    From the first time I stepped into AMLI Grapevine I knew this was the living experience I needed. Madison was friendly and attentive. Great breakdown of the property and ease with all the move-in steps.After my move-in inspection I found a few items that needed attention. The following day I came home to find all my concerns taken care of. The front office staff has been amazing now I know the maintenance team are as well. They completed the repairs quickly and professionally. GREAT JOB!!!

    From the start with Madison, our leasing agent, and Katie, the Manager, we have had a very postive experience! The community is clean and well taken care. We love the amenities - all areas appear to be in great shape!! The location is perfect, and we are very pleased with our Unit. It was clean upon our move-in. We recently had a minor leak under the kitchen sink and it was handly promptly and neatly. We are super impressed with everything at Amli Grapevine so far!!

    What can I say about the employees and service at AMLI Grapevine that hasnt already been said in the previous reviews? Everyone here is just amazing! The maintenance team is quick to respond and always professional. I have never had an issue that wasnt addressed within the hour. Marcus is so polite and knowledgeable. The front office staff is kind and always welcomes you with a smile. The ladies in the front office host events for the residents which are always unique and a blast!The property is always kept clean, and the hallways and carpet smell amazing.Thank you AMLI Grapevine team for assisting in making and keeping our home beautiful

    I love living here. Katie and her staff have been very pleasant to work with especially during the move in and move out process. Even my dog enjoys living here - walking the well kept trails, playing in the Amli dog park and interacting with the animal friendly maintenance staff whenever there has been a need. I recommend Amli Grapevine to anyone looking for a ā€œnice apartment living experienceā€ in the Grapevine/Southlake area.

    Amazing Community and Incredible Location!Iā€™ve lived at Amli Grapevine for six months now, and I can confidently say itā€™s perfect! The concierge and maintenance teams are not only incredibly friendly but also truly excellent at what they do. Work orders are always addressed within 24 hours, and theyā€™re constantly fostering a sense of community through fun activities and events (last month: beeswax candle making, this summer: Aloha cocktail party). Plus, theyā€™re so sweet to my dog, which means a lot to me!The amenities here are top-notch. From the private dog park (where the dog owners are amazing!) to the luxurious outdoor pool and chic indoor clubhouse pool table with multiple large-screen TVs for special occasions, everything is thoughtfully designed. The square footage for the price is unbeatableā€”Iā€™ve looked across the country and havenā€™t found anything else that compares.The location is absolutely incredible. Just two blocks away is the charming, vintage Main Street with its boutique shops and restaurants, plus the luxurious Hotel Vin and its adjoining food court right by the train station which turns into the Santa Clause Express during the holidays. We are the Christmas Capital of Texas after all. Right now we also have a temporary ice rink - and the year-round Golf Station where you can practice your swing. Lots of business travel? You can leave your car at home. Or itā€™s only a quick 10-minute train or car ride to DFW Airport, making travel super convenient.     Iā€™ve been living at AMLI Grapevine for a year now, and I couldnā€™t be happier with my experience here. From day one, the management team, especially Katie Griffin, has been incredibly responsive and attentive. They really go out of their way to make sure residents are taken care of.The property itself is always well-maintained and clean. I love the convenience of the smart locks via Latch, which makes me feel secure. The maintenance staff is quick to address any issues, and they keep the common areas, like the dog park and breezeways, in great shape.The amenities are top-notch. The pool area is my favorite spot to unwind, and the fitness center has everything I need for my workouts. Plus, the resident events are always a good time and a great way to meet neighbors.Overall, AMLI Grapevine has made me feel right at home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to live.

    My husband and I had the pleasure of taking a tour with Malory, and she was absolutely wonderful! She provided detailed explanations and patiently answered all of our questions. Since we were unsure about how our furniture would fit in the space, she kindly showed us various two-bedroom floor plans, both virtually and in person. Malory is an enthusiastic and compassionate leasing consultant who goes above and beyond in her role. If you are considering a tour at AMLI Grapevine, I highly recommend requesting Malory as your guide!

    Very clean, well maintained apartment complex with a vibe of luxury hotel!!! I am so happy I picked this apartment complex and that I was approved for my apartment. I moved here a few days ago and so far it has been an amazing experience!Firstly I want to thank Malory who was absolutely fantastic - smart, helpful and extremely professional! She managed to take care of me and help me with the process on a short notice. I applied on Tuesday and I was moving in on Saturday. The apartment is nice, bright and with high end appliances. The amenities are top notch. I feel like living in a 5 star hotel.P.S. I have not seen any cockroaches!!! The person who posted a review about cockroaches might have had personal hygienic issues that attracted cockroaches. I almost gave up on this apartment complex when I read her/his review. But then I decided to continue with the process and see how it goes. And I am so glad I didnā€™t take her/his review so seriously .

    Had a wonderful touring experience with AMLI. Lina is particular was excellent and accommodated me in every way possible. I ended up choosing a different complex due to personal circumstances but AMLI and its staff was lovely. The units were beautiful, well kept and the amenities were very impressive. If not for a life change, I would be a happy AMLI resident and definitely recommend them to folks looking for a place in Grapevine.

    AMLI continues to exceed my expectations. The staff is excellent - friendly, professional and responsive. The property is beautifully maintained. The apartment feels brand new and is very quiet. The gym is large and well equipped. There is plenty of covered garage parking. The full size freight elevator greatly simplifies moving. The location is unbeatable. The Grapevine REC complex and library are literally out the back door and Main Street restaurants, shops and entertainment are easily walkable. It has been a legitimate five star experience.

    Lived here for 5 years and moved out because it was time for my family to buy instead of rent. However, this is a legitimately good apartment. Everything is well taken care of and updates to amenities seem to happen annually or semi- annually. If anything is ever broken in your apartment (dryer stops working, lights burned out, garbage disposal stops working, etc.) it is fixed promptly within the next workday, if not the same day.I already miss the location being so close to downtown Grapevine and there really is easy access whether you are going to Dallas, Ft. worth, or up to Frisco/Plano. Without traffic you could easily be in all three in under 25 minutes. The neighborhood itself is very safe and walkable, I parked two fairly expensive cars here while I was a resident in the garage and never really worried about them.It is an apartment and yes you might hear your neighbors sometimes, but it is a fairly quiet building and most people here are young professionals and older and it is one of the quietest apartments I have ever lived in.

    I have been living here for almost a year and the property is exceptional!!! As a pilot, I am sometimes away when I need help receiving a package and if I need a vendor to access my apartment.     Been moved in for almost 3 months now and we are happy to live here at AMLI Grapevine. Itā€˜s location is awesome: close to the main street is great during holiday season as we can just walk over to the local events, no parking stress and it remains clam and undisturbed of all time. It provides also possibilities to just walk around and get food & etc. The property is organising events for the residents to get to know each other frequently and over all it is a safe and harmonous property.

    The best Apartment i would say. Everything is so clean and well maintained. Easy communication. All their amenities are excellent especially the Gym. Location is wonderful, you have access to grapevine downtown, all restaurants are located at walkable distance. The unit was kept clean when we came in the first day and you can never tell that somebody actually lived prior. Thank you Amli for the amazing experience. Sadly i was able to stay only for 6 months but worth the short term stay!

    This is hands down the best experience my wife and I have had in an apartment in DFW by far.Move in: very smooth, the unit was spotless when we first arrived and immediately had a great feeling about our new living situation.In the past few months of living here, my opinion has only gone up! The amenities are very well kept up with, from the large gym (always spotless) to the pool, grilling areas and dog park, all of which we use. Very well maintained.We had a issue with our sink leaking, and it was replaced immediately. Benjamin K is the maintenance tech we have been in contact with and he is extremely polite and capable.Even the trash rooms are a huge step up from what we expected.The location is amazing, walking distance to bars and restaurants and feels very very safe and free of common city problems we have encountered at past apartments.The staff is extremely responsive and kind, and the residents are quiet and very friendly. Very family friendly place to live, with the average age of residents being outside of the college age group we had become accustom too.Highly recommend!

    We decided to downsize (second time) and move to the Grapevine area. We looked at a couple of options for a temporary home. One of those options was AMLI - Grapevine. We stopped in on a Saturday and Amanda showed us around the property.The pool area is located in the middle of the property with plenty of sun but also some nice trees for shade. In the same area is a open air but covered room with TVā€™s and a seating area. Several tenants were in the area and greeted Amanda as we walked through. The parking is covered and gated (security gates), very nice and if you have a NTAA toll tag you donā€™t have to have a ā€œclickerā€ to get into the garage. Security is also very good for the interior hallways to get into the apartments.We viewed one of the model apartments and liked the high end finishes with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. AMLI - Grapevine has an artificial turf dog park which is great for our dogs to play and socialize with other dogs. Everyone has been very friendly.The on property management is another important aspect of our decision to lease at AMLI - Grapevine. Iā€™ve already mentioned Amanda, Catie is the new property manager was added last month along with Amy they have been very helpful as we moved in and learned the ropes of Apt life after 10 years in our last house. Most of our interactions have been with Lina, she has been extremely helpful in navigating the process of downsizing, a real star.Many of the residences are long termer which speaks volumes abut the property. One of our favorite ā€œamenitiesā€ is Stellini Italian restaurant and bar (in the building) and Hop & Sting Brewery which is next door.Overall the location is great we walk to many of the restaurants and bars in Grapevine, the management is very helpful and the tenants weā€™ve met are fun. If you are looking for a new home in Grapevine AMLI - Grapevine is a great option for location, amenities, and very good property management.

    Very friendly staff that would go above and beyond to help.Katie, Autumn, and Lenea were very patient with me when UPS misplaced my packages and they were troubleshooting possible solutions with me instead of simply taking requests.They also taught me how to play a board game while I was waiting. Which they annihilate me at for my own character development. Very humbling experience.Im a minimalist so I find value in people over material things. Therefore, its nice to surround myself with people that have the growth mindset rather than employee mindset.Cheers

    My family and I moved in 4 months ago. Previous experience living in an apartment had me hesitant to leave a review. However, I am happy to report and provide my review now. Key points for me are the cleanliness of the complex in general. The property is well maintained and done so with minimal disturbances to the residence. Parking accommodations are excellent for both residents and guests. The property team has been pleasant to deal with since day one. Amenity areas are perfect and well maintained. My neighbors are elusive l, but when our paths cross (usually in the common areas) they are friendly and inviting. Noise? Really the only noise complaints Iā€™ve had are back in December when the new rail line was blowing the train horn 9 times every time they crossed through Grapevine. This went on all day and most of the night. It has since stopped and I now only hear the weekend train.Honestly, this has to be one of the best apartments Iā€™ve lived in. Centrally located Dallas and Ft. Worth means I can get to work or events in 35 minutes. Love it.

    Having lived here for 3+ years we can honestly say that there is no better place to lease in Grapevine . Itā€™s a secure building , has a parking garage , beautiful pool and courtyard, community room and poolside room that are beautiful. The best part of all is the office staff that are so attuned to the residents needs, wants and safety.The proximity to Main Street shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues are a definite plus.. Tho considered pricey by some apartments the old adage of ā€œyou get what you pay forā€ is applicable here.

    My wife and I have lived here for two years and really loved it. The only reason we are leaving is because we were able to buy a house. It was already a great place to live from the beginning. But this new company, AMLI, took over just before the pandemic and improved the resident experience even more. Great amenities, always kept clean and in great working order. Maintenance staff has always been fast, polite and thorough. The people working in the front office have always been helpful as well. With all the near by restaurants and access to DFW so close I couldnt recommend these apartments higher. Stelinis, which is in the bottom floor of one building, has been super helpful with everything shutdown. My wife loves the yoga studio in the first floor as well and goes multiple times a week. She will probably keep going even with the drive well have instead of a walk across the parking garage. We love Main St. Grapevine and walked there from our apartment many times while living here. As much as we love our new house, we will definitely miss living in this wonderful apartment community.

    I have been living here for several months now, and really enjoy experience.The gym is the nicest, I have found in any apartment complex. From online spin classes, to complimentary towels. There is a great bike path a short distance away, that I have been able to make 40-50 mile rides on.The social areas are excellent as well, from grilling at one of the 2 areas to sitting at the fire pit in the courtyard. It really offers the resort feeling for apartment living.Then, you throw in being two blocks from the new rail system, and three blocks from downtown Grapevine. It is a very enjoyable place to live, and I hope you find the same experience.

    Great location and amenities, especially the well equipped and large layout of the workout room. Common room is also well maintained. Staff is great, friendly and professional. A bit on the pricey side ... But you get what you pay for. Havent been to any other AMLI locations but it works here. Only downside is if your a light sleeper forget about it walls and floors are not sound proofed! Luckily, I dont have that problem but I could see how it would get annoying over time. Just have to be a bit considerate when walking through hallways and in your own space.Forgot to mention they do monthly events that are really well done in my opinion. Even though I rarely go.

    Excellent apartment. Havenā€™t had any issues with staff or facilities. Leasing/apartment staff are very friendly and good at their job. Rent is a little on the high side, but after living here for a few months itā€™s well worth it. Everything is always incredibly clean. Parking garage actually has an appropriate number of spots. Frequent resident events with food and drink. Gym has a good variety of equipment. Only downside I can see would be the apartments that face Dallas Rd would have some road noise. A+ really recommend this place.

    Love living here! Its close to the airport and Dallas. Itā€™s walking distance to everything Im Grapevine and almost across the street from Hotel Vin which is a great place to hang out and listen to live music. There is a great restaurant, gym and yoga studio in the complex. There are also 3 amenities rooms which are great to hangout or work in if you need a change of scenery. The outside space and pool area is super nice too. Staff are great. Our apartment is nice and modern. We have been here two years and are going to renew again for another year. Canā€™t say enough!

    This is a stunning property with amazing design throughout! But even more important are the remarkable people like Lina, Marissa, Jose and Josie that are always professional, kind, courteous and helpful. We absolutely love all of the resort like amenities! The location is phenomenal within walking distance to the train, downtown Grapevine, the Rec, the Library and the brewery. In addition, we love the peace and quiet that Aura Four44 offers. Thank you to everyone including Chris for the attention to detail when it comes to managing and maintaining this property to make it so pleasant and enjoyable for all of your residents.     Central location-take the train to Ft. Worth or Dallas. Well built building, cannot hear the neighbors unless you have the doors open on the balcony, even then it is pleasant. Everyone says hi in the hallways. Maintenance helps fix things pretty quickly. Very nice appliances. Hot water when needed. Cost is a bit higher than most some older apartments.

    This review is based on my initial experience at the property. My husband and I went to view this property and was greeted by Lina. She took her time to answer all our questions while giving us a tour of this amazing property. The pictures dont do this place justice, the grounds are modern and immaculate. Although we were only able to see a 1 bedroom model apartment, Lina accommodated us by sending us apartment videos of the units we were interested in and placed us on a waiting list. If you are looking to move to Downtown Grapevine check out Aura Four44, I promise you wont be disappointed.P.S Ask for Lina

    Aura Four44 has been a great experience from the start. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and fun! They plan monthly resident events that are awesome! The property itself is beautiful. They spared no expense. Open floor plans, deep farmhouse sinks, a beautiful pool, a dog park and trash valet, are just a few of the perks. If that wasnt enough it is just a short walk away from the adorable downtown Grapevine with all its boutiques and nightlife. I would highly recommend living at Aura Four44!

    I love living here, I love bring my friends and family to Aura 444 or Triple 4 as I call it. Its beautiful, its clean, safe, the staff is so kind. What a great place to call home. The property and staff in the office and the team that keeps everything ticking like a clock is amazing. Who wouldnt want to live here??? Oh and the pool, the common areas and convenience to all the local businesss are walking distance and the train is a blast. I had an issue with my fridge( new properties or a new house, are know for needing to work the kinks out ) well Raphael showed up, compolete in 10 minutes or less, no mess no fuss. I would recommend Aura 444 for your new home. Its nice to see peeps in the hall that are so happy and pleased to be here. I give it more than 5 stars.

    I absolutely LOVE living here. I love my apartment, the location and how central we are to everything, the staff and residents, everything!A couple things I dont necessarily love is that my apartment faces the road and nobody really explained how loud it actually gets and the theft that goes on in the parking garages. Its too nice of an area and people pay way too much money to live here to worry about theft. BUT, I am glad that officers have worked diligently to catch those people!I definitely would recommend these apartments to anyone and everyone!

    Great apartment complex in the heart of downtown Grapevine. I like the short walks from here to Main Street. Lots of restaurants and retail to explore. Thereā€™s a hotel going up that is going to look great and is coming along well with the construction. The amenities here are great. Maintenance requests are always done in a timely manner and always to my satisfaction. Central location to both downtown Dallas and Fort Worth.One thing the apartment complex can improve is having more resident events a month. The holiday party they had in December had a great turnout at it.

    If I could rate Aura Four44 10 stars I would!If you are new to the Grapevine area or have lived around Dallas/Fort Worth area all of your life, I highly recommend Aura Four44 Apartments to everyone! I lived in a house for over 23 years! I lost my husband and my daughter went off to college. My house was too big and I moved to be closer to my daughter here in Grapevine. I am pretty picky when it comes to my living environment. This is why I chose Aura Four44. I absolutely love everything about this place! The architect, the different layouts that they offer, not to mention the decor throughout the whole apartment complex, the beautiful pool, the seating areas that they offer, the landscaping, the dog park, the exercise/gym room, the mail room, the club room, the beautiful meeting room, the office room where you can use their computers and printer or take in your own laptop if you so choose, and lastly the parking garage! I know I am leaving more out!This does not include the people! All of the residents make you feel welcome and are very friendly. They made me feel right at home!The beautiful people in the office are like my family! I love Christopher, I love Marissa, I love Lina, and I love Zeth!

    We took a tour with Marissa Robbins back in October when we were first apartment hunting. She showed us all of the incredible features that this apartment complex has to offer and immediately made us feel at home. Our favorite things that the complex has to offer are proximity to the Rec Center and Main Street, Dog Park, pool and gas grills, interior design and safety features.After discussion, we came back and signed a lease to live here in 2019. While we were signing, we got to take part in their Holiday party for residents and meet some of our new neighbors. We cant wait to move in and be apart of this community!     After several years of interfacing off and on with the most patient and gracious Leasing Agent ever... Lina....while my husband and I finally made the decision to downsize from a Large home for the freedom of apartment living... We are so happy to have found a luxury apartment that has allowed us to check all our required boxes...First Location. CHECK.. Prime location here that is walkable to Grapevine Main Street restaurants and shops.Theres also a wonderful onsite Italian restaurant. Stellini with an adjacent Trattoria that makes it so convienient for many items you find yourself needing and dont want to go to a supermarket. Theres a nearby Park , Rec Center, and library all within walking distance. The train depot also in walking distance enables us to avoid freeway driving to get to downtown Ft Worth and the Stockyards to the west of us and to DFW airport to the east.The modern interior design Of the apartments, the beautiful pool and courtyard that our balcony overlooks As well as a common room for visiting that has a coffee machine TVā€™s, pool table and a fireplace for ambiance makes it easy to ck the amenities box.Security Box also CHECK... theres a secure fob only entry into the building and a 4 level parking garage which not only requires the fob to enter past the first floor for visitors, but the fob is also required to exit therefore eliminating the possibility of a non resident flood owing you thro the gate as we have heard can happen in another complex since they uninvited wouldnt be able to get back out without the fob.Maintenance Box...CHECK.. weā€™ve only had a couple of minor issues for repair but went online to request them and when we did there was an almost immediate maintenance person at the door to make the repair.Bottom Line.....This is the only apartment complex that enabled us to check all our requirement boxes and we couldnā€™t be happier with our choice of AMLI formerly Aura Grapevine home. Thank you Lina for the years of phone calls and tours and help with our decision.

    We looked at multiple apartment complexes in the Grapevine area, and there was nothing the could compare to Aura in regards to location, amenities, and floor plans that offer the type openness that we were looking for (the living areas and closet space were bigger than pretty much everywhere we looked). We worked with Lina who was fantastic and prompt with answering all of our questions and showing us multiple units to make sure that we got one that worked well for us. She was really educated on not only her facility but just about every other one we looked at as well. Definitely be on the lookout for her when you stop by. Were excited to move in and start taking advantage of all of the on-site amenities and cool happenings that are just a short walk away.

    Moved in recently with my boyfriend. We were worried about it being at the top of our budget, but so far its been worth it for the convenience and quality of the apartment and staff.The apartments walking distance to main street, the train station (my bf takes it to work in Ft Worth), and the REC (super cheap for Grapevine residents). The brewery across the street has a different food truck almost every night, so a lot of times we just pick up dinner from there. The package lockers are also major for us since we get basically everything delivered :) Family and friends who visit us almost always compare Aura to a hotel because its so clean and well kept.For critiques, really the only things I can think to mention that could be improved are sometimes the perfume they put in the hallways is a bit much. And also itd be great if the doggy bags were switched out for bio-degradable bags. I dont believe the current ones are, and they also dont tear easily.

    Iā€™ve been looking for an apartment closer to the airport for work (but still in a nice area) and I stopped by Aura Four44 since theyā€™re new. I know theyā€™re just getting started but they are definitely starting off well! They chose an amazing leasing agent to represent their company! Zeth showed me around and he was hilarious! I donā€™t know if Iā€™ve ever had so much fun looking at an apartment! He was also very informative and professional and I feel like I got the best experience possible!     I dont normally take the time to comment on things or places directly related to me, but, in this case I couldnt help but to do so. I recently sold a house and the pain staking task of finding somewhere to live was at hand. And to everyone out there looking, I can save you some time....by accident, I ran across the Aura Four44 web site, and added this complex to my search. To shorten this long comment... in those stressful days of deciding where to land, the things that kept catching my attention was the complex itself for sure, the amenities, the newness, the location, the selection of floor plans, affordability, especially when you compare all the bells and whistles, but, the real deal clincher was the entire staff. In all my looking, I did not find a more accommodating, courteous, professional, patient staff and that was a big deal to me. And now that I live here, I would like to include, the maintenance staff in my comment as well. I come home to a polished, perfect, environment every day, and that is very much appreciated. And I love the fact, each of the Staff members are happy, they speak and smile as they do their job well. Where I live personally, I want to be a person, not a renter, and I want to feel like I belong to a community. In this day and time in the world, where it is hard to find friends, good neighbors, fun, and feel safe, I can assure you, these attributes exist at Aura Four44 and its a total blessing that I call this my home.Thanks to the entire staff for creating such a wonderful experience at this exact time in my life.     ABSOLUTELY THE BEST APARTMENT COMMUNITY!! Where do I begin...Our family moved in 3 months ago after downsizing from a home. We never anticipated that we would fall in love with this apartment community and truly thought it would be temporary. I have to say that is not the case anymore we definitely want to make this our permanent home! The quality and amenities are absolutely amazing! The location cant be beat! We are close to everything! One of the other greatest parts of living here is the incredible office and maintenance team that always are there when you need them and truly know what customer service is! Zeth has helped us from the start. Although he was very busy he went out of his way to show us every option and gave us time to look. The move in process was also perfectly executed and he truly welcomed us home. The community events are also frequent and well thought out. Nothing cheesy and all fun! You will want to be a part of them. The community is kept immaculate at all times! The other residents are great and there is virtually no noise! Very pet friendly with tons of places and pet stations to walk and run your furbabies! They also have one of the nicest most well lit pet parks! THIS PLACE IS A MUST SEE!!!

    Absolutely gorgeous apartments. Unless you have visited, you canā€™t really tell how beautiful the pool is from the photos. Amazing appliances and beautiful wood floors. Zeth is super friendly and very responsive. The walkability is amazing, itā€™s a 5 minute walk from the Main Street bars and restaurants (this area is AMAZING during Christmas). Itā€™s also very close to 114 if you work off of that highway. Close to the airport as well. There is concrete between the floors so even though you have wood, you canā€™t hear the people above. The garage is attached to the building so you donā€™t have to walk outside to your car in inclimate weather. All around, an amazing apartment complex.

    We cannot say enough great things about AMLI Grapevine. We have lived here since February, and we are moving only due to job relocation. Otherwise, we would stay here as long as possible! Everything is always clean, maintenance is fantastic and comes very quickly, and the office staff is so helpful and friendly. Theyā€™re always trying to find how to make amenities better and even more updated. Amanda helped us through the leasing process and sheā€™s amazing, but they all are so kind! The location is perfect. We are SO sad to leave but happy that we were able to experience living here. Highly recommend!!
