I’ve been here 5 months in the townhomes, This is an older but Quiet complex, there’s never anything going on outside. Grounds are clean. My neighbors are quiet respectful and keep to themselves. Never had any break ins or theft of property or damage to vehicles.Office manager Rose is awesome to deal with and maintenance. She responds promptly to questions and concerns. She also goes the extra mile to make sure you’re happy with your unit. She’s helped me with some sticky situations due to my personal issues and took all the stress away. Maintenance is prompt and more often then not comes same day and never has to come back twice for the same thing they get it done the first time or they call outside services in.I’m really happy I chose this place to call home. I took a star off cause of the security gates not operational. Pool usability could be a lot better. The unit is older and the cupboards and paint work could be a lot better. the windows are drafty and rattle when loud cars go by or when you close the door they rattle. I had a minor bug problem the first month but Rose got pest control out here and we got it taken care of and haven’t seen a bug in months and only had pest control out 3 times since then and that was just for up keep. But have been bug free for months.But like I said it is an older complex but it’s cozy and has a nice home feel to it. The upgraded unit is pry the way to go. If you have issues with prior rental complexes they do work with you without charging you tons of money overall it’s not at all a bad place to get back on your feet or in my case new to the state.

I just moved into one of the units at Amber Dawn Apartment and it’s a really amazing place. Apartment is looking all new. I think everything in my unit was completely put in there as new even though I applied for it and got them to agree for my immediate move in. I do really like it here and my kids like it too.

Ive lived at Amber Dawn for 20yrs plus, Ive been through different managers and different maintenance men. Every manager that Ive had the pleasure of meeting has always taking my concerns to heart and have helped myself and numerous residents over the years. As soon as Ive put a work order in for something to be fixed, its done within the first 24 hours. Its has been a pleasure to live here. Sure we have construction going on but its to better the area and street, it was well overdue.

All the bad reviews must be from people who didn’t pay rent. Sure the apartments are old, I had a roof problem that they dragged their feet on but were waiting to reroof the whole complex, which is now complete. I haven’t been the greatest tenant but never had a problem with office staff. Maintenance is there within 24 hours and so on. My only complaint is they keep jacking my rent at lease time and there’s been construction out front for the whole 3 years that I’ve lived here.

I stayed in these apartments for 4 years, and had no issues. I stayed pretty much in every floor plan and loved the town home. I only moved because I was moving into a home. Brenda was always nice and maintenance request were always responded to within 24 hours.

I dont understand why there are so many bad reviews I have had such an amazing experience with the staff here the girls in the office where very very sweet with finding me a bottom floor apartment because I have elderly parents I take care of. 2 weeks after moving into the unit I did have a leak under my kitchen sink and I put in a maintenance request and due to the water coming out into the living room a maintenance man showed put not but 10 minutes later at 2 am mind you. I love everything about this apartment complex very sweet and caring and punctual

Been here for almost 2 years. Ive never had a bad experience with the manger/assistant. Brenda helped my fiancé and I be approved even though we didn’t have a perfect record. Visitors parking is extended now, just have to park along the fence and register online. Lease for a year is a bit cheper than a 6 months. Very quite neighborhood, kids sometimes playing around, but other than that never had a problem with my neighbors- Dont really even know them we all just mind our business. Maintenance is quick and nice, submit orders online and they mostly come same day. You always see the guys outside picking up trash and keeping things on check.The only reason for the minus star is the laundry room😏 out of 4 washers sometimes one or two work. Ive done multiple reports to have them fixed, tech comes, but days later it’s just the same thing. Why can’t they just buy new washers?🤨 other than that great apartments in an awesome location, all major stores close by and infront of bus transportation.

Im a current resident for 3 years now and the only complaint I have is that its an older apt complex that needs some modernizing. Other than that, I live in the very back of the complex and feel safe in and outside my apartment. Quiet at night, no problems with neighbors or management.

I’ve lived here for the past two years and I’ve loved it! Staff is great at responding to any needs I’ve had and keeps everyone up to date in various happenings around the complex. Just renewed my lease for another year!

Im very happy here. We have had a lot f problems with our unit but they come and fix them. They are not always prompt but it depends on the severity of the problem. Its pretty quiet and you dont see the loitering that you do with other complexes.

Amber Daum is a good place to live in peace compared to others that I have seen. Their prices are much better than others. It is clean and safe. I have been here for a year and I have never had any problems. The administration is very good. They help you with what you need. I give it 100 out of 10. I really love it here. It is super easy to apply.

Amber dawn are the best apartments where I lived, those apartments were ugly and there they are quiet in that property where I live and the manager is very good with me, the maintenance people also come quickly to fix what is bad #very good apartments
