I love living here. The property is beautiful and the maintenance staff is great. They respond promptly and are extremely professional. The dog park is Big and comes with a dog wash. The grills are easy to use. I’m obsessed with the pool and hammock garden. My one bedroom unit is massive, the open layout is really great. There’s so much convenience around the complex, restaurants, grocery stores, and much more.

I went to this complex to tour and possibly lease an apartment on 12/29/24. I was greeted by Christian Horn. Christian is very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and great at what he does. Christian answered all of our questions and made sure that I was aware of the current specials. The apartments are really nice and brand new but what made me lease on the spot is how personable Christian was. Christian for leasing agent of the year! :)-Rashanda Banks

So far the experience has been great.! The area is quiet and the facility is beautiful. I’ve enjoyed living here and using the amenities. The apartment staff is super nice and welcoming. I was looking to move as soon as possible and Maria was so amazing sweet and understanding. She made it happen and took care of me. Will forever appreciate her!

Christian is the guy to look for when you go for a tour in Allora, he was able to walk us through the property and answered all our questions. He has such a good sense of humor. So I moved from California and when I toured Allora Parkland, it immediately felt like home. Maintenance is great. If I have any problems, Jose is always so quick to show up. He really is so informative and helpful. Also, Haley has helped me throughout the entire process. She has been amazing! She is so kind, genuine, and informative. When I was in the process of moving, she was constantly updating me on what I needed to do. And even when I moved in, she still was checking in. Move here and hopefully you get to work with Haley because she is the best!

Me and my brother toured this place and we immediately fall in love with the apartment here. Sevene is so nice and kind to us, and she is also very honest about what we are expecting to pay for the rent. We told her that we have bad experiences for the previous apartment we stayed and she promised us that at Allora Parkland they are not going to let us pay hidden fee for cleaning and using the clubhouse. She is very professional and sweet. We immediately sign up with them and cannot wait to call this place our home.

Allora Parkland has been a great place to call home. The apartments are spacious, the community is always clean, and the residents and leasing office staff are extremely friendly. The maintenance team, especially one gentleman whose name I can’t recall, has been very helpful—he’s even assisted me a couple of times with carrying boxes, always with a cheerful attitude.Moving from out of state wasn’t easy, but Maria made the process smooth and was very patient throughout. Everything was handled online, and it was seamless from start to finish.The location is also convenient, with a church, grocery store, and great restaurants nearby. Overall, it’s been one of the best places I’ve lived, and I’m really glad I chose to move here

Our move in process was so well taken care of by the management team here at Allora. We moved from out of state and instantly had help from Haley the leasing agent. She went beyond and more! Sent us videos of a couple different rooms as we could not see it in person and sent us our complex once we were approved. Answered any questions I had about the complex! It was a very smooth process! On move in day, we were off schedule with timing and didn’t think we would be able to move in since the leasing office closes at 6. However, Maria the property manager made sure to be there to hand us the keys an hour after closing! She didn’t have to, but did anyways! She was so sweet and understanding!When we moved in, everything was just as we saw in the videos. The property is well kept up, the maintenance team was nice as well when I went to grab some coffee from the leasing office. We are excited to be here!AND The neighbors made us feel welcoming!If you’re looking for a place to rent, this is the one to apply for!

Update: After living here about 4 months. The apartment is still very nice and quiet. It’s always looking clean as well. I have called more to maintenance and they are quick to respond. They are starting to regulate visitor access. We only have 72 hours of visitor time per month. The only down side I have at the moment is that we can’t open the gate for guest to come in. It will work once, but after that it will never open, we tried a lot of times and the lovely lady up front has been trying to help, not sure if it’s just more a system default or the system doesn’t like my phone number lol . As well, we see many more lovely people moving in which is great! The only downside is if you pick the corner building in the back, it has less parking compared to other buildings, so you might have to park far haha but it’s fine more cardio 🤣I was waiting for at least a month into moving to give my experience about the apartments. Let me tell you something, I LOVE it! It was my first time ever renting an apartment and Haley did an amazing job showing me around! She is the sweetest and provided great customer service! Maria as well! They made us feel very welcomed and answered all of my questions, mainly since I asked a lot, because it was my first time.This is a management where you want to live in, to feel comfortable asking questions and concerns.As well, I used the maintenance app, very easy to use. Jose and his coworker were very nice and came in a timely manner to fix a minor thing.Also, the community is very quiet! Which I love! I am very quiet and reserve person, so having an area that is quiet, and calm is my to go to. I been meeting residents in my building and others; they seem very nice :)I cant wait to see how this apartment grows and what the future holds.
