Moved here a year ago and just renewed my lease. Staff and maintenance workers are fantastic! This morning I submitted a request, Arel and Eusebio were at my door within the hour and took care of everything! They were fast, friendly and very professional.

I visited the property today and was assisted by Gloria.. she was amazing.. loved her personality and professionalism. I was pretty impressed with the floor plan & location so i went ahead and put in my application. I see the bad reviews and the good ones. Although almost anything can happen at any property regardless of where it’s located. Im willing to give these a try and should i need to update my review, i will. For now they get 5 ⭐️’s from me

I’ve been living here at allora gosling for 3 months and I’ve had the best experience. The office staff is friendly and always there to answer questions. They made the application and move in process super easy. The community is nice and I feel safe here. I’m glad to call it my home. If you’re new to Houston or been living here and looking for a new apartment I highly recommend Allora Gosling.

Its coming up on a year that Ive received my keys and when I say this team ROCKS, they ROCK. I definitely renewed my lease. I had knee surgery and they(leasing & maintenance)have gone out of their way to help me in any way Ive needed. Even before surgery, they have been nothing but TOP NOTCH. Bradley is such a kind person. My stay here has been GREAT. The community is very quite and well kept. Keep LOVING on your residents cause we definitely APPRECIATE it. THANKS for everything

The staff in the office has something that most leasing offices’ staff either lack or forget about and that’s their humanity. The staff here is so kind and just as passionate and helpful. Also, Josephine is the best!

I went for a tour with Josephine and felt more like she was family or a friend than a leasing agent.Immediately upon meeting her she had an approachable attitude and walked me to (5) different apartments that were actually move-in ready. All of the other tours at different apartments I have been doing ONLY showed the model home.I did apply the same day which was on a Friday and now I am waiting for a response Saturday.

Gloria was awesome, she answered every question and was very transparent about everything. I didn’t see any roaches or ants but if you’re having a problem get SURRENDER MADE BY MARTIN’S (it’s in a green can) it stinks but does the trick in 24hrs, a nice clean up afterwards and you should be good. Justin was very welcoming the moment I walked in, beautiful bright smile.

I love it here! the interior is beautiful and the amenities are amazing! I love how theres a dog wash! Never seen that at a complex! Its also in a very nice area free of loud noises!

Updated Review:As my lease comes to an end I feel it is appropriate to give props to the management and leasing team at this property. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Allora Gosling (so much I referred a now resident) and if not for distance I would renew here. Aside from minor issues dealt with (handled gracefully by management and leasing) it has been a pleasure being able to stay at a property as tightly maintained as Allora. The maintenance team here is very friendly and quick to respond to any work order submitted. The open floor plan makes the smaller units feel much bigger and I can appreciate the modern look throughout. Aside from the look and maintenance of the entire property, a courtesy officer also lives on site which I believe is a big deterrent of car break ins and as someone who lives alone it has made me feel safer. There is plenty of parking and the amenities are always well kept. All in all the property is quiet and I never experienced any disturbances on site. Dustin, Josephine and Gloria have all been helpful and friendly with any concern addressed which is more reason that I am appreciative of their team. A gem of a property and the surrounding area is ideal. I would strongly recommend living here!

Office staff is very welcoming and friendly. The maintenance staff is second to none! They respond quickly to any concerns small or great. I submitted a work order for the stairs to be power washed and it was done!! To date, I am very pleased.

They remember your name and ask how your day is going, which makes you feel valued as a person, not just another renter.Overall, Im incredibly impressed with Allora Gosling in just a few short weeks. My lease was up at my last apartment and I was in a jam looking for a new place to call home and start over. I worked with Allison who went over all the paperwork and showed my the best options that fit the needs of me and my 2 kids. I really appreciate her for walking through and answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. It was already a stressful process since I procrastinated but Allison worked with me and communicated flawlessly. I moved in this week and I couldn’t be more happier.

I was visiting a friend who lives in the community and walking around their new place I was amazed at how beautiful his space was. He just moved in so no decor yet but I was blown away at how spacious his floor plan is. I was impressed enough to go to the office and get information since my lease would be up soon. I spoke with Allison and she went through pricing for my preferences and gave me a tour of the common areas since I already saw the floor plan I was interested in. Great experience for an impromptu visit.

Kind of sad I wasn’t approved for these units 😩 they are spacious and gorgeous & I would’ve loved to call my home !I still want to give them 5 stars. Paloma was friendly & did warn me to save my time and money due to my background possibly being a barrier for me , and I still took a chance & unfortunately forfeited my admin fee . Was worth a try though ! Still was very helpful & answered all my questions ! I was amazed with the tour & amenities of this property ! I’ll give it a shot In the future !
