This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in. It’s in a prime location, with everything you need within five miles. The complex is well-maintained, providing a peaceful and quiet environment. I can’t think of a single issue with the complex. Bea and Ariana are absolutely amazing they ensured that all my needs were addressed promptly during my stay. If there was an issue, they handled it immediately. They are very responsive and will do everything they can to resolve any problems. I would highly recommend living here! I promise you won’t regret it!

Very nice complex. We’ve been here for six months now and everything from the lease process moving and now living here has been great! We love the pool and the morning views. Very pleased especially Ariana and Bea have been super nice!

I recently moved into Allora Magnolia, and I must say it has been the best move-in experience Ive ever had. The management team is incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth leasing and move-in process. I never had any frustrations with them and felt genuinely cared for.The property itself is beautiful, and the amenities are fantastic. Having worked in the apartment cleaning service industry, Ive seen a wide range of apartments, and this one easily ranks among the top three nicest Ive come across.I highly recommend Allora Magnolia to anyone looking to move to the Magnolia Area. The management teams attentiveness, combined with the propertys beauty and great amenities, make it an excellent choice!

Moved here in January 2024 and I have no complaints. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. HEB is real close by for groceries and a few restaurants nearby.Quick access to HWY 249

I love these apartments! The office people are so welcoming and informative! Our leasing agent was Steven he was the best! Crystal was very helpful too! We had a bad experience with some other apartments but they definitely set the bar and the experience was better than expected! Highly recommend :)

Wow! What a week it’s been. We visited the complex on Memorial Day and met Steven at the entrance. Steven gave us the run down and of course the grand tour and it took my husband and I so much self control not to sign the least for that day! It was an absolutely beautiful experience to walk through the floor plans and truly see what these units looked like with it set up and how the floor plan was well executed. Coming from a background in leasing and property management, I’ve seen quite a few complexes and met numerous people in the industry but truly, Steven sets the expectation on friendliness, attentiveness, and overall professional service for our experience. We decided to lease on 5/30 with a pre lease of July except on my end, there became a wrinkle in our plans that forced my husband and I to proceed 5/30 with a move in on 5/31. The team at ALLORA MAGNOLIA that assisted us was Jocelyne, Bea, and Steven through the entire process. They made sure to help along the way and truly made this the best experience for us. I will say that if you go into leasing an apartment with expectations of perfection, you will easily be shown how wrong you are so please, if you consider renting here, have grace because like when anything is new, ( the complex has been leasing since April ) there are bound to be issues and little things that come up but remember, these issues can be ironed out. My husband and I are beyond grateful for the ALLORA team for moving us in and helping with our new home. We are so excited to be a apart of this new and growing community. Thank you Steven for being our guide through it all.

Working in the Magnolia Area, I couldn’t find a better location to call home! Allora Magnolia is an amazing oasis in the middle of an developing area, with great amenities!!! The pool is by far my favorite area! I had an WONDERFUL tour with the Assistant Manager Steven! There wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer, and he’s super professional and stylish! If your looking for a new place and a great Staff and friendly residents with resort style living ! Look no further you found it!

At Allora Magnolia the atmosphere is great and the staff and team always do their best to rectify any concerns.Maintenance team is one like no other I’ve submitted requests and they’ve always completed them in a timely manner. The team does a great job with effective response time.The parking is a concern, but that’s not the complex impact based on the city of Magnolia ordinance there has to be enough exits for each building in order to effectively meet the fire marshals requirements. I’d say just invest in getting either covered parking or a garage.Overall I’d say that if you’d like a nice location to stay, and mind your business then Allora Magnolia is for you.

I can go on record and say Steven was the best tour guide we’ve ever had.His knowledge about the apartment complex inside and out was top tier.There wasn’t any question he couldn’t answer and he made it really easy for us to feel comfortable in our decision to apply for this apartment.The apartment is really nice and the gym is top tier I don’t even need a gym membership because it has everything i need.Thank you again Steven for being such a great person and giving us a great tour of this beautiful apartment for real!!

This location and its staff get 5 stars from me. All the staff are truly amazing! During my tour, I was guided by Bea, the property manager, who was extremely resourceful and attendant to what I was looking for. Prior to my tour, I was welcomed by Steven who made me feel like this place was home. I knew from my very first tour, this would be home. During the move in process, Crystal and Steven stayed in constant contact with me answering and assisting in anything I needed. Crystal happily took me on a second tour of my actual apartment, and provided good advice that saved me money. I have lived in numerous apartments, and none have even come close to providing the professionalism of this staff. All of the staff take great pride in providing such a superior level of service. What was, and still is obvious, ever since my tour, I have been treated like a family member. The property and amenities are awesome and its like being at a luxury resort. Extremely satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for their next apartment.

Just toured this apartment complex on Saturday and received my Welcome letter today! Huge shout out to Steven, he is wonderful! He was so nice, accommodating, and informative. Despite the busy Saturday, he answered all of my questions and even called me maybe 30 minutes after submitting my application. This is my first apartment and Steven made me feel so comfortable and the process seamless!I am beyond excited to move in. The apartment is beautiful! The amenities are gorgeous. First off where do I start, I first want to say how fast this property moves on getting you approved and keys in hand seems like it happened all in the same day. That was a big cool point for me. Secondly, which should have been first I’ll be the first to break-in my new apartment (not worried about someone leaving bad energy behind). And last but not least, my guy STEVEN in the front office is nothing short of amazing since day one when I came for a tour, felt like I knew this guy for years. He kept it sweet and REAL whatever I wanted to know he had an answer and didn’t sugarcoat. My type of person ! So to bring it all home, if you’re looking for a new up and coming neighborhood away from the loud city life this is your place. The community is growing and everyone respects each-other (from what I’ve seen). Come meet your new family members. See you soon:)

If we can add another star we would. We adore the team and staff at Allora. In the Office Bea, Steven & Crystal. Our family had the task of moving our grandparents from Atlanta to Houston and decided very quickly that this was going to be their new space. The information provided to ensure safety and comfortability was 10/10. They have been staying at Allora for a few weeks now and the Office still help our grandparents with technological difficulties and directions for them. Through this platform I want to express my gratitude for having people as professional as Miss Ariagna, who works at the apartment complex, you can always count on her to support you in whatever you need. She speaks Spanish very well and always has very good treatment. I have socialized with her more than the other ladies, but all three of them are very professional in their work. My husband and I have the best opinion of the three blessings and successes.
