Michelle and Johnathan are absolutely amazing and very welcoming. They do their jobs fantastic and never feel guilty about asking questions or needing stuff done. Acacia maintenance men (sorry I don’t know all their names) get the job done once that work order is in. They also educate me on my home as well for me to enjoy living in it. I’ve lived in 3 apartment complexes in my life time. And this is honest the first time I feel heard, secure, and valued at an apartment complex. Thank you again to Michelle, Johnathan, and the maintenance men I’ve met and have worked in my apartment unit. Especially with your guys patience with me. You guys make this apartment complex amazing!!

So far, our experience has been nothing but wonderful, especially with Michelle and the rest of the staff.99% of my living experience here has been convenient in most aspects! Nearby shopping centers, easy payment method, not too close to the busy activity but not too far to not be able to get to places.

The apartments are old and dated. However, the management company works very hard to keep the property clean and attractive. They are responsive to any maintenance calls and are very professional and pleasant to deal with. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. If they updated the apartments they would get a 5 star rating. We had an excellent experience living here.

I am so pleased with the timely response (less than 24 hours) and excellent customer service I received with 3 recent maintenance request. The maintenance man was professional, kind and completed the 3 request very fast. He even cleaned up after himself. I have lived at Acacia Park apartments since July 2019. The apartments are very nice, the area is quite and so far all my neighbors have been friendly. I am going to be sad to leave when I buy a house!

Our maintenance crew has always provided prompt and friendly service. Our dishwasher wasnt getting the dishes very clean. They came and installed a brand new one AND were careful to not let our cats get out. We love it here...

We are super delighted with so many things about our apartment like how roomy it is, the resort style pool and the quiet and safe community. There is ample parking and the property is well maintained. The best part, however, has been the staff. They were so kind and helpful from the beginning of the process. They moved so quickly to help us get into the apartment since they knew we were in a desperate situation to find a place to call home for several months as our house gets rebuilt due to a fire. We are so happy!

First month in this apartment complex and couldnt be happier! The management staff is awesome and extremely responsive. The property manager was extremely flexible with us when our credit check brought up something we completely forgotten about and allowed us sufficient time to take care of it! Well kept community, quiet, and a great place to call home!

Its been a great apartment complex to live at so far. The area is great, the staff is very prompt and professional. The maintenance workers do a great job and fix things quickly and thoroughly. Our apartment is really roomy. Overall we like living here.There are only two things I would knock the complex for. The first is that our neighbors are not the best unfortunately. This obviously isnt the apartments fault and might affect the complex as a whole. In our building and the surrounding buildings however, the residents tend to be loud, selfish and inconsiderate. The second issue is that, as the prompt and professional as the staff are, I have felt that they have been rude at times. They can be defensive and have assumed the worst from us which I dont think is very fair. Though they do their jobs well, I feel they can be a bit nicer and warmer overall.

Acacia was good to my family and I. We spent almost 4 years renting here and as our family grew we moved into a house but we will always look back fondly on our time here. The kids loved the pool, I loved the views and all in all it was a warm and joyful home for us. Albert the office manager was especially accommodating and always helped us with what we needed. Would definitely recommend renting here!

Stayed here for 1 year July 2019 to July 2020 in a 2 bedroom apartments. Updated appliances, fast maintenance, very affordable apartments. Front office staff were changed out after I moved in with great improvements. Beware of costs when moving out, will definitely try to charge even if clean.

Ive been living here for over a year and I have nothing but good things to say, proud to call this place home... Maintenance requests are addressed immediately and staff is always happy to help. I love the views, my neighbors are awesomely nice and quiet. Love the pool and playground, always clean! Will stay here for a while. Highly recommended :)

I am scheduled to move in this week on Thursday, sadly the office contacted me that the apartment is in need of new carpet and the availability date will not be until the following Monday due to the carpet company not having any time this week to complete the job. I reached out and talked to Irene and informed her that I already had the moving scheduled with movers and that I work all next week and next weekend (Easter Weekend) and that would delay my move-in beyond 2 weeks. This would be hard for me to do because I am also selling my house and there are time frames that would be interrupted due to this unforeseen issues. Within an hour Irene called me back, she discussed with her management and was able to get a different carpet company to install the carpet tomorrow and we are on for Thursday still. Irene you are amazing! I have not even moved in yet and already I am beyond amazed at how caring the staff is. Thank you Irene! You saved me so much stress. I cant wait to move in to these wonderful apartments!!!!!!

Once I entered my maintenance request in Rent Cafe the technician showed up to fix the problems within a day. He diagnosed the situation and advised me that a new part was needed. Okay! Once he left, I never received any feed re: when the new part would be installed. Hmmm, I sent an e-mail to the office and was advised by Irene, that the part would be arriving the next day. She was correct and a maintenance tech showed up that afternoon, installed the part and cleaned the mess under my sink that was created during the install process. My only concern was the communication re: part delay but all in all, a very good experience! Many thanks!!!!

The entire staff is great. My slight issue with the apartment is the carpet, porch light fixture sitting in the hallway, and no light fixtures in the bedrooms. Other than that the complex is quiet, clean & in an awesome location.

I have lived at Acacia Park for two years and am very happy with all I have encountered here. The grounds are well maintained, clean, and very pretty. Even the trash areas are clean and maintained. I have a Cocker Spaniel and there is a nice dog park and a lot of grassy spots throughout the complex to walk him as well as sidewalks everywhere. In the two years I have been here they have upgraded the dog park, the pool area, everyones kitchen and bathroom flooring and are going through building by building upgrading appliances - I will be getting all new appliances soon. My biggest compliment is for the maintenance dept - they have a very organized system - they respond very quickly - they have an emergency maintenance system for off hours and I have had to use them twice once for a water leak the other my ac was pushing out warm air - both times he answered the call right away showed up with supplies for the problem described by me on the phone in under 30 minutes and fixed the problem! Maintenance are quick to respond, show up prepared and friendly and are very knowledgable and they clean up after themselves!I looked at many apts while moving here from CT and am very happy with my decision to move here.

Very satisfied! The apartments are clean and nice and staff is very friendly. I had moved into a handicap apartment and I wasn’t aware yet but the manager had provided me with some storage to combat the misunderstanding- super thoughtful and I am very appreciative !!! Great gym, pool area and definitely recommended.

We have resided at the Acacia Park Apartments for going on three years now while I attend UTEP and we couldnt be happier with our choice.The staff is wonderful and always cordial, maintenance requests are always completed quickly and to satisfaction, and best of all the entire staff (including management and the maintenance crew) is extremely pet friendly.The amenities, particularly the remodeled pool area and the dog park, are a great addition to the property as well.

I have lived at Acacia Park Since 2015, I have found the staff to be cheerful and accommodating to my needs, no problem seem to too small for them to attend to. I would like to mention two special employee that are a treasure to Acacia Park, Irene Diaz, and maintenance Horlando Martinez, and of course Albert, they always greet me with a smile and a pleasant word, their are many other but I am sorry I do not remember their names, the maintenance staff is excellent and the apartment complex is always clean. I did not receive any information if tech arrived and did anything, and the bathroom GFCI tripped sometime overnight. I found bathroom lights in operable and felt for outlet faceplate realizing GFCI tripped. This happened sometime between 9:45 pm on 19aug and 0430 on 20aug. This GFCI is tripping without anything plugged into bath nor kitchen outlets which both supposedly tied to each other. Saw the tech, horlando riding through parking lot of my building this morning 20Aug and questioned him, as bath GFCI wont stay reset now, automatically trips off after pushing reset and anywhere from 5-10 minutes after resetting. Arent we looking at the need for a licensed electrician to get this checked out and resolved as something seriously wrong here and I have had this problem several times over the years I have lived here.

I lived in that place for 3 years and I loved the service and atmosphere of the community, incredible neighbors who became like family, we rarely needed help with maintenance but when we needed their response it was immediate and with highly trained personnel who fixed it. the matter in a matter of minutes or at most a couple of hours on the same day he asked for help.
