    The staff seemed nice. I came to view the place with my kids and Esmeralda attended us and was super kind. She went above and beyond to give us all the information we needed and didnt seem to be bothered. You can definitely tell she genuinely enjoys helping.

    Hi, We have been living at 7979 Westheimer apartments for 5 and half years. The apartments are so clean and well. The community is good. Very safety environment. The Manager JENNY such a nice lady with kind & compassionate heart. She is giving good care for all tenants and helping for all work order issues immediately. The staff also very friendly and welcoming people. They treats people very respectfully. Highly recommended. Such a great place to live safely :-)

    I came by last week with my fiance, to get more information about the property. First as soon we walked in we were greeted with a beautiful smile of Esmeralda. She was super knowledgeable great personality right away she made me feel right at home. She took her time to make sure all of our questions were asked. Its been a while since i recieved great customer service. Most definitely coming back next month to apply for our apt ❤️

    First of all, My thanks to Stephanie. She worked hard and ensured we got our apartment. Her work from my perspective was outstanding, shes very kind, patient and hardworking. She will always remain you if something is needed during the application process. She helped us a lot from the start until we moved in, God bless her. I really recommend her 100% to anyone who needs an apartment.

    The property manager and the staff are hard workers. They are very helpful. When you need something fix it is fix right away. The property is very clean and nice. Super quiet place to live. We have a security guard walking around property every night to make sure we are safe. I would definitely recommend to live here!

    Ive been living at 7979 Westheimer Apartments for a few months now and I love it here. The apartments are modern and well-appointed, with plenty of space and natural light. The community is also great - theres always something to do, whether its hanging out by the pool or working out in the gym. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

    We just moved in on Friday December 2nd and we love our new home. Estaphania is a gem, she made sure our new apartment was in a good shape as she promised me.     LISTEN…LISTEN TO ME, Anjuliece Is an amazing and patient agent. Her position is to collect the rent, but she follows up by mediating your life struggles with management. When the hardest of times looms over you she makes payment plans painless and understandable. Recently I went through a job transition and struggled paying the rent. She had faith in me to come up with the rent. When her genuine person shows up for you in her work, I only wanted to fulfill my end.Before the rent collector broke my privacy and walked in my apartment so willingly after being a week late on payment. My people who were there at the apartment spotted her and notified me while I was at work. With Anjuliece your in good hands, no problems just do what your supposed to do.

    7979 Westheimer Apartments is an excellent community to live in. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are great. The location is also unbeatable - youre close to everything Houston has to offer. The staff is also very friendly and always willing to help. Overall, a great place to call home!

    I would like to thanks Estefany for her great costumer service, very professional, I really need an apartment ASAP.she did everything she could to find an avaliable unit.The apartment complex is clean and quiet, at night there is a patrol security guard.I recommend this apartment complex.!!!

    I moved in 16 months ago because they had a good deal back then on the 1BR apartment. Also the remodeling was very nice. My wife loved the decor. It’s safe and quiet. Recently they were having a parking problem and I was thinking about moving out because I had my vehicle towed and the manager on property was not cooperative about it...but I’m going to renew my lease because parking is not a problem anymore. Good job guys!!

    I did not go inside the Leasing Office, so have no information to relay about the interior; however, the area around the immediate outside of the Leasing Office was attractive and well maintained.The parking area and streets at the entrance were not well maintained. I can only imagine that the streets after entering the gates to the apartments were also neglected.

    I really liked the apartment as this is in prime area with good safety and decent community. Staff was very good and responsive. Especially the staff named Giovanni who guided us, his service was really good and appreciable.Only thing is the cleanliness of the community is not up to the mark.

    I moved in December. The pre-moving period was smooth thanks to Liz. She was really helpful and guided is on each step. I would definitely recommend contacting her for dealing with any issues. The 4 stars are because of her.The property itself needs a lot of upgrade and maintenance. I have had some issues in the apartment after moving but thankfully they have been taken care of promptly. So, far, so good. I will keep updating my review as and when required.

    Best apartments on Westheimer! Great amenities, close to The Galleria, and they are even very cheap apartments for the Westheimer area. Love playing volleyball, then jumping in the pool to cool off. Kids adore it here!

    I was living here for 6 months and it is good place to live. Jasbir Kaur is very co-operative and arranged everything when ever requested for.I suggest this place for Indian families as you get to see lots of Indians walking around the buildings as we do in India.If you have kids and need a play area(Kids like to), then this is the place.

    I qmoved in a few months ago, I love my townhome apartment with private patio and great location. My only suggestion for management is to upgrade the entrance gate system and the parking lot has to many pot holes.

    I recently went to tour the 7979 westheimer apartments to look for an apartment the leasing agent Maria attending me she was very nice and answered all my questions properly. Very nice introduced me to the property manager Jassi which made me feel very welcomed. Would have leased with 7979 westheimer but did not have floor plan available. I highly recommended 7979 westheimer apartments!
