I hope the new management will put a stop to all those disrespectful tenants who play their music loud and drink excessively in public. The office needs to enforce the rules and guidelines and Strat evicting violators. They also could consider hiring a security company to stop trespassing to the property. Most drinkers come at night to drink , trash the complex and head out. The new manager is excellent. They Must focus on issues in the weekend Friday Saturday and Sunday when the office staff is NOT here. Most of the tenants are very kind and respectful . Just few apartments causes headaches. If you see any violation, please take pictures and or videos and report them to the new manager. People MUST understand others have the right to rest and live peacefully in a safe and clean environment. -

The recent remodel really improved the overall appearance of Spanish Palms and E Rundberg in general. I really like the grass turf through out. The new management are also super friendly and helpful. -
