I’ve been living at this community for 3 years. I’m here, currently working at a refinery near by. I must say I’m totally impressed with the new staff that has come in. Jessica was never there or had her door closed. Then her assistant (Rachel) was always very rude and made excuses for everything the maintenance crew did wrong. Her and Tim were always “busy” entertaining one another. This place is looking better by the day. No more trash on the grounds, no more loud parties after hours at the pool or fire pit. They played favorites with residents and was very unprofessional. The new staff always answers the phone and follows up if there is ever a problem. Myself and other tenants in my building and my co workers have discussed the positive changes. The two new managers are very kind and always greet us and make small conversations just to make us feel welcomed. I’m sorry for not remembering these young ladies names. Another positive thing other than the great customer service is how they text and email us about everything. For example on a Saturday, the city was doing a repair and was causing the water to be off the assistant kept us informed on a Saturday. Never did we have that courtesy on a Saturday. So if anyone is looking for an apartment in Port Arthur. I highly recommend this complex.

Im new to Port Arthur and 9th Ave Station was recommended to me by several people at work who either live here now or have in the past. I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday and talked to Kim, the manager. She was awesome! There were A LOT of people coming in to look at apartments that day and Kim was by herself working the office. Even though she was SUPER busy, she took time with to show me an apartment and explain how the application process works. My first impression of the complex was very positive. Its a nice place, well maintained with lots of amenities.The online application and leasing process was intuitive and when I had questions, Kim and her assistant manager Kathryn were right there to help. I havent rented an apartment in over 20 years and these guys really made the application and leasing process easy.I needed help with scheduling furniture delivery and Kim and Kathryn really helped me a ton! Honestly, I couldnt have done it without them. They took a huge weight off my shoulders and I am super grateful for their help.My apartment is nice. I got one of the pre-renovation floor plans but honestly its nicer than I had hoped for at this price point. Not that rent is super cheap here but I feel Im getting GREAT value for my money and Im happy with the price, the location, and the quality. No complaints.Successful businesses get that way because they pay attention to their customers. 9th Ave Station does that and more. I honestly can say that they have exceeded my expectations at every step and I am super grateful to Kim and Kathryn and the whole team for making my leasing and move-in experience so painless and enjoyable.

I’ve lived here for three years and sadly will have to move soon for a new opportunity. Since Kim, Kathryn, and Yecenia (pls forgive me if I misspelled your name) have been managing this complex, it’s been wonderful and I really am sad to be leaving. I’d been having issues with an overcharge for one of the services. Instead of just letting it happen, they went into action to get to the root of the problem and fixed the problem. Thank goodness!!!! The complex is always clean and well cared for. I was told when I moved in even if it’s just a light bulb that needs replaced, put in a maintenance request. There’s been several issues come up and maintenance was always there within a few days to get things repaired. Sooner if it was urgent. The buildings are currently getting a fresh coat of paint which looks great (including the carports and garages). The neighborhood is fairly quiet. There’s a dog park to take my dog to and she loves it. My apartment is right next to a small lake with hundreds of turtles, fish, birds, and other wildlife. Each apartment has a balcony so you can sit outside and enjoy the wildlife or morning sun.There are always problems with apartments, but 9th Avenue Station really does try to minimize them. This is far better than some other places I’ve lived. I know that whoever gets my apartment will be just as happy living there.

Ive been here for two years and love it. Its a friendly, quiet, and safe environment For my son and me. The staff has been excellent and helpful Since day one; the apartment is very friendly! The resident portal is user-friendly. Also, if youre looking for an apartment home, 9th Ave is the one!!!

These apartments are Top Tier in the Southeast Texas Area! Property Manager Jessica and her staff exhibit great professional customer service. Maintenance is also very responsive. The fitness center, pool, and other amenities are great! Also with an on site courtesy officer, the property is one of the safest in the area. Great Luxury Apartments for an Affordable Price!

This was my first time renting my own apartment and I am so glad it was at ninth avenue station. Everyone was so willing to answer all of my questions and to help me through the process of signing up for a lease and everything that comes with it. The environment is so welcoming and the apartments are very well kept. I would highly recommend!

These apartments are great, staff is very friendly and resolve problems quickly. Maintenance fixes things the same day, and quick to come see what the problem is. Love the fitness room and love how I can walk my dog around the pond. After Harvey I was displaced and looked for a place after 2 fails I ended up here and have no problems thus far.

This place was my first venture into apartment rentals. The Management here is great. They are very professional and responsive. The complex is in a good area with many good restaurants. I lived here for over a year for work. The apartments are quiet, and still very new.

My fiance got moved to port arthur for work last minute and 9th avenue station was extremely helpful in making sure we had a low-stress time finding an apartment. They were professional and patient with us. The apartment itself is updated and pretty nice! The layout is good and spacious and amenities are great. Was looking for a new apartment after Hurricane Harvey. 9th Ave Station was recommended to me by an other new tenet. Best advice I have could have gotten. Easy lease and move-in. The staff was very helpful in making this my new home. Couldnt ask for a better maintain apartment complex. They did everything they said they would do for me when leasing the apartment. Thanks again 9th Ave Station.Just a update, still a resident at 9th Avenue Station Apartments. After I have been living here for several years, I have to say this was the best decision to rent here.Very helpful and friendly staff that takes care of their residents need on a very timely manner.Couldnt ask for a better place to live.

Jessica made our transition to Texas a breeze! My husband and I looked at 5 other properties between Beaumont and Port Arthur. 9th Avenue Station was the very first apartments that we both liked but we decided to save this one for last.The others were nice and what we wanted, but neither of us felt like they were it. Upon arrival we were greeted by Jessica, the Community Manger. She asked us questions and went over pricing and lease terms. She gave us a tour of the property and of the two units we were interested in.I fell in LOVE!!! I mean I loved everything about it! I love the huge walk-in closet, the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The dining room is large enough to entertain guest and the kitchen has an open layout where you can see into the front area of the apartment. This is great as you can cook and still entertain. The full size washer and dryer is a bonus. The idea that I can exercise any time of the day is another bonus. The views of the golf course are stunning. The patio is large and the extra storage is good too.Overall Jessica was a pleasure to work with. She seems very genuine and you can tell she cares about the tenants and the property. The energy she gives off is very positive and inviting. For what you’re paying to stay here, I can definitely say it’s worth every cent. I’ve saw many other apartments before this one, but the customer service was lacking and for me customer service is key,Thanks Jessica for your help.

Has been a pleasure living in this apartment complex for years. The office staff is very attentive and helpful, maintenance is prompt and on top of issues. Clean, nice view, safe specifically post Harvey. Had to move out for personal reasons, but if we ever come back to Port Arthur, I’ll gladly be back to 9th av station. Thank you Jessica, Gina and Chelsea for being professional and caring towards your residents.

Amazing community to be in! Jessica, the office Manager and staff are always , pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Hands down the best apartments in Port Arthur. Great service, great units, and great golf course views. The property is well maintained and is currently adding an awesome looking palapa, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit. Only negative: had to move for work.

This is a great apartment complex. There are not a lot of solid choices for apartments in Port Arthur that would likely tick all your boxes... This place is safe, clean, AND has W/D in all units (big for me). Safety was a big necessity for me due to being far from home and the unsavory aspects of Port Arthurs community. Office staff is friendly and helpful.

My husband is working in the area and stopped in to check availability at 9th Ave Station. It was closing time when he pulled up and the ladies were kind enough to talk to him even though they were literally on their home. We called back the next day and signed a lease. Rachel has been an amazing help with taking care of everything we needed and all questions we have had. We chose 9th Ave because of the above and beyond attitude. Nowadays thats hard to find!

Seriously best apartments I’ve lived in. Very friendly staff, grounds are kept very well with a really nice pool and lake to walk around . Apartment was really nice and there’s no assigned parking... if not for the school district I would have moved my family in instead of moving.

Great staff ,will miss Chelsea, love our apartment and really quiet . Only bad experience is the monopoly that Direct TV has on the place no other Providers allowed which causes some bad problems with internet service as well ,other than that love the place
