Loved living here. Friendly staff, always ready to help. Clean apartments. Never saw so much as a fly. Quiet neighborhood. Dog and cat friendly.Never had a bad neighbor. Maintenance staff was quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

I have been living in this apartment for about 3 months and so far my experience has been so good, the management has responded to repair requests fairly quickly, the place is quite quiet, Costco and the restaurant area are just a few minutes away, the Crunch Fitness gym is right across the street; in addition, Astrid has always been willing to answer my questions or requests throughout my application process, she has always been very kind.

For my first apartment. The Aiden is the perfect place to live. It’s definitely quiet and HELLO! I live near all these restaurants and the crunch gym is just right across from the Aiden. So yes I definitely recommend living here. Management is super friendly as well.

Lived here for 15 months, only thing ill complain about is the parking, Theres just so many cars with so little parking spots. I had no issues with anything else. When I needed something fixed it was fixed within a day or 2. I would say there were about 3 cars broken into while I lived there and 1 stolen car. We could hear gun shots but not anyone from the apartment complex.

Im looking to move at the end of the summer so they didnt have availability for me yet, but I will absolutely be moving in to these apartments. Everything I saw was amazing and the staff was the sweetest! The property manager Sarah was so helpful and even helped answer questions along with the leasing girl. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cute place to live in Kyle!

I have lived here for 3 and a half years. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and complex. The front office has always helped me in my time during covid and then some. When I was laid off and I was two weeks behind on payment they worked with me every month for 2 years to make sure I was not left out in the cold or extreme heat. It is so close to everything that you can want and the apartments are AMAZING!!!!!! Special thanks to the front office guys and gals again. They really are amazing. The pool and amenities are awesome, and apartments are reasonably priced.

I meant to give the front office a gift basket or something before we moved but we had to move on kind of a quick notice… I’ve lived in a lot of apartments but this complex is easily the BEST and for a fair price!- The place is always clean.- Front office ladies are always so sweet and are never rude (a lot of places are petty)- Maintenance is always on top of their stuff 100%- Everyone keeps to themselves and it’s a quiet complexOnly two things I’d say is not that great and it’s just me being picky- Pool is sometimes dirty but still a very nice pool- Someone said they got their car broken into (I never saw anyone suspicious)

Ive been living here for a year. It’s honestly the best apartment living experience I’ve had. It’s pretty. The amenities (gym, pool) are nice. The management is friendly. The community is friendly. It’s SUPER pet friendly. The prices aren’t outrageous. I would absolutely recommend this complex. My onlyyyy complaint is that there is a parking shortage and I’ve seen some bugs here and there. But honestly it’s not bad compared to most other Apts I’ve lived in. Trash pickup. Recycling. Good communication. Pretty apartments. Quiet community. It’s overall been lovely.

A beautiful, well maintained, dog friendly apartment complex with easy access to I-35. But where they really shine is tenant relations. If a problem does arise, the staff is courteous, very professional, and will address the issue immediately. Combine that with very reasonable rental rates and youve got a fantastic place to live. Two thumbs way up!

I just moved in and I had doubts about this complex because 1- I didnt get to see it in person, since they didnt have a unit available, and 2- these reviews make it seem worse than it is. Everything has been great so far. Everything is well-maintained outside and the grass isnt dying like in most parts of Texas right now. In fact, the reason I signed here is because the staff was way more attentive and responsive than the staff at the complex next door.

Just moved in a month ago! Move in process was smooth. Leading up to move in day all the staff was very helpful. Even when switching appointment # last minute! They definitely go out of their way to help the residents! Andrea and staff have been great answering questions and resolving any issues that come up. Highly recommend the Aiden Apartments

Greatest atmosphere I would also like to add they are some what short handed because of COVID very few people came back to work. Evan so,. Management is doing a AWESOME JOB. The land it sits on is very manicured. The pool is clean. I cant hear my neighbors. What more can we ask for.
