Since the beginning of my leasing experience at 401, the whole staff has been incredibly helpful, and you can tell they care about you here! Maintenance is quick and very experienced, the amenities are always very well kept, and I feel very safe and at peace living here! The 24-hour gym was just recently renovated, the clubhouse always has a stocked coffee bar, and they constantly host really awesome resident events there. The amount of space in my apartment for the price Im paying is SO unbeatable!! Honestly no bad things to say about 401 Teravista, lease here yall!!!!!

As a almost 3 year long resident at 401 Teravista Apartments, I have enjoyed being so near and close to walkable shops and mall, The golf course being so nearby makes it even more pleasant for the eye! Community has always been pretty quiet 🤫, I do have to say some of the noise level has picked up even now on some weekends of loud cars revving and some people pounding loud music in their cars but truly if you must play your music that loud why not turn it down and see that your car has mechanical issues or is that why they enjoy playing it loud to sound out the noise the car is making that’s my opinion! I know the pool and gym is part of the amenities and they are nice but to me I never have used the pool or much of the gym but I enjoy House of Gainz which I’m only 8 minutes away and 15 minutes from their second location in Austin quick ride down or up 35 so I’m fairly close to both so it’s a plus but they do well on the keeping up for the pool so to all who enjoy 😉 have at it!! I DO WANT TO GIVE A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE COMPLEX AND YESSSS BY NAME JEREMIAH, MAX, AND JENNY OR JENNIFER SORRY IF THATS NOT HER NAME BUT A BIG HAND TO THEM! I do not like or care for the cold, rain, or extreme heat 🥵 but I always see them doing their job and I always have had my maintenance orders done and fixed now if they do take time to resolve I also see them running around since I work from home so if they don’t give me an update they will waive me down just to tell me that they order the parts or must have a 3rd party have to be scheduled but they always are very professional, diligent, and hardworking if you ask me! I want to also give an applause to the Office crew Jayla, Alyssa, Naomi and the very well sharped dressed gentleman man I didn’t quite catch his name due to he is fairly new but I still will include him as he did take me to view a model unit while I was trying to resolve my move with a transfer or just renew my lease so I am happy to say when I first got a lease here I did a 15 mth lease then renewed for another 12 mths and I am happy to say they guided me into the right decision to renew again my beautiful unit with my own garage downstairs for another 9 mths so take it from a tenant who is proudly to say that has lived here for 3 years that yes some issues do need to be looked at as say the gate yess indeed I would love to see that fixed so then for sure the only people who have access to our complex should be the tenants who pay for their rent so I do agree with a lot of the security since this is Williamson county and not careless Travis county! Trash valet I guess I know the schedule so well that when they do pick up I just have to walk out my door since they park so close that I can place the bag in the bed of the truck! So yes every complex has their issues and changes but to say that I been treated in a rude manner I can not so thanks 401 Teravista for renewing my lease so I don’t have to stress of moving my things till I leave the state of Texas this was the last lease I held here and I ran it dry 😂

Ive lived here for 2.5 years. Im moving out soon, not anything to do with the apartment or the complex. I moved here for a job. Ive changed jobs and am moving out of state.When I moved in I was pleased with the apartment. There are some spots where the painters over sprayed onto the door jambs or balcony door. Nothing horrible. I live in an apartment with vaulted living room ceilings. I love it. I pay for it in the cooling of the space, but its worth it, to me.The complex was quiet when I moved in back in 2022. The weekend noise has picked up some over the years, couple loud cars/music late at night, sometimes hear people talking loudly out in the outdoor spaces late at night. Nothing too crazy.Maintenance responds within a couple days for minor requests (clogged drain). Jeremiah has been the one who came for the past couple times. Hes always cheerful and friendly while in the apartment. He also has a sense of humor if you decide to talk to him. When my A/C went out one summer, they were here the very next morning and got it working again. Any air related issues (hot or cold) have been addressed and rectified within 24 hours.I work from home and the internet can be irritating at the end of the day. I had an issue when I first moved in, it took a day or two to get it working with all my devices, phone and computer. Customer service for the internet was frustrating, but fixed the issue in the end.When I have gone to the office, the staff has been friendly and very helpful. I didnt need to spend too much time doing what I needed to.When I moved in the security gates did work. Within 6 months they stopped working and have been open for the about the past year and a half. It seemed like they tried to fix them a couple times and then gave up. Its been irritating for me working from home because Ive had solicitors knock on my door. There hasnt been more then 3 or 4 in the past 2 years, but its annoying.I read some other reviews that mentioned the valet trash. This was something that was new to me when I moved in. The trash is picked up 5 days a week and you have to bring your trash can back in in the morning. There was a switch in providers when Avenue5 took over about a year ago. They went through a couple trash companies, as there were some crews who had multiple people doing it and they were playing music, talking/laughing loudly, or dropping the trash bags off the walk ways to not have to carry them down the stairs. The company now is quiet and discreet, which is how it was when I moved in.I read some reviews of apartment complexes in the area and knew to ask about any extra fees. I did have to ask about them, they werent mentioned clearly in any conversations. I knew roughly what I was in for with asking the question plus the listed rent.Overall, I havent had any issues with living here. Ive been happy with my experience. I will miss my apartment.

Great place. Get to walk my dog around the lake, tons of nearby attractions, clean complex and a real nice pool that Jeremiah and Max take great care of. Everyone in the office is cool and responds effectively. Best place me and my fiancé have lived !

Update: I have had a few issues with the apartment and the staff has quickly been able to resolve them. I do appreciate that and communication has been Fair:The staff is friendly is friendly. But move with absolutely no urgency. I recently moved in less than a week ago and I chose an apartment with a private yard. I am unable to use the yard because the sprinklers are on every night and flood the area. Really disappointed this was the reason why I chose to live here is for the private yard area. The apartments are listed at Top Market dollars which honestly is not worth it when there are brand new communities at the same price point with larger apartment. The cabins and countertops and all the appliances are scratched everything has paint peeling or scratched which would have all been fine I understand this is not a newer community

Ive been at this complex for 9 months, but was having a lot of issues while trying to resign my lease. i went into the office & casey was so unbelievably helpful! we were able to add my current s/o, remove my previous roommate, and resign the lease all in one go! could not have asked for a better & easier experience, and she made it really enjoyable & stress free. i look forward to staying in this community!!

My hubs and I moved in mid-August and so far, we love it! The location itself is great and all the staff have been so welcoming and helpful. The move-in process was very smooth and the apartment is perfect! We’ve had to submit 2 maintenance’s requests and they were taken care of very quickly. We will always recommend 401 Teravista!!

Tracy is the best leasing agent I have ever worked with EVER. She is so kind and accommodating! Maintenance always responded to my requests in a timely manner. The complex was kept clean (except for by the trash bins) and well maintained. I was sad to move to a new city and leave Teravista. The 1 bed 1 bath apartment we rented was beautiful and the balcony was huge. Ive recommended this apartment complex to several friends in the area who hate their apartments.

I’ve never lived somewhere so unproblematic, from never being charged more than I expect to the Maintence workers being quick and professional this is a great place to stay in the round rock area. Not only is it clean and safe but Tracy Specifically goes above and beyond any time I need anything from the office. Countless times she has worked around my schedule and been professional and understanding of my needs. I’ve never experienced customer service for an apartment complex like this.

I have been staying here for over one and half years. I would like to take the opportunity to appreciate the office staff who are very friendly and overwhelming. I have stayed at different apartment complex but never came across such prompt and responsive maintenance team, specially Cody and Noel who always follow up on my maintenance request the very next day. Clubhouse and Gym are always very well maintained. The management is doing a great job overall.

My wife and I only lived here for a few months but we loved it!Pros:Pool almost always cleanFriendly staffMaintenance is very friendly and quick to respondSafe area, I always felt comfortable outside at night. Also close to the outlets, theater, HEB, etc.Nice apartments, large patios.Cons: Bad internet (with Whitesky.) It seems that the plan is shared with everyone, maybe it’s not 401’s fault but I’d recommend Spectrum either way.Lots of dog poo. They take care of it every once in a while but the dog parks are hardly usable because of all the poo.The dumpsters usually overflowing with trash. This didn’t affect me too much but still gross.Overall a great apartment though, a bit on the expensive side but worth it!

Our move in experience wasnt completely smooth but after getting all the paper work and finishing up the lease, everything was smooth sailing from there. Im also impressed with the apartment. There are a little bit of problems but nothing serious. (Countertop has stains/has a crack, refrigerator has dents, the window latch is broken) Our patio is also huge, which means a lot to me so I can do work out there and put a variety of plants out there. Overall, the community is friendly and I feel safe. Im excited to officially move in!

I love living at 401 Teravista. The grounds and pool are beautiful. The gym and clubroom are wonderfully decorated and welcoming. As terrific as all the amenities are, its the staff that makes living here special. The office staff are always upbeat, smiling, and professional. The maintenance staff go out of their way to keep the grounds perfect and will do anything to help. The assistant manager, Britan, has made my experience here the best of any apartment I have known. She is always positive and attentive and fun, and goes out of her way to make everything right.

My sister and I have lived here for over 7 years. We are seniors so this place is our forever home. We are close to Baylor Scott White hospital, cancer hospital and professional offices. The Outlet Mall is a walk away as well as the Round Rock Cinema, HEB , Lupe Tortilla restaurant, and so much more. I 35 is 2 blocks away. There is BASS PRO and Cavenders, I could go on. The Maintenance staff is incredible. ,Very friendly and very efficient. Fast response time. No.problems at all. The front office personnel listens to the renters complaints, if they have any. A gorgeous pool area and a pond. Get to see turtles and herons. The track around the pond is great for walkers, runners and pets. A nice place to just sit and relax. Come by and check it out. I think you will love like I do. By the way, I am not a paid endorser, just a very happy resident at 401 Teravista.

I have been living her for a little over a year. I have to say I really like it here. I didnt appreciate receiving a $25 fine last year for setting my trash bag outside my door without the can, but I guess that was a lesson learned. Im happy to see that they are renovating the apartments and giving them a fresh look. However, Im disappointed that they are telling people to removed their curtains from their patios. I felt that was one thing that made these apartments unique. We were told that they were acceptable as long as they match the exterior colors and I believe that should stlll be allowed. My only other comments is on the gates. Since there isnt a gate code, what exactly is the whole point of the gates. They malfunction on a daily basis. Maybe they are to slow people down coming in out of the complex, but other than that they are literally useless. I will be staying for a while, but I do feel the new management are changing things like the (name) just for the sake of change.

Overall the apartments are nice. The people are cordial and staff are accommodating. The trash, however, always piles up and can sometimes overflow. Its a big problem. I have loved living at Teravista! I am relocating to Dallas otherwise I wouldn’t be moving from here! I have only had a few maintenance issues, but they have always responded immediately and taken quick action to resolve the issue. Management have done an excellent job at addressing little problems related to valet trash, dog cleanliness, and power washing the buildings in rotation to keep the breezeways clean. All amenities are kept immaculate and user friendly. I definitely recommend living here. (Living opposite the outlets isn’t so bad either!)

My son and I lived there for 2 years. They are little on the expensive side but definitely worth it. Location is great. You have Bass Pro the outlet stores and grocery store plus a movie theater all literally around the corner. The new management company made sure that the place was always clean and everything worked.

This is a Great place to live! Property is pretty and well kept, and in a perfect location. It is convenient to everything you need. The Manager, Traci, is wonderful to work with. The staff is Friendly and helpful. Maintenance needs are taken care of quickly, and the Maintenance Supervisor, Kody, is very knowledgable and very helpful!

Getting ready to leave the Country but wanted to say a shout out before I move out to Britan (assistant manager) and Cody our (maintenance supervisor) BOTH of you have it nailed down when it comes to providing exemplary customer service!!! I always felt that the service provided by Cody went above and beyond my expectations especially his efficiency in fixing my garbage disposal and kitchen light! Britan always greeted me with a smile and took the time to talk with me, I would recommend this place to anyone! GREAT JOB!

Just resigned my lease and will be here for another year, great place to live and in a great location. As far as the trash that builds up by the dumpster, thats lazy Residents fault not actually putting their garbage INTO the dumpster and pressing the green button to make room for more trash.

The management staff is by far the most friendly and helpful I have ever come across. Britan and Tracy will always make sure whatever you ask is done. I have lived here 2 years love it. It is a very quiet community with welcoming neighbors and no rif raf. The pool is awesome and clubhouse is freshly remodeled. Give them the opportunity and you wont be disappointed.
