Autumn, Adrian, and Chris have all been truly exceptional!They have all been tremendously helpful with my moving in to the Amli Addison complex.Both Autumn and Adrian really helped me with the online application and screening process. Several times there were not clear alternatives during the process. They both were so very kind and patient in helping me make the correct choices and providing the essential information, showing me around, and addressing all issues, and making sure that I was comfortable with the security of my personal information online.On another occasion, Autumn made was very instrumental in making sure some work order issues were addressed prior to move-in.Still another occasion, Chris took the time to show me the location and most hassle-free route for me to walk to the trash chutes. Chris even walked those routes to show me which was most advantageous!I have had limited interaction with Carl and Kiley, but they also were very helpful.The Addison team is outstanding!

I moved to AMLI at the end of August and my move-in was seamless! Everyone in the leasing office was so helpful, kind and courteous. A special shout out to Jerry, Kylie, Aubrey & Autumn who were phenomenal! The apartment is spacious and beautiful! The amenities are top notch and the common areas are immaculate especially the hallways. I love the Latch system that was recently installed. The location is so convenient to restaurants, the park (walkable) and the tollway.My only recommendation is changing the bathroom mirrors to that of LED to give the bathroom a more modern look but that’s a personal preference. I love living at AMLI Addison, it truly does feel like home!

My boyfriend and I lived at Amli for 3 years and just recently moved out due to needing to move up north a bit.The time there was what really made it for us and why we enjoyed it. Everyone (liter every person) at the leasing office were always so helpful and friendly and the maintenance was absolutely amazing, they always came within 48 business hours to get everything fixed and a lot of times would come same day! The facilities and apartments themselves were always clean and the environment for pets were perfect.We’ve absolutely loved our time here and couldn’t recommend them enough!! 😊

Noe and the maintenance staff are the best. Always kind and going above and beyond to help out. The office staff is great as well! Audrey always went above and beyond especially during the pandemic.Lived here for 3 years and honestly the best apartment complex that I have ever lived at. Of course it has it quirks like any place but couldnt ask for better service and location.Pro: Parking Garage is more secure than other apartments in this areaCon: Can be difficult to drive in it due to it being small and cars blocking turnsPro: Short walk to Addison CircleCon: Not actually a breath easy community as they allow people to smoke on their balconiesPro: Always a lot of events for residentsPro: Paw wash for dogsPro: The amenities (3 gyms, lounge area, craft room, office area, paw wash, pool)Con: No dog park :( but there is one over by the circle but that one seems to always be closedPro: Nice appliancesPro: Addison host a ton of events at the circle so our apartment was always great for hosting (Taste of Addison, July 4th, Oktoberfest, etc.)

Living here has been a wonderful experience! The unit is very nice but what makes the complex really stand out is the staff. Maintenance has never taken more than a day to address tickets, the staff who cleans the complex are so sweet and I see them everyday keeping the exterior and interior clean, and the leasing office staff has been easy to reach and patient! I’ve stayed at several complexes in Dallas and this ones by far the best. :) Really happy with our experience here!

Amli Addison is the best luxury apartment complex in the area. I was fortunate to find this gem while house hunting and was a resident for 1 year. The Staff are amazing and treat all tenants like family. A huge shout out to Halle and Ceaser for their continuous support and always a phone call away. The amenities at Amli are top notch and they continually strive to improve to enhance their features such as the Latch Key system...bye bye keys! They continue to improve the amenities without hiking tenants fees. If I did not recently purchase a home; I would still be a resident at Amli.Best place ever!

I’m a transfer from 1400 Hi Line Dr (formerly, AMLI Design District) to AMLI Addison, thanks Halle! She impressed me last year with her patience and consideration of my needs. This was my first year in Addison and it hasn’t been the greatest (no fault of the property). I was planning to vacate due to inconsiderate neighbors and Halle suggested an alternative, which she quickly facilitated. I REALLY appreciate her effort to retain me as a tenant. As a self-proclaimed ‘permanent apartment resident,’ it means a lot. My maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly, I feel safe on the property and all other issues have been addressed and resolved immediately upon management being informed.I feel as though I may finally be able to settle in comfortably for a while in the new space.

I stopped by on a Saturday less than an hour before the leasing office closed and Jerry Brooks gave me a super thorough guided tour of the entire complex and patiently answered all of my questions and laid out my options for me. Im still figuring out exactly where I want to move in the fall, but if I pull the trigger on Amli Addison it will be because of Jerrys top notch service.

Autumn from the leasing office was extremely accommodating on my tour today! She showed me several units not only so I could get a feel for the layouts, but so I could see what my view might be like from different sides of the building as well! The amenities were beautiful (a craft room? Beer on tap? Free bike storage? Hello!). The complex was spotless, and the area seemed very walkable to get to restaurants and Addison Circle. Autumn was also very knowledgeable about community events that AMLI puts on. It sounds like it will be a great place to live!

We are really enjoying our time at AMLI in Addison. Our apartment is right on the courtyard where we can go out to barbeque, lay in the hammocks, or sit by the fire pit at night. The staff is amazing and very attentive. All the amenities are great. Proximity to old town Addison with its parks, cafes, and restaurants is really nice and within easy walking distance. Belt Line road is just down the street.

I’ve been living here for 3 years, and I really like the place. I love the amenities, the modern design full of air, high ceilings and new materials, and the overall vibe.The leasing office team are always friendly and very professional. The new manager Autumn is very caring and ready to help.And I would love to give a big round of applause to the maintenance team (Cesar, thank you for fixing all those door handles that I keep on breaking 😅). Everything is fixed very fast, witching max 2 days.

I have really enjoyed my time at AMLI Addison. The front staff have always been very professional and kind. Halle helped me with my move-in processes and she made it very easy for me.The amenities at AMLI are beautiful! The pool and the gym(s) are always well maintained. As well as the courtyard and grill area.One of the best aspects was the maintenance team. When I filled a request at night they would be at my door the next morning. They were always very efficient with their work. I really appreciate how prompt they were with their services.I would recommend moving here!

One of my favorite parts about living at the AMLI (3 years now) are the leasing agents that make it feel like home. With every complex there are mishaps and problems but the staff here are always working to improve the building and and the seasonal events/offers they have are fun and thoughtful. What’s kept me happy in my stay here has been Cynthia. She makes us all feel welcome, she remembers who we are and is always ready to answer any questions we have. Even in her professionalism, it is obvious she cares about the residents here and my stay wouldn’t be the same without feeling like I was in great hands here. Every time I’m down there, residents are happily greeting her like routine and it’s heartwarming to live in an apartment complex that feels like a home away from home.

I lived here for about 2.5 years, it was cool while it lasted. Great location. They increased the rent dramatically and ultimately, I moved out. Please believe all the reviews that mention the outrageous charges you’re hit with when moving out. My additional charges were for them to get the carpet cleaned. Even though I didn’t allow outside shoes to be worn in my unit management said my carpet needed special cleaning that would cost extra. It didn’t, I would never even live in a place where the carpet was so nasty that it needed a special cleaning. It was all a lie, and a way for them to keep my deposit and get more money. Thankfully I’m blessed and just paid it but it was completely unfair so just keep that in mind.

Moving from the UK to the US is a very daunting move, and there are plenty of worries you have with everything very new and also such a great distance to home and family. The manager, Cynthia was outstanding in helping me make the move, answering all qualms we had swiftly and thoroughly. The move-in itself was easy, hassle-free, and quick. Now that my furniture is built(Phew!) and I am settling in to my new apartment I am thoroughly looking forward to making the most of the outstanding facilities that AMLI Addison has to offer.

This place has been AMAZING. I have lived here for 2 years and I am heartbroken to be parting ways. Some things that are important to me as a renter: feeling safe in my place of residence, sense of community at my complex, a unit that suits my daily needs, pet friendly environment, maintenance response time, value for price, and communication from management. AMLI Addison checks all of the boxes. From day one they have been inclusive, positive, and on top of all things management. The maintenance team has been friendly, fast, and they do great work. They will even help you with courtesy requests like hanging your curtains, headboard, artwork, etc. Audrey in the front office has been phenomenal, she shows that she cares personally for her residents and is willing to help with whatever you need. As life events are inevitable, such as inconvenient weather events, the team has been communicative, solution oriented, and again quick with their response time with any happenings that require some TLC. The resident events are so fun and you can tell that the team puts a lot of effort into making them an inviting and memorable experience for you and your pets! There are several every month so youll never feel left out. The amenities are unique, spacious, and clean. There is a resort style pool, an enormous resident lounge with a full kitchen and games, a courtyard with hammocks, fireplaces, and grills, a friggin art room with all the supplies you could dream of, and not one, not two but THREE separate spaces dedicated to fitness. The property is located in a very walkable area; I walk to restaurants, bars, movies, my hair appointments, the park, concerts/events, all over the place. AMLI Addison has been my oasis and I would recommend to anyone looking for a home that is much more than just a place to sleep.

Haley is by far the best front office/leasing agent we have experienced. We did not have an appointment when we walked in and, even though Haley had an appointment within the hour, she took her time and gave us the complete tour. She never acted rushed. Once we decided to lease an apartment (the choice was easy compared to other options in the area at the same price point), Haley walked us step-by-step through the application process (I am an old country boy and not very tech savvy - so Haleys patience was above the call). I highly recommend the apartment complex and I highly recommend working with Haley.

I have lived at AMLI Addison for just over a month now and I am very happy with my decision! Everything from the initial tour to move-in was very professional and hassle-free. I have dealt the team in the leasing/management office and everyone has been eager to help, especially Jessica! It is a brand-new complex with all the amenities being top-notch. The maintenance and facility services keep everything neat and clean. The pool and courtyard areas are picture-perfect as well. The location is very convenient being close to DNT. Addison is an extremely nice area with everything you would ever want.

I’ve lived at AMLI Addison for a full year now. I turn my keys in today and it actually breaks my heart to leave! Amazing apartment that looked brand new when I moved in, maintenance that shows up next day (if not same day) and handles EVERYTHING (very talented, also very friendly); extremely clean hallways, common areas, and landscaping. Management and front office staff are great at communicating with residents and will always return phone calls. Tons of great events to attend hosted by the complex and Addison in general but never blocked in by Addison Circle event traffic. Easy access to everything, very quiet (I rarely heard any of my Neighboors), nicely lit inside and outside, garage gates worked flawlessly 99% of the time (snow/ice would keep one gate open when we had a freeze) and every single door requires key fob access or the use of butterfly keypads to enter (security is important to me and I walked the entire building looking for a way in without a fob/screen and nothing). Honestly, the only thing missing is trash valet but I can live without since everything else was immaculate. There was nothing that I asked for that I couldn’t get. I’m only moving out because I’m leaving the state but the second I determine I’m returning to Dallas I will be signing the first lease open here. I am very impressed with how this complex is operated and maintained. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been a resident of AMLI Addison since November of 2019 and everyone is extremely professional and responsive. Ashley and Shelbi do a great job managing the property, and all the leasing agents are professional and courteous. I would also highly recommend Audrey Kupovics as your leasing agent as her professionalism and responsiveness is second to none. Ive heard many people around the community compliment her and shes even helped check on my apartment when I was out of town and needed some help with something. I would also like to thank Noe and the maintenance staff for their hard work. Any time there is an issue it seems like its resolved within a matter of hours. There will be issues with any apartment community, but AMLI, and staff at this particular property, will do everything they can do to make you feel at home.

Love AMLI Addison! My girlfriend and I moved in 3 weeks ago and we could not be happier with this place. Audrey was our leasing agent and made us feel at home immediately. It’s got a beautiful courtyard and pool area with bars/areas to hang out, and new grills ready to use with propane provided. Great amenities as well. Great community, the apartment has at least 3 community events a MONTH. They also have safe walking areas if you have a dog. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have lived at AMLI Addison since June 2020. So far, my experience has been great! I live on the 4th floor facing Belt Line and my unit is surprisingly very quiet. My entire hallway is very peaceful and it’s like no one even lives in the other apartments on my floor. The property is near Addison airport, so you do hear small planes go by, but the noise lasts like 10 seconds at most while they descend/ascend. This is not an inconvenience and you get used to it.Maintenance is extremely responsive and every time I have needed something fixed, they always come within 24-48 hours. Also, they keep the interior halls very clean. I WFH and regularly hear maintenance come by in a mini-zamboni cleaning machine during the day cleaning the floors.I enjoy the parking garage. I drive a full sized pickup so it can be tight at times, but that’s the price I pay for having a large vehicle. There is always a parking spot available in the 5 floors. There’s a security car that regularly drives up and down the garage too, mostly on weekends.My FAVORITE thing about this place is the remote access for the doors and garage entrances. The app is the best thing I’ve ever used. Sure, it has some glitches sometimes, but nothing is perfect and it works 99% of the time. I love it and wish more places used this.The mail room has an Amazon locker, which is very convenient, and you get notifications when you have a package delivered there. The room is controlled access, so it’s secured.Overall, I would choose to continue living here. Everything has been great. The only con is the fire alarm issue as they go off randomly sometimes. But, the apartment always gives a reason why they went off, which I appreciate. You aren’t ever left wondering “why the heck is this happening w/ the alarms!?” Kudos to the management for being 100% transparent.Also, rent did increase a little, but that’s totally understandable. The market is hot (especially in Addison) so they have to adjust.

Recently moved into this building and have no complaints. Not only are the units luxurious, but the common areas are fantastic. There aren’t any loud noises or people in the building. Close to many stores and food areas - you won’t have to drive more than 10 minutes for anything you need. Halle was amazing and helped us with solidifying our new place! Very professional and provided us with a 5 star leasing experience. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking!

Beautiful new building with the most friendly front-desk, leasing and maintenance staff! They are always so friendly and helpful! A couple weekends ago, I was out of town and my power went out. Audrey was super-awesome about offering to go into my unit for me (with me on the phone) to make sure my fridge power came back on so my food didnt spoil. And a few months ago, I had a maintenance issue (which was fixed under 24hours) the maintenance person, saw my attempt at self-installation of my hat-rack, and fixed it for me. Its these kinds of experiences that truly make Amli feel like home.

My boyfriend and I have lived at Amli Addison since they opened and this has been the best apartment experience we have ever had. I will always recommend Amli Addison to others. Great location, helpful staff, beautiful apartments, super dog friendly environment, and awesome gym features like the Pelotons. We have never had a problem with maintenance here and the staff is always organizing fun events for residents. This is a very social community. Parking in the garage can be tight sometimes and thats my only critique. Overall great experience here.

Beautiful property! Halle, was our leasing consultant and she is such a rockstar, you can tell she loves what she does, she made us feel very welcome and she knows her stuff. Def check out Amli Addison if you are looking for a new home. The property is immaculate, floorplans are gorgeous as well.

I cannot believe how in love I could fall with an apartment and a community!My wife and I have been here for over six months now and have been absolutely swept away by the charm and caring that the office staff brings. Shelbi, Jen, Jessica, and Chris are all amazing. They take the time to get to know you and bring the complex to that next level that other offices cannot emulate. They are constantly storming up new community ideas (I say as us residents enjoy an on site lobster food truck!). I have never seen engagement on a scale like this before.The apartments and floorplans are to die for. Everything is the highest of quality you can get in a modern apartment. If you have ever thought it would be nice if my apartment had X or Y stop thinking and come here. This place is amazing.Thanks to AMLI and all the staff for making this a great home for our family!

All apartments in the DFW area are seeing a 15-30% increase in rent prices. Sometimes you have to bite the bullet if you find a property that provides quality service, good communication and top tier amenities!

I truly did love my time here at Amli Addison. First I will say that this place is amazing, The staff are great, location, events, and amenitis are amazing. But Amli is slowing loosing there culture by increasing rates 25%.What made Amli amazing wasnt just the apartment complex but the people. Now all the young people are flocking out of amli and being priced out. For what there asking for I dont think its worth it to stay here. If youre young and what to live in addison I would check out the circle.Amli Addison is truly an amazing place but to raise someone rent by 400$ is unheard of. I havent received my renewal yet but I have neighbors telling me theyre rate went from 1500$ to 2000$.Hopefully Amli can realize raising rent by 25% is unreasonable, after all so many people are leaving and many apartments are vacant for a reason. If you do sign here I would encourage a 15 month lease just to give you buffer in the future

My boyfriend and I are apartment hunting, his current lease in Frisco is up in January. I recently toured AMLI Addison and was truly blown away. The apartments themselves are beautiful and modern and you cant beat the location, but the amenities offered onsite really sold me. I am an avid Peloton-er and dont think I will be bringing my bike when we move due to space but the AMLI offers 3 Peloton bikes in the gym! That may not seem like a big deal to most people, but Peloton is top of the line and not cheap, so it really speaks volumes about the property. One of my other favorite things was the arts and crafts room, they have canvases, paint, yarn, drawing material all included.Hoping everything works out, but AMLI Addison is high on the list and hands down the nicest apartment we have toured.

Been here 2 years. was very concerned about losing tranquility living in an apt from a house of 30 years. pleasantly surprised about how quiet it is - never hear a neighbor. although I chose not to risk being on any floor except the top floor. safe walking distance to many restaurants for I do not cook and allows me to have a couple of drinks w/o concern of driving. thinking about making a change for something different - not sure it is worth the risk.

UPDATE: (Feb 2020). Same deal but they installed mirrors in the garage to assist with turns and watch for incoming cars. Yay!Ive been living here since day 1 (July 2019). Shelbi has been nothing short of great. Due to the storm in the Dallas area that left many homes and buildings without power and/or caused damage, it actually impacted the delay of my move-in. Shebi and AMLI management made sure to make the 1 week delay of our move-in as seamless as possible. Yeah, the apartment may still be under construction and some features are still being put up, but the essentials are mostly available and everything else has been great. If youre worried about growing pains, dont!However, I am concerned as more people keep moving in and parking spaces get filled, itll be tough to maneuver in the parking garage on the turns. They dont seem to be wide enough to turn without having to let someone through first. Also, it would help to have the big mirrors where the turns are
