I had an amazing experience yeaterday. I want to thank the onsite manager Ms. Connie she went above and beyond to help me in such short notice with my air conditioner going out. And the maintenance man was also amazing not only fixing the problem also changed my air filter and educated me on the problem I was having.Thank you so much Allendale Village.

I recently moved here to Allendale Village and honestly this apartments are really nice remodel and so quiet, Belia apartments manager is so sweet since day one I came here to get info about the apartments she helped me through all the steps and helped me with all my paperwork she is so nice and friendly, I recommend this apartments 100% my kids and I are so happy with this place !!!😀

When I have requested maintenance for problems in the apartment, what the person in the office does is give excuses and when complained about, she says that she is there to serve her boss, not the tenants. Almost a year ago, I reported a leak in the apartment. the bathtub and just yesterday they came to repair it, I reported a damaged light in the dining room area. I hope I dont have to wait so long for them to solve that problem because they told me they had to order the part and they didnt know when they were going to send it. Thank you for solve the lamp problem in my That apartment is first-class service, I hope it is always like that.
