I would like to thank CHAITALI for her careful attention to the situation that occurred this afternoon due to a small confusion, as my car was removed from the condominium parking lot by the tow truck and taken to the impound lot. She very kindly assisted me and helped me sort everything out in a very friendly and helpful manner and with a lot of patience. We need more people with her professionalism.I am a resident of the place and I have really felt very comfortable with the treatment and the staff.

It’s been a journey living here at 2929 Dunvale but having these 2 ladies in charge being Vani (Manager) and Chaitali (Asst Manager) has been the best part of it all. The front office staff always provide great customer service and answer our questions rapidly. I have been living in this apartment complex for 5 years already and things have progressed very well with both of them in charge.The apartments are very comfortable and spacious, great to call home. Maintenance reports are always taken care of in a timely manner. Also any routine maintenance happening in the apartments, us residents are informed via text message or email.I’m a very happy resident at 2929 Dunvale and I know things will be keep getting better.

This apartment hai Pakka Pakka (good good)… great structure, great build quality just looking like a wow. I am going to extend my lease for another year after seeing this amazing apartment that is angled correctly 90 degrees. The bahut acha lady also did a great job at communicating with us and provided us with Bahut acha (very good) details of the apartment that helped us make a wonderful decision on leasing there. Great customer service, since the moment I moved in. I have nothing bad to say, Jennifer has attend to everything to make sure the residents are happy. I see a lot of changes in staff, I just wish they never take her away again. The two months she was gone, all the other staff members were very unprofessional. I give the staff here a 5 star.I have sat in that office chair and watched how all three ladies handle this property. ( Jennifer, Aunjelice, and Mrs.Vani) you three ladies are phenomenal and everything you are doing to bring this property up for Nova is un-believable. All of the maintenance including our wonderful house keeper Estelita as well are working HARD as a TEAM to keep this property together for Nova. People will come and go but the foundation of staying together and working as a team, will never fail anyone. This is why I am proud to say I was a Nova team member for the time they allowed me to be.I hope everyone living here and in NOVA MANAGEMENT realize how hard each and every individual is working here. Came by for a tour, was a bit skeptical due to all this COVID things going on, but thanks to Elizabeth I felt very comfortable touring, she made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. She was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. Will definitely be choosing 2929 dunvale as my next home!

My husband and I have been living here since marriage although he has lived here for 3 years now and it is not only quiet but afforadable. We are in the larger of 1 bedrooms which offers a large living room, enough enough for a dining table that seats 8, a small patio, a walk in closet as well as an additional closet in the bedroom and a hall closet. For the price we pay, we are very happy. Whenever we have needed maintenance, the staff has been quick to respond. The only time a neighbor had music loud at 2 AM security responded quickly to ask them to reduce the volume. The community is gated and we have not had any issues with anyone disturbing the cars. We would definitely rent here again if we need an apartment.
