    This is the first apartment I’ve ever had and it has been an amazing experience living here. I’ve lived here for about 7 months now and i absolutely love it! Maintenance is always on top of any issues i have and they are so quick to fix anything i request. The parking is always available unlike other places I’ve lived and the gym is nice and has a big variety of equipment. As far as the leasing agents everyone is great but Melissa specifically has been so helpful and professional with any questions or concerns I’ve had, she truly has made my living experience a great one. I will definitely be resigning my lease when the time comes! 10/10 recommend!

    Just had an amazing experience touring Alma Hub 121 with Leasing Specialist, Melissa! She was kind, professional and demonstrated a passion for people and a real willingness to help people find the perfect home.I was impressed with the actual unit with storage most apartments dont have, ample free parking in adjacent parking garage, stainless steel appliances, huge kitchen with large island, lots of kitchen cabinets, and huge bathroom and vanity mirrors. Loved the easy layout of the place including a very clean and well-equipped gym and infinity edge resort pool. Looking forward to living here amongst the awesome and walkable shops, restaurant and outdoor concert venue!

    Ive lived here for about 4 years now, and Ive experienced many changes, but overall it is still a great place to live! Amenities are great, excellent location close to multiple bars and restaurants, and the new management company/staff is super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new place!

    I currently reside here and let me tell you, it’s been years since I’ve loved where I live. The staff is nothing but friendly, the property is well-kept, the tenants are all so nice and overall, anytime I’ve needed to speak with the office, it’s been an easy conversation. Not once have I had a bad experience with any staff member, from the maintenance team to the manager, everyone is helpful and kind. If you’re looking for a new home, I would 1000% recommend this property!

    New management is wonderful! Ive lived here for a couple of years and seen some changes but new management this past month has been really nice and helpful. Jamal is still here but everyone else is new. The new manager, Holly is really friendly. I find it to be a huge improvement from the past staff. Overall service is better IMO. The property is overall pretty quiet and its a smaller community compared to others in the area, and maintenance has never been an issue in my apartment. Location is great. I see a housekeeper every day cleaning the facilities, and the dog parks are kept up much better. Overall, living here is a good experience and plan on renewing my lease for a third year.

    Fantastic place to live! I have been here for three and a half years now and I still love it. Clean property and the leasing office staff are very pleasant. Jamal, Gayden, and Seth are great! Easy to get your packages from the package locker and love the EV charging for my Bolt. There is no noise and I have never had any issues. Have had no maintenance issues and the couple times something needed fixing it was fixed right away. Very very close to a lot of restaurants. I will be renewing my lease again next year!

    What can I say!!!! These are the most luxurious apartments with a comfy atmosphere. I can’t get enough every time I step in my door, the peace of GOD Overwhelms me. It’s quiet, and the amenities are just perfect! Admin is always on point, no problems here!! Quick answers to request and all. I COULD NOT LIE YALL!!!

    I am very excited to share my experience with Alma Hub 121, the overall experience is so impressive.The maintainance of the property is excellent, with promt responses to any issues. The ambiance is inviting , creating a comfortable atmosphere.Cleanliness is a standout feature, the apartment was immaculate upon arrival, and regular cleaning services maintained a high standard throughout my stay.The facilities are top-notch, including a well equipped club house, a refreshing pool and a modern Gym. The presence of a pet spa and dog park added a thoughtful touch for pet owners. The availability of EV charging points showcased a commitment to sustainability.Overall, this apartment offered a delightful living experience , luxury.

    Overall I will give the property 9.5/10. I’m shock at the past reviews. I am a resident of 2 years and my experience at Axiom Hub has been great. The community is pretty quiet and peaceful. I will share that my apartment is located on the 4th floor and I believe that I key. I have appreciated not having to deal with loud noisy neighbors or guests walking through the halls. I love that the community is gated and only key fob accessed. As a female I feel safe walking my dog at 11pm without having to look over my shoulder. The maintenance guys do a great job keeping the grounds clean and being very responsive as my maintenance requests have been resolved within a day or two. They are also friendly and always seems to be working hard. At times there is dog poop around the property but I don’t totally blame the property. I think it’s more so the residents responsibility to clean after pets. Also in the past a complained about the halls being dirty (more so the concrete) but they were cleaned. I enjoy the office space and lounge area as well as the gym. They’re all kept clean and readily accessible. I also love that the complex host events throughout the year (the turnout is never huge but I still appreciate it). Parking is never a problem for my boyfriend and I. I love that neighborhood is growing with different restaurants, bars, and etc. It’s always great to be able to go grab dinner within walking distance. I also enjoy walking the trail and sitting at the pond near by. The only con I would mention is the leasing office staff/management. The staff could be more inviting and interactive being that the community is small. Again overall I don’t have any regrets and consider the complex luxury and homey. I shopped around before renewing my lease and no other property persuaded me to move. Also to mention at my move in the unit was spotless cleaned (almost like we were the first residents to move in).

    I really enjoyed the apartment tour by Seth Kinder. He gave me a wonderful tour throughout the apartment complex and was able to answer questions thoroughly. Hub 121 is well maintain and quaint. It is in a great location with access to shopping, restaurants, etc. Definitely on my list as one of my final options to select from.

    We really enjoy living here the apartments are nice with lots of space and upgraded appliances. The staff is friendly and responsive. The EV charging is no longer free but it is till by far the cheapest option available.

    I am grateful to have this management to deal with. Shoutout to Jamal, Set and Holly! We love staying here. About the other negative complaints-eh, dont pay much attention. Everything is in your area. Clubs, restaurants, bars, trail, you name it. Love this place!!!

    My story is a bit long, but necessary.I had originally signed a lease with another apartment complex and was on my way to move-in on March 10. Picture this, Im driving to my new home from East Texas with my trailer in tow, all my belongings packed. I get a call from the complex telling me I no longer had an apartment to move into, this was the first I heard about this. As you can imagine I was beside myself because now I had nowhere to go. Worst experience ever.Fast forward to later that same day, I walked into the Axiom Hub 121 apartments leasing office. It was late in the afternoon, Bri was with another client, but greeted me warmly and said she would be with me in a few minutes. She was very welcoming and kind. I briefly explained to her the ordeal I had just gone through and she assured me everything would be OK. She started working immediately on finding me a new home with them. She was extremely accommodating and comforting. I signed my lease and moved into Axiom all in a matter of hours. I have been extremely happy with the level of attentiveness from this property. The staff is so nice and always willing to help anyway they can. I attended my first resident event and it was a lot fun.This truly was a blessing in disguise.

    Yeah, I came in because of the orange signage and I’m pre planning for the upcoming months and Seth was really cool and insightful about the property and units. And was able to curtail my experience based on my preferences and offered insight about other options that would be a good fit

    I came, I saw, I conquered... That old saying became a new one this week: I came, they saw, and they conquered.Axiom HUB 121 is a special place. I can feel it; their facility is impeccable, very well kept everywhere you look. That is a testament to the management staff that is on top of things. The facility is a couple of years old, yet, it looks like it was opened a week ago.I know what it takes to keep a place looking good: Attention to detail, hard work, vigilance, perseverance, grit, professionalism.Moreover, in a world that is quickly losing its sense of service and values, the management team at Axiom has it down to a science.Like many of my experiences, this adventure started for me with a job change.I had to find a close place to work, north of Dallas. But, unfortunately, there is nothing where I am going, so the closest place is McKinney.There are many options in McKinney; thank the gods for a country in which we have multiple choices.I contacted Smart City Locating, which I used before in Houston, and sure enough, they did it again. Brittani Leath listened to what I was looking for quickly sent me a list, and one of those was Axiom HUB 121.Call it luck, destiny, whatever you believe in, but to me, it was simply the results of a team that was professional, prepared, and has the added benefit of managing an excellent facility.The day I set aside to visit the apartments suggested by Smart City Locating, I had a list of several facilities to visit.I made appointments and was excited to preview the new apartments at McKinney. The first one was Axiom HUB 121.I arrived early, and without much delay at 8:30 am, the staff at Axiom opened their office, and Michael greeted me, Axiom HUB 121 Property Manager.He walked me through the features of Axiom’s facilities, gave me information about the apartments that he had prepared, and then he proceeded to show me the facility.Talk about a manager that knows his facility. Michael was courteous, professional, to the point, prepared.He did not show any signs of being perturbed by my questions or that I asked to view more than one apartment.When I previewed the second apartment, I was sold. I liked the facility; it is impeccable. The facility is well kept, clean, and well maintained everywhere I looked.I knew I had found the right place for me, so I canceled all my other appointments and proceeded to apply and move forward.Michael and Kimberly were very courteous and helpful, and in a few hours, I was approved, and I am now moving to Axiom HUB 121.This is one of the most positive experiences I have had in finding and leasing a new apartment.     Best place and staff ever! The new management team has got it together! The amenities are clean and very up to date. Very cool design in great location! The maintenance team is amazing and responds quickly! Love this place and staff!

    It’s an affordable place to live and very nice. The leasing office is pretty strict with the rules (in the contract) and although some complain about it I appreciate it. It keeps the complex safe, clean, and residents in check.The only “negative” thing I could say is there was a few incidents a month or so ago where someone was breaking into unlocked cars in the parking garage. But people didn’t lock their doors so that’s on them.

    I lived there for three years, and I really enjoyed it. The office staff was always attentive and helpful. I had no problems while living there with the neighbors are the staff, and I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone seeking a nice place to live.

    So first I wanna say is how FRIENDLY the staff is! This is my first place on my own since my split with my soon to be ex spouse, and I couldn’t be more happier. I love this place so much and has lots of amenities. I def love living here! Great beautiful pool, gym and MORE! Zoe helped me get into my studio and it’s perfect, as well as the other staff, Bri, Kim, Matthew, everyone is super helpful.

    These apartments are great! Everything is clean, maintenance requests are handled promptly. Bri helped us with everything and was great to work with! We have been here about 6 months now and we have no regrets! Wonderful apartments and staff!

    I am preparing to move out of a state Ive lived in basically my whole life for a new job and needless to say, Im pretty nervous. After looking at several apartments in the area, I decided on Axiom, as its close to work, brand new apartments, and most important, the staff is wonderful.There is also a bunch of new restaurants going in within walking distance. I toured apartments with Kim then she answered the loads of questions I had once I had gone back to Chicago. I filled out an application online and was given guidance along the way from Zoe and Kim. I came back to see the actual unit when I was back in town and wasnt as happy with the color scheme as the other option, so they accommodated me in switching to a new unit prior to my move-in. Like I said, lots of anxiety over all of this change, and when I second guessed signing on to a different unit, they were kind enough to let me go see it and the other options before I came home. I feel confident in my choice, as the staff is so supportive and friendly. I am looking forward to moving into my new home! Thank you Kim and the rest of the staff for being so accommodating!

    I moved in in early June. Property is very nice (new construction) and the unit quality is excellent. Parking is easy in the central garage, and package delivery system (amazon locker) is seamless. Bri, Zoe and the rest of the leasing staff were very helpful from the start to the finish of the move in process.

    My boyfriend and I are wanting to move in together soon and we both work up in Addison now, so I reached out to Liz who had been phenomenal when I toured with her for my current apartment. She not only remembered what my needs were (cant live on first floor, must have balcony, dual entry into bathroom, pet-friendly), but she gave me a VIRTUAL TOUR since Im self-isolating right now. Axiom HUB 121 looks like a perfect fit! Thanks Liz for making this so easy!!

    I toured the property once alone and another time with my daughter and granddaughter. It is a difficult time trying to find the perfect apartment home but Zoe was very patient with both visits, made us feel comfortable and went out of her way to answer every question we had! I hope to move in November and really hope I can get some great move in specials. I look forward to calling Axiom home!

    It is a beautiful and quiet complex. Zoe was so patient showing us around multiple floor plans. She helped us narrow it down to the one we moved into in August. Anytime we have questions or need help we always make sure to go to her. She always gets everything taken care of quickly, and we are always updated throughout the process with anything we need. I would highly recommend moving here and talking with Zoe.

    I contacted this property a few weeks ago and was very impressed with the initial call. Bri met me at the property for a hard hat tour and I was even more impressed. Super personable, and very knowledgeable about the property and the neighborhood. Bri kept me posted on specials, and when I could come back to see once an actual unit I needed was available for tour. They made the application process so easy. If you are looking for a modern place, in a great area with an office of people who care, this is it.

    I am so excited for this place to finally open! I’ve seen the construction and had a tour with Bri - very impressed on all fronts. These people know what they’re doing. I’m dying to get out of my current lease (ends in June) because they’re not pet friendly, so when Bri told me they’re going to have TWO dog parks I was sold! 😂 This is also VERY close to my office which is great and it sounds like there is a ton of new development happening in the near future.

    Great lots of walking around,safe and pretty. Clubhouse has parties for the people living here. The neighbor on 222 is real noisy moving things around late at night or dawn. Thats done daily at night.

    Ms Lindsey was so amazingly helpful, I had a couple questions regarding my bill and a couple system issues, she resolved the problem almost instantly and made the whole process seamless and easy, valiant made an amazing job decision making her regional management, already turning alma hub around for the better thanks so much Lindsey.
