jordan and Anthony were so patient with all of my questions and provided all the information we needed. This storage space is amazing and the fixtures and fittings and color schemes are very modern and trendy!     I’ve been here almost a year and it’s been a great experience! Maintenance is quick and efficient, the office staff has been super helpful, the amenities are well-maintained and the apartment itself is beautiful. Some of the fees (trash for example) are a bit high in my opinion but nothing that isn’t disclosed ahead of time. Juan and Paul have always been fantastic to work with and I’d 100% recommend AMLI Lakeline if you’re looking in the area
