Benton!!! New Management and Owners and the best ones we’ve had in a very long time!!! Much better office and maintenance team!!! Special praises to Jocelyn she is so kind, patient, sweet, and professional!!! Also, special praises to Adonis as well who has been very kind, patient, professional, and amazing as well!! This team understands customer service and going above and beyond for their residents!!! You can tell they actually care!!! They have gotten more done in 1-2 weeks for this community than the previous 3 owners did combined - over many years!!!They are cleaning the property, addressing maintenance and property issues, fixing everything up, and an amazing maintenance team on top!!! Thank you Jocelyn and Adonis and Benton team for all you do - it truly means a lot to us hard working residents who were previously suffering for our hard earned $!But not anymore!!! Now we can be proud to call Benton our home and enjoy a new experience!!!Thank you all for everything!!! 😊

I recently became a resident here at Alexi At Willowbend, and I LOVE my apartment they definitely have made lots of changes nothing like the bad reviews everything is so upgraded and theyre doing such a wonderful job . Its so peaceful , maintenance gets your work orders done as quick as they can and they do such a great job. Not to mention the ladies at the office theyre so helpful especially Wendy! She has helped me so much and shes such a sweet heart. The new security keeps everything under control pretty well . I just love the complex and the area. I thank them so much for making our experience the best here at Alexi at Willowbend❤️

I lived her for a year and loved it! The maintenance team are super friendly and helpful as are the office staff. All the upgrades in the apartment are very nice with the stainless steel appliances which I love. They keep you informed about everything that is going on the apartment complex. Dog park is nice and kept up with, as well as the pool and other green areas. There is a police officer that regularly patrols the complex. Would have renewed my lease for a second year but had to move closer to my job.

I have been a resident at Parkway Place for almost 3 years and am very happy with my apartment and the wonderful office and maintenance staff. Always quick to help, friendly, courteous, and helpful. They have become like family where they know me by my name and make sure I have what I need. I have stayed here for that reason. It is very quiet and I feel safe and protected. The maintenance staff always arrive quickly and take care of the issue quickly. I am grateful to have this relationship and just renewed my lease for another year! Keep up the great work awesome team, you are appreciated!!!

I am really impressed with how the new management team has turned this complex around. I love great customer service and friendliness. I have not had any big issues and my small matters were handled timely. The staff is great, warm smiles and eager to help. The property manager is also nice and available and ready to meet the needs of residents. The security on site, the bright lights in the opening of the apartment and exterior lights were added and showed care and concern for our safety. I dont have any complaints. Just keep doing a great job! :)

The staff is friendlier and more competent than the previous company. Clubhouse has been remodeled with a modern touch and makes me feel good to live in a community where the manager and her staff care about their residents.

I lived there for 4 years and didn’t have too many problems. It was ok and maintenance did well with handling the requests timely. I liked the fact that there were lockers for packages that were too big for the mailbox and if you had multiple packages they would just put them all in 1 locker and leave the key in your mailbox. They changed management companies a few times but overall living there was a good experience.

Surprised and very pleased when I visited with the leasing agent. This property is definitely one of my top picks. It hits a lot of points on my checklist. With family in Frisco, it is perfect just 5 minutes from North Dallas Tollway. It will be nice to be so close to the restaurants my husband and I enjoy. Again, great location. I Loved the modern upgrades: nice up to date neutral colors, beautiful granite and the wood floors are so nice. My husband was happy to see attached garages. I think I have found my community.

Toured the community yesterday and really liked the renovated apartments. The updated cabinets, appliances, and granite are a really nice touch. The apartments are also very spacious and I liked that there was an option to add a garage or carport at any time. I toured with Hannah and she was very friendly and knew a lot about the community. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

I have lived here for good amount of time and yes the last staff wasnt that great. They were rude, they didnt have any type of Manner but that docent mean to take it out on the new people that are here. They dont know what has happened here before they are still getting to know the place and fix the problems that the other staff may have made. We should just give them time and be patient. I have a family too, I have 3 children and yes they may take a some to get things fixed up but they will get fixed up soon. I had my bad experiences but also my good ones. The staff want to help you. they want to show you they care. Just lets have a little patience and lets help them so they can help us. Thats all their asking for is time. They want us to have an improved environment, a safe environment but for that to happen it needs time. let us focus on the big and small details to make it a good place. Thank you!

Just moved out of about 3 weeks ago, Im totally not a review person but not for this new management, they are just amazing! Ive lived here for 3years and the overall experience with the previous management was not good at all.The new management is so supportive, friendly and professional. We had a very nice experience on our final days, and the moving out was smooth! With an effective management like this, I believe this place will be waay better than it is now!! Thank you Hannah and thank you everyone in the office, you guys are the best!!!

Great location! Love that it is so close to shopping and so many restaurants. The renovations in the units are very nice, and they are renovating the fitness center and both pools as well. We are really looking forward to both! The new management is amazing and very helpful. Lauren has always gone above and beyond to address any concerns or issues in a timely manner. The complex is well maintained and kept cleaned, especially since new management came in.

I visited this community two weekends ago and was thoroughly impressed with the property and especially the presentation of the leasing person. I was greeted with a warm smile and handshake. She seemed very eager to help and was excited about the upgrades that are underway- which are awesome by the way! Parkway Place is definitely at the top of my shortlist. If you are looking for a great place to live, I strongly suggest you visit Parkway Place.

We have a New management company PMG is going to the rigth dirección making chances. Hopefully they never change the office staff. The People putting bad reviews probably are the one they are putting out due to noise complains.We are really happy now.

I can honestly say by far the best apartment complex I have lived in. The office staff, apartment managers and maintenance team are amazing. I never have to wait if I have a maintenance issue, everyone is courteous and kind. They keep the premises clean and Jahaira (the assistant manager) is above and beyond AMAZING. I would recommend these apartments to everyone.

As a future resident, my experience with the leasing office staff (Hannah, Esme, and Brittany) has been nothing more than top notch and extremely professional. From the beginning, my interaction has been welcoming. Theyve been extremely courteous and have answered any questions I may have had. For current residents, please be patient. Coming from a current Greystar community to live at another is one of the main reasons I have decided to live at this property. Change is coming!

I just want to say experience has been so amazing and I’ve only been here a little over a week. I moved from Florida to here in Texas. Summer made my transition so comfortable and has helped me though every step. It was my first time seeing my place in person being I did everything electronically and my son who is 10 are very impressed and pleased. I’ve FaceTimed all my best friends showing them how beautiful the community is ANDDDD The maintenance guys are dope too! They take all my trash out every night which I’ve had a lot lately since I’ve moved in. But Summer made me and my son feel like we family and felt good to finally put a face to the warm voice there made my nervous move exciting!!! I love you so much Summer!!

I love living here and have stayed for almost 5 years because of it (or 6 years? I’ve lost count. Lol) I love my apartment and the upgrades inside of it. Also I love having a garage and assigned parking. I am very happy with the new amenities that greystar management has added to our community. They were needed additions and improvements that bring a great blend of convenience & comfort to living here. The office staff is lovely and helpful, Maitenence is awesome, and our grounds have been looking pristine since Greystar ownership.

Ive been living here for about 5 years now, was going to move but with the updates they made now and for the new price its well worth it. You get updated flooring, counter tops, and appliances and it a quiet complex besides the normal noise you would get living in a apartment complex.Some complain on little noises but I say if you want complete silence then get a house. Overall great place to live specially being centralized to different parts of Dallas.

Application and move in process was extremely easy. Staff was completely helpful. I love everything so far. The only con would be parking. Open parking is hard to find after 6 pm and paid reserved parking isn’t the most convenient. These things cannot be changed at this point due to architectural design of the buildings but it wouldn’t stop me from making this my new home.

While I do agree about the noise complaints (neighbors fighting at 2am) and parking, my stay has been problem free. When I adopted my dog, they let me split the deposit into 2 payments. Maintenance was always taken care of the same day and my apartment (building 8) was very well kept. I didnt realize how nice the staff was until I after I put my 60 days notice to move downtown (moving just be closer to central Dallas to my family and friends) that I had to deal with HORRIBLE service from AMLI. Now I appreciate Madisons staff much more! If I didnt need a location move, I would have definitely renewed. And you cant beat the prices for the area and apartment quality! About $600 for a 650 sq ft one bedroom!

Not bad. Great Location, very close to pretty much everything. Management did change and so did staff. Maintenance did take a little while but they communicated very well about the issues and why it was prolonged. Few issues around the apartment, nothing unlivable that couldnt be fixed. Neighbors kept to themselves and not too much noise. Not re-leasing because they did up our rent almost $100 dollars a month for the next year, but overall a decent experience.

I like the size of the unit and the upgraded features. Its fairly quiet for most parts. The appearance of the community was so so at move in, but the landscape improved over time. Maintenance could take a couple days to respond but didnt have any major issues.

Management and Maintenance staff are super amazing and respond to request in a timely fashion. Management does a superior job with following up and the property is well kept. I toured this location recently, as I am considering moving to Dallas within the coming months. I was greeted by Esme, a woman with superb customer service skills and a phenomenal tour guide. Esme has me convinced that I should be living in a two bedroom apartment for me and my brother. Her charm, and eloquent presentation of the charmingly roomy apartment have got me sold! I think this might be my new home in the next few months :)

I have been here for over a year. I enjoy the area because it is super close to my job. The complex is gated, very nice & clean units, never had issues other than the regular maintenance. The last people who managed this place were AWFUL, and I feared having to look elsewhere due to the terrible management. It all got switched to new management and they are 10000% better. They are prompt in their responses and actually care about your concerns. I will continue to stay here for years to come!

Pretty good place , rooms are high valted, the area is great for easy access to George Bush and Dallas North TOLLWAYS, if your not from here this Area is Pricey$$$ to live in , its priced Right considering prices for other area less congested. Maintenance has been good to us in responding to requests. You will hear upstairs peeps and neighbors when loud(even new apts have that issue). There are bugs in general ( it is a humid area ) but no infestation in building unless your dirty.Get you a covered parking or Garage, it does get tight at night. People do violate policies, if you dont report them they will continue.

I contacted LV property Mgr several times for help about another unit on the first floor, and she came thru in brilliant bright colors as always! Awesome, professional and prompt she is! I recommend this community 2 everyone bc I will stay here for years if I want 2 ijs. L Valles helped me tremendously with ALL my needs answered question after question taking time out of her busy 2 help her unfamiliar with apartment living Tenant (me) 🤣Irma the new A PMGR is good also as well as their maintenance team. If you are looking for renovated, spacious floor plans, dog friendly, professional office staff PWP apartments should b your new home!Police patrol, alarms systems and garages are a plus to this well kept safety minded apartment community overseen by L Valles aka the BEST PM in my book hands down 👍🏾

The location is great: quickly access the tollway, shopping, restaurants, etc. There’s a good mixture of families that live here and it’s zoned for Plano ISD. They have varied floor plans and amenities in each unit, so make sure you tour the actual apartment you plan to lease.

The location of Parkway Place is perfect - just off DNT and PGBT. I love that I can hop on either freeway and have a direct route to Plano/Frisco, downtown Dallas, or DFW airport. I toured with Hannah and saw one of the recently updated apartments. I love the clean look of the granite counter tops, subway tiles and updated cabinets. Hannah made me feel taken care of and I cant wait to move in!
