    We have loved living at the Campion Trail! Management is very responsive and quick to make things right (in the rare occurrence there is any issue).     Update!! I moved in a few days ago and so far it’s been a great experience. Peyton is one of the best leasing agents I’ve worked with and would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in touring/living in campion trail. I moved from another state and from the moment I signed my lease, she’s been helpful with all my questions and curiosities. She even recommended a few restaurants to try as I’m settling in! Lastly, she organizes the package room (and there’s a lot of packages), it’s very clean and easy to find what I’m looking for!

    AMLI is just like HOME far from HOME...It is located near Los Colinas.. and adjacent to the lake. View is spectacular and managed so well by the team who are working here. From guess handling toI am currently staying with my friends and enjoying our stay here.This society is so beautiful and has all the facilities one is looking for.They have spacious rooms, pool side view to garden view. spacious corridor and have a great pool. Eventually, they have 02 pools.They organize pool party, Halloween theme competitions, and so on.The gym is also fantastic with all.modern machine.Perfect place to stay with friends and family.

    The community is great, I love the amenities and the apartments. From the leasing office, Peyton has been amazing ever since I’ve been looking into renewing my lease - always available and looking to help! Also I really appreciate how she really takes the time to go through each concern.

    We really like the apartment Plenty of cabinets and a nice pantry Bathrooms are nice with lots of storage for towels etc Bedrooms are also nice. We cant wait till warm weather is back so we can enjoy the best swimming pools in Las Colinas!!! The gym is very good as well. It could use some shelves or something to put your stuff in while you get a workout. I think we have the best access to the Campion Trail for Bikes or walking. One more thing would be real nice is put gas logs in the fireplaces by the pools. Thanks to Payton and the rest of the Amli Management Crew for making this a very smooth move!!! The Amli maintenance Team is great as well.

    One of the best properties we looked at in the area, in terms of the construction, amenities and the layouts. Loved how everyone in the leasing office is so friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Gabi who was so helpful through the entire process! Answered patiently all the questions we had, as we were new to the area. She was prompt in all communication through emails and calls, she made us feel comfortable in making a decision, shared her inputs which was very helpful. Shes very descriptive and detailed with every important information about the complex. The day we were moving in, she had our paperwork done and we didn’t have to wait at all. She was a great support in this process, friendly, helpful and made everything simple and easy.

Peyton gave us a fantastic tour, showing us the entire complex and answering all our questions.     I really enjoyed living at Amli Campion trail! my review is 100% unbiased:- The construction quality is Amazing- Sustainable materials bring the energy consumption to a minimum( The airflow works so well that get a cooler interior without relying on AC during hot days)- Walls are practically soundproof;- Maintenance service is responsiveAs with many things, theres room for improvements; but its a great choice overall. I moved to another community and I see the difference :)While the pricing seem a little high, youll definitely get what you pay for!

    My husband and I lived at the AMLI Champion trail for 2 years. It has been one of our favorite apartments!! It is such a beautiful apartment and they do an excellent job of cleaning. Hallways are mopped/buffed DAILY! We first lived in a studio which in my opinion felt spacious due to the layout. Our second unit was a 3rd floor overlooking the pool. It was gorgeous. We got so many compliments every time we had company over stating it felt like a resort. Spacious patio. Noise was not an issue being over the pool. It was actually nice to have the door open so we could hear the sound of the water in our apartment. Kind of felt like a spa.Overall we have had a very positive experience at the AMLI. The grounds are well maintained and area is very quiet and safe. They put a lot of effort into the landscape which shows. I was never afraid to walk my dog alone at night around the apartment. Parking garage is great and felt safe. Close enough to things to do, awesome trail, and never too much traffic.The apartments were under construction for awhile which did put a damper on things but construction is over! I appreciate the effort they take to maintain the building. Things that could be improved are the mail room. They are renovating and coming up with a more organized system which is awesome! One of the best apartments to stay.

    After living here for almost six months I can say that this apartment complex is very nice as a residential area. The apartments themselves are also very nice.( High ceilings,Led lights, Updated appliances)The community amenities are also nice and they are updating them and providing new amenities in the future. They do a good job keeping amenities and hallways cleaned.Maintenance responds quickly. I have never had an issue with response to emergencies or failing to come out. The only issue I’ve had was when repairing my unit, they had to change my locks. I was not thrilled when I came home and could not enter the unit. It might have been a communication issue but I was glad that the staff offered to walk the new keys to me.The location of the apt is great. You are located close to the Toyota music factory, and Lake Carolyn which has a great walkway all around the lake. I have never felt like I was in an unsafe area.The parking is really nice because they offer a parking garage with cameras. Apts can’t guarantee safety- what they offer when it comes to that is really outstanding. They keep unregistered vehicles to a minimum.Its a pet friendly community- amenities are maintained.I appreciate that they always restock waste bags and empty waste bins.The dog park is small but the paws colinas dog park is right across the street. Along with tons of walking trails.The paw wash on site is great so you don’t have to wash your dog in your apt. They do need to replace the leaky head on the sprayer but overall the dryer always works and they always keep it clean.For mail and packages I would say the mail room is almost always spotless. The package room is getting an upgrade so hopefully they will be able to set up a better system for organizing peoples packages. It does get a little hectic when one small room is accepting the whole apt complex’s packages.The staff is overall friendly and I have had more interaction with maintenance. I can say the cleaning and maintenance staff are extremely nice. They will always offer to help with questions and a lot of times go out of their way to assist you. I think that the office could be better staffed to assist with things like email communications, phone calls, and general procedures.When first moving in I think the overall procedures could be improved. I felt like I had a lot of questions after moving in that weren’t really covered in the move in packet provided. The staff provided the information when asked but I feel like it was a lot of extra communication to figure out things. It was general questions like where amenities were located, the hours of amenities/office hours, how to get ahold of maintenance, how to access things like the pool which needed a code, placing work orders (which if you are versed in technology you can figure out but if not you may have difficulty), and other general questions people may have.Please read your lease in depth! As far as construction if you read your lease they do provide the information regarding that. As well as fees associated with trash/water/sewage/pest control and all the normal fees. The construction has never bothered me because the apt is trying to update everything. Yes there is noise but they really do try and keep things clean and quiet as much as they can. It is a little inconvenient but in the end they are making your apt complex look nicer.The pricing of the apartments is a little steep. For the area it’s probably a little cheaper than most apartments though. Although I have not had to renew yet I’m hoping that they value residents that want to renew. A lot of apartments increase rates for renewal but I’m hoping they are willing to offer the same rate or a slight discounted rate for renewals.Overall the apartments are great 3/5. The office staff is 2/5 mainly because I feel like they could be better staffed to help address things. The amenities 3/5 and they are working on updating and adding amenities. Maintenance 4/5. Pricing 2/5. Safety 4/5. Community 4/5.

    We have lived here for 2 years and could not recommend this complex more. Maintenance requests are filled promptly and communication has been transparent throughout our time here. We have loved it so much we decided to move to a larger unit within the same complex. Paul and Peyton have been such a big help in making this move an easy process.

    I moved here about a month ago and it has been so lovely!!! The leasing agents are so awesome and helpful. When I was touring apartments, they took extra time to answer all my annoying questions and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of!     We have lived at AMLI for 2 years and we love it here. The maintenance crew respond to service requests so quickly. The landscaping is always beautiful. Paul, the manager is awesome when you have an issue. The location is also great! Signing our lease for a third year this week.

    After searching for an apartment home for two days with my relocation specialist I finally found this gem. AMLI Campion Trail is a beautiful 4 story building yet offer a peaceful community. My stay at AMLI Campion Trail has been great. I’ve been living here going on two months now and the grounds are well kept just like on the first day when I toured it. AMLI Campion trail staff are all friendly and very helpful whenever I have a concern or issue. I personally worked with Peyton during my application process. Peyton is amazing at what she does. She exudes this positive energy that is eager to serve and help others. Peyton is personable and always friendly and she makes living here one of the best decisions I made because she goes above and beyond to address any concern I have or bring to her. I’ve also experienced this with Gabby the other leasing specialist whenever Peyton is unavailable or out of office I can go to Gabby and she has helped answer my questions and concerns with the same eagerness and positive outcome. In addition, I really like how AMLI Campion Trail staff offer monthly events for residents to encourage fun with games and build a neighborly community.

    Amazing staff. I cant emphasize enough, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful and friendly people.Maintenance team is incredible also. I swear sometimes it would get addressed in like 2 hours from when I put in the request.Only reason I left was just to get out of the Las colinas area.     Great apartment with friendly staff. The resort style pool is the nicest in the area and offers a great space to hang with friends and family. Leasing office, package room, common room, and tech center have all gotten really nice updates since living here. Resigning for a 3rd year!

    Without a doubt, AMLI Campion Trail is the nicest place I’ve ever lived. I love all the available amenities and the staff has been the most wonderful to work with. When I was touring apartments, what made AMLI stand out was their customer service especially from Peyton.     I have been at AMLI Campions Trail for one month now, I had a positive and seamless leasing and move-in process! Since I have lived here I have had no issues whatsoever! My apartment is in great condition, the buildings are well kept internally and externally. The grounds are also very clean and well maintained. The amenities have been a 10/10 including the pools, fitness center, business center, and dog wash station. The office staff has been very friendly, helpful and accommodating, the Manager makes it clear he has a passion for happy residents and improvements where possible!

    We were frantically looking for an apartment in the summer of 2022 from out of town. Had 2 days and an appointment at Campions sister property and they sent us right here after hearing what we needed. Sydney was right there to greet us and was absolutely amazing. Saw the apartment had concerns about being poolside, she took us seriously and gave us great advice. We LOVE it here and will be renewing. We are poolside and great soundproofing, great staff, quick response time, beautiful apartments.

    AMLI Campion Trail staff goes above and beyond for the residents. Since we have lived here, we have transferred within the complex multiple times. Lauren and Sydney made our transfer easy and answered all our questions. When an issue arose, Sydney and Paul were quick to resolve it and keep us informed. Location was also key to us staying here at AMLI Campion Trail. The trail to the east, lake to the west, and located directly on a DART line, combined with the welcoming staff made it impossible for us to choose another location. Very dog friendly, with lots of green area, a dog park, and a dog wash. Construction around the complex has kept it up-to-date. A new package room, resident office space, and lounge have all been opened in the last month.

    I moved into my new apartment a few weeks ago and so far have had a positive experience. The building is kept clean and maintenance has been responsive to issues. The layout of my unit makes it feel so much larger and Im excited for the pool when the weather gets warmer.The sound insulation between units is not as great as my previous place, so that will take some time to get used to. The new package room is also taking some time to get used to. Have only had one issue so far, which did get resolved a few days later. The new room requires the delivery drivers participation to work correctly.

Last week I used our Resident Lounge for my daughter’s baby shower. Newly renovated and beautiful. They are constantly improving their amenities and making it a pleasure to live here.

    This is the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in! The staff is friendly, professional and they go out of their way to meet your needs. You always receive advance notice if maintenance needs to enter the unit for routine checks. Personal maintenance requests are always handled immediately. The property is very well taken care of and the units were designed with quality materials. I rarely hear anything from my neighbors. I also feel very safe here. I couldnt imagine living anywhere else!

    Everything was just so easy and smooth. Everything I needed that leasing office jumped on very quick. There were a few things that needed to be fixed during the pre-moving inspection, however they made sure it was ready when I needed to move in.

    We lived at AMLI Campion Trail for 4 years and really enjoyed our experience!This apartment complex is a great location near Campion Trail and Lake Carolyn. Close to walking trails and restaurants / entertainment. Clean and well-equipped gym. Great pool area. The complex is generally well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping too.There are many apartments to choose from on this street (and we’ve even lived in a couple of them), but AMLI Campion Trail has definitely been our favorite because of the amenities, management, and maintenance.The maintenance team is fast and responsive; they take care of any issue within 24 hours (usually within even just a few hours!). Special thanks to Irma for the prompt and thorough maintenance over the years.The pool area can get a bit noisy on the summertime weekends, but it didn’t bother us too much. It seems like a fun time for a lot of residents. Otherwise, the complex is usually fairly quiet and has been a nice place to work from home for the past several years.I saw other reviews complaining about construction, but we did not feel that we were impacted much by the construction work during that time—and AMLI has been communicative about each step of the construction process.Management is responsive, courteous, and communicates well. We even looked for another AMLI in our new state—we would definitely live in an AMLI community again in the future.Assuming everything goes well with our move-out process, we would highly recommend living here. Thank you to the AMLI Team for making this a wonderful home for the past 4 years!

    Ive been at Campion Trail for 3 years and sad that I have to leave. I really like this complex. The Spanish / Mediterranean design drew me in amongst all the other Modern buildings around it. The facility is always clean and well maintained. The office staff has always been great to work with and the Maintenance crew gets on work orders extremely fast! I would suggest this to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

    I had the pleasure of doing a tour with Peyton. She was very professional, cheerful, and very knowledgeable. She was very accommodating and thorough. Unfortunately, the space configuration wasn’t the right fit. This was disappointing because the complex was amazing.

    We moved from Bangalore(India) to Irving, Texas, approximately 3 weeks before finalizing this place. We had looked about 12-15 properties & we had shortlisted quite a few. Amli Escena & Riverside the leasing staff over these 2 places were really amazing, we finalized this Amli Campion Trail because of the location. Its right next to Lake Carolyn & Campion trail, we get the feeling of being close to the nature & go for a walk or run whenever we feel like. Leasing staff has been great so far. All the reviews we read about the package room doesnt hold good anymore, as its been replaced with a state of the art package room. No concerns or complaints about any of the amenities/facilities. It has been a great experience!!!

    Amli as a company is a well-managed, well-organized company. If I were to move again, I’ll choose Amli again! Having said that, here are some feedback for this specific building which I believe the Amli team will take into consideration.Victoria has been absolutely great! She has empathy, very good listening and communication skills. She’s gone above and beyond not just for us, but we’ve also seen her be great help to others. As for my specific situation, both her and John Michael did what I believe to have been the right thing to. I appreciate their understanding and willingness to turn a not so positive situation to a better one. Victoria can certainly be a great manager and whoever is reading this should promote her for the next opening. There is scarcity of good people with consistent great people skills, Victoria has it and Amli is benefiting from it, it’s only right to recognize her (not just in employee review or high-fives, but also investments in their career growth and/or financial incentives).Side note: I like the fact that they close the office every now and then for employee and volunteering events. Keep this up! You all are the only rental property I know that does this.As for where I believe things can improve:the package room needs to change to lockers (my understanding is that the new one wouldn’t be lockers, but the same situation in a bigger room). Having everyone’s personal information on packages on full display for others to see isn’t right and finding packages is a nightmare. Also it’ll stop people from continuing to go to the office to ask for help because they’ve already spent 30 minutes in the package room looking for their stuff and didn’t find it. It’ll free the Amli people up.The in-house service people are great. My experience has been that they close service tickets way too fast though even if the situation isn’t fully resolved or maybe needs to be redone. I don’t believe it’s the service people’s fault but rather unrealistic expectation from corporate (unfortunately the services industry has this issue across the board. Someone sitting in corporate looking at a report thinks that just because a ticket was closed under 48 hours they should celebrate and stop bothering the field people. Hint: use average ticket close time as a directional guide for coaching and learn where processes can improve, don’t use average ticket close time to hold people accountable or panic. It’s ok to take a break from sending recaps highlighting longer days in red). The in-house service team and offsite call center has been effective in urgent situation such as leaks.The other area I believe there can be improvement is with 3rd party vendors and construction people. There needs to be a better vetting process for 3rd party vendors. The carpet cleaner that came to my unit and the one vendor to change the carpet weren’t good. The last person to change the carpet was much better. The construction team needs to better consider the environment around them inside or outside of units. I won’t go into details but the construction team that was fixing the leak in my unit could have done a much better job to maintain the dust and the mess. There have been different projects taking place around the lobby and outside/around and I see the poor cleaning people continuously cleaning up after the construction crew. Yes, construction has mess and cleaning is needed but if more attention is given to maintain as clean if an environment as possible, the cleaning people would have less cleaning to do that in my opinion they’re doing more than they should be anyways.If you’re reading this because you’re considering to move here, you should definitely consider it, it’s a good place in a good location and the full time Amli team is great. You’ll be taken care of.Given that this is a public feedback, I didn’t want to go in details as the situations I’ve experienced seem to have been isolated situations anyways and not a consistent thing. Happy to provide more details if needed via call.

    Leasing staff and maintenance went above and beyond for any issues I had with the apartment. Happy with my decision and every resident Ive met thus far says the same. No place is perfect and I dont know why Yelp has such bad reviews on everything but I can honestly say Im thoroughly impressed with AMLI Campion Trails and with so many options to choose from in this area that is saying a lot.

    I just picked up the keys to my new apartment, and the place is nice. I signed a year lease only having driven by the area and seen the online 3D tour. It seems exactly as advertised so far, but it is more spacious in person. I run over 50 miles per month, so Im looking forward to hitting the nearby trails.

    We love this place! Close enough to the lake and the Campion Trail for outdoor activities, the pools are amazing and our floor plan is perfect for what we need. We could not be happier! Maintenance is quick to respond for any issues we’ve had so far and the staff members are excellent! People we’ve seen so far are friendly and it is a quiet location. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

    Garrett Rose was exceptional! I can tell he is a strong asset for AMLI - he scheduled time in the morning to show us the entire apartment complex, available rooms and was very attentive to our needs. As I am new to the area, Garrett was patient and walked me through the entire process to ensure I received the best apartment appropriate to our needs. He was extremely thorough in his presentation. He truly went above and beyond what is required of his position several times - I appreciated this a lot, especially since I was coming out of town. The entire staff was truly a pleasure to work with, as they were patient and hard-working in making sure our stay at the AMLI Campion Trail was comfortable. Their customer service, location near the trail/ lake, green energy efficiency, great gym and amenities combined with one of the best apartments in Irving make this location an excellent buy.     So, I have waited a bit before writing this review, because I wanted to see how we liked it after a while.My wife and I have lived here for 4 months now, and we absolutely love it. We did a lot of shopping around the Las Colinas area for the perfect apartment, and even considered the several other AMLI apartment complexes. In short, we settled on this one mainly because of the AWESOME service of Christopher Leidel, and because of how new it is and the already good reviews on Google and Yelp.We are not from the area, and I was moving here from being stationed in California with the Marines. Because of that, I wasnt able to traditionally go around and visit all of the apartments like I wouldve liked to. Chris was the only representative to contact me within 24 hours of me e-mailing all of the different apartments we were considering. He was so quick to respond to all of my questions, and believe me, I had a lot. He was very quick and thorough, and even sent me pictures of the different apartments we were considering (including the view from the balcony), and gave excellent recommendations. He is also exceptionally courteous and professional over the phone. This went on for days before we decided that this is where we wanted to call home. He did such a great job helping us get set up, fill out all the required forums, etc, he made our transition into this apartment as smooth as possible. I literally cannot say enough good things about Christopher Leidel, he is the main reason we chose this apartment.Fast forward to now, 4 months later, and Chris is still an exceptional help to us. Any question I have, I e-mail him and he gets back to me as soon as possible. Its not like he was faking to get our money and then ignored us after we signed our contract. He still answers any and all questions I have in a very timely matter. Anyway, I think thats enough about Chris. He is seriously awesome, and from what I can tell, so is the rest of the staff.The apartment is very insulated and efficient. The heat stays out, and the cold air stays in. The A/C works very well, as does the heater. The hardwood floors, dark cabinets, stainless appliances, oversized bath/showers, pretty much everything about our apartment we love. I have never heard a noise from my neighbors. Im fairly certain the neighbor under us has a loud subwoofer, but its so muffled through the floor it doesnt bother us at all. I cant speak for the noise from upstairs neighbors because we are on the top floor (purposefully).Speaking of which, some of the top floor apartments (not sure if all) have tall, 11ft ceilings. These really make the space feel even more spacious, and I highly recommend getting one of those apartments. We also face east, so we see the green treeline and the river for our view, and love it.Also, the pools are awesome. We really do feel like were at a nice hotel when we are down there. Love the design, layout, palmtrees, etc. Wish there was a deeper end, but thats ok :)We also really like how the parking works, and we have reserved spots.The community is nice. We have Foodtruck Tuesdays where we have a different food truck each week come out and serve food. Once a month (I think) we have live music on this day as well. Its a fun break from the monotonous work week, and the people that come out are always nice.Also a very nice area. Lake Carolyn is right across the street and is quite beautiful and a great place to go for a walk or a run. We are still discovering the local places. Its also a great centralized location... We are 20 minutes away from Downtown/Uptown Dallas, about 30 mins from downtown Ft. Worth. Most everywhere we go is no more than a 20 minute drive, which is nice.Anyway, I cant say enough good things about this place. The only bad things I have to say are very knit-picky, and I cant even fit it into this review due to all of the good things.Long story short, Christopher Leidel is awesome, and I highly recommend.

    Professional Beyond Expectations!I would like to thank John Michael, the assisting manager, and helpers (Olga and Jose) at AMLI Campion Trail for their high social awareness and integrity.Six months ago, I moved out of AMLI Campion Trail. Last week, an extremely important legal document has been delivered to my old address at AMLI. This document was missing, and I was unable to find it. The property management was so professional in helping me find it. They searched everywhere and they spent much time and effort until we found it. Those people are a great addition to the company, and AMLI Campion Trail should be proud to have them working there.

Quick service, good quality of life, nice food trucks and brunch activities.The only drawback might be the garage gate, it was broken several times in 2017.     After reading into reviews I decided to make the decision to move into Amli Campion Trail. I had a year long lease with Amli. I just recently moved out to move closer to family. If I did not need to move closer to family I would have renewed my lease at Campion Trail. The community is great, the area is up and coming, the trails are awesome, the amenities are incredibly nice, the leasing staff are kind and helpful, and it is very clean. Maintenance was always really on top of everything and it was fixed in a very quick and easy manner. I did not come across one issue with Campion Trail while living here. I would like to add that this is a genuine review and was not sponsored. I really had a great experience with Campion Trail and would recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

    My husband and I have been looking for apartments in the Las Colinas area for the past 4 months and we have visited tons of communities, but we would like to highlight the customer service we got from Amli, especially from Sydney Johnson.When we visited back in October 2020 , even tho our moving date was only in February, Sydney was awesome and so responsive. She kept sending emails and checking in with me and looking out for the apartment we needed.Last week we have visited again and did one more tour and she was so helpful.We didn’t get this service anywhere we have been before and this is so important when you’re looking for your new home!So we decided to go with Amli and we are excited for this new chapter of our lives.Amli has a lot of great amenities that we also didn’t find in the other apartments which is a huge plus.We’d like to thank Sydney and say she is much appreciated and we wish all the places had more people like her! It was a huge Joy having her helping us out!

    I dont live here, my sister does and Ive been jealous since shes moved in. The apartments are beautiful and roomy, they give you a real bang for your buck! The staff is so incredibly nice here, Garret is my favorite leasing agent here. There was a wasp that had flown in from the patio, my sister and I freaked out! Im allergic to them and shes tariffed of them, Garrett was nice enough to come up and get it for us!     Probably my favorite apartment complex so far. My husband and I move alot, and weve lived in a variety of apartment complexes between here and New England. This is why AMLI Campion Trail has been my favorite so far (and the examples I give are all things Ive experienced elsewhere):-The amenities are very nice and well maintained. The fitness center has a COMPLETE SET of MATCHING dumbbells and working cardio equipment, plus some other nice things you dont always find in an apartment gym (TRX straps, resistance bands, kettlebells & medicine balls).-The pool area is well maintained. I do not find clumps of hair or other debris floating in it, nor did they plant shedding trees near it so that the surface of the pool becomes a carpet of crepe myrtle flowers after a heavy rain/wind, rendering it unusable.-90% of the time, the business center has ink and paper in the printer. This a better percentage than I get at most hotels.-The apartments themselves must have been designed by someone who actually lived in an apartment at one time:~The kitchen cabinets extend almost to the ceiling, giving you a precious extra shelf for storing extra items from your costco trip or seldom-used items.~The kitchen counter is marble, and its a deep workspace. You can keep your instapot on the counter and still have plenty of room to work. CRUCIALLY, they left the workspace completely flat (there is no raised bar that cuts the usefulness of the counter in half). If you really cook, you will really appreciate all the counter space.~The closet is NOT in the bathroom. Fine if you live alone, but what if there are two people trying to get ready for work at the same time? Plus who wants their clothes to spend that much time near the bathroom?The biggest con I can see is the crime rate, but I need to temper that. Whenever a crime is committed on the property, the office sends out an email with the salient details, so we are all hyper aware of whats going on. Contrast this where I lived two apartments ago, where I found out about crimes committed only when the police knocked on my door, or I talked to other residents. It happens everywhere. Youre responsible for your own safety, and this apartment has done more than most, like maintain the access-controlled entryways and add cameras to the parking garage. The residents I know installed alarm systems like SimpliSafe or cameras, and one fellow here put a camera in his car, that got video of someone breaking into cars in the parking garage (they got him too!). Personally I feel very safe walking around here, all the crimes have been theft of high-end items.I love the proximity to Lake Carolyn, the trail is well used by dog walkers, runners, and office workers on break and feels very safe. The Campion bike trail is equally well used. Dart access is a quick 7 minute walk, weve taken it to get to the airport and its absolutely brilliant. Looking forward to more restaurants and shops opening up at water street/music factory projects as those will just add to the fun things you can do on foot. Overall were extremely happy with the amenities & location at Amli Campion Train.

    We are so happy that we met Garrett Rose during our apartment hunting. My partner and I started our apartment search over a month ago. We knew the area we wanted to move to and began our search marking off apartments one at a time due to several must-haves we had on our list. We are from the south and one thing that always stands out to us is that good old southern hospitality (customer service.) If we walk into a building or office and we are ignored...well we turn around and walk out. This happened to us several times before we walked into the doors at Amli Campion Trail. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted with a smile and bright spirit from Garrett Rose. He was down to earth and professional the moment he greeted us both. He asked us questions and as we answered we knew he was actively listening, how did we know? Because during our tour around the complex he referred to bits and pieces of information we shared and included it as it pertained to making Campion Trail our new home. As Garrett walked with us during the tour at no time did we feel pressured or mislead on the complex, rules, guidelines, or requirements. Being that we were moving from a 4 bedroom home into an apartment, looking to downsize we first toured the 1 bedroom homes at the complex during our tour Garrett asked questions to get a better feel of our daily living lifestyle, my partner and I had difference of opinions between getting a 2 bedroom instead of the 1 bedroom. Garrett stated that after 6 months we have the option to move to another apartment home if we felt more or less space would be needed. I was shocked and relieved to know thisGarrett is a representative that was open and considerate of our needs. Our whole experience with Garrett and Amli Campion Trails was nothing short of great things! We recently moved in and made Campion Trail our new home. Even from the moment we picked up our keys until present day...Garrett has been helpful and checking on us to make sure we have everything we need. AMLI needs more people representing their property like Garrett Rose!!

    After touring several other AMLI apartment homes Garrett Rose was by far the best representative. I toured the newest AMLI complex located in Irving, TX...yes the pretty one with the white buildings. Needs to say they did not have a representative like Garrett!...they completely lacked customer service. When my partner and I walked in the doors of the new complex there was a female representative sitting at a desk and a male representative sitting at a desk speaking with 2 guest. Clearly, we glanced over and make eye contact with her and she did not speak. After standing in the door/walkway for several mintues, the male completed his task with the other guest and came to help us. While the female sitting at her desk never moved or said a word. Soon after being greeted another couple walks through the doors, being of Caucasian ethnicity she jumped up from her desk to greet them immediately. Oh I forgot to mention my ethnicity is not of Caucasian decent. However, we still took the tour but knew from that initial moment of how we were treated...we would not be making that place our new home. So, we skipped on over to Campion Trails and ran into this awesome guy Garrett Rose!! Garrett Rose has the personality and professionalism to make anyone feel right at home. That spoke volumes to us when we walked in the door at Campion Trail. We were greeted with a bright smile and lovely personality that made us forget about the other not so nice experience at the all white AMLI complex down the way. Garrett along with his two other co-workers Khandice and Lauren definitely have great customer service at AMLI Campion Trail!

    Very neatly kept and the office staff is very nice and knowledgeable. If you call maintenance for anything, they come out right away to address your concerns . Some of the doors are loud when they slam , seems maintenance tries to keep up with the automated doorstops, I wish the other residents were a little more thoughful when opening and closingc them. Overall, a very nice place and kept up pretty well. Close to a lot of nearby food and entertainment options.

    Overall a nice property outside of a few minor issues. If you are unlucky enough to get loud neighbors, youre in for a bad time as the walls and ceilings are not very thick or sound proofed. However, being next to the lake and Campion Trail is an amazing benefit as a cyclist.

    These apartments are opposite lake carolyn. It is near by DART Urban centre railway station so it is convenient for the people who want to use the DART for their day to day life.
