Went in with my Aunt to Amber Creek Apartments for her to move in. I must say the young lady Jleigh was Amazing. She was so patient with my aunt , she walked my aunt through everything she need to be done. And her apartment OMG AMAZING. All nice appliances, nice wood floors, and the vaulted ceilings. Let’s just say if I wasn’t in a lease contract , I would defiantly move there immediately. I wanna say Thanks to Jleigh and her staff. That is definitely how a apartment staff is suppose to treat there future and present tenants

Amanda helped me get the apartment I needed and worked with my schedule so that I could come see the apartments and stayed in contact with me through the process of filing out the application and paying for my deposit. She was kind and helpful to me.Patty has been very responsive, prompt, courteous during my move in. She has stayed in contact with me and has reached out to corporate on my behalf when the need has risen in order to answer my questions. The apartments are quiet and I’ve seen a diversity of tenants, which I like. My apartment is spacious and clean, much better than other options in the market nearby. Fernando has tended to a few maintenance requests promptly, and he has been courteous and pleasant in answering my questions.

I have lived here 20+ years, during the time that I have been here we have had managers come and go. The manager we have now Patty and the maintenance person Fernando are doing a great job. You know Ive found if people are appreciated and treated the way youd like to be treated the harder they work for someone or a company. They both are hard workers and get whatever need you have taken care of at your best time and and their best ability . Im hoping that Patty and Fernando are here to stay for a long time .

Ms. Gonzalez and Fernando do a great job managing and taking care of these apartments. Cynthia gets things done and Fernando is constantly working hard every time I see him. I always make sure to say hello to him when Im leaving for work or getting home. The grounds are kept clean and tidy. Ive never had an issue with service orders not being fulfilled. Great staff, great apartments. What more could you ask for? Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I have lived here for 8 years now and JLeigh and both maintenance guys are the best that this property has had. JLeigh is absolutely on top of things and makes sure that the residents are always taken care of. She goes out of her way to make the residents happy. She is always bright and cheery, and most of all, she is professional and courteous and straight forward at all times. She is a professional all the way and this property is much better because of her.The maintenance guys are absolutely a joy to talk to and they are always on the ball with everything . They go out of their way to make sure that the issues they are working on get fixed, or they find a way to make sure they are fixed and completed in a professional and expedited manner.Amber Creek is a nice complex and with JLeigh and the maintenance , it is going to go even further .

I have lived here for several years and have throughly enjoyed every year. It’s a smaller community, most residents have been here a long time as well so we have a great connection. Maintenance is amazing. I just live our Maintenance Professional. Finally, our Manager is amazing. She goes above and beyond her call of duty. Thank you! This will be my home until I purchase a House!🤗❤️🤗

I am a retired property manager and have high standards of customer service. When we looked at our apartment, I could certainly see us living here. What really blew us away was the property manager! Patty is very professional, friendly and she knows her property and residents very well. That left an impression on me. The property was clean, well maintained and I could see the the residents here cared about their homes. You just don’t see this level of service today and my husband and I knew instantly that this is where we belonged. I’m sure we will be long term residents.

Ever since the new front office lady came I’ve been loving these apartments! The maintenance is our hero since day 1 but the manager makes a whole difference! She’s so sweet and understanding! I have been here for 3 years and this year has been the best cause of her!

She has been amazing so far with my transfer process, I’ve been living here for 2 years now and with all the changes taking place Jleigh has done a great job being understanding, responsive and overall a great help with my moving process! I will now be going on to 3 years here!☺️

I absolutely love my apartment community!! Not large at all and very kid friendly. Maintenance address all issues in a timely manner; management always willing to help in any way possible! I would definitely recommend Amber Creek to anyone looking for a nice apartment to make their home. 5 stars !

I truly give this Apartment Community 5 stars. Amber is very understanding, friendly, and has become my Friend. As for the Maintenence, Department, you could not find a better Maintenance Professional. He is very efficient and takes care of issues in a reasonable amount of time. Hes the greatest and very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does and he is so polite. It is truly home for me and I recommend this place highly. I applause the Amber Creek Staff for being a great Staff.

This is a really nice and quiet property. I visited it a couple of weeks back because my lease will be up soon at a sister property and I need to move closer to my sons school and work. I love the layout and the lighting in the apartments. I like the fact they have a washer and dryer hookup and Georgia is very nice, helpful and very professional. I am looking forward to moving here.

As a retired multi-site property manager from the Uptown area of Dallas, and over 20 years in this business, it would be fair to say that I am not your average resident. There is a standard of customer service that exceeds the norm and I have come to expect that in the multi-housing industry. Amber Creek delivers and the manager & maintenance team here exceeds it in every way! To exceed my expectations is a feat and I am wholly impressed with the outstanding work that this team does every day.

Have been living here six months now and its a very clean and quiet property. The manager Patty and Maintenance person Fernando are both amazing. Would definitely recommend renting here. Also for those who are interested, EPIC masjid is only a 12 minute drive away.

😃😃😃😃Very amazing. When ever I make a request for maintenance, they go on time to fix the maintenance that need to be done. The maintenance guys are all friendly and helps with any question I have. I have lived in other apartments and the maintenance of the other apartments I have lived in take weeks to come and fix stuff up. But Here in Amber Creek Apartments, when I requested something for maintenance early in the morning through the Appfolio app, they come in the same day. 😃😃😃😃

3.0 stars for the old property owners (I explain it all), 5 stars for Mr Mario Bordones .the reason to give amber creek low rating is because all the trouble I encounter during my application process.first application I summit was quite smooth and then everything was thrown away when I was given bad news that the complex was sold and I needed to re-do everything. the old owners didnt care about my application and never sent all info to the new owner, it cost me $240 for nothing because I had to start the application process again and had to paid for the new application as well. That was the main reason that it took too much time for me to move in (about a month).I was running out of time because I was supposed to leave my old apartment complex by 05-09-22.On top of that Mr Mario was doing his best trying to gather all the paperwork necessary for me to move in as soon as possible, one time he even didnt get lunch just because he was trying his best to help me. We both were stressed but I know he was even more stressed than me. Finally, new property owner and Mario were able to help me with everything I needed.Thanks again to Mr Mario Bordones for his hard work and commitment . I would give him 10 stars if I could.

I just walked into inquire about an apartment and right off the bat Georgia was very welcoming and very professional. She extremely friendly and will actually take the time to get to know you and provides excellent service. I was in the market for a one bedroom but her service and professionalism is forcing me to consider this a two bedroom.

Fernando in maintenance is the best. He’s the only maintenance on property and from my understanding he’s been with the complex for over an decade. He knows this complex and resident inside and out. Work orders are completed same day or 48hrs or less. I love this complex because it’s small and homey . Affordable and kid friendly environment.

The best experience I can say to this place is they got a awesome manager at office. His name is Mario Bordones, he is the one that taken care of my paperwork to move in, he did it fastly and perfectly. I feel thankful about what he did. This 5 star is for your hard work my man.

A/C began leaking just a few days before I was to be having surgery. Contacted Mario first thing Monday morning and explained needed it fixed quickly. He had someone out that day, but after maintenance man left the leak began again. Tuesday Mario was right on top of it again. Maintenance man found problem and got it fixed. He even came back around a few hours later to make sure it was ok. Mario is the kind of manager you want. We have gone though various managers, but really hope Mario stays around--hes a good one.

Mrs. Patty was so kind. Their customer service was the best. I have arrived at other apartments and 1. They do not greet 2. They have a terrible character. 3 they almost throw things at you because they give it to you very reluctantly. With Mrs. Patty it was very different. Very presentable, very friendly, very extensive in his knowledge of his work. I was looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. And although she did not have it on her property, unfortunately, she was still able to direct me to what steps I could take in the process of finding my new home. Thank you very much, Mrs. Patty, for all your help, the information and guidance that you gave me, which has been very helpful to me.
