    Except the extreme perfumes that can cause allergy attacks & the Amli building manager who wrote to me suggesting that asthma attacks are my preference (!) šŸ˜ !? ... The actual people who do the work are great :)... so kind and cooperative when it comes to getting things improved. -- Finn was great helping us pick our apartment. Josh (and especially Justin in his maintenance team!) has been awesome and efficient in getting things fixed immediately; were thankful. Mike helped us with our washer at a weekend and was so generous. Even when construction people got involved (Gordon) they were very kind and helpful. Rental office / front desk answers your email asap. Neighbors are kind. Sound / noise isolation is great. -- They do deliver what they promise for. Even the neighborhood is enough for one to make decision to move in. Its very close to several parks and trails, not to mention restaurants (..and yet the area is quiet despite all that nearby). Its true about the early morning trash trucks but they say that theyre doing best to get those collection times changed. Nice community.

    Smooth process of leasing and move-in thanks to the extensive help from Amber, Finn and rest of the team at Amli BP. Great brand new apartment complex with convenience to the nearby shops and restaurants. Great sound isolation of the apartment itself, no noise. They also offer 8 weeks concession, making it a very attractive deal. Def recommended to lease here, hopefully, the rent doesnā€™t go up crazy next year jkjk.

    Ricky from leasing is truly a delight to speak to over the phone and in person! He just gets it and makes you feel seen and heard no matter what problem youā€™re facing! Had questions about my lease and he answered all my questions with a smile on his face and made me feel less stressed with my apartment situation! 10/10 would recommend amli branch park and Ricky!

    Moving into AMLI Branch Park was a breeze, and the leasing process was smooth from start to finish. Marissa was especially helpful -she made everything easy and stress-free. The amenities here are fantastic, and the community is super dog-friendly, which is a big plus. While deliveries can sometimes be a pain, management is proactive about sending out instructions to help delivery companies navigate any issues. Overall, Ive been having a great experience living here.

    Iā€™ve been living in my new apartment complex for just a month, and I couldnt be happier with my experience so far!     Thanks to kind neighbor down the hall who , like every other resident I have met here , was very kind to help me get in touch with off hours maintenance persons. The person I talked to at maintenance was extremely patient, understood my problem , and stayed in contact with me to get it resolved completely. She was most professional. patient and understanding. They all helped me get through a difficult problem and I got to continue to enjoy the rest of the evening. I am most appreciative.I have not had anything but wonderful experiences for the 6 months I have lived here.

    Best staff in Austin; Marissa, Amber and Kilish provide excellent customer service. Communication was superb and Mueller is one of the best neighborhoods in town.     My husband and I moved in to Branch Park in August 2022 and we are having the best experience so far. The building is always so well maintained and clean when it comes to the hallways, trash rooms, mail room and coffee lounge. The maintenance is always on time and make sure to fix the problem at hand right away. Marrisa, Kilish and Amber are always very prompt to answer any questions we have. The events that Branch Park host are always top quality and the attention to detail is subpar when it comes to brunches they host, workout classes, and resident party events they really go all out and make all residents feel appreciated. The apartments are very well made and the layouts are very nice, and i especially love the high cieling apartments they offer! Keep up the great work!!

    I have lived at this complex for about 3 months now and overall it is nice. My experience with staff has been friendly and helpful. Its a pretty quiet area. I have not had a negative experience with staff or neighbors. Maintenance responds quickly and Savannah made the move in process so easy. I also enjoy that they consistently engage residents with monthly events!My only suggestion is not to rent an apartment that faces Robert Browning St. The noise in the middle of the night every week night from trash pick up is extremely loud. This happens M-F and you will not be able to sleep. Usually they pick up at various time like 1am, 2:30am, 4:00am, etc. you just never know and may be woken up multiple times. Understanding from other reviews that this is not Amlis dumpsters just know that it will be loud even if youre on the highest floor level.

    Absolutely perfect! A perfectly spacious spotless complex in a stunning location with high ceilings and a great outside lounge and deck. The apartment has smart technology that can be controlled by your smartphone/watch (doors, washer/dryer and thermostat). The garage, elevator, and hallways are all clean with a fresh scent. The mailboxes have room-controlled access, and they provide parcel lockers that can only be opened with an app on your smartphone or an emailed passcode. This is extremely helpful to prevent theft and to keep all our parcels safe. I love this!The move-in process was smooth, and the AMLI Branch Park team was so welcoming and professional. I worked with Marissa, who was extremely helpful and resourceful in providing me with tours of the different units and getting me leased. She provided so much guidance and stayed on top of all communication. Amber was also helpful during the move-in process and made me feel at home. She even gave me a sweet ā€œwelcoming giftā€ on move-in day (AMLI Branch Park branded tote bag, pen, mini notebook, a box of chocolate, and a bottle of champagne).Maintenance team is extremely friendly and responsive to all requests during move-in. This is a brand-new complex, with a little adjustment to the patio door and a bathroom drawer, but everything was super clean and worked perfectly. We have a little construction in the pool area, but it should be finished soon. I rarely hear any construction noise.The community events and the smiles you receive when visiting the office show they really care about their residents. So far, there is a great neighborly attitude along with the residents here! I am excited about being at AMLI Branch Park and highly recommend this complex to others!

    Im moving to AMLI Branch Park this week, and so far, so great! The leasing process was easy and organized, and Amber in the leasing office has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The amenities that are currently open (pool, patio area and coffee bar/study rooms) were very clean and well taken care of. The area in general feels safe and so far, I would recommend Branch Park to anyone looking to move to the Mueller area!

    Iā€™ve worked with Marissa a couple times at different AMLI properties and every time is the best for my clients. She is thorough and honest with them, letting them know the pros and cons of each unit. Even if the place doesnā€™t work for the client in the end, I think itā€™s for the best and thatā€™s why I trust in sending all of my clients to any AMLI she is at. This new property AMLi Branch Park delivers on the luxury expectations. The amenities are going to be the best in the neighborhood.

    I canā€™t say enough good things about this place. Iā€™ve lived here for 5 months and I love my home. Starting with the facilities, the amenities and the staff, everything is top notch. I was a little overwhelmed when I was looking for apartments but then I met the manager Marissa and she is literally an angel. Marissa was so personable and helped me with every single detail I needed help with. When I had a million questions for her, she always responded with grace and never once looked frustrated. She was so kind and helpful and still continues to be helpful when I need something. All the staff Iā€™ve encountered are amazing and every time Iā€™ve had a maintenance requests itā€™s been fixed ASAP. People like Marissa and the rest of the staff are what makes this place as amazing as it is, they make me feel comfortable and happy in my home. I am so glad I found Amli branch park, itā€™s the first time I actually want to be at home all the time. ā™„ļø best apartments and amazing location to be at.

    I have lived here just under a year now and want to give the maintenance staff the praise they deserve. When we first moved in in September we had issues with our AC unit but Rusty and Seth went out of their way to keep us cool and updated on what was going on with our unit. Anytime we submit a request for little things around the unit Seth is SO helpful and accommodating. Any question we have he always has the answer and is so friendly. Seth also always greets our cats and is an animal lover. By far the best maintenance team I have ever dealt with.Also the complex is maintained so extremely well. They have the grills, hallways, and other common areas cleaned on a very regular basis. It is so refreshing to walk into our complex and it always smells nice and looks clean. Including the trash room, this room never has piled up trash laying around.The office staff is also friendly and helpful. They keep us up to date on whatā€™s going on with the second building that is under construction and any other community news we need to be aware of. They are solution oriented when hiccups that are out of their control happen. They always find a way to make sure the residents are taken care of and know what is going on.All in all I have loved living here and canā€™t wait to have the second building open!

Everyone I dealt with gave absolutely excellent customer service.Amber was my first point of contact . She went out of her way to keep me informed during every step of the application process.She promptly replied to every email and always greeted mewarmly. She worked hard to see that my application was complete. I could not have asked for better attention to detail which she handled with an outstanding professional attitude.Kilish was always happy to answer any questions when Amberwas not available. He was patient and kind and even replied to an email with a bit of humor that really made me feel that I had chosen a great place to live.     My boyfriend and I are new renters in AMLI Branch Park and as of this posting have lived here for about two weeks. So far, we are absolutely certain we made the right choice in moving here!The leasing office (and Amber especially) were so kind, communicative, and patient with our application process. She toured us around the building and even got us special access to see the apartment we were looking at!We were both graduating law students with jobs starting in September. This meant we were essentially unemployed which did NOT look good for the income verification. However, Amber really listened to our situation and went above and beyond to help us along in the application process. At no point was she impatient or rude. She responded to every pestering email with professionalism, kindness, and understanding.That same level of quality has not stopped on moving in, either. Amber has helped us with every moving hiccup, checked in on us to make sure we were doing ok, and even made sure we received our welcome packet of goodies. :)Obviously we are still new to the community, but the atmosphere is a vibrant oasis that I am so excited to fall into step with, and I feel confident that the office has our back in the future.

    The Branch Park team has quickly remedied all issues that have arisen since moving to the north building.Amber in the front office is always on it answering my questions or concerns (even if itā€™s sounding complaining form me) in a professional manner and has made settling into the new building at ease.     Amli Branch park is a beautiful new apartment complex in one of the coolest most family friendly area. The community is so safe, everything is walkable, and our kids love that there is so much for our little family to do. We couldnt have picked a better place to live!     My fiancƩ and I had an amazing move-in experience with Amli Branch Park. We had been living on the East Side and were dealing with poor management and building conditions. I happened to be at Mueller in the Spring and randomly came across the leasing office for Branch Park. Kilish kindly allowed me to come in for a walk-in appointment and showed me multiple units. I fell in love with them instantly and came back the next day with my fiancƩ and then we signed! We waited 2 months until we could move since our unit wasnt finished yet, and the wait was totally worth it! Unit is incredible, latch system is great, amenities are opening soon which we are excited about, and all and all just happy to call this neighborhood home.BIG shout out to Kilish who has been AMAZING throughout this whole process. His kindness and professionalism has not gone unnoticed--he has made us feel so welcome here, even before we moved in. I am ecstatic to know we have someone like him in the property office--hes accountable and fantastic. Thank you!!

    In the midst of a busy work season and dropping off our child at college, Kilish and Amber made are move from AMLI Aldrich to AMLI Branch Park very seamless and smooth. We love living in a brand new apartment building right in the heart of Mueller and enjoy all the activities they have planned for us. Our apartment and all the public spaces are beautiful. I really feel at home here.

    We have just moved in to Amli and have been very happy there since the people are all so nice. Killish has been so helpful and calm about any problems, as was Amber, which thankfully were few. The people who work here are always so nice whether in person or on the phone that it makes living there very nice. We love the tall ceilings and how the apartment is arranged. I works so nice for us. The only thing I would like to change would be the blinds on the windows, but that is my preference, maybe others wouldnt agree. Anyway, we are happy we made the move

    If I could give Marrisa, Amber and Kilish 10 stars I would! From the very beginning Marrisa was understanding of our special needs and wanted to make sure things went smoothly. She was extremely professional and her follow-up was always thorough and quick. Marrisa went over and above to get us into the apartment we wanted. Where there were issues she took again walked us through the process and what was best for us. Being new to the area her guidance was exception. We also worked with Amber and Kilish when Marrisa wasnt available. They knew our special situation and wanted to ensure we had the best experience. I would not hesitate to work with Marrisa and the team at Amli Branch Park and lease at Amli. The apartment, besides being brand new, is well appointed. High end appliances with in-unit washer and dryer, huge closet and bathroom and nice balcony with storage. Every inch was well thought out. The safety of the building with the latch key system gives me peace of mind. We are looking forward to all the amenities opening this summer. Thank you so much Marrisa, Amber and Kilish for making our process and move enjoyable and making us feel like we were wanted in your building. I am very thankful!

    The units are beautifully designed and we love the location. We also appreciate the ticket handouts from time to time. We dont like the fact that there is only one elevator. It was so disappointing to find out that this is so poorly planned. We have never seen any place like that. There is only seperate bins for garbage and cardboard but nothing for compost and recycling. We like the community, parking, security and mail room.

I am ready for construction to be finished to enjoy the wonderful amenities this community will offer!

    It is simply a solid complex. The neighborhood is hard to beat. A very walkable space with tons of businesses from bars to an Alamo theater. You have access to a Farmers Market weekly and also sand volleyball courts. Of course you have a park as well. A great spot to chill and to see the ever growing area.

Iā€™ve said it before that the office staff truly makes a difference in the living quality of your apartment. This is your home and this team always brings it and make you really feel welcome and comfortable. All issues are always solved efficiently and quickly. You wonā€™t feel like youā€™re forgotten or bothering the office as some complexes make you feel. Theyā€™re top notch with any unit issues and getting those fixed asap. Plus the events are always thoughtfully curated. If youā€™re deciding between complexes in Mueller, this is your best choice!

    Beautiful property. Interior finishes and appliances are very nice. Once all of the amenity spaces are completed, I think this will be a really impressive place to call home. I havenā€™t leased or moved in yet, but will most likely do so in the coming months.

    Sometimes itā€™s tough finding a great place to live when youā€™re moving across the country. Kilish at Amli Branch Park was excellent to work with while finding my new home in Austin. He has gone above and beyond to assist me throughout my move and I am extremely grateful.     I love the closeness and walkability of the neighborhood and how close the complex is to grocery store and jogging parks. It has a great area for having friends and family over , I would recommend to anyone thinking of living in this area . Close to downtown but quiet jogging and living close to retail. Friendly staff as well

    I am in the process of finalizing a lease here & Kilish and the entire team have been so so wonderful! I am making my move from halfway across the country, so this process has been slightly overwhelming, but Kilish has done everything he can to make it as easy as possible for me, including sending me beautiful videos of multiple units to choose from when we couldnt sync up on an appointment. I am so excited to become a resident here!

    This is the cutest most adorable luxury all-around hippest dopest most impressive apartment complex in Austin. Brand new everything, perfect living experience. Excellent staff. The pool is a party. The gym is better than anything in a 10 mile radius. Its not cheap but you get more than you pay for.

    Im still looking for a new apartment complex but today I toured with the little lady Amber. She was so kind and polite, Iā€™m not the easiest person to work with but she was so patient and Iā€™m so appreciative of that.The complex is cute and what not and the construction is pretty much almost done from what I could see. However, I was taking to long to pay and someone took my place, so if youā€™re looking here, you betta get it before itā€™s gone.Amber if youā€™re reading this Iā€™ll be back girl. At this point Iā€™ll take anything they got left.

    One of the best properties Iā€™ve seen in the Mueller area. Kilish took me on a tour of a two bedroom apartment that faces the pool. It was close to being out of my price range, but I liked everything else about the community so I signed on.
