Unfortunately I didnt get to move to Waco as expected, so I never got to officially move into the apartments, so my review is just for the front office staff. Emily and Brisa were both so incredibly helpful, patient, and kind while I was going through the application process. They spoke with me regarding concerns I had and did everything they could to help facilitate my move in. Im actually a little sad I didnt get to become a resident in the end due to life changes, but I would 100% say that these women really do care about their tenants (even just possible ones). Huge thank you to both of them!

Abbey Glenn Apartments in Waco offers great value with plenty of amenities including basketball and volleyball courts, multiple dog parks, and a swimming pool. I really enjoyed my time here, and the management was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Living here for two years was a great experience! The staff are very friendly and willing to help you out. There were a couple of minor issues with my unit when I first moved in, but they were resolved immediately by the office and maintenance staff. The closet size in the master bedroom was definitely my favorite feature inside the apartment. When its hot out, there are always people out playing volleyball and in the pool, which allows you to meet lots of great people from all three schools in town. Overall, it was a great first apartment and I was glad to have lived here for my sophomore and junior years.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful in helping the residents. Its also within walking distance of Baylor, so I didnt have to pay their ridiculous parking fees. Abbey Glenn has a lot of green space which is kinda rare for apartments around here, and theres plenty of space for my dog to run around in the dog park. Overall its a pretty good place to live.

My gf and I love living here, weve been here a year and there have been many renovations to the property. The staff is always very helpful when we need something. We enjoy the dog parks on the complex and the gym. We have had wonderful neighbors and have met many different people here. Very conveniently located.

I absolutely love living here! A nice mix of young professionals and students. Staff and maintenance work hard to keep everyone happy- as soon as I submit a request its taken care of. This is the first apartment complex Ive lived at in Waco that doesnt have ants or roaches. Top notch accommodation with excellent price per room including all bills except electric.

I have lived at Abbey Glenn for about three years now! The office staff is so nice and welcoming and extremely helpful! The maintenance staff takes care of any problems very fast and do a great job at it. I love the location and security of these apartments and i enjoy the amenities. The pool, basketball courts, sand volleyball, tennis courts, workout room and hammocks are really nice to have right out side whenever we have company or just want to go outside and have fun and relax! I am so excited to see what the new mangament is going to be bringing because this place is already so great and im sure they will make it even more great! I definitely recommend Abbey Glenn as a place to live!

Ive Had No Problems with the staff and very little problems with my roomates, apartment and appliances. Abbeyglenn looks forward to fixing a problem if there isbone and I like that about them. Ive been going to mcc and taking online courses and working my ass off and the manager understands that and understands what some people are going through, they have great customer service, technicians, plumbers and they have a wonderful place to walk your dog or even hang with friends at the pool or at the gazebo and grill. There is also a work out facility 24 hours which has helped my significantly working late hours and college all the time. Its always clean in there and the office that the staff works in is organized. They know what theyre doing. Rent is affordable even if you just work at subway and the units are great to live. Theyre not trash but neither is it A++++ Luxury but it is really nice, they supply you with furniture and appliances and theyre all really nice. They also upgrade their appliances, making the place awesome to live in at its price. I love living here and I dont plan on leaving for another few years.

I have been with the apartment complex for almost two years and love how quiet it is. Between the basketball court, volleyball sand patch, and pool I keep my children busy. The staff is always helpful and now has new maintenance who get right to the work orders. Great place to live!!!!

I absolutely love the location! Abbey Glenn is conveniently located by restaurants and Baylor is right across the street! My dog loves going to the dog park! The community is great, and it is pretty relaxing. There is a 24 hour gym!! The people are friendly and the staff is eager to help! I definitely recommend Abbey Glenn to anyone, not just students!!

Abbey Glenn Apartments, is an amazing place to live. The maintenance staff is great Martin and Alex always tend to my requests in a timely manner. Emily has been absolutely great in the 4 years that i’ve known her.

Very suitable housing for students. I have never had any issues with noise or disturbances. The pool is great, and the staff has always been helpful! Decent spacious bedrooms for the low, all inclusive price.

Everyone The Abbey Glenn apartments are very helpful patient and considerate. They are very educated in their field. We had to call several times a day in order to get everything done but they were just so very nice every single time. Thank you Abby Glenn apartments.

Abbey Glenn has been a lovely place to call home for a final year in Waco. Friendly neighbors, ample space for my dog, and a helpful staff. Location is key: right within casual walking distance to Baylor, as well as (rather unfortunate for my New Years resolution) right next to any food source I could be craving. It has been a great place to lay my head down.

I love it here at Abby Glenn. It is affordable and very clean with the upgraded that happening. The staff is very friendly, and supportive. the pool, basketball court, volleyball court is just out and I love how they host different events every month.

Feel safe to live at the Abbey Glenn. Management is very attentive and helpful. Water is less bi-polar than when first began living there, at the moment boilers are still being worked on.

So far everything is going well staff is very friendly maintenance is pretty quick on getting things done very quiet and chill apartments they do turn off the water for maintenance like once a month but other than that theyre honestly really good for the money
