Victoria was great. She made this place seem like it was closer to home since i was moving here from south louisiana on june 1st. Viewed multiple apartment complexes and she helped make me feel like I was making the right choice. So far they have been great at responding to requests and helping me settle in.

The amenities here are amazing with a staff to match! Shawn and Naomi were so patient with me and made sure that I didn’t walk out of the door until I fully understood every aspect of the process to finding great apartment for my family and myself! Treat your self you will not regret it!!!!

Gotta hand it to the new management. It has been fantastic since the change in manager. Barbi is always smiling and always helpful. She does follow up calls and emails to make sure that every problem is taken care of. I just renewed my lease for another year! Wonderful place to stay, quiet, secured at night, and the office is always ready to tackle each and every issue.

Alaways good at getting the maintenance orders done on time and making sure everything is fix as well. Keeping the property very clean and making sure they resolving my issue if needed. Kesha is a great assistant manger and as the leasing agent that’s always very polite and nice. They always treat the residents as myself good and good with helping with any questions as needed it

I have lived at 98Fifty since 2013 and its been a rough ride...until now. Im glad I stayed because the new staff knows how to manage this property...the right way. They are kind, concerned, honest and efficient. For over one year, all I heard was No...no...no... when I asked to replace my broken, 30-year-old dishwasher. Ms. Robin ordered a new dishwasher and it was installed right away and my A/C was serviced and is now cold again. Ms. Gabriela always followed up with me after each repair to be sure all went well. Thank you, 98Fifty staff, for providing excellent service and management. Thank you, CityGate, for hiring this staff.98Fifty just might be my new forever home.

Ms. Shawn and Ms. Naomi are the best! They were very hands on with my move in process. The property is beautiful and clean. They also have valet trash, covered parking, and they also have a dog park. Great maintenance staff as well. MUST GO SEE!

Great place to live in. Very clean and safeenvironment without roaches. Ms Gabriella is SUPERB. Always eager to listen to complains and fixing them. She makes one feel at home at any point in time. I wonder if the management knows shes a great PLUS to them.

Gabriela is the best!!! She really does look out for her residents. I am a new tenant now but gabby made my transition and process a breeze!! I love my new place!! The layout is great. My only con is parking is really first come first serve so just as a tip purchase a carport youll thank me later.

Great staff and great apartments. Ms. Naomi and Ms. Shawn are very helpful. They helped mee in every way possible. The property is beautiful, bedrooms are spacious, and beautiful countertops. If you are planning on moving please go see this property and you will absolutely love it.

So, Let me start by saying my experience so far has been great. I was beyond stressed out trying to find a place. i had my reservations about the neighborhood and being from NYC, my Co - Workers didnt make it any better. I walked in on a Friday, Natalie walked me around to the units and I enjoyed what I saw, However the availability wasnt ready until October. long story short I left and thought about it. I came back the following week and signed. Gabrielle was amazing, very knowledgeable and comfortable to talk with. Any issues are taken care of right away . If it was based on the staff kindness and professionalism I would stay forever. I really hope they make Gabrielle the manager and promote Natalie into her position.

So far this place has been nothing but acommadating and I havent even moved in yet! Joel the lease rep has been nothing short of great! I will have to say I did see online that they would have a studio ready online by th 25th but when filling out the app they told me it wouldnt be ready til the 1st which is a bit little inconvenient due to my lease ending on the 31st of 2019. Also online it said covered parking was an additional 10 a month per space but actually getting charge 25 per space. Coming in I was told parking kind of sucks so hopefully things have gotten better due to new management. As for the renovation, the improvements look great! Hopefully they are a great stepping stone I can utilize on my quest to owning a house after. Also for all the bad reviews due to maintenance, I am a field service tech that use to be in the navy as a nuclear power plant operator with background in property management so if I can help with maintenance in any way to help improve I would like to help!

I have been here for a little over 2 years and seen a couple different mangers but the new manager of these apartments Barbi is on a mission to turn these apartments around. You can see that she has a passion for what she is doing and is not just here for a paycheck. Ive seen her go the extra mile to assist all of her residents and to make sure they are happy. Now granted In this business everyone is not not going to be happy but I can say that when you have a manger that is involved with the property and not just behind a desk that really helps because we as residents see that she really cares and since Ive been here I have seen the most positive changes thats going to reflect on the residents and the surrounding communities. I would personally like to thank Barbi and her new staff for all of the hard work and efforts to try to turn this property around.Thank you,Mr. And Mrs.Chappel

Very nice and friendly gracious office staff.. i was attended fairly quickly.. i just moved in and i like it.. the managers ms. shawnda and ms. veronica garcia are very very helpful and friendly and do their best to handle any tenants issues.. they make you feel right at home.. offering tours, snacks and drinks.. it was a pleasure dealing with them.. everything went through smoothly.. very well kept and maintained property.. the units are all greatly upgraded.. maintenance is on point.. and takes care of issues the very same day.. i cant wait until the property make over upgrade they have planned.. cant wait to see the new gym.. love the beautiful views of all the great big beautiful properties and lake highland areas that surround it.. 635 and skillman area will look amazing as well once construction is finished.. oh and they also have valet trash service and covered parking.. and you cant beat that with a stick..

Management (Tracey) is Great! I see the effort that she is trying to the best of her ability to change Arbor Vista around for the better. Unfortunately, everywhere you go there are going to be a few that dont care to keep the property clean. Not taking pride in their community. However due to New Management Tracey Lion she is changing things for the better. Two thumbs!!!

I personally like living here. I like that its second chance renting available. Its quiet for the most part. I would hope to see more renovations of detail in my apartment home especially for the rent price I pay.but overall staff is very nice.and Robin and Keisha are the very best!!!!

I loved my apartment there only thing that got me was the cost on rent but the inside of the renovated apartments is nice.. It was a few maintenance issues but besides that I felt at home

I have been living at Arbor Vista for 9 months and couldnt be more pleased with my stay. Since day one Tracey the property Mgr has been nothing but inviting and extra courteous. Whenever I submit a maintenance request which have all been minor were serviced immediately. The Property Service Technicians are alway courteous and polite. If any tenants are unhappy or have issues with property, its usually from there own neglect or liabilities. They know the rules per the lease agreement and still fail to adhere to those policies.I met the Regional Manager one day and she also was very courteous and professional. She greeted me as soon as I walked into office with a bright smile. Tracey does the same every time not only in the office but any where on the property greeting you by your name(impressive). I recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable priced property with accommodations to think abt Arbor Vista and talk to Tracey. Dont listen to past and present tenants negative reviews because they are probably at fault. Example...all apartments have window blind rules. If the blinds are damage you must replace or pay to replace them. Some tenants have 2 or more kids in one bedrooms and let them play in and destroy the blinds. I have heard them vent,very upset when property owners required that they replace or pay to replace. They claim its the Properties responsibility. What Bull!!! If your 2 or 3 kids in a one bedroom destroys property its the TENANTS FAULT!!! Often thats the gratitude when u give second chance leasing or to consider a single struggling Mother. NO APPRECIATION!!! Come and experience it yourself. Arbor Vista may not be the best in Texas nor are the others, but its definitely not the worst when trying to get back on your feet.
