I have been considering moving into a new complex due to wanting a bigger space/rent costs and was lucky enough to tour with Davis. He was extremely friendly and had an upbeat attitude while answering my many many questions. I applied the next day and he checked in with me throughout the application screening to make sure I was kept up to date on the status.Officially signed today to move-in in April and I am so excited! Thank you Davis for all your help! -

Davis is AMAZING!!!! He is definitely a gem and made me so much more excited to apply to this complex! The location is awesome. Right across the street from a shopping mall, Bucees, and HEB. The inside of the apartments are pretty awesome with great amenities! And the front office staff is amazing and very accommodating. They’re a wonderful team. -

My boyfriend and I scheduled a tour with Ashley. She is AMAZING! we are new to the area and pleased to say these apartments were our first tour and we left impressed. We loved every inch of these apartments. she is so amazing and answered each question we had. We have decided these are the apartments we want to call home and cant wait to be in touch soon with the staff again. -

My wife and I are loving our new apartment. It’s definitely a step up from our previous apartment. Plenty of amenities to enjoy especially the beautiful pool/grill area. The staff is pleasantly welcoming and professional. Quick to resolve any issues or questions you may have. Thank you for making our apartment feel like home. -

My daughter scheduled a tour with Davis and he was nothing but, professional, everyone knows him on site, he even knew the pets names that were outside enjoying the weather. He went above and beyond to welcome us and showcase the complex. If you’re looking for a new place to stay contact Davis or his partner who helped us on our second visit while Davis was out with a customer. Awesome location and apartments. Thank you both. -

So I moved in to my new apartment about a week ago and I couldn’t be more excited. This complex is stunning, tile backsplash in kitchen, the stainless steel appliances, comes with washer and dryer. The closets and bathroom are my favorite, huge. These are by far the nicest apartments I’ve ever lived in. Pet friendly with 2 dog parks and the pool is amazing- like you’re at a resort!! Let me also add that the location is on point, absolutely EVERYTHING you need is right there. I love love love my new home! Staff are amazing and so welcoming! Thanks 10/10 -

Davis is THE GOAT. The place is such a vibe but the staff are even better. When I tell you that you can feel the relaxed, welcoming environment from the staff, the residents, etc. I’m not kidding. We toured like 4-5 apartments today and this was by far the best vibe and best price for what you’re getting. We’ll be back and recommending this place to anyone wanting to live in New Braunfels. Way to go team on the marketing, it stood out among all the new builds and Davis deserves a fat raise and a 6 pack😎🤙 -

If you’re looking for a wonderful apartment that feels VERY homey, close to several great places to eat & RIGHT ACROSS FROM HEB! what does Alexan Gruene not have!?! with a pool to relax in during summer & walking distance of lots of really cool places! make sure you ask for Davis as a leasing agent, he gave us a tour & took very good care of us! :) we even left there with a snack! -

Cannot recommend Davis enough. I showed up last minute on a SATURDAY, and he made time to give me a tour of the property. Davis even helped measure different placements for furnite. Ive never met such a kind and attentive leasing consultant. Also shout out to Lexi for being so patient with me during the application process. -

Super convenient location located right across from HEB, and within walking distance to Torchys Tacos and Dunkn Donuts. I really like that there is no carpet in the units, one of the things that sold me. Office staff is also very friendly and helpful. -
