Heading into year 7 here! The manager Leticia is super friendly and professional. You can usually catch her at the office and if you miss her she is quick to get back to you. The maintenance guys are very helpful and get stuff fixed right away and correctly. Its been very quit property due to manager prompt response to any noise issues. Pet friendly place and good to raise my grandkids. The manager takes good care of the property and us the residents! Near by schools and restaurants.

Nice place to live. Not the newest and most modern, but the management is good and cant beat the rent prices these days.Update: 6 months into my contract, and I have to leave due to personal circumstances. I can not believe how easy the process is and how nice the people here are. I am sorry to go, because everything is better than I thought it would be. All other apartments I lived at are nice until you move in. Here they take care and listen even after that. Well its mostly Leti, the manager. If it wasnt for her these apartments would be just like any others. You can go to her any time and she will make time to listen. Now several of my friends consider moving here after I told them about how nice a manager they have here. So my rating went from 4 stars to 5 easily. Just because of her.

My wife and I came to check out apartments here, and really liked both the neighborhood, and the community. Gabby, who works in the office was exceptionally helpful and nice. She went above and beyond to help us in our apartment search. We narrowed our search down to 2, and ended up going with the other place. But we would have loved to be a resident here! Again, Gabby was amazing, the apartments, area, and people all seemed great. Definitely keeping them in mind when our lease is up!

I have been living in this property since 2011. I have no problem with maintenance or office staff they are always prompt to help. They make you feel like home. Love the location and neighborhood. Must of my neighbors have been here for the longest. Even though nothing can be perfect, in my own experience they do their best. I can say I am a happy resident.

Weve been here 4 years and it has been a great place to live. We have a family of seven here and it works. The matience is AWESOME! The management is really great. The remodeled kitchens are great. We can walk to schools, stores, and the library from this location which really helps whe there is car trouble. Parking can be a little tight in the evenings. Cockroaches are a slight problem at really hot times of the year, but they have an exterminator you can request as needed. The apartment laundry rooms are great and kept in order.

I visited Amherst Oaks earlier this week for a tour and was assisted by a woman named Lety. She was very kind, knowledgable, and professional. Lety showed me a one bedroom as well as some of the property -everything looked very clean. Just wanted to say thank you so much for all of the help!

I called the office to ask about an apartment and the lady at the front desk seemed very busy and asked if she could take my information down. I was already in the are and asked if I could just come by. When I went in Maribel (same lady that answered the phone) sat down with me and answered every question I had. She made sure to ask me twice did she answer all my questions. She was very respectful, nice and very funny. She offered me and my boyfriend water as well! She had a few people come in while I was there that she helped and i thought Maribel handed them in a very professional manner.

Went by this week looking for an apartment I was helped by Leticia she is very professional, great customer service. Leticia was very nice it there was no model or vacant apt to view but she managed to show me around the office which is similar to the apartment then took me to view the pool and around the property.

Apartments are very spacious & unique. Great location close to many stores, schools, right off the highway & family friendly apartments. Lived here for over 5 years, 2 different units & never had any issues. Would definitely come back if I had to rent an apartment again!

I love the fact you have plenty stores around the apartment complex you can go walking.Maintenance always respond prompt to any issue you have.And I really love the stand shower in the master bedroom.Management is also nice and friendly.

Lived there last year it was a very nice apt loved the huge patio yes the parking a pain in the butt but other than that nothing to complain about nice management I even am considering for sure to come back to stay indefinitely due to the apt and location is a must ! No bugs great huge rooms ,very nice newly remodeled KICHEN !!! Do you have a discount for returning tenants? Also I want a. 2 bedroom this time downstairs !!! NIK I # 9224

I lived in Amherst Oak and overall my experience was great, updated apartments, grounds are always kept clean, my service request were done on timely manner. The staff were always helpful and super friendly. I highly recommend this pleasant apartments.

I have lived here for three years, I am very happy with the manager Leticia in how she keeps the property clean. She is very friendly and treats us residents with a lot of respect. There are times when you feel the good vibes of the people, the office staff is cordial and kind. The apartments are clean and spacious. It is a good place (it is close to 635 and I 35). I am very satisfied with my experience.

I worked in this property for two years and I realized that there are some tenants who, when they dont get their way, the first thing they do is go on Google and put a bad reference for the apartments. Amherst oaks is a very good place to live as there are some tenants who are very rude and very disrespectful. Bye
