    Emily and Kenya have been tremendous throughout the tour, decision to apply and move-in process! They are professional, accommodating and hospitable. A refreshing display of real customer care.My maintenance problems have been promptly corrected.And the pool area has provided a wonderful respite during the warm days.Overall I’m happy with my choice.

    I chatted with the office team for a few months before I moved to Texas. They were super helpful. I finally made the big move in Nov, I love Texas! I am greatful for the office team here. There are only a few dirty residents that are leaving some poop and trash here are there. Nothing major, lazy people are everywhere. What i really appreciate is that you can tell maintenance really puts in the effort.I am already ready to renew! Definitely recommend!

    We stopped by to tour Allora District West and were very impressed! Loved the location with easy access to Westpark toll and HEB just 7 minutes away. Resort style pool, a fully equipped fitness center, great floor plans and really great pricing! The leasing staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Looking forward to referring our clients to the property.

    Now, I want to say a very big THANK YOU to the management of Allora district west! Today would have been a very bad day for me. My Sim was not working and I was running late for work. I rushed out to fix it before going to work so I forgot the stove was on. The smoke alarm went off. My SIM was bad they couldnt reach me. How they swiftly acted and got it all under control, awed me! By the time I got my SIM sorted and saw it all on my camera, I FREAKED OUT!!! I was practically shaking!!! TODAY SPECIALLY, I AM GRATEFUL TO GOD I RENTED AN APARTMENT HERE!!! Oh no! You guys are great!!! THANK YALL!!!

    Amanda was very helpful with information and going on the tour of the one bedroom apartments. She was able to get my application in and I was able to move in quickly like I wanted to. The apartment community is really nice. The gym and business center are very convenient. The pool looks great! Everything is clean and its nice and quiet.

    Emily and Kenia are absolutely amazing! They were super sweet and incredibly informative during the tour. They answered all of my questions and made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend scheduling a tour with them—you won’t be disappointed!

    The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Especially Trey he’s very nice! Also, the property’s upkeep is very good and maintenance staff are quick to respond! I already renewed my lease for another year, definitely recommend Allora District West for anyone looking for a new place. Also, we are not severely affected by the crazy Texas weather like flooding and power outages.

    Been here for 6 months and everything has been good so far. The people living here are very respectful and nice. Maintenance is always on it and will fix my issue the same day. The front desk is always attentive and helpful with anything you need.

    Ive been a resident for over six months now, and overall, its been a great experience. The apartment itself is clean and well-maintained, and the leasing staff are friendly and helpful. Theyve always been responsive to my needs and concerns.I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to others.However, theres one area that needs improvement - the corridors and staircases in my building (3) often appear dirty and could use more frequent cleaning.I understand that maintenance can be a challenge, but a cleaner common area would greatly enhance the overall living experience.Despite this issue, I appreciate the efforts of the staff and the comfort of my apartment. I hope the management will address this concern and continue to improve the overall quality of the complex

    Beautiful and clean community! I have to say that I love the leasing staff and maintenance! The ladies at the office are always attentive! Shout out to Amanda and JJ!!! Maintenance is quick to resolve issues and do work orders.

    We’ve had a great experience thus far! We moved from out of state and literally everyone has been so helpful and prompt with answering questions and making the move in process so much easier. The apartments themselves are gorgeous, no issues there and we haven’t heard any neighbors!

    I relocated from Dallas for work. When I arrived everything was great. I did my paperwork online, site unseen. Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable. The property is fairly new. Opened July 2023. The staff is sweet and the apartment is gorgeous.

    Over all it’s a quiet neighborhood and it’s been pretty nice living at these apartments. The only thing is the parking that gets me but other than that it’s nice. That’s the only reason I knocked it one star because the parking is hard to find .

    I love living here! I immediately knew when I toured a few months ago that this would be the place I wanted to call home. Amanda and Jahmilyah are always helpful and there to assist if you need anything. The grounds are well kept and it’s a quiet neighborhood. The area is a perfect spot that’s close to shopping and not too far from Houston. So if you’re looking for somewhere new to call home, this is it!

    I am not a resident at this property so I can only speak from what I observed at the tour that I took today. Their team, Brittney, Emily, and Kenya all seem extremely knowledgeable and friendly! The property seems to be well kept and is very pretty. Again, I cannot stress enough how welcoming their team is here! The team they have there work together so well.
