    Gorgeous property with top of the line amenities like a salt water pool, high-end gym equipment and 24 hour resident center. Apartment finishes are top quality with thoughtful layouts that maximize the space, and some even come with attached garages beneath the apartment. The unit i chose overlooks a nature preserve with unobstructed views which is priceless. The leasing office is stunning and the staff were inviting and incredibly helpful. If you are looking for an apartment in North Dallas, I highly recommend doing yourself a service and checking out Alaqua at Frisco

    Our friend lives here and that’s how I know this place. The apartments are clean and good with a great view. I appreciate the leasing office employee Gabby for holding and handing over our missed luggage delivered wrongly by FedEx.

    I’ve been here for a 1.5 years. I moved here bc Frisco has really great schools and the area is nice and safe. I viewed this place about 9 months prior to moving in. I chose this place because the complex was smaller in comparison to other places with tons of apartment buildings which for me means prompt service if needed. And I loved the room spaces and master bathroom size. It is quiet here, the staff are very nice and responsive to concerns and maintenance needs. The staff here are super engaging with the residents, they have events for the residents with games/food and pet of the month rewards as well so I think that is super nice. I would definitely love it if there were more amenities to make the place feel more family and community oriented. There are no family friendly entertainment amenities outside of the pool and fire pit. A ball court or volleyball area would be nice. A pool table in the clubhouse would also be nice. And 24 hr clubhouse access would be nice. But Overall, I love it here and I’m happy with my choice. Holly is great by the way !!!

    Alaqua offers a welcoming environment for families and children’s . Residents can enjoy outdoor activities,sports and fitness. Near by there are Excellent schools and education. It’s is a mixed community mostly Indians.

    Nothing but great things since I moved in, from the staff to the community its a great place to live. The Apartments are well structured so I hardly ever heard my surrounding neighbors, and apartment maintenance team is topnotch and quick at addressing any issues. Great Job Alaqua!

    Recently moved in this past week and so far me and my family are loving it!! We were sold when we saw the complex but more importantly- when we noticed the responsiveness and professionalism of the team in the office. We worked with Taylor and she was very accommodating to our needs as far as move in date and a few other fixes needed in order to be approved for the apartment. She has been so helpful & has really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience here! The maintenance has also been so amazing. The elevator had an issue early one morning & by mid-evening it was fixed! We love it here!! The area is also a plus- near all the stores & restaurants but still private and quiet in the complex and surrounding neighborhoods. If you want a caring team in the office and an apartment that is spacious and well kept- this is the place for you!!

    I had a wonderful experience at this community. The property is beautifully maintained with modern amenities. My tour guide, Kristin, who happened to be the community manager, was very welcoming, making the experience enjoyable. Highly recommended!

    This place is beautiful and the Manager Kristin is such a sweetheart!!! We recently are in need of a two bedroom apartment. Upon arriving Kristin immediately made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to answer all our questions, giving us a tour of our potential apartment and the complex is very well maintained. We have been very pleased so far and look forward to calling Alaqua at Frisco our new home.

    My 2 year residency at Alaqua has been amazing!!!!! The complex really has a community feel to it, everyone that Ive come across is positive and friendly. I absolutely have no complaint at all. Like all units that I ever lived in there have been some break fix issues, but the techs here always fixed things in a timely manner. A few times I submitted a request and the issue was addressed the same day. Kudos to those guys they really care about getting things done. Holly is always a joy to speak with, shes a professional and does her job very well. While living here Ive had some unforeseen circumstances happen in which Kristin and especially Jhoana always was understandingand made sure I was taken care of. The entire team professionalism has been unmatched and I will truly miss living here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The management team at Alaqua are all superstars!! They are the friendliest staff of any complex weve lived in and professional in every way specializing in customer service. Every time we have any issues we know we can call or walk over to the clubhouse and converse with Kristy, Joane, and Holly. They are very personable and quick to help us out with any requests weve had. Its unfortunate that this stay for us is only lasting 6 months since we will be moving into a new house soon. The maintenance team provides excellent service as well. Everytime weve made a request they arrive the same day or early the next day to solve our problems. They are very friendly and wave to us every time we run into them. Kristy went out of her way for us when we first moved in when we had to find an apartment quick. There were 3 units being repaired from the freeze we had earlier in the year. Kristy was wonderful in every way, expediting service to get us in as early as possible. We love it here and will miss being around everyone weve met on the Alaqua team. A five star rating doesnt even do this team justice, they are simply the best!!!!!

    We moved in recently here. So far we are enjoying it. We worked with Holly from the beginning of application process. She is very professional, helpful throughout the process. She patiently listens to all our questions and provides prompt response. It made us very comfortable in choosing right apartment without physically seeing it. This community is pretty new, very quiet and beautiful. Our apartment is looked exactly as it was shown in videos. Thanks Holly and team!!!

    We love living here. This is a brand new community and we love being the first living in our apartment. Maintenance is very quick to respond and Hailey has been amazing in helping us with the application, move-in and everything in between. Reading the low rated reviews, I can only imagine that being a new community there may be some adjustments and start-up obstacles that every new business is facing, but its nothing dramatic. We feel safe here, the community is great, kids play at the pool and residents do BBQ all the time. The apartments are beautiful just like on the pictures. Could need more shelving in closet and laundry room but hey...Its wonderful here! Our view is the best, love being on the third floor and seeing the most thrilling sunset from our balcony!

    We recently located to this property from another city! Shanelle was the BEST! The leasing process was super easy and fast!!!! We didn’t get to view the apt prior to move in but briefly saw a model apt. Let’s just say that we are IN LOVE with our new home! It is so open!!!! The community is wonderful with the complex being quiet, the amenities are awesome, and the location is above all! We love it here!

    I have lived here for 6 months and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. First and foremost, Jhoana is amazing as she helped me navigate all via phone with such grace & care, that I leased without seeing the property in person. She sold me on the mere fact that she took the time to assess my needs, concerns and what was important to me. I have never leased without seeing the property first until Jhoana. Kristi has also been so wonderful to work with as well as the leasing and maintenance staff. Having formerly worked in this industry and know it is not always easy to please everyone especially when dealing with their homes & expectations. This team all around has been superior. I truly am pleased I chose to make this my new home.

    It has been a wonderful experience so far at Alaqua at Frisco apartments. We moved here during the peak of pandemic and leasing manager Ms. Shanelle was exceptional in supporting us right throughout the process till our move.She kept actively communicating to ensure that we could get right into our apartment (without having to stay in a hotel) as we were moving into Texas from a different state and travelled on road. Made the move look so seamless.Greatly appreciated.

    We just moved in this weekend, and we absolutely love our new apartment! The views are amazing as well as the staff too!! I highly recommend this apartment complex. The layouts are super spacious, and they are super clean and beautiful. They made our move in stress free and easy.

    2023 Update: Manager Kristin Hostick embodies every good reason I chose to move to an apartment after 45 years of homeownership - to simplify my life. Managing a property with all its necessary maintenance is not for the faint-hearted, but she and her stellar team, including David and Steven, care for this apartment complex as if it were their own. Especially when there are significant needs such as A/C replacement do you really see the professional care that they faithfully and cheerfully provide.     Family friendly place! Top floor apartment with balcony facing the woods has an awesome view. Ms. Shanelle from the leasing office made our leasing transactions smooth and she is quick to respond and sort things out if there are any issues. It has been a pleasant stay so far.

    We LOVE everything about this place!!! Shanelle was the BEST!! She helped us through the process and got us moved in quickly as possible due to our sudden move. The apartments are beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. I love cooking and the kitchen with designer backsplash, quartz countertops, an island, stainless steel fridge with water and ice dispense are not what you find in other apartments. It makes your home feel so luxury!!! The patio doors open to the outside which is awesome so you can take in the scenery and breeze while sitting on the patio or while sitting on your couch. The grounds are well lit at night. The gym is very nice with lots of different equipment. This place has too many great amenities to name. If you are looking for a new home you would definitely want to check them out!

    Jhoana Jackson made all of this easy for me. She was so communicative and made sure to accommodate around her schedule to help me look around. It’s such a busy time of year to get apartments so I wasn’t able to see the model of the home to rent them but I took the gamble and rented out the place without seeing it yet and she told me when one of the apartment room was open she would let me see the model of if. Super friendly! Even after already signing it. Thanks so much! I love my place so much.

    I struck gold finding Alaqua! I had been living in an apartment with no heat for over 6 months while the front office barely did anything. I finally frantically broke my lease, and Alaqua found me a unit and got all of my leasing information done in one day. I moved a week later, right after that insane Winter storm we had. The apartment has been PERFECT ever since. Maintenance comes almost immediately (if you even need them, I’ve only called once), the complex is extremely clean, and theres so many perks to living here. The office always answers the phone immediately, Chanel is very helpful and always welcoming. I am so happy to have found this place, I will be living here for awhile! Brand new, clean, elevators, dog park, nice pool and gym, theres a walking trail right behind the complex....I mean truly it cant get better!

    I was looking for an apartment in Frisco, and drove past the sign for Alaqua. Decided to go in on a whim, and I am so happy that I did! Best all around apartment complex I had seen in the area. Signed the next day. Holly Randolph, the leasing agent I met when I toured, helped me with every question I had at every step of the way. Highly recommend!

    We just moved in and the people in the leasing office are so nice and very courteous. Jhoana The assistant manager helped us through the entire process and never left our side extremely thoughtful and charismatic! We definitely love our floorplan and especially our garage. Very nice place to live with our little family.

    I moved in January of 2021 and had a great experience with Shanelle. Every question I had she was able to answer it quickly. I was even able to do a walk through the week prior and see my actual apartment. On moving day, I was given my keys the day prior which was helpful to get internet set up before the movers came. I also could move over those items that I wanted to move that were breakable. Thanks so much and so far so good living at Alaqua at FRISCO.

    I was just about to lease somewhere else in the area but due to a very bad experience when I walked in I decided to spend my money elsewhere. I had to relocate to the DFW area for work and I spoke to Shanelle and she took very good care of me and my wife! I love my apartment and they were able to get me in at such short notice.I am glad I made that call! All of the ladies helped me in the front office truly thank them all!

    I am so glad I had opportunity to meet Jhoana. From day one she had the answers to every unanswered question. She made the transition from downsizing to an apartment from a house so comfortable.
