I could not recommend an apartment complex more. I’ve lived in 3 other apartments before this one, and this was the only one that felt like home. Monique is an amazing woman, and she has done nothing but make you feel seen, understood, and welcomed. Like all apartments, it has its share of issues, but nothing that can’t be overcome. I love it here.

If you’re looking for peace of mind and a safe place to live, Acacia Park is the optimal choice. I initially moved there due to the safety concerns I had in the previous “luxury & gated community” but nothing beats having a responsive & attentive team. As a single female, safety and quick responsiveness to my apartment needs is essential. Unfortunately, I had to relocate & I was saddened to leave. The apartment complex has working families and friendly helpful neighbors. You won’t encounter weird and surprised approaches at night as you’re getting off your vehicle. Safety & friendliness is incomparable. Thank you!

Skyler has been an incredible apartment manager and has made living at Acacia a great experience for my wife and I. The neighbors have always been kind the apartments are spacious and in a great area for the University and surrounding jobs. The really bright point, however, has always been the management since they are always incredibly kind, considerate, and understanding. I would seriously recommend this apartment complex to any new renters and younger couples because of how great they have been to us.

A year and half and this has been the best place I could’ve picked in all of Odessa. The staff is amazing and transitioning to a bigger unit has been a breeze. Skyler and his team accommodated me with my move above and beyond. I love the staff and I love that they know my dogs name and she always gets so excited to see them! I recommend this place to anyone. Maintenance requests are always filled quickly. The whole place is quiet and I love that!!!

If I can give 10 stars - I would! I received a Nintendo Switch for Christmas gift from the management!!!! I have never received any gift from other apartment office before! The management office does care for tenant life. My toilet was fixed the next day after I submitted the ticket online. It is very smooth and convenient. Highly recommend!

Of all the apartment complexes I have moved to, Acacia Park is by far the best. The community is peaceful, neighbors are overall humble, and I appreciate everything that management has done. Both Monique and Skylar really do care about the well being of the tenants. Regardless of whatever the issue is, big or small, they waste no time responding to the problem to get it fixed. And they treat you as if they’ve known you for a long time. This shows just how much they care for our comfort and safety here. I just finished one year living here, and I’m gladly renewing my contract for another one. Thank you for all that you do Acacia Park!

I cannot say enough how much I enjoy living at this complex. The office staff has been amazing and accommodating, so much so my 6 year old son loves going in and saying hello. I love that they throw events for residents such as the hot dog and nacho bar they did Friday the 23rd. It’s a great deal and very convenient for a tired mom at the end of the week.

Been here since the beginning of 2022 and its definitely one of the best complexes around! They do events constantly for their residents while Monique and Skylar are very understanding and work with you if you fall on hard times!!! And definitely lets not forget how amazing and fast the maintenance man is when you put in a maintenance request!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Nice apartment complex, staff is friendly and very helpful. The lawn areas could use some tlc, there were lots of goat heads. Apartments are spacious and comfortable and the appliances all worked great.

I love living at Acacia Park! James is really nice and made my move in experience as smooth as possible. When it came to signing my contract he was patient with me and explained everything in great detail. The maintenance here is also great with the apartments having little to no problems. The maintenance man Fred is one of the nicest people you will meet. He is fast at getting your work orders done, that by the time you get home it looks like nothing happened. It is also in a great location that allows me to get to college easily. As well as having a variety of restaurants nearby for late night study sessions.

With so many bad things going around now a days. It is nice to know that there are still good people. Well I am recently losing my job at the end of the month. I also suffer from anxiety. If I could give 10 stars I would. I’ve lived here for nearly six months and Acacia Park is hands down the best place I’ve ever lived. My dishwasher was once on the fritz on a holiday weekend but maintenance came by in less than a day and fixed it. Great place to live I highly recommend it to everyone.
