I’ve had a fantastic experience living here. The leasing staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, the concierge team goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome, and the maintenance team is fast, kind and responsive. For a building of this size, it’s well-managed. The modern design—particularly the floor-to-ceiling windows—creates a bright, stylish atmosphere that decorated well makes the space feel pretty spectacular. Follow up on my one year anniversary At AMLI!!Living at AMLI Fountain Place has been a wonderful experience. The stunning architecture, sleek modern interiors, and panoramic views of downtown Dallas make every day feel luxurious. The amenities, from the rooftop pool to the state-of-the-art fitness center, add convenience and comfort to daily life. The staff is attentive and responsive, creating a community atmosphere. With nearby access to vibrant dining, parks, and entertainment, it feels like being at the heart of everything while still enjoying the peace and privacy of a well-designed apartment.Please Read!!!If you are even thinking about moving here, you are already 10 steps into the right direction. This place is magic, the people are super friendly, the environment is so safe you can leave your car keys on the roof of your car and come back and itll still be there. Our tour guide Jerry (please ask for Jerry) he is so sweet, respectful, and patient and so knowledgeable. He helped me pick what after one month of living here I can proudly say is the best place I have ever stayed in. If you can find a place in Dallas that beats this apartment, then I am afraid you are not in Dallas. I highly recommend this place

After living at AMLI Fountain Place for 2.5 years, I can honestly say it was an exceptional place to call home! The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown, close to fantastic restaurants, shops, and everything Dallas has to offer. It’s an ideal spot if you want to experience the best of city life.One of the standout features here is the concierge team. They are always warm, welcoming, and ready to help with anything you might need. It’s rare to find that level of service, and it made everyday life so much easier.Above all, I have to give a huge shoutout to Shanda, the property manager. Shanda goes above and beyond for residents. She’s attentive, responsive, and truly cares about the community. Any time I had a question or request, she made sure it was handled quickly and professionally. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, and it really shows in how well the property is managed.The only reason I decided to move out was to explore more of Dallas since I was new to the state and wanted to experience different neighborhoods. Otherwise, I would have happily stayed. AMLI Fountain Place is a wonderful place to live, and I can’t recommend it enough!

I am thrilled to start my move-in on Saturday 5/22. Since finding this building over a month ago, I have been thoroughly impressed. From the building itself, the amenities, the upkeep, the location, and the amazing staff... simply everything. Christopher Leidel, my leasing agent, has been more than patient with all of my questions and has made everything so easy and low effort. On my many visits, as I decided what floor plan to select, I have been impressed with the quality of the units, the maintenance of the building, the friendliness of the residents, etc. This is a top notch building in every way!I am transitioning from owning a home in the North Dallas area of Frisco, and moving to renting in a high rise for more carefree living. Very different living. I love that this building has some very unique features... Like private garages within their parking garage. And those of you with security concerns, you actually have to get through two garage doors to get into resident parking.Cant wait to enjoy the views and community!

I have to admit, the sole reason for my application was my interaction with Jerry Brooks. From the initial phone call, to the tour, he is amazing. Knowledgable, kind, genuine and flexible. Normally I don’t usually do reviews but I just had to. If anyone is touring and curious about your next move ask for Jerry Brooks. He has absolutely done a phenomenal Job with the tour. I really enjoyed how genuine and authentic our conversations were and made me feel right at home. Definitely different than most tours I’ve been on at different properties. While the process was complicated, I will have to admit, so far it has been well worth it. Since finalizing the lease everything has gone flawlessly. Even-though there were a lot of moving parts, the move-in was simple, efficient and worked exactly as promised.My unit was delivered spotlessly cleaned, well maintained and the few minor maintenance issues I have had, have all been handled brilliantly and except for the one posted in the evening, they were each resolved, the same day. The one posted at 11:00pm was taken care of the next day.Everyone has been incredible welcoming and genuine and every staff member, from housekeeping, the bartenders to the concierge that I have come in contact with have been friendly, helpful and are always smiling.Loving the facility, my unit and the gym, which I used for the first time today. Also, love to sit in the sky Lounge and have my coffee in the morning and enjoy a glass of wine, in the evening, when the city is lit up.Thanks again, to Jerry, Lamah, Chris, Shanda and Karl, for all of their help.Sincerely,Wayne Goldberg

I was fortunate enough to live at Amli Fountain Place for 2 and a half years. Every single day I would wake up, look out my windows, see the best view in Dallas and just be happy. The building itself is iconic, with the exterior being a beautiful glass skyscraper that is one of the more marked buildings in the Dallas skyline; it was always a great feeling to just point to the skyline when people asked where I lived. The interior was exquisitely designed, with the lobby and hallways decorated with beautiful contemporary art, and soothing music reverberated through the halls.The amenities are some of the most unique in Dallas. The sky lounge on floor 45 offers beautiful panoramic views of the entire metroplex, the pool will have you lounging amidst skyscrapers, the in building bar and café are both excellent establishments in their own right but just having these places on the first floor of your home made them unparalleled spots for drinks and pastries. The staff is the best of any established apartment complex Ive lived in as well; Chris moved me in back in January of 21 and was there to answer all of my questions and concerns, up until I moved out in September of 23. Maintenance resolved almost all of my issues within 24 hours. The concierges made every effort to assist me as well. Most if not all of the staff had been retained throughout my time at Fountain Place, and I think such low turnover is a testament to the wonderful people that work in the building.The apartment itself had beautiful finishes, ample shelving, expansive closet space and of course the floor to ceiling windows that put the beautiful views of Dallas on full display. Each floor could also only be accessed by those who lived on that respective floor, which made my home extremely safe and quiet- I never had an issue with noise once in two and a half years of living in Fountain Place. Every day I loved my home in Fountain Place, and I will always cherish the time I spent there. Its a beautiful building with a wonderful community, and is truly the best apartment complex in Dallas.

My Finance and I have been touring high rises in Dallas for a month or so. We’ve taken a detailed look into the Paridot, the urby, the Victory, the Katy, the cirque, the national, 8819, the maple terrace, the Aster, and so many others. It has ultimately come down to the East Quarter Residents and the Amli. I was already very familiar with the property due to my relationship with current and previous residents, however my finance was not. Karl is an absolutely pro! His tenure and experience with Amli for the past several years seriously shows. Karl did an excellent job in not only communicating the experience that Amli is ultimately cultivating, but also demonstrated his valuable knowledge of Dallas infrastructure projects, ways the Amli can add value to your professional goals, popular attractions, community amenities, guidelines and expectations, the lease details, ways to maximize the potential of various units, the Amli culture, convenience, and lifestyle + so much more. The units are freaking amazing. Not sure yet which of the two we’ll go for, but the Amli easily offers the best views, concierge, elevators, unit accessibility, and intentionality that I’ve seen.

I recently moved out of Fountain Place after two years of living there. I had 2 leases in this building and loved each unit that I lived in. I literally never had a problem besides general matinence! This is one of the best rental buildings in the city. The amenities are very top end and the resident only lobby bar was such a nice perk!The best part of this building was the staff. Many of them live on property and are always there to help you out with basically anything. Shanda and Jerry really went above and beyond for me the last 2 years. They made my experience the easiest and most amazing ive had in apartment buildings.Im sad to be leaving them and I highly recommend this building if you like 5-star hotel living!!

Full disclosure: my review is not about living at the AMLI, because I only took a tour. I feel compelled to write a review because of the incredible leasing manager Chris Leidel. My husband and I have toured countless apartment buildings across the world (in Milan and New York to name a few) and Chris is by far the most knowledgeable, professional and thorough manager we have taken a tour with. His knowledge of the building was incredibly detailed, and his expertise about the neighborhood and the wider city of Dallas was extremely helpful as we make our living decision. We left feeling completely confident that AMLI Fountain Place is a place we can comfortably call home. Chris needs a raise! Hes a real asset.

This property is so wonderful! I flew in from out-of-town for a conference & had a chance to stay in the guest apt rented by my friend who is a resident. It was such a great option so that I could be close to her & visit, but yet I had my own space & privacy as I was going in & out often because of the conference I was attending which was down town also. I was welcomed by an incredibly attentive team the minute I walked through the front door. The guest apt itself was impeccable. It was spacious, beautifully decorated & so comfortable. The amenities at AMLI Fountain Place were unlike Ive ever seen in apartment living. With the amazing pool on the 10th floor deck...the gorgeous views of the city from the resident lounge....the coffeehouse in the lobby...by the way, the nicest & sweetest lady was working there & sells the best coffee...and the beautiful, modern aesthetics....I cant wait to come back to visit my friend here & stay in the guest apt again. I definitely would recommend AMLI Fountain Place to anyone looking for an apartment in Dallas!

My husband and I moved in a little over a week ago and have absolutely loved our experience! Their staff is thorough and on top of everything and the building/location is incredible!Tour/applications process:Jerry is fabulous, very knowledgeable, and really goes above and beyond to make sure you see everything and learn as much as you can about the building on your tour.They are strict on their application approval process but trust me this is a good thing! We have lived in 5 different high rises over the last 7 years and this helps the quality of the community you live in.The living experience thus far:We absolutely love our apartment, they really put thought and detail into the style as well as the quality of the appliances. They don’t feel like your average apartment gas stove and fridge. They are heavier and more solid.Location:The fountains around the building are so peaceful to walk our dogs and they have two pet areas that are awesome!The walk ability to everything was much better than I imagined. I initially thought since we were under the bridge it would be less walkable compared to Victory Park but I actually find us having more options and new areas to explore!Service request/building maintenance:We have had to put a couple of service requests in, the service team is on top of them usually same day.After living in high rises for years you learn that sometimes the buildings will have issues. To us it’s more about how they are solved and the staff is always quick to do their best and take care of any issues ASAP.Common area amenities:You may have seen others comment they are angry about not having 24/7 hours access. This may be a personal preference, but coming from a building which had no rules and then attempted to enforce them later, with little to no success. I appreciate the staff trying to prevent a circus of events and the building from turning into a night club or post night club party zone.

My experience with AMLI has been top notch from day one to the move out day. This place has wonderful amenities, beautiful apartments with the best appliances, my apartment had the best city views and sunset views, the best services, the best staff, the best security system. If you need a place to live in Dallas, AMLI Fountain Place is the top choice by far.The staff is always ready to help and to make your experience an amazing one. My tour with Jerry was wonderful, he was so charming and ready to provide all the needed information. I was on the verge of renting another apartment and even had paid the basic fees, but I remembered the feeling I had when I viewed this place via FaceTime as I was out of town for work. I literally gave up on my initial apartment and immediately switched to AMLI…Karl and Jerry are just exceptional in how they treat you and make you feel like you belong here. I appreciate their screening process, it may take sone time depending on other factors, but it’s rigid and fair. The apartment provides me with a great sense of security especially with my family being there when I have to work. The staff is amazing, from the Concierge to the Maintenance, they respond quickly and ensure that you’re satisfied. The views and the amenities is like icing on a cake. This place also provides a great community of professionals that fosters networking and socializing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CHECK AMLI FOUNTAIN PLACE…you’ll thank me later!

AMLI Fountain Place is simply the best place I’ve lived. The staff are incredibly helpful and enthusiastic every day. They were very accommodating during my move-in process and will do anything in their power to get things rolling smoothly (elevator reservations, the useful loading dock, etc.) The pool has a fantastic view and is always kept clean. Same with the gym. I would fully recommend moving to AMLI.

I will preface this by saying I do not live here. I toured this property and many others with my best friend who is moving to dallas- this was in the top two of most professional and thorough viewings. Jerry made us feel so heard and included throughout the entire tour. The property is gorgeous and the prices are reasonable for the Dallas market. It’s luxurious from the finishes to the amenities. We ran into several residents on the tour who sang their praises about the property and our wonderful leasing consultant. We ended up talking to Jerry and a resident for around 20 minutes. Everyone is so kind and makes you feel like you’re already home. We met the property manager briefly who was smiling and warm! My best friend and I come from a property management background and she even told Jerry if he’s ever looking for a role in Phoenix to contact her because it is his. All around amazing!

Stunning!!! I toured the property on April 18, 2021. The apartment homes are exceptional with extraordinary views of downtown Dallas. My husband and I moved from Los Angeles to Dallas for a new job opportunity. Due to schedules we were unable to visit Dallas and the Amli in-person prior to signing a lease. However, the application and virtual tour process could not have been more seamless, thanks to Karl! Karl conducted a robust virtual tour taking me around the property via video call that instilled our confidence that this is where we wanted to call home. Throughout the process Karl was especially communicative and helpful to guide us through move-in. Now that weve called the Amli Fountain place home for more than a month I can say that this was definitely the right decision for our family. From the great views to the premium building amenities (coffee shop, dog park, gym, pool, helpful and kind concierge staff, etc.) we are very happy with our decision! Excellent service from tour through move in. Jerry gave us a great tour when we initially toured the property and then again when our move in got closer. Even though we were unclear about what we needed, Jerry was patient and professional and presented multiple options. Our move ended up being a little complicated and we were not able to move the entire household at once, but Jerry was great and booked the freight elevator for us when we overlooked it for the initial move in. The rest of the staff has been very friendly since move in. Highly recommend the property.

Last weekend, my partner and I toured downtown Dallas luxury apartment AMLI Fountain Place with Senior Leasing Professional Jerry B. The luxury residence is incredible -- beautiful, well-maintained (clean which is rare even with luxury apartments, as Ive experienced), has fantastic amenities, great floor plans with high-quality buildouts, low-priced guest suites, a beautiful pool and deck, incredible gym and studio, and secured parking for residences and guests (guest parking in downtown Dallas?? Unheard of!). The pricing was competitive and better than the other luxury residences we have toured, which was a lovely surprise considering it is far nicer with better layouts and buildouts.The views are incredible. Having lived in high rises with several close friends doing the same, this building has the best views.With our tour taking place on a Saturday, we ran into numerous residents, all of whom were pleasant and sophisticated. Meaning, I felt safe and had no concerns with regard to disturbances, disrespect, or unwanted advances in common areas.Jerry also shared with us a previous incident of a former resident violating property rules/policies by throwing a party, with a DJ, in a common area without permission ... AMLI took immediate action making the then-resident a former resident. Far too many times, at our previous homes, we have experienced other residents violating rules with no to little consequence until issues were escalated to building ownership (e.g., smoking in a non-smoking building, but not just smoking occasionally. Instead, it was a situation where the hallway smelled like the Golden Nugget in Vegas.). The point is that residents agree to follow and respect rules when signing a lease. Being business professionals with busy work and travel schedules who need privacy (e.g., a limited number of random non-residents in the building) and minimal disturbances (e.g., music, loud neighbors, etc.), it is important that the building enforces those rules.Side note: Jerry knew each resident’s name and even a resident’s family member’s name who recently visited. Impressive.Jerry was wonderful! His energy, kindness, and knowledge of the facility, not to mention his style and interior design ideas that helped us envision while brainstorming during the tour, are beyond unmatched as compared to the other agents we have met with over the past two months (7+). He was very accommodating when our schedule was delayed, forcing us to push our tour 15 minutes. Most importantly, he showed us that we could have confidence in his team.We are excited to have finally found our future home!

Recently toured the property and was absolutely amazed at the finishes of the building as well as how well maintained and managed it is. Any and everybody looking for a place to call home should definitely consider this property. I havent lived in an apartment for over 25 years, and with unforeseen circumstances, Ive found my way back, and my my have things changed. Ive never considered an upscale apartment building until a friend of mine said to me, dont give up everything when you move from one place, at least get something from the new place. AMLI offered just that, all the amenities you need to assist in the life style transition. I had 3 properties scheduled that day when I was greeted by Jerry Brooks, the Leasing Professional, I looked no where else after our meeting, he was amazing, he made feel soooooo comfortable with his knowledge of life and respect of others. I told him I have other properties I was looking at and he knew of the properties and said nothing about them good or bad, he just said take a look at them and come back to see him. I read the reviews of the other apartment buildings while I was with Jerry, and the first 5-6 lines were all negative which Im sure he knew all about but did not disclose that info to me. That meant alot to me, it also told me that Jerry is not a salesman but a concerned HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL who cares about his property and the people he put in it. With that said, if you are a serious individual looking for a Superior place to call home, start here and you will not go anywhere else. We moved here from California (San Diego area) in July - but not to escape. We liked it there very well. However, most of our children and grandchildren are here in the area. So here we are and we can tell you that the Amli Fountain Place delivered even more than we expected.We did everything remotely, and were considering two other buildings nearby (Im sure they were probably nice), but Karl was so accommodating and patient that he won us over.We have a vacation scheduled for the end of the month - but we are enjoying ourselves so much that we are cancelling it.We will have a staycation instead!!!Everything - museums, parks, and restaurants - are so close. Just like it was in San Diego, people come to THIS area to get away!The building feels so solid - all high-rises dont, you know. Ive seen reviews of other locations (which will remain unnamed) where people are so bothered by the rain. Loud raindrops! Can you imagine? Not here.I hear NOTHING and I love the peacefulness. The service is top-notch - we had a maintenance request and he (Enrique!) attended to it quickly. I saw one technician in the hallway and mentioned a scratch on my door - I was going to submit it. Nope. I came back from the grocery store (so close I couldve walked, but no, I wont, thank you very much) and the scratch in the door was gone!The concierges are helpful and they dont treat you like a fool if you dont know something. And the building itself, inside and out, is beautiful. On top of that, everyone from the housekeepers up to the top - are so friendly.We made a great decision to move to the Amli Fountain Place, and its confirmed every day. In this time of COVID19, heavy workloads, stress, anxiety, and news of murder and mayhem - I cant take any more drama. Ive got 99 problems, like Jay-Z says, but the Amli aint one.Thank you.

Karl and the rest of the office staff are very professional and friendly.The building is well-maintained and in a great location. If youre looking for a luxury property, this is the spot. Amli, the mangement company, seems committed to giving its residents an experience that reflects that. Previous reviews have implied that there are large amounts of crime taking place at this property but its simply not true. The police data points in the completely opposite direction. The security features at the building are state of the art, well-maintained, and strictly enforced by the property staff. This is a community that Id happily recommend to any of my friends to check out during their housing searches.

My only issue after living here for nearly three years is that a few of the residents drive unsafely in the parking garage and someday someone will get hurt. I recommend speed bumps at each corner up and down on each level which will require people to slow down. The corners are the most likely areas for acidents because people do not think in advance that someone else might be coming up on the other side.

What an incredible building, a fusion of architectural history and modern luxury! Most importantly though, an apartment is only a building without people, and the entire staff (from leasing agents to community coordinators to concierge) goes above and beyond to make this place feel like home.
