    Tasha has done an amazing job at accommodating my partner and I and making sure we feel happy and comfortable. The complex is in a great location and the gym is newly renovated with nice equipment. The access gate helps me feel safe and there is always ample parking. You can definitely tell that management and maintenance are working hard to make good changes here and keep the tenants happy.

    If youre tired of looking through apartment reviews feeling confused and unsure, let me give you an honest account of Alister Galleria after living here for about 6 months.Overall, its a solid option for the price. Is it the most incredible establishment in the world? No, it has its faults like any other apartment complex, but I cant complain.Pros: The location is great and Ive never felt unsafe here. The apartments are newly renovated and clean. We ended up switching units after a few months and Tasha made the transition very smooth. Its pretty quiet most of the time. We recently had an AC issue and it was fixed within a day. The gym is always clean and organized. The pool is clean and feels like a resort. Ive never once had trouble finding a close spot to park and I dont pay for reserved parking.Cons: The hot tub hasnt been working since Ive been here, along with another water feature next to the pool. That being said, they personally arent deal breakers for me and I know management is at least aware of the issues. The car ports arent the most visually stunning but management just sent a notice that they are going to do maintenance on them. As youve probably seen in other reviews, the towing situation is very strict. I personally got towed within ~8 hours of accidentally parking in a reserved spot. That being said, it was my fault. Also, Alister is implementing a new policy on giving warnings before towing so I doubt this will be an issue anymore.Overall, since Tasha took over as property manager shes done a great job. For the price, I can honestly say Alister is a good option as someone who just moved to HTX. Is it going to knock your socks off? Probably not, but then again you are getting what you pay for.

    Good stuff:- Roof works- AC works- Appliances are functional- Management is nice and transparent- Never had any crime-related experiences- Maintenance fixed the orders I put in- Gotta hand it to the aesthetics, the red brick/palm trees/pool are niceStuff to be aware of:- Overall interior cleanliness is subpar (rusted edges, some exposed wiring, occasional bug, etc.)- Up-stairs neighbor was noisy- Occasional water outages- (If WFH is important to you) I had to get an AT&T guy fix the wiring in the unit for the modem and the other Verizon option straight up didnt work at allIve lived here for one year (May 2023 - May 2024) and overall it was a pretty solid experience- nothing really that unexpected as far as apartments go. I would recommend if the location is convenient for you and youre ok with the price being what it is.

    Toured this property over the weekend (Saturday 2/3/24) and the service was amazing! the lady in office that day was extremely helpful and kind! if I end up moving here it will be because of her service and eagerness to help answer any questions for me. Thank you so much for the great service offered this past weekend, one of the kindest persons I came across in Houston :)

She was super helpful, showed me around the complex, answered any questions I had, and overall made the experience great! Definitely moving here after my lease is up!     I adore and love everything about this property. Luella and her team are very professional, and experienced. They always welcome you when you walk into the office. Jose our maintenance guy is friendly and gets the job done on time.     Ive lived here for over 1 year and my experience has been amazing! The staff promptly replies to any inquiries. They take pride in our complex. The grounds are kept clean, host fun events, and bring a sense of community to our little neighborhood. I feel safe living here. I would recommend Alister Galleria and besides it a gorgeous place to live! The waterfall and palm trees are gorgeous!

    I have been living here for around 7 months now and enjoy everything, especially the fastest and nicest maintenance men. Jose and his crew hold it down day in and day out. You couldn’t ask for a better maintenance experience. The only thing I wish for this place to have is a few more visitors parking spots. There are plenty of spots that never get used in the corners of the complex. The management is very receptive and I’m sure they will do what they can and soon.

    I have lived in three separate apartments with this property since I moved to TX, and it feels like home. When Mill Creek took over and installed this new team, home became a true JOY! They are kind, personable, and oh so helpful! The community events are always fun and hype, and the grounds have honestly never looked better! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

    I just moved here and I love it. I enjoy the 24 hour fitness center and the ladies in the office are extremely helpful. The maintenance team is always on it! If I have an issue it’s resolved within 24 hours. I love it here and have recommended this place to all my friends. The wine tasting event on Tuesday was so much fun! I was able to restock my wine supply at home.

    My husband and I love this place! They saved us in a tight spot and were able to get us moved in in one day!! That just shows their level of dedication and service to their residents. Visiting the office is always a joy. The grounds are beautiful and kept nice. All my friends and family are amazed by the beautiful pool area, the gym, and the sauna! Not to mention the great apartment layouts - nice and open, so refreshing from what you usually see around Houston, and at a great price. Definitely recommend!!!

    I recently moved in and I love it! The front office ladies are great and super helpful. Any maintenance issues get handled right away. I really enjoy the pool/grill area and the coffee in the front office is a must! Very glad I made the decision to sign here everything has honestly exceeded expectations.

    Ive lived at these apartments for a number of years (12 to be exact) and its always been a chore to have repairs or maintenance done! I have to say the new company ( Alister ) which purchased the apartments has changed all that ! I had issues with some of the appliances , some minor wall repairs nail holes , lose slate around the fire place etc etc in my apartment for a number of months with no resolution from the previous company I mentioned it (in passing ) to one of the new staff and within two days maintenance was at my door with new fresh out of the box appliances !! I was shocked !! All I can say is I am very HAPPY with the new company and look forward to staying . Thank you to the new staff for their care and concern in my needs it is a breath of fresh air !!!!!!

    Property is great, staff are warm and wonderful. Its just such a great place to live. I love my apartment. Maintenance is quick and effective. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the walls are a bit too thin and I can hear my upstairs neighbor a bit too much. Apart from that, I really love living here.

    The management goes above and beyond to serve you. They even had heavy deliveries brought straight into my apartment when I hadnt moved in yet. Theyre also accommodating in other ways you dont normally see from property managers. Plus, maintenance is responsive and prompt. So far, this has been my experience. Recommended.Side note: Lincoln Property Management has a great history and reputation. I actually looked them up because they also managed my previous apt in another state. This complex is no exception.

    Ive been here just a little over a month and am really enjoying the peaceful, tranquil community. The waterfall feature, quite spaces, beautiful wood floors in living area, create an oasis.The property management, leasing staff and maintenance have been amazing!! I had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed and mgmt and maintenance were on top of it... usually same day.🤗. When they say they make it right, Lincoln Galleria means it!! Superior customer service and responsive... safe and quiet. I ❤ it here!!~Carisa

    I recently moved to Lincoln Galleria back in April. I am a country girl and very used to my peace and quiet. This is the closest into the city that I have ever lived and I am impressed at how quiet the community and surrounding area is. Plus, the maintenance staff does an excellent job of keeping this beautiful property in top shape. If something breaks, they get it fixed within 24 hrs or that day if it is an emergency!

    We are newly married and Its been blissful here..a place you can call home...The management office is efficient..Mrs Luella, Mrs Paige, Mrs Jalyn , Jose and other staff members are efficient and will do all it takes to make your stay comfortable. The pool side is always clean, No trash laying around within the complex. Residents are well mannered...Alister Galleria is located in the best spot in the heart of Houston.

    For the most part it is great living here, been here for over 2 years and that confirms it.There are 2 issues though that are usually fine but can turn your day into very miserable when they fail: internet and water.At t is the only allowed purveyor for internet and many of the technicians have stated that the wiring is too old, because of this the internet is slow and goes down quite often; they ve also stated that Lincoln Galleria has no plans to renew the wiring...So good lick if you are doing something important online...On the water issue they claim that they ve been trying to fix the plumbing, funny thing is they ve been at it for two years. Sometimes they shut the water off without a warning or anything so if you re in the middle of a shower or doing dishes, cooking, cleaning, etc. well, good luck!

    I love this place so much. They are doing awesome events even in the pandemic. Every Wednesday is Food Truck Wednesday. Last night the food truck was a cocktail truck! We had a blast standing in the parking lot 6 feet apart with a crafted cocktail in hand. Thank you Riya and Murcedes!
