    My fiancé and I moved in a few months ago in August and have been LOVING it! The homes are beautiful and spacious (the kitchen is my favorite) with your own private back yard. There are great amenities, including a dog park, pool, and gym! The community is beautiful and quiet, but still close enough to all the stores and restaurants you could possibly need. The staff is always friendly and get things taken care of in a timely manner. Wouldnt have picked anywhere else to live!

    My wife and I absolutely love it here, we live in one of the 2 Bedroom Cottages and they are just perfect for what we need. Tons of Electrical Outlets which we love as we work from home and like to move around the house with our laptops. Dog door is amazing for small / medium size dogs, our dog is a bit too big for it (Great Pyrenees). And dont get me started on the Maintenance team, most reliable and quick team weve ever dealt with at a housing complex, super nice individuals too. They brighten our day even when we are dealing with issues leading us to having to make a maintenance request.

    Update: Added some photos of backyard (still work in progress- so much space!) and kitchen/living area with furniture. Been here almost 2 months and still as happy as day one (probably even happier to be honest, the more I add/ have begun enjoying this outdoor space!!)Original: SOOO happy I chose to move here. From the moment I stepped into the exceptional rental office and was greeted by Iyanla, I had a feeling this was going to be my new home. The four houses I was able to self-tour were absolutely beautiful - they did an excellent job on the finishes and the windows really bring light and joy into the home. Plus, where can you get a backyard of that size in a rental community (and with combined turf and crushed granite)?! The signing process and communication with Alexis was the best I have ever experienced in any rental property! She has excellent communication and responds promptly (and is always so nice and more than willing to answer my abundance of questions).Since moving in last weekend, they already have hosted a “Chick-fil-a grab and go breakfast”. I can only imagine more fun resident benefits like that to come!Garages and carports also are available which is an awesome perk (especially for the weather we get up here sometimes!) and all the homes utilize smart technology which is super cool and modern. Forget another set of keys - I can use the touchpad or my PHONE to unlock/lock my door.They also have a gorgeous pool, lounge area, fully equipped gym, corn hole, huge playground, and lengthy walking trails. Inside my home, the kitchen and primary closet are massive for any 2 bedroom- exceeding all expectations.I am beyond impressed and so happy I chose Amavi Celina as my new home!

    This is a great place to live. I am very happy that I chose this place. Comfortable house, beautiful place and special thanks to the staff, this is a real team. I love this place, I recommend it, 10 out of 10 ❤️

    5 stars for this property, my family moved from Dallas and we love our 3 bedroom home. The amenities are really nice and most of all the staff is very friendly and responsive which is a huge deal for us. These homes are an excellent choice at this price point.

    I was looking to move to the outskirts of Dallas,when I ran across a property called Amavi Celina. I called to schedule an appointment to view the property and I spoke to a young lady name Alexis. she was very courteous, and very professional when booking my appointment. she gave me the option to do my own viewing or an option to walk the property with someone . I chose to walk the property with someone. upon my arrival, I noticed how beautiful the homes and cottages were. I was greeted by Alexis and Staff.Whom walked me through several homes to view. The kitchens were beautiful with large walk-in closets. I was intrigued with what I had viewed. my job is 15 minutes from this property. Therefore, I will be signing my lease soon. if you are looking for and quiet up-and-coming property to start a family or if you have an existing family. Amavi Celina is the place to start.

    This is a new build. I viewed the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom cottages. I was interested in the 3 bedroom cottage. The cottages are very nice!! Kitchen is big and a big master closet!!. Due to me having more furniture than what the cottage could house, it would not work for me at this time. If they had an attached garage I would have applied. For pet owners they have a pet door. I will be eyeing this community in the near future, to look at the single family home. It appears this will be a beautiful community when this community is finished. The property manager Ms. Diaz answered all my questions and was very professional.

    I’ve been looking for nice homes that rent like apartments.. it’s very difficult to find in the DFW area.. and if you do find them, they def look lived in or they’re just simply unaffordable… but Amavi Celina are beautiful, brand new, and a great place to have a home without committing to a mortgage. Can’t wait to move in!!
