Well, where do I start?? First and foremost, the property is gorgeous but Christian (leasing agent) was phenomenal. I spent 2 1/2 hours walking and looking at several units and he was so patient. Not to mention, it was so cold and windy but we worked through and I enjoyed every minute of it. He is really adamant about his job and helping others and THAT makes him stand out in my book! 👌🏽

I saw this apartment today with Christian who was by far one of the nicest leasing agents that Ive encountered thus far. She was knowledgeable, incredibly professional, sweet and has such a fun and calming personality. I am super anxious about hunting for a new place but her positive energy made me feel at ease. I’ve been living at Alexan for a little while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The living space is modern, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room to settle in and make it feel like home. The amenities are also top-notch, from the fitness center to the pool and lounge areas, which add a lot of convenience and fun to everyday life. The staff here is incredibly kind and always willing to help with any questions or issues that come up, making the environment even more welcoming.The 6 weeks free and the $1000 bonus when signing the lease were definitely a great incentive to move in and made the transition much smoother. That being said, one downside is the sheer number of rules they enforce here. While I understand the need for guidelines, at times it can feel a bit excessive. Another issue has been the pests. Since it’s a new property, there are a lot of insects, which can be frustrating.However, there are definitely perks that make up for the downsides. The friendly neighbors and the adorable bunnies that hop around the property create a warm, community vibe that’s rare to find. Living here feels like a hidden gem in the suburbs, and despite a few challenges, I’m happy to call this place home.ChatGPT can make mistakes. Check important info.

We toured this place and it is absolutely beautiful. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The amenities are amazing. You can tell the owner and builders really put a lot of effort into the quality of the property, from the gym to the pools (yes i said pools as they have two on this property) and the apartment units. This is definitely a “resort style living” complex. Please see the property manager Rachel Corgey she is amazing.

I received an email with all the necessary pre-move information weeks in advance, which made everything much easier to plan.Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly, and I really appreciate how helpful and kind Haley, the leasing agent, was throughout the entire process. She made sure everything went smoothly and was always available to assist.Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a thoughtful welcome gift, and my apartment was spotless and move-in ready. It’s clear that the staff here truly care about making residents feel comfortable from day one.Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend Alexan Cypress Creek to anyone looking for a stress-free and welcoming living experience!
