This complex has gone way up on their standards from when I first moved two years ago. I just want you guys to recognize Valerie, David and Michelle for their awesome work. Quiet & clean community to live at, including for children. They try and keep the pools clean all the time so thats a BIG plus. Weve been here 6 months and dont have any major concerns yet 🤞🏽

Just moved in a week ago and so far it’s been pretty good maintenance response fast almost same day management super nice and friendly apartment looks really nice even for the outdated unit with the move in special of 399 they took us in with a broken lease of 2 years and not so great credit I’m really grateful we found this place ❤️

I looked into almost every complex in this area and in my opinion this is the best one. The condition of the buildings is better, the interiors are better. The appliances I got look almost new. The hot water is nice and hot and the AC is cold. The neighbors are quite so far. There is ample covered parking. Most important to me is that the people working in the office are super friendly and kind. Maria was such a delight!

Sigh 😌... Ive been here since March 2020 & have had no issues at all within the years.The current staff all have been perfect and understanding as well. Communication is key.Maintenance orders are same day if possible, no waiting days/weeks. Maintenance is also great with keeping the property clean, though there are neighbors that doesnt like anything clean. Maintenance will pick up/dump their trash come morning or before office closing.They do apartment wide emails day/s ahead for anything that will be an inconvenience (water pipe bustings, boiler room issues,) so if you wake after 8am the day of & the water is off they told you to put some water in them pots, emergency jugs lol. Itll be fixed in no time.It is a gated community. Will be fixed if isnt working properly.Some days there will be events, vendors, snack/food trucks on site.

This apartment complex deserves a 5 Star, I have never rented from such an amazing property. The office personnel are very pleasant to work with. Maintenance TEAM always go above and beyond and for the most part the community is great. I really appreciate it here. Thank you Alamo TEAM.

This is 1st review ive ever done but i need to share Ive lived here a year havent had any issues. Ive lived in alot of Apts and the staff here is the Best so far, very understanding. I missed work due to surgery and death In family so had to leave town so did not get paid management has been more than kind working with me I really like living here Alamo Oaks gets 5 stars, move here they really are great!

Also Vivian is the main one who has been helping me & I really appreciate her. Im not easy to handle & she has been so patient with me. Im signing a 12 month lease...so Ill be back with another review.

Im going on 3 months living here and so far I have no idea why some leave the reviews they do. Makes me wonder if the pictures are from Alamo Oaks. Im very picky where I stay and so far...this place is great office staff very professional and helpful stay on top of things apartments are great NEED A PLACE come here its pretty safe and very quiet and residents are polite

As a resident of nearly two years, I am continually impressed by the quality and professionalism of the entire staff. The leasing and property management team is consistently responsive, professional and helpful. The maintenance staff is excellent! I’ve heard of other experiences at other complexes where requests aren’t resolved, are resolved incorrectly or left for the resident to figure out. At Alamo, my requests are always resolved fully, accurately and in an extremely timely manner, even during Covid.Overall, this property is a great value and should be commended for their consistently high quality of service over the entire time I lived here.

I am leaving a 5 star review because my experience with the property manager, Yvette, has been superb. She has accommodated all my requests to move into a unit more appropriate for my daughter and I. There were a few hiccups when I first moved into this complex, but Yvette managed all requests in an expedient and professional manner. She is very on top of her apartment complex and I am so, so happy with where I live now. The leasing agents and maintenance crew are always so welcoming and know me on a first name basis. I’m really happy with their customer service and new management company!

We were hesitant at renting here at first, because no one knew nothing about our applications for an apartment we had applied for. We kept speaking to different people which made everything confusing to us. But after a week or so I received a call from a nice gentlemen from the office and is now my point of contact now. He is very professional and knows what he is doing, and hopefully soon we might move in. Thank you Luis, for going over the whole process with us.

The Previous Management Didnt Care, And You Can Tell. But! Any And All Issues That I Have Brought To Their Attention Have Been Fixed Immediately! There Is Care, Concern And That’s Hard To Find In SanAntonio. I Look Forward To A Long Rental Relationship!!
