I have loved my experience of living at the AMLI 300. The location is great and is in walk-able distance to downtown restaurants, bars and the trail on lady bird lake. I lived in both a studio and two bedroom and both layouts were awesome. The staff helps with any maintenance issues within the day. Huge shout out to Warren in the leasing office! Warren has been very helpful throughout my time at AMLI 300 and has made moving to another state and transferring leases within very easy. If you ever have any questions about AMLI, Warren is your guy to talk to!

I am a new resident with Amli300. I just signed my lease and am about to move in. So far, my experience at Amli300 has been wonderful. Moving from a different state due to a change in jobs can be stressful, and it is especially challenging to find a new home from a different location. Miriam worked with me to show me units that worked for my budget and desired location. She also worked with my cousin, who went to tour the units for me. She was helpful and willing to go over all the options and amenities as many times as I needed to help me feel good about deciding to lease there. Once I made the decision, Miriam helped me go through the application and approval process, patiently working with me as I got the necessary paperwork during a job transition. She made the process smooth, which I greatly appreciated, and has been super helpful in ensuring my move has been accommodating to my timeline. I am excited to finalize my move and start living there with such attentiveness!

I have lived at the AMLI 300 for about 3 months now. The one constant I have had throughout signing my lease, getting moved in, and figuring out my life here has been Warren. Warren was the first leasing agent I met when I joined the AMLI family, and he made me immediately interested in moving in.During the leasing process, Warren was extremely attentive to all of my questions and helped me get my lease approved in a timely manner - something that can be stressful in a bustling city like Austin!Once I moved in, Warren called me to make sure that my move went well and that everything was perfect in my new home. His hospitality and friendliness made moving into my new apartment extremely calming and exciting!Lastly, as I have lived here, Warren has always been there to help me. As a shorter girl, he has constantly helped me with larger packages and even has dropped them at my door - without me asking!All in all, Warren is a true representation of the AMLI family as well as the overall vibe of someone you want in your corner in Austin, TX! Thank you, Warren!!

I have lived at the Amli 300 for a year now, and just resigned my lease for another. I have loved my experience here and there was no hesitation to renew my lease when the time came. Location is perfect and amenities are really nice. For as long as I’m renting, I will be staying at this location!Huge shoutout to Warren for helping me and my roommate every step of the way. He has answered our billions of questions, always a smile on his face. He is a huge reason I am resigning. Thank you Warren and Amli Team!

I loved living here. The staff is very responsive and maintenance happens within 24 hours—usually within a few hours—of putting in a request, which I feel is unheard of.The location cant be beat and for us, the sounds from the train arent a big issue. The complex is very dog friendly and they hold a lot of resident events. The parking is covered, which is necessary in Texas, and the guest parking policy is very generous.The club house and gym recently got redone and theyre really nice. The construction period was terrible, but it seems like were nearing the finish line (I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!) and the staff does their best to update us on its progress.For me, my partner, and our dog, the 2-bedroom units are very spacious, even when were both working from home.The only downside is that there arent nice places around for your dog to relive themselves.

Living at AMLI 300 is a fantastic experienceExcellent location. You have everything at a walkable distance in a quiet area of downtown.The office and maintenance teams make it even better. They truly care about residents and are always there for you.Building is improving all the time:- New Gym and Clubhouse- New Office- New balconies and patio doors- Interior RenovationThey are always thinking in a way to make residents experience betterIf you go to the office with a complaint/question or maintenance comes to your apt to do a service request, you will always see a smile on their faces.Thanks AMLI

We absolutely love living here! The location does not get better... Perfect access to walk the trail, walk to restaurants and the grocery stores. Maintenance is super efficient and always comes the same day to fix any issues. Our layout is fantastic and the bedrooms are huge. Grills are always in order to be used and the staff is fantastic! Warren always is a smiling face ready to help us with anything we need.

I’ve lived at amli 300 for a few years now and it’s always been a good property. I will say though in the last year I’ve noticed that service from the staff has definitely gotten better. It’s been nice to see new faces especially friendly ones. My dogs love it here and the amenities and events offered by amli are top notch. Was happy here but even happier now with the more attentive staff!

We have been living at AMLI 300 for almost a year and we love it . The maintenance staff is friendly and professional. Although some areas of the property are under construction, the common areas are always clean . The gym and clubhouse are open twenty four hours what it is really convenient. The maintenance staff Omar, Arley and Antonio are great, they complete the work orders in less than 24 hours . They I will like to thanks AMLI 300 staff for taking good care of the residents and the place

Arley is the best employee and maintenance manager I have ever encountered at an apartment. I would keep living at amli solely for that reason! So quick, reliable, kind and supportive with any need we had in our apartment. Highly recommend

I highly recommend Arley, the maintenance man at Amli 300, because of his committed work ethic, and his willingness to always lend a helping hand to the community. There have been multiple instances I’ve experienced that were emergencies and Arley has always prioritized the needs of others time after time. Not only has he helped patch up walls, clean up floods, and help with the maintenance of my apartment, but he also is a joy to work with. He is consistently showing up with a positive attitude and a smile, and you can tell how much he cares about the community of Amli 300

The complex is always kept super clean and the staff is friendly. Warren especially is a main reason I chose this Amli over other nearby complexes. Having a super friendly and welcoming person in the office makes for a better living experience. I’ve had multiple requests and he’s always helped me out as much as possible.

I love living here! The location is so awesome! I can walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, lots of coffee shops, restaurants and stores!!! The apartment has a good amount of space. It is very clean and has nice appliances. The staff is always so helpful. If I have any kind of problem related to my apartment or the building, they are always there to help me and answer my questions. I have been living here for 4 months now, and I had great experiences so far!

We lived at AMLI 300 for 14 months and through the nasty Snow storm of 2021. I cant say enough nice things about the staff.At first glance you think ooh its right next to the train, but its actually a quiet little spot where you can walk to shops and restaurants all over downtown. We had a interior pool apartment and all we heard all night were fountains.During the storm we werent abandoned. We had no power or heat. We did have outdoor grills. The manager; David took great care of us even though he had a newborn at home to take care of. He checked on us daily.We have puppies and this is a very puppy friendly place. One day our shitzu was left on the porch. She doesnt bark. Deseray called us not to complain, just to make sure we knew.James our maintenance man greeted us every day with a smile and was always checking to see if we needed anything.Our assistant manager Evan was always sending me personal emails checking on us. No matter what was going on with Covid or turnovers in the building he always took care of things. At one point when they were short staffed he was even helping maintenance get garbage and check the pool.We truly considered staying there even though we had a home being built, but with kids in college we had to choose to miss them and we will. 😘

I just finished a 13 month lease here and I have been extremely happy with the location and the staff. I was a short walk from the heart of downtown yet did not have to pay the prices a downtown unit with comparable features would command. It is a relatively small complex so it feels like a more tight knit community and the staff gives you all the attention you need. AMLI in particular really excels in the service they provide to their residents and Ive made it a point to choose another AMLI location because of the great experiences Ive had here.

The Amli 300 is truly one of the best living communities that downtown Austin has to offer. I have lived here for almost 2 years and absolutely love it! The location is great! Easy access to Mopac and just on the edge of downtown. It is a great place with friendly staff that are always willing to accommodate you. The maintenance team is wonderful and always available when I need them. I especially had a great customer service experience with Nadya! Easy 5 stars!

I was visiting my friend at her apartment today and James from maintenance stopped by to do a maintenance request. He was super friendly and nice and before he left, he actually asked if there was anything else that my friend could think of for him to take care of while he was there. I thought that was pretty cool. You don’t really see that very often. Normally they want to just in get and get out. He was super nice and really cared about what was going on in the apartment! I wish I lived at Amli.

Amli 300 team is very kind, helpful, and responsive. Its a great location as far as walking goes. The building and amenities are fine - its a perfect fit for those not wanting to pay top dollar to be in a central downtown location. Make sure you are okay with the train noise / buy a white noise machine.

Living here has been great! Centrally located, great staff, the community is awesome. I love being right next to the railroad tracks, my apartment overlooks them and the train gives a added romantic allure to living here. Truly a wonderful spot to call home!

Ive lived in Amli 300 over 7 years. Ive loved every minute of it. Its a great location and its one of the best pricings around for DT location. They keep the bldg. maintained and we have a great leasing person in the office and our maintenance staff is amazing.

Wonderful place to live. The staff is incredibly friendly and make life so easy. The apts are nice and I dont hear the train at all from my side! (I face the Home away office north of the complex)
