This complex is unique. The pool design is stunning, and you can fit in enough gym to get the perfect workout without having to leave the property. The leasing office staff is without a doubt the best. Especially Brandi. Ive never had a problem with anything at all....and you always feel safe. I couldnt be happier to be a resident of 91 Khamsin. If I could rate the complex more than five stars, I would do so.

*Rating on leasing services* Firstly I want to personally thank Brandy for helping me out this past week as I am currently looking for a new complex to move into. She was truly a ray of sunshine who was so stunning to talk to. She knew all her information about the units, answered all my questions and took the time to cater to my needs. Even though i was looking for immediate move in, to which they currently didn’t have, she still took the time to show me a unit and talk with me about potential units for the future. She even called me a few days later to reach out and check in on me. I want to thank her for all the care she took into making me feel welcome and cared for during our appointment.

I was referred to these apartments by an apartment locator. We viewed the property several times fortunately with everyone from the exceptionally attentive staff of 91Fifty. This location is well established and located in an ideal area. It’s uncanny the amount of attention to detail I have experienced and seen from staff to the residents. Maintenance does an excellent job of responding in a timely manner to service calls. I’m super grateful to the hospitality and sense of community offered here on the property. Most importantly the neighbors are chill and everything is close by. 😄

I went to tour this property and didnt see any leasing agents. The way the office is setup its hard to see right away. I was helped by the Asst Mgr Danielle. She made me feel welcomed and was extremely attentive! They did not have the floorplan available that I needed but Danielle still toured the model and gave the upmost professionalism. Ive toured a lot of apts in the area since moving here, and this was one of the friendliest staff! I have already recommended this property to a friend of mine too! If you go make sure to ask for Danielle!

I have called 91Fifty home since May 2017, and have recently signed another lease. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well maintained. From my perspective, tenants are mostly quiet and keep to themselves while the staff is always friendly and professional. To my knowledge, there has been one or two reports of cars being broken into, and or, wheels being stolen since I’ve lived here; however, I don’t believe there’s any place that can guarantee the safety of material goods. With that being said, I personally have had no issues arise that would cause me to have a negative view of the complex or its staff.

I am so happy that I can call 91Fifty home. I knew as soon as I saw the apartments that this was the place for me. The insides of the apartments are some of the nicest I have seen , and the price point is PERFECT. Management is so nice , whenever I need anything (even if it’s just someone to talk to ) they are there for me. They are in a very convenient spot , less than 5 minutes from Kroger , and surrounded by many restaurants. Reading bad reviews had me a little skeptical at first , but I’m glad I didn’t listen to them , because none of them are accurate. I’m a person that reads reviews before I make my decision. There is plenty of parking in the complex , I always have a spot in the gate. I never have to park outside of the gate. It doesn’t smell like dog poop around the complex , it’s actually very clean. I really enjoy living here. I definitely will renew my lease when the time comes. 91Fifty is the best place to call home.

I recently moved in to this apartment complex and so far really loving it. The apartment manager India was very helpful in giving me a tour and giving me information about the apartment. She was very kind and courteous and guided me through the sign up process.Once I moved into the unit (1 bedroom 1 bathroom) I noticed that it was very clean. Despite having previous tenants staying in that unit, it was very clean and looked almost like a brand new apartment. The unit is spacious and is at an affordable price as compared the other apartments that I checked out in the area.The apartment complex is fairly new compared to others in the area. It is very clean and conveniently located close to 290. Lots of good amenities such as a nice small pool, gym, and clubhouse with billiards. In my opinion, 91Fifty apartments are a great value for the price you pay. Highly recommend it!

I recently moved in, and I really enjoy the apartment; however, the biggest issue at this site is office availability. Ever since I’ve moved in, management fails to respond to email inquiries. Every time I attempt to stop by the Leasing Office during business hours posted, the doors are lock as well as the amenities as there’s only one person available. This is a huge inconvenience for a busy lifestyle.Update: 9/25The Business Manager contacted me with an apology and full transparency as to why the office was short-staffed on that particular day. I have raised their rating as I can tell they do genuinely care about their residents. After I wrecked my car, I parked it onsite and it was towed (for being abandoned). By the time I communicated that to management, the vehicle was already set to be towed. I was helped by another professional whom was able to provide me the towing information and to clarify property policies.Business Manager, Jeff, was super accommodating to rent me an onsite garage as a solution since I am unable to repair the car at this moment. Although my experience has not been perfect, I do appreciate management trying to be reasonable with me!

I have been here for almost a year. The apartments are very nice. The location is great, the staff is helpful and the maintenance responds quick. I just have two complaints, when I moved in there was a big millipede problem inside of my apartment. They were everywhere and they wouldn’t go away. I spoke to the pest guy and he said they won’t go away until they treat outside. A few weeks later they were gone. The other issue is the parking we had resident only spaces before and that was great but they stopped doing that. So if I get home after 8 I don’t find anything close to my building. But other then that I love living here.

This complex is one of a kind. Always perfectly manicured and clean. The layout of the pool is amazing, and you can catch me their every Saturday during the summer. Gym is just enough to get the perfect workout without having to leave the property. The leasing office staff goes without question as being the best hands down. Never had an issue with anything....I literally couldn’t be happier to be a resident at 91 Fifty.

I love this apartment complex. This my second apartment in Houston. It is great clean, maintenance is great. Safety and parking is great but with new management and prices going up this might be my last year at my apartment. I hopefully not but overall this apartment is great i would definitely tell some one to move here.

Im actually the first tenant to live here at 9150 other then the first original property manager. After living here for the past 3 years it has been overall a good experience for me. This has been by far been the best management team that Ive had the pleasure of working with. Jeff Davis the Property Manager and his team of staff Jubi Solis/Asst. Property Mgr and Madison Jordan/Leasing Consultant along with his maintenance crew has continued to provide a good tenant service while maintaining a clean and good looking property. He and his staff cares about their tenants and always takes care of problems if ever they appear. I would recommend this great crew and awesome group of people to anyone.

Very nice apartments with open layouts and friendly staff! Nice appliances, newly constructed, good location, and reasonable pricing. Only cons are very minimal pet amenities, no dog park, and not much in terms of environment, mostly concrete parking lot. That said, the pool and gym are very nice! If we didnt have a pet this place would be perfect

I moved in a week ago and I absolutely Love my apartment! I moved into a one bedroom. Madison was wonderful and she made sure my move-in process was very smooth. I would absolutely recommend anyone to move here. And I just Love the valet trash 🙌🏽. I work And take classes so I am never home and I can Just leave my trash by my door and it’s gone by the time i get home. Thanks 91 Fifty!

I feel very blessed and thankful for the apartment staff at 91fifty. They have help me in so many ways. I am glad to be a tenant at 91fifty. The apartments are nice with open concept , nice pool, nice exercise room, valet trash, and great leasing office staff. I gave them a five star because the sixth star was not available. If you are needing a great place to stay visit 91fifty before you finalize your living situation.

We moved out in December 2016, only because we wanted to down size and the other complex offered a garage and apt. for under 1200. The apts are a bit pricey but I think I could justify it as they are brand new apts with the appliances and features that were offered. Overall, I felt it was quiet on my end. We didnt have any problem neighbors. I would give it a 5 but I have some gripes about the place. You are right next to Highway 6 so dont expect it to be silent until night time. If you own a large dog, this is not the place. The complex is small and there is no real space to walk or let them run. A lot of owners dont pick up after their dogs so you can step in poop. In our apt, some spots on the floors were not leveled or evened out so furniture wobbled even though my furniture did not have any issues. Light bulbs were an issue in my apt, they always went out but maintenance always replaced them. Since I signed up prior to the apts actually opened I did not get charged valet trash. I still think they need to reconsider that cost as the dumpster is not that far from anyones apt. I always just walked my trash to the dumpster. The other gripe I had was parking. If you werent home by 4:30 pm, GOOD LUCK! Parking does fill up fast. I wish they wouldve removed the garages and in place added more parking spots as the garages are not even conveniently placed by the persons apt. Last main gripe, was the gates, the fobs have no range. You literally have to be right in front of the box to get the gates to open. to I do not know if management changed but Luicano was very helpful in my entire time I was there. Any questions I had, he was able to answer or work with me. If the price was a bit lower or a better deal was worked out than I wouldve stayed. I would reconsider them if I am looking for a new apt next year. They do have a new manager now so they might change in a different direction.

Very nice apt features and appliances. They didnt cheap out on the appliances for sure. Madison is great, very responsive and professional. I live in a corner ground floor unit and so far the neighbors have been quiet and respectful. Got a discount on move-in too.

This is our third year in this Appt-home; and I must admit that anyone can continue to stay for such a long time only if the stay is really comfortable. Not only its location on Hwy 6 and near to 290 is an advantage, but its clean, well managed and maintained too. The staff is extremely courteous and cooperative; all our requests are immediately taken care of. I would surely recommend this property to anyone..

I recently moved in a month ago and I absolutely love it here. The complex is small, clean, quiet and new! I looked all over the city for a place to call home and ended up choosing 91Fifty because of their price, excellent apartment features and friendly and helpful staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend living here!

Been here since January 2017. The original manager and team was Sub Par. I won’t go into why or what they did.However the new management and staff has been incredible. New team arrived during the summer. Very helpful, proactive and friendly . Weight room and living space is great. Any maintence request I have get dealt with promptly. New team is 5 Stars hands down

Have been a Resident at 91 fifty for nearly seven months, its a very well maintained and Clean property great job done by the Manager Jeff Davis in keeping the place up to mark. I have never had any issues with anything the management is extremely friendly and always ensures a prompt service in case there is any maintenance requests. All in all I love staying here and would highly recommend this place!

The apartments are very nice, spacious and pleasant. The administration pays very good attention, they deal very quickly with repairs to any damage that occurs, the common areas: gym, pool area and apartment hallways are always clean.
